Pour canned peaches, along with syrup, into a 9×13″ baking pan. Spread the yellow cake mix over the top of the peaches, covering evenly and pressing down.Cut up butter into 16 pieces and spread over the top of the cake mix.Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, coconut and chopped nuts over the top of the cake mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F, and remove to cool slightly before serving.Top with whipped cream, ice cream, or serve plain.
