Pour batter into 20-12 well-greased muffin cups. Bake at 375 for 20-22 minutes. Top with whipped cream and serve with jam, or use topping recipe:Sweet Muffin Topping1/4 cup finely chopped pecans1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon (I like to use a whole tsp.)Mix together and sprinkle over muffins while still hot.
