Big Easy Peanut Butter Pie
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 cup sugar 1 cup PB (creamy or chunky) 2 tbs. melted butter 1 cup heavy cream 2 tbs. (yes, tablespoons) vanilla 1 premade graham cracker crust 1/4 cup chocolate chips 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, PB, and butter, and continue to beat.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla.
Combine the two mixtures, then pour into crust and freeze for at least 2 hours.
To serve, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over top, sprinkle with peanuts.
