Ingredients
Pumpkin Cake: 1 box yellow or white cake mix (you can use Spice mix and omit spices) 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp. cinnamon 15 oz. pumpkin puree 3 eggs 1/2 C. applesauce or oil 1/3 C. milk 2 tsp. vanilla extract 6 Tbsp. butter, melted 1/4 C. sugar 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting: 1/2 C. butter, softened 8 oz. cream cheese 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. vanilla extract 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 C. powdered sugar Extra cinnamon and sugar for decoration
