I had to drop off some packages at UPS earlier today and they had a large sign on the door informing customers of their new policy: You need a government issued ID to send packages. Of course, it's to prevent "terrorism" - yeah, right.

This sure isn't the American I grew up in anymore! :(

I just recently got back from a cruise to Bermuda and guess who were there to greet us as we boarded the ship groping the elderly and the handicap? And those who were obviously foreigners were left completely alone. (I should have walked in wearing a burka)..
