We are embroiled in a global conflict, and the supposed “leader of the free world” is taking photo ops at a grade school, making statements about the invasion of Ukraine on a kids’ rug.
Meanwhile, Putin incredibly denied that any Russian troops are in Ukraine, and somehow President Barack ‘I-call-the-Russian-invasion-an-uncontested-arrival’ Obama actually thought it was a good idea to set up a lectern on a grade school alphabet mat when the entire world is seeing the consequences of his weakness.
Meanwhile in Russia:
This was the guy known for dramatic stagecraft and brilliant political framing, and this is what we get? Just amazing.
