Very simple. If you want a picture off the internet, mouse over it, right click, and choose "copy image location." If it's your own picture, you need to have it stored on a site like Photobucket; they'll give you a direct URL to use.

Next, go to your profile, then select "edit profile," then "personal."

Scroll down to "signature," and insert the URL, making sure it's between the [ IMG] [/ IMG] (no spaces) tags.

That should do it!
