Interesting. The video contained audio of two different phone calls by two different people made to the hospital Palmer was taken to, in which it was made clear that he had been released.

I looked for other videos, and although several came up in a search they've all been removed. This was the only one I could find, which makes Palmer sounds sort of like Schrodinger's cat:

There's nothing else on the topic; seems like the internet has been scrubbed of even the idea that he didn't die. Hmmmm.....

Sadly, if he's dead, he's most likely lost, unless the Holy Spirit dealt with his spirit while he was being operated upon.
