I had to give some thought as to where to post these stories. We've been hearing about weeping statues and images of "Jesus" and "Mary" and even "angels" in everything from toast to oil slicks, but it seems like it's now spreading beyond the lunatic fringe. Just yesterday I saw three different stories/posts about seeing Jesus/God/whoever in the clouds, and I suspect in the coming days and weeks we'll be seeing more and more of this kind of silliness. Jesus warned us that one of the major signs of the Last Days would be deception; we'll keep this thread as a record of these lying signs and wonders. This first one is from The Huffington Post; click on the link to read some interesting comments: 'God' and Angel in Photograph of Clouds Over Cape Coral, Florida
Posted: 08/12/2014 1:48 pm EDT Updated: 08/12/2014 6:59 pm EDT Print Article Definitely, this is an awesome picture but is it really a message from heaven? Is this striking image of majestic man wearing robes God? You be the judge. The cloud above was spotted in Cape Coral, Florida by my boss on his way home from work. And what was immediately obvious was the fact that this cloud was shaped in the image of the Lord. Also look to the far right and you'll see another cloud that looks like an angel with a trumpet in hand. Maybe it's the angel Gabriel blowing a trumpet blast to indicate the Lord's return to Earth, or maybe not... I realize that some may see this as a sign, an act of God if you will. There will be others, those who will doubt. And that's okay. But one thing's for sure, and that's how remarkably clear this image in the sky really is. Believe it or not, God is said to work in mysterious ways. Regardless of your belief system, it's your God-given right to judge this photo for yourself, isn't it? So, I ask you is the image above just a group of cumulus clouds? Or are those noticeable clouds with clearly defined edges the Almighty himself? Still, no matter the answer, lots of us will continue to look to the sky, searching for life's deeper meaning. Or are we searching in vain, deluding ourselves while involving our senses that random images are actually miracles or signs from above? Why do we look to the skies above in relation to God? Sure, as children we stare at the sky and see shapes appear in the swirling clouds but as adults some of us look upwards reaching for a higher power. Are we waiting for signs? Or proof of God? I for one was blown away by this photo and yes, I believe it's a real snapshot of God in the clouds. Although personally, I'll admit it is hard to digest this image as I am living a hell-on-earth type of life, wishing daily that I didn't feel so hollow, so broken. I was raised a Catholic, so sure I believe in God -- but lately, I have to wonder how much he really believes in me, or my family. God only knows why I was one of the first to see this photo. And since I believe that he made me human, I believe he won't condemn me when I behave like one. That said I've spent my fair share of time blaming him for my actions and inactions. Yes sir, I've projected my fears, insecurities, and failures onto Him. Blaming God has been easier than blaming myself. Okay, I'm sure you're thinking that's not the typical reaction of someone who just seen God manifest himself in the clouds. But God forbid in these turbulent times anyone of us gets real? You know raw, I have -- by opening up my life, my struggles, and my insecurities with my story. Although, I still struggle with what I'm doing here on this planet and why there's so much unfairness and evil in this world. Still, I do see this picture as proof that God is speaking to all of us. So who among us is willing to listen? Please share your opinions below. I'd love to hear them. link

This is from one of the wacky boards; they're discussing a new YouTube video whose author is claiming this is "confirmation of the rapture." (sigh) Jesus Shows Up In Photo of Supermoon
This is a very unusual event that has just occurred. I post this video for your discernment and thoughts. You may want to go full screen on the video so you can see more easily. I could not distinguish some of the things he was pointing out in the picture because it was too dark. But I definitely saw what looked like Jesus standing behind that supermoon. Response #1:
Saturay/or Sunday night, I happen to be watching Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ on TBN, in its entirety. Knowing that the Moon (it wasn't the supermoon) was rising, I would jump 'n' run back to my east-facing window to check on it. Near the end of the film where Jesus was dying on the cross...it showed the clouds rolling in. Well, guess what? At the same time, when I ran back to look out my above window...I also saw clouds rolling in from the southeast. Isn't that major coincidence or what!?! I did see the Supermoon rising, but it was in broad daylight in the late afternoon. So sadly, I didn't see Jesus as the Supermoon was rising. . Therefore--I thank you sooo very much for posting the above video. Response #2:
Oh Wow, , I watched the video, and was able to get a few clips copied. Here is the very LAST clip where he lightens up the video a bit, you can see the faces so much better now. Jesus is Coming! Maranatha! Response #3:
This is amazing! This looked like a masterpiece oil painting that you would see on a museum wall. Jesus looked like He was just waiting for our Father's signal to come and get us. So exciting! This is it everyone, what we have waited for, for two thousand years. Response #4:
Drat! Why can't I see His face in that photograph? All I see is a blob of light! (Hey, ya think that's maybe because that's all it is?)
Response #5:
I could not see the angel face on Jesus upper left side on the lady's face to his right; however as he enlarged the picture I could see Jesus clearly. Be sure to go full screen with the video or you won't be able to see anything much. If you look at the clip that Valerie enlarged, Jesus' face is just above the bright light right in the center. Thanks Valerie!! This is one of the most awesome things I have ever seen. You can see the glory light around him and in the close up the cross on his chest. WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW. Yes everyone we ARE going home soon, soon, soon. I just watched it again and the clearest view of Jesus' face is at the 9:15 minute mark where the narrator brightens the picture. It is easier then to see and distinguish the sets of many wings behind Jesus. I could not see the angel faces as the narrator was able to do but when he said that looking closer the face was like a lion something clicked in my brain. Remember the Cherubim who are the four living creatures at God's throne? One of their faces was the face of the LION, and the cherubim accompany God when He travels. Think of them as divine guards and scripture says that they guard the throne. I could barely see the faces in the bottom right corner and at that 9+ minute mark I could see a red slash type image at the top toward the right. Could that have been part of the divine fire from the throne area? Response #6:
Gee, I'm sorry, everyone, but I couldn't see any image of Jesus, angels, a cross, or anything else. And I did put the video on full screen and studied it carefully. I'm not saying that it wasn't there, but I just didn't see it. I think this could be kind of looking at ink blots...everyone has a different interpretation of what the image is. For example, Valerie's picture looked like a lamb to me! Don't get me wrong, I do believe that the Lord is perfectly capable of showing us signs in the moon and the stars. And He does. It does say that in Genesis 1:14. But I honestly think that we are so anxious to go home to be with the Lord that we are seeing signs in everything, including seeing the numbers 11 and 111, numbers on license plates, or numbers on grocery receipts, and so on. I have been guilty of this myself. Before I became disabled, I would have lunch in my car during my lunch hour at work, and I would look up to the clouds and try to find pictures of Jesus and angels in the clouds. And sometimes those clouds really did seem to form those images. All I can say is that I'm like all of you, I long to be with the Lord so badly!!! A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed. - Matt. 16:4

Here's another nut case: Face of Jesus spotted in cement on newly-laid toilet floorSep 26, 2014 12:30 By Mike Lockley 5 Comments Erdington image of Christ just latest unexplained manifestation in 100-year-old haunted house The face of 'Jesus' which appeared on the cement floor and (inset) the famous face from the Turin Shroud When mum-of-five Freda Murphy snapped this simple picture of the new floor at her Erdington home she had no idea of the paranormal storm about to be unleashed. It was a shot taken for insurance purposes, but when Freda scanned the image she was stunned to discover the outline of a face she believes to be Jesus, with a tear falling from the right eye. The spooky imprint is the latest in a series of chilling X Files encounters at the 100-year-old Hunton Road property. Freda has been so rattled by things that go bump in the night, she’s called in a spiritualist. During her 19 years at the house, the 52-year-old and her family have encountered ghosts, heard the cries of babies and even been prodded in their sleep. “At one time,” said Freda, “a mist, like a cloud, appeared above my head while I was hoovering. So much has gone on here. A lot of people have been frightened.” The image of Christ is the strangest of the strange encounters. “We’d just had the floor laid down and I was taking a picture for my solicitor,” said Freda. “The floor was totally clear. Freda Murphy, from Erdington, has lived with spooky goings-on in her house for 19 yearsFreda Murphy, from Erdington, has lived with spooky goings-on in her house for 19 years “When I looked at the image, it sent a shiver down my spine. I could make out eyes, a nose, mouth, long hair and beard. A lot of people have said it looks like Jesus.” But the property certainly has form when it comes to paranormal activity. “At one time, my son was very poorly. As he lay in bed, massive beams of light bounced off the walls. He said he also felt something touching him,” Freda added. She has discovered a baby died in the property during the war years. “The spiritualist said there was an awful lot of activity going on in the house. “But I’m not scared any more, I’m going nowhere.” Freda’s children, now aged between 14 and 30, have all endured close encounters of the ghostly kind. They, too, have been left shaken by the cement portrait. “No one can explain it,” said Freda. “And no one can tell us what it means.” Perhaps someone should use a spirit level on the floor before contacting the Vatican. Look Closely at This Photo. Do You See the Purported Sign From God That Stopped Filming of the New Bible Series in Its Tracks?
Nov. 16, 2014 8:36am Billy Hallowell Actors and crew members working on “A.D.,” the follow-up to Mark Burnett’s and Roma Downey’s “The Bible” miniseries, were in for a major surprise last week while filming in Morocco. Downey told TheBlaze that her team was working on a scene depicting Peter and John in front of the Sanhedrin — an event that can be found in Acts 4 in the Bible — when actors Adam Levy (who plays Peter) and Babou Ceesay (who plays John) noticed something curious directly overhead in the sky. “There they could see clouds had formed in a completely blue sky in the perfect shape of a cross,” Downey said. “Everyone was stunned and filming stopped, as iPhones came out and everyone was snapping pictures.” The “Touched By an Angel” actress and TV producer said that it was “a moment of awe,” with everyone on set claiming that they believed it was a sign and a blessing to see a cross form in the sky. “It certainly energized a tired, hardworking crew for the rest of the day and reminded everyone that we were being watched over as we are working hard to bring the Book of Acts to the screen,” Downey said. The actress added that she shared the image with well-known Florida megapastor Joel Hunter, who reminded her of Peter’s sermon in Acts 2:19, during which the apostle quoted the prophet Joel. That verse reads, in part, “I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke.” Readers may recall that Downey and Burnett openly discussed other miracles that they say unfolded while filming “The Bible” series as well. Read about those here. (At link) link

BTW, they ended up getting $305 for this at auction. Candy aberration or the Virgin Mary? Turner couple lets eBay bidders decide
A piece of Dots candy in the form of the Virgin Mary is up for auction on eBay. The morsel was found by Desmond and Amy Duguay of Turner. By Mark LaFlamme, Sun Journal Follow on Twitter Follow on Twitter Find on Facebook Find on Facebook Posted Feb. 28, 2013, at 10:36 a.m. TURNER, Maine — It was meant mostly as a gag. Desmond Duguay found a piece of candy that looked kind of like the Virgin Mary and he thought: Why not sell it on eBay? A day and a half later, bids for the sugary morsel were up to $200 and rising by the minute. “It was really just a joke between me and my wife,” Desmond said Wednesday. “It just kind of snowballed.” It’s been quite a week for Desmond and Amy Duguay. It started on Feb. 20, when Amy gave birth to a baby boy. Add lack of sleep and a taste for candy to the mix and you’ve got a story going viral on the Internet. It began at Rite Aid, where the Duguays went shopping for snacks. Desmond picked up a box of Dots, gummy candy commonly found at movie theaters. Desmond threw a Dot in his mouth and ate it. He had eaten a few of the candies when his fingers settled on an orange piece. “I looked down as I was about to eat it,” Desmond said. “I told my wife, ‘This kind of looks like the Virgin Mary.’ She said, ‘No. You’re crazy.’ But then she saw it, too.” They joked back and forth about it before Desmond bet his wife he could sell the iconic Dot on eBay. “The bet was that I could sell it for $10,” he said. By late Wednesday afternoon, bidding was up over $200 on the online auction site. By 4 p.m., 38 people had placed bids. Desmond stressed that he isn’t trying to exploit anyone’s emotions or vulnerabilities. He and his wife were just having fun with it, although he admits the money would come in handy with a newborn. The product description reads: “So I was eating a box of DOTS today and I found none other than the Virgin Mary herself just chillin’ with her other DOT disciples. Just last week my wife and I had our first child and I am convinced that a higher power has stepped in and literally dumped a second miracle in our lap in the form of this Gummy Virgin Mary. A miracle that will no doubt equate to millions of dollars and our child’s college tuition bought and paid for. “I know that this Gummy Virgin Mary is near priceless and that if I held onto it, it would only appreciate in value. Having just had my beautiful son though I need to be thinking about his future and must let this miracle gummy go and put all proceeds into my son’s college fund. This is a 100 percent authentic Gummy Virgin Mary, that may or may not have mystical and spiritual powers. All I can say is that since I have had this gummy in my possession I have not contracted any viruses, sexually transmitted diseases, or illnesses that I know of and I feel amazing. Is this due to the Gummy Virgin Mary? I think so.” Desmond had no idea where the bidding would go. The auction runs through March 8. He and his wife, Desmond said, are still a little stunned by the way things have developed. How has a joke between husband and wife become such weird news that’s still a little bit funny? “We haven’t had much sleep lately,” he said. “Maybe it’s sleep deprivation.” link

Rachel Evans, 25, was bathing her mini Yorkshire terrier Dave in the bathroom sink when she took some photographs of the dog enjoying his shower. However, when she showed the pictures to her boyfriend James Williams, 28, she spotted the face of the Son of God in the pet’s soggy ear. Mysterious red mark on wall of Newport church seen as sign of Jesus
Parishioners of St.Parishioners of St. John the Evangelist Church, in Newport, say the red streak beneath the 12th Station of the Cross painting will not wash off. The Providence Journal/Patrick Anderson By Patrick Anderson Journal Staff Writer Posted Jun. 1, 2015 at 6:50 AM NEWPORT, R.I. — For years, parishioners of St. John the Evangelist Church didn't say much about the rust-colored stain running beneath the 12th Station of the Cross painting of Jesus. Some never noticed it. Others, without knowing what was causing the mark, didn't want the 140-year-old Episcopal church to become a roadside curiosity or tabloid headline. But this spring the church has turned a spotlight on the odd little stain, which in the right light appears to have trickled like blood directly from a painting of Jesus' crucified feet onto the plaster of the church wall. On Sunday, the Rev. Nathan J.A. Humphrey's sermon addressed the "mysterious red mark," suggesting that, whether of earthly or divine origins, it was evidence of Jesus' presence in the church. "For myself, I find that in leading the Stations of the Cross ... when I get to the 12th Station, I can't help but contemplate the meaning of the mysterious red mark below it," Humphrey told the congregation, according to a copy of his sermon. "I stop, look, pray, and listen. And when I do, what I always hear is, 'Pay attention. I am here.' Jesus is here." No one at St. John's claims to know exactly when the stain below the 12th Station first appeared, but long-time parishioner Joan Farmer, 69, said she first noticed it sometime in the late 1990s or early 2000s. Now roughly 6 inches long, the mark grew over time. At one point, someone tried to either clean it off the wall or figure out what it was made of, Farmer said, creating a large smudge partway down that has since -- again, mysteriously -- filled in. "When it was discovered, we all just wanted to keep it private," said Farmer, who admitted being somewhat ambivalent about the mark's new-found attention. "I was horrified to see the smudge and that someone was playing with it." St. John's was founded in Newport's Point neighborhood in 1875, and the 14 images depicting the Stations of the Cross came from Belgium in the 1920s, Humphrey said. They were painted directly on tin, mounted in wood frames and embedded in the plaster. Theoretically, the tin of the painting could account for rust, if that is what it is, leaching out onto the wall, Humphrey said, but the fact that the Stations can't be removed from the wall makes it difficult to tell. Humphrey, who said he hadn't noticed the stain until it was pointed out by frequent visitor Daryl Gonyon, of Fall River, said he doesn't intend to test the stain to see what it is made of, but says anyone who wants to do so is welcome. Rhode Island Bishop Nicholas Knisely has advised the church to let the matter "unfold," Humphrey said. When he arrived as vicar in August 2013, Humphrey was tasked with revitalizing St. John's, which, like many New England churches, was grappling with an aging and shrinking congregation. Since his arrival, he said average Sunday attendance has grown from 25 people to 60 and annual donations from around $50,000 to $250,000 last year. In a way, openly discussing the 12th-Station stain is part of Humphrey's effort to get people thinking about the church, and he said it has already drawn a few pilgrims. "I'm not about to put up velvet ropes and sell tickets," Humphrey said. "But whether one scoffs or not, for those of faith, it is a sign Jesus is present." link

The "miracle" is that people believe this nonsense! Is this the miracle of St Charbel's? The amazing footage Sydney parishioners say shows the Virgin Mary's lips MOVING in a painting as they say the Hail Mary Catholics at a church in Sydney believe they have witnessed a miracle Two parishioners have recorded footage of a painting of the Virgin Mary The footage appears to depicts Mary's lips moving in sync with prayer Skeptics believe it is flickering lights that make footage appear this way Together the recordings have reached over 50,000 viewers on social media By Naomi Tsvirko For Daily Mail Australia Published: 23:44 EST, 21 July 2015 | Updated: 08:59 EST, 22 July 2015 Some parishioners at Saint Charbel's Church in Sydney believe they witness a miracle when they pray inside the church. Two young Catholics, who regularly attend mass at the church in Punchbowl, in Sydney's south-west, have filmed a painting of the Virgin Mary carrying Jesus where it appears Mary is praying with them. The two videos show a close-up image of an old Middle Eastern Catholic painting that appears to show the Virgin Mary's lips moving while the worshipers are praying. Amazing footage shows Mary's lips appear to MOVE during prayer Some parishioners believe that the Virgin Mary depicted in a painting that hangs above the church altar is praying with them +7 Some parishioners believe that the Virgin Mary depicted in a painting that hangs above the church altar is praying with them The painting hangs above the church altar and both recordings show Mary's lips moving in sync with the prayers. Young Catholic, Kirsten Keirouz was the first to upload footage of the painting to her Facebook page on July 5th. Kirsten said she was at church with two of her friends when one of them nudged her and told her to 'to look at the painting'. 'I believe it was a miracle, and not just lighting,' said Kirsten who believes the Virgin Mary lips were moving in prayer 'Once I looked up, I had no idea what they wanted me to look at and I saw her [the Virgin Mary] mouth moving. I then asked my friend; "Is it her mouth?" She replied "yes." and then I got the shivers throughout my whole body. I couldn't believe my eyes, I kept blinking in case I was seeing things.' Since Kirsten uploaded the footage on to her Facebook account on July 5th, more than 41,000 people have viewed it. But the recording has viewers divided. Believers have described the footage as a 'miracle', while skeptics claim on social media that it's the camera movement and the church lighting which are making Mary's lips appear to move. However, Kirsten disagrees. 'I believe it was a miracle, and not just lighting because we all saw it at the same time and because her lips would start moving and then stop and start again,' she said. (sigh) A Woman is Given Hope After She Finds Something in Her Own Brain Scan That the Doctors Didn’t See…By Sara Vallone (5 hours ago) | Health, Religion In 2013, Jennifer Lougee Mingramm was admitted to a hospital in Mexico City after suffering “severe respiratory problems.” According to the Daily Mail, while being treated for a rare lung illness, Jennifer also suffered a stroke that forced her to have a piece of her skull removed to relieve the bleeding. Unfortunately, since the stroke, Jennifer has been given a 20% chance of survival, and has to be hooked up to an oxygen tank around the clock. However, one brain scan image is giving them hope that Jennifer will beat the odds. Jennifer and her husband, Tamaha MacDonald, were looking through a series of x-rays and scans when they noticed one of her brain scans showed an image of Jesus’ face. “We were both convinced we could see a face,” Tamaha tells the Marlborough Express. “The image represents a miracle.” However, medical professionals seem to believe that the couple is suffering pareidolia, which is defined in the dictionary as: “The imagined perception of a pattern where it does not actually exist,” such as seeing the image of Jesus within another object. A Woman is Given Hope After She Finds Something in Her Own Brain Scan That the Doctors Didn’t See… By Sara Vallone (5 hours ago) | Health, Religion IJRShareEmail Screen-Shot-2015-09-24-at-12.02.43-PM In 2013, Jennifer Lougee Mingramm was admitted to a hospital in Mexico City after suffering “severe respiratory problems.” According to the Daily Mail, while being treated for a rare lung illness, Jennifer also suffered a stroke that forced her to have a piece of her skull removed to relieve the bleeding. Now Tamaha and his wife have traveled from Mexico City to the United States in order for Jennifer to receive a double lung transplant, and care after the surgery. A Give-A-Little account has been set up by Tamaha to help pay for her Jennifer’s medical expenses that are expected to cost upward of $1 million. link

Latest Virgin Mary 'miracle': Statue grows taller, smiles, cries inside Malaysia churchHazel Torres 18 October 2015 Screenshot from The Star Online video showing the 'miraculous' statue of the Our Lady of Fatima inside the grotto at the St. Thomas More church in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. A statue of the Virgin Mary is drawing crowds of people after visitors and even church officials attest that they've seen the figure of the mother of Jesus seemingly coming "alive" as it "grows taller, smiles and cries" at times. The reported "miracle" is taking place at the Church of St. Thomas More in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, a predominantly Muslim country, the Star Online said. The Virgin Mary statue, known as Our Lady of Fatima, is found in the grotto inside the church compound. Our Lady of Fatima is one of the titles given to the Virgin Mary by the Roman Catholic Church based on the apparitions reported to have been experienced by three shepherd children at Fatima, Portugal, in 1917. According to a WhatsApp message that has been circulating, the Our Lady of Fatima statue was recently placed on top of a box in the grotto after some parishioners noted that it was too small for the grotto. The first miracle was seen on Wednesday, Oct. 14, when the blessing ceremony for the statue took place. Father Raymond Pereira, the parish priest, immediately noticed an "unusual occurrence"— the statue originally made of fibreglass had apparently turned to porcelain and "grew taller" by three inches (7.5cm), reports said. Pereira declined to make further comments when approached by reporters, saying he needed permission from higher church authorities before making a formal announcement. "We are waiting for confirmation from the Vatican before making an official statement," he said, according to The Star Online. He said he will consult first with Kuala Lumpur Archbishop Julian Leow Beng Kim. Scores of Catholic parishioners stood or sat on chairs opposite the grotto, their heads bowed and hands clasped in prayer. Some sang the "Ave Maria" while others recited the "Hail Mary." Some took pictures of the two statues inside the grotto—the larger Mary and a small kneeling figure as water cascaded from a built-in decorative feature at the back of the grotto, reports said. "We are strong devotees of Mother Mary and wanted to witness the miracle for ourselves so we made it a point to come here," one Catholic faithful said. Earlier, a three-minute video circulated online showing the Virgin Mary statue which was apparently taken during Sunday Mass at the church last week. In the video, a parishioner claimed to have witnessed the "miracle." "Her eyes were moving very slowly, all of us were there and we saw it," he said. "The father (priest) was saying, 'look at her, she's looking at us. She was full of life, she had a lot of tears in her eyes.' "When we started singing 'Ave Maria,' she started smiling and her lips were moving. "It touched all of us," the man said. "The father had told us that he actually spoke to her. She will come more often, she also told father that she wants all of us to pray to her," the unidentified man added. Last July, another Virgin Mary "miracle" was reported in Sydney, Australia, that was caught on video. This time, the "miracle" was seen on a painting of the Virgin Mary. While the parishioners were reciting the Lord's prayer inside the St. Charbel's church during a Sunday mass in Sydney, they were stunned to see the lips of Mary in the artwork moving as if joining the people in prayer, the Mirror reported. One of the parishioners filmed the "miracle" and posted it on Facebook. These "miracles" were just two of the many reported "miracles" shown by the Virgin Mary worldwide since time immemorial. link

It never ceases to amaze me, the nonsense Catholics believe...SMH... Eucharistic Miracle Under Investigation After Host Bleeds on Third Day
News: US News, World News by Matthew Pearson • ChurchMilitant.com • November 26, 2015 19 Comments "[W]e can use this time to renew our faith and devotion in ... the Real Presence of Jesus Christ that takes place at every Mass." SALT LAKE CITY (ChurchMilitant.com) - A possible eucharistic miracle in the diocese of Salt Lake City, Utah is now under investigation. Last week during Holy Communion at St. Francis Xavier parish in Salt Lake City, a consecrated Host was given to a child who had not yet made his First Communion. The child's mother informed the priest presiding and returned the Host to him. The priest, adhering to canon law, then took the consecrated Host and placed it in a container of water to dissolve. Three days later the consecrated Host began to bleed. As word spread, people quickly began arriving at the parish to adore the Host for a short time. The bleeding Host is now in the possession of diocesan officials who will investigate the possible miracle. The head of the investigation committee, Msgr. M. Francis Mannion, issued the following statement: Recently, reports of a bleeding host at St. Francis Xavier Church in Kearns have been circulating within the diocese. Monsignor Colin F. Bircumshaw, Diocesan Administrator, has appointed an ad hoc committee of individuals with various backgrounds to investigate the matter. The work of the committee is now underway. The results will be made public. The Host is now in the custody of the Diocesan Administrator. Contrary to rumor, there are no current plans for public exposition or adoration. Whatever the outcome of the investigation, we can use this time to renew our faith and devotion in the greatest miracle — the Real Presence of Jesus Christ that takes place at every Mass. There is currently no estimated time for the length of the investigation. Video at link

I have a suspicion that we're going to see this particular thread get very busy as we approach the rapture...Satan wants as many as possible to be deceived. Check out the first sentence...not in the name of Jesus...he performs his phony "miracles" in the name of the Catholic Church! Parents: Baby’s Brain Tumor Shrunk After Kiss from Pope Francis
Posted By: Patriot Post Staff His Holiness Pope Francis is unlike any other Pope. He is out there doing good in the name of the Catholic Church, and already the world’s view of Catholicism is changing for the better as this Pontiff leads his flock down a new path. But read what happened to one family when they encountered Pope Francis. A Pennsylvania couple says that their one-year-old daughter’s brain tumor shrunk in size following a kiss on the head from Pope Francis. Joey and Kristen Masciantonio said on “Fox and Friends” today that the inoperable tumor has significantly shrunk since that moment two months ago. The couple went to Philadelphia in late September to see the pontiff and were able to get close to him thanks to a friend in law enforcement. One of the pope’s bodyguards lifted little Gianna up to Francis. Kristen said she had a dream that her daughter met Pope Francis, which motivated her to seek out the pontiff during his visit to Philadelphia. Joey explained that Gianna spent the first eight months of her life in hospice care after doctors said there was little that could be done. Gianna underwent chemotherapy, leading to small reductions in the tumor’s size. But Joey said the “massive decrease” happened between the August and November MRIs. Now, the couple is optimistic that the tumor will go away completely and their daughter will regain her brain functions. He said the message they want to share is that “God is real” and “prayer works.” “The miracle in all this is all of the people that prayed for her; it worked,” he said. link

Image On Church Window Resembles Virgin Mary, Draws Throngs Of SpectatorsDecember 24, 2015 2:00 PM Filed Under: Catholic Church, church, Marietta, RELIGION, Virgin Mary MARIETTA, Ga. (CBS Atlanta) — What some are chalking up as simply a “faulty coating” has others believing that a divine phenomenon has touched the window of one local church — along with the hearts of its parishioners. That’s because an image that bears a striking resemblance to the Virgin Mary seems to have appeared on a portion of glass at the Transfiguration Catholic Church in Marietta, bringing throngs of onlookers eager to see what some believe to be a Christmas miracle. Father Fernando Molina-Restrepo posted a photograph of the window on Facebook this week and explained that image appeared on December 12, which is also the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. He wrote that many are offering their own interpretations of how the foggy figure formed, perhaps the pane’s coating reacting to a mixture of the outside elements, though there are plenty of spectators who are happy to point to their faith as the true cause. Parishioner Victor Jose Alvarado, who was at the church when the image first appeared on the window inside Bishop Hall, told CBS Atlanta it was one of the most “wonderful experiences” he’s ever had, and shared a photo he took with us. Victor Alvarado snapped this photo shortly after the image of what appeared to be the Virgin Mary appeared on a window at the Transfiguration Catholic Church in Marietta, Ga. on Dec. 12. (Courtesy: Victor Alvarado) Alvarado described his experience on Facebook: “We started praying and singing songs to the Virgin Mary of Guadalupe, and immediately started feeling peace and the smell of roses!!! We just finished having lunch when someone noticed a very bright sun ray and in front of our eyes her image starting to appear in the window.” Wrote Father Molina-Restrepo: “We may never agree on why or how this image appeared on the window. The true gift to us will be in how we are inspired to be MORE: more forgiving, more accepting, more loving to those with whom we share our lives.” link

Lady Photographs Sunrise, Spots Something Miraculous After Looking At PhotoPosted on January 14, 2016 by Robert Rich Quite the awe-inspiring picture is going viral after a woman decided to share what she captured on an otherwise ordinary morning. While driving to work, a beautiful sunrise forced her to pull over and snap a picture, but it was only later that she noticed something miraculous in the photo that “took her breath away.” The photo was taken by Mechaele Loraff on her way to work in Buchanan, Michigan. Although she’s driven this route to work several times in the past, what she saw the morning she took the photo was much different from the rest, and it would only be made better by what she’d notice in the photo after it was taken. Driving in the early morning, the woman states that she pulled over after looking into the sky and seeing quite the beautiful sunrise. However, she’d only see later that the sunrise resulted in what appeared to be an illuminated cross in the sky, prompting Mechaele to share the remarkable photo. According to the description that she posted with the image: “I had to pull over this morning on my way to work to take this picture of an amazing sunrise! I took the picture because of the beam coming straight up off the sun and only saw the cross after I took the picture! This was taken in Buchanan.” As one would imagine, a great many people across the Internet are praising the picture and calling it everything from a miracle to an act of God Himself. According to Cuttin Up Radio, who shared the post, the sight is “#JesusChrist reminding us he is near!” No matter what you believe, I don’t think there’s anyone out there who can argue that this isn’t an incredible sunrise. For those of us with faith, it’s a reminder that our Lord often lets us know He is with us, if we just take the time out of our busy day to admire His handwork. How awesome is that? link

Sunrise 'angel,' cross in sky photographed same day!
Spectacular images seen from New York to Hawaii Published: 3 days ago Amy Langley photographed this “angelic” sunrise in Koloa, Kauai, Hawaii on Jan. 13, 2016. (courtesy Amy Langley/Facebook) What on Earth is happening in the sky? A series of spectacular images of the sun were caught on camera this week from New York to Hawaii, with some saying they see angels, doves and crosses. A photograph of Wednesday’s sunrise in Hawaii caught the attention of seasoned photographer Amy Langley from the town of Koloa on the island of Kauai. “The sunrise was so beautiful on my way to work that I stopped on the side of the road and snapped a photo. And I got … this,” she said. “Looks like an angel,” said one of Langley’s friends on Facebook. Others suggested: “Your guardian angel” as well as “an angel or a dove.” Like the reporting you see here? Sign up for free news alerts from WND.com, America’s independent news network. Langley told WND she photographed the sunrise at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday with her Samsung 5 phone while standing outside of her car, not looking through the windshield. “The shape is only in the photo,” said Langley, a former photojournalist for a network television affiliate in Florida. “It looked like a normal giant pink sun [when taking the picture]!” “I was mostly worried it looked like a giant breaking wave,” she added, believing it was a “total flare in the camera lens. It was incredibly bright, mixed with southern winds that push ‘vog,’ volcanic haze from a big island volcano across Hawaii.” The same morning of Jan. 13 that Langley took her photo in Hawaii, Mechaele Loraff pulled her vehicle over in Buchanan, Michigan, to take a photo of the sunrise. Once she looked at the photo, she noticed an obvious shape of a cross. Mechaele Loraff of Buchanan, Michigan, snapped this photo of a sunrise Jan. 13, 2016, appearing to look like a cross. (courtesy Mechaele Loraff/Facebook) “I did not see it till after I took the picture,” Loraff told WND. “I was focused on the sunrise and the beam of light going straight up! The cloud reflecting in the shape of a cross was a bonus!” Loraff’s photo of the sunrise cross went viral after she shared it with a meteorologist at a local TV station. “I don’t really know what to say other than I am in shock and overwhelmed that my picture has gone all over the U.S. the past couple days,” she told WND. “I have never seen a light pillar before and the cloud reflecting the light from it and making it look like a cross just made it even more beautiful to me!” Meanwhile, last Friday, Jan. 8, another woman, Erika Redner Winn of Pine Valley, New York, took a photo of a different solar cross on the horizon at sunset. A sunlight cross appeared on the horizon in Pine Valley, New York, the same week as the other photos were taken. (Erika Redner Winn/Facebook) “I appreciate all of the love that this photo is getting,” Winn said. “The sunset, painted by my Jesus, gave me such peace and hope. … I pray that peace will touch everyone who feels that way about such a beautiful photo of such an amazing sky.” Interestingly, the Bible uses morning solar terms to refer to divine beings such as angels and God Himself. The fallen angel Lucifer is mentioned in the Old Testament, which states: “How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn!” (Isaiah 14:12 New International Version) And Jesus declared in the final book of Scripture: “I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.” (Revelation 22:16 King James Version) Want to learn facts from the Bible that THEY don’t want you to know? See all of Joe Kovacs’ personally autographed books on Scripture! In Hawaii, Langley’s friends have provided a host of other possibilities and comments about the “angel” image, including: “Looks like a Pringle chip” “VIP stop sign” “North Korean Nuclear Test?” “Mickey Mouse” “Fortune cookie!” “A dragon. Must have escaped from the Game of Thrones” “This woke me up this morning, our whole room was glowing orange and this is right near our house, crazy beautiful!” “That is the craziest sunrise I have ever seen.” “Not sure what it is, but it is beautiful and really cool!” link
