The Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipes

I think we can all agree that the chocolate chip cookie is the most beloved cookie of all, can’t we? Sure, everyone has their favorite recipe. Some like them extra crispy while others prefer a softer version. And still others believe that a chocolate chip cookie should be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Trendy folks like theirs stuffed with spectacular goodies or sprinkled with flakes of sea salt. In any case, the chocolate chip cookie has endured a lot of adaptations over the years. Here are some of the best recipes out there:
New York Times Chocolate Chip Cookies: Hands-down… the best cookie recipe I’ve ever tried.
Thick and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies: This seems to be the most desired texture.
Soft-Batch Style Chocolate Chip Cookies: A secret ingredient is added to the dough to result in a soft cookie.
Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies: The best of both worlds here.
Crispy Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies: Generally, if you bake cookies long enough… they’ll be crispy.
Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies: The browned butter added wonderful flavor to the cookies.
Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies: Because the sweet and salty thing is “all the rage.”
Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies: These sound just strange enough to try (and I’ll bet they’re awesome).
Reeses-Stuffed Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies: For the chocolate-peanut butter lovers!
Oreo-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies: Make big bucks at your lemonade stand with these bad boys.
Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies: Just because you’re gluten-free, does not mean you can’t eat cookies!
Dairy-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies: Nice to know there are dairy-alternatives for cookies!
Egg-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies: It’s still a good cookie, even without egg!
Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies: (Because Vegans need a good chocolate chip cookie too!)
