www.geteggiestv.com/?tag=he|af&a_aid=OF&a_bid=b3dc2eaa&data1=199OK, so they exaggerate (a lot) about how much trouble it is to cook hard boiled eggs...but I like the idea that you can add ingredients to an egg before you hard boil it. For $10 plus $7.99 P&H you get thingies to make six hard boiled eggs and a "free" egg slicer (which you could also get at Dollar Tree). For an additional $7.99 P&H you get a second set of six eggie thingies and a second egg slicer "free" - a $60 value. First of all, the $7.99 P&H is very much inflated, and the idea that a dozen plastic containers and two egg slicers are "a $60 value" are ludicrous. So is the cost (including P&H) of $25.98. But....if I saw the set of six Eggies for $10 (no P&H) at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, I might be tempted to give them a try. Anyone else?

I don't like cooking in plastic, I try to avoid it always. Especially for the microwave. I bet you could find something at a restaurant supply store that would work just as well, some little ramekins in a water bath maybe? Plus the most hard boiled eggs I ever peel is when I make potato salad. Then it's usually only 6. Not a big deal.
