I am going to share with you a dream that the Lord has asked me to share. I must blow the trumpet so that I don’t have to blush before the Lord.
(Really? You'll be hanging your head in shame for these false prophecies!) I hope this trumpet will be heard. I’m sure this is something that is really going to happen. This has been repeatedly confirmed to me by the Lord. That’s why I sound the trumpet.
Before I share this dream with you, I wanted to tell you that in 2017 the Lord gave me to have a vision. This vision was very brief, a kind of flash vision if I can put it that way. I saw a comet in space. And the Lord said to me: “he is coming to earth”. The sight shocked me and I put it in the back of my head.
On June 18, 2020, I had this dream: I was in a house that belonged to a family. They were a Christian couple who had two children. It looked like I was there on vacation with them. It was the end of summer. I was there with my wife and my mother. The couple and their children were inside the house watching TV. While my mother, wife and I were in the garden enjoying the summer coolness. It was dark and we were relaxing in the garden. As I looked at the stars, I noticed something amazing. In fact I saw the moon and two planets were below the moon, so as to form a triangle. Around the moon, many stars gravitated, they were in motion.
So I call on my wife to look. She looks for the first time, but sees nothing because of a cloud passing by. The second time around, she sees what I’m showing her and says, “Ah that’s weird.” I call my mom too, and she says, “Oh yeah. They have to talk about it on television ”. And she goes inside the house, followed by my wife to check if the news is talking about it. I stay outside and continue to watch this amazing sight in the sky. I call my brother to find out if he sees the same thing. He said to me: “Yes it is too much madness, we see it everywhere on earth, people are perplexed, they are asking questions”.
I hang up and continue to watch the moon, then suddenly I remember a prophecy. In fact I remember a prophecy that mentioned this phenomenon. And I scream, “Quick, the book of prophecies.” And I run inside the house to get this book. I open the book and hasten to read the prophecy. I realize that we are exactly in time for the fulfillment of this prophecy. She said: “When you see three moons and three suns then the comet will come“. In this book of prophecies there were diagrams. What I could see in the sky was identical to these patterns.
You could see on television that all the TV programs around the world were interrupted to talk about these three moons and these three suns. People were puzzled but anxious at the same time. Because a lot of shocking things had happened before, and they feared what might come next. So I started calling out to people in the house who were watching TV. It was hard for me to listen to me because the television attracted their full attention. I didn’t get discouraged, I kept talking. My wife came next to me and I began to explain the prophecy. It took a long time because people weren’t focused.
It took a lot of energy and time for them to understand. So much so that by the time my explanation was over it was almost early morning. After finally understanding and listening to me, everyone understood that the comet was going to crash. So I said to them, “I wasted a lot of time explaining the prophecy because you weren’t focused. So we’re gonna do one thing. Pray to know now the will of the Lord ”. And we all started to pray.
So the Lord spoke to us. He told me to take a bus and head for the beach. I didn’t know the reason yet. Panicked, the couple who welcomed us chose to pack their bags and leave with their children. The feeling that came to me was that they were on their way to certain death. At the end of the prayer, my mother lies down in the deckchair and tells us that she prefers to savor her last moments in the house, knowing that she was going to die. I looked at my mom and I said to her, “You know what you are doing is like suicide.” She looked at me and huffed. I could not prevent their decisions, the Lord made me understand that it was their own choice.
I headed with my wife to a bus, got behind the wheel, and we set off towards the beach. On my way to the beach, the day is breaking and I realize that there are not one but three suns. When I got to the beach I realized that there were a lot of children and four adults were with them, they seemed to be protecting them. The approximate ages of these children were between 2 and 7 years old, I would say. I understood that we had to get these kids on the bus. Finally I see that there are other buses in the distance on the beach. The Lord had made other brethren do the same. The drivers were exclusively men. So my wife and I get the kids on the bus. Some children were stuck in reefs and I was going to look for them because they were terrified by the violence of the waves.
As I was picking up one of the children from the rocks, I had a vision. The Lord shows me what is happening in real time in the atmosphere. In fact, I see the comet heading at full speed through the atmosphere towards the earth, to crash into the Atlantic Ocean. So I turn around and say to my wife who was behind me: “She just fell”. And I rush to get all the children who were stuck in the reefs. My wife calls out to me and tells me it’s dangerous. I tell him we cannot leave these children. With my wife’s help I get all the kids on the bus and we head up to the heights. We were looking for the highest place in the region. The impact of the comet would cause a tsunami where we were. And it would wreak havoc on all coasts of the Atlantic Ocean. When we were driving we could feel the full force of the tsunami pushing behind us. So we could feel this wave behind us, but it didn’t reach us. We rush to the heights.
Luke 21 verse 25: “There will be signs in the sun, in the moon and in the stars. And on earth there will be anguish among the nations who do not know what to do, at the sound of the sea and the waves. “
The entirety of this dream will really occur. The Lord has clearly confirmed this to me. There will indeed be a comet that will fall in the Atlantic Ocean and produce a lot of collateral damage (earthquakes, tsunamis and other climatic disturbances which could lead to a possible pole reversal). All of these things will happen before the rapture of Christians. This dream is reminiscent of the opening of the sixth seal mentioned in the book of Revelation. (Revelation 6 verse 12). And also in the passage of Joel 2 verse 10. In the word of the Lord we find several passages which refer to the fall of asteroids and similar things on earth, so it seems that there will be several bodies coming from the universe which are going to fall on the earth.
As for this dream and this event which the Lord foretold, we must pray to be led by the spirit of the Lord in order to accomplish his will. So when this event occurs, no matter where we find ourselves we will be at peace, confident that we are in the Lord’s plans. Our soul will be at peace because we will be in the will of the Lord. Our mission is to speak the word around us and to pray that many souls will be pulled out of the darkness. Knowing what is going to happen, that must further motivate us to do it. It is this mission that it is about when it comes to the dream of retrieving the children from the beach.
Interpretation of the dream:
The people in this dream illustrate different types of people and behaviors. Regardless, it is only about Christians and all types of Christians (the awakened, the passive, the religious and the backsliders).
Two types of people: Those who are inside watching TV and those who are outside. Those inside, captivated by the television: a family whose life is punctuated by television. They are locked in the house with the television taking up all the space. The Lord explains to me that television represents the spirit of the world, the fact that the system controls people’s lives. This makes these Christians passive and indiscriminate. Cut off from the relationship with Yehoshua (Jesus) since everything is directed towards television. They are not led by the spirit of Yehoshua. They are led by the world when they are “Christians”.
The people in the garden: they are also Christians. One of them is looking at the sky. This person notices the phenomenon that is happening in the sky. She warns others who, when warned, are in astonishment. It’s only when they’re notified that they think about going to see what it’s said on TV. We can see here that even Christians are conditioned by the world since instead of praying they wonder what the television is saying about it.
The Lord explains to me that we are in the end times, that the night is late. We must behave like that person who scans the sky. That is, to watch in prayer to discern the times in which we are.
Two types of behavior: those who seek answers from the TV and those who seek to discern according to the spirit.
Those who seek answers on television: They do not seek to discern things but look to television as the only reliable repository. They are conditioned to believe in the information delivered by the system without ever questioning it. The television here represents the world, the devil’s system, including the religious system.
Those who seek to discern by the mind: They do not watch at all what the television can say. So don’t listen to the ideas conveyed by the system. The revelation of prophecy comes to the seeker, not to the one running to the voices of this world. The phone call to my brother about the phenomenon represents fellowship. When we see the warning signs of this cataclysm, fraternal communion will be important. To confirm that the phenomenon is indeed global, that it is observed by brothers and sisters all over the world. And to share information.
The three moons and the three suns: In the dream, the three moons were visible at night while the three suns were visible during the day. The other two moons and the other two suns were not moons and suns, they were actually planets. The moon and the sun represent Israel. The other planets that resemble the moon and the sun represent the nations that are enemies of Israel. And who will attack Israel. Israel and its allies will find themselves at war with powerful nations. This war will be one of the signs that will let us know that the cataclysm is approaching.
The person who remained outside watching the phenomenon, while the others entered the house, was seized by the spirit of the Lord. The Spirit of the Lord seized her and she remembered that these signs had been mentioned in a prophecy. That’s why she hurried to find the book of prophecies in her belongings at home. This book represents the word of Elohim, the One who knows all things in advance and who gives us the revelation of the times. This word is difficult to be heard because of the fact that the TV is on. The spirit of the world fights this word so that it is not heard. The spirit of the world feeds the flesh. Whereas the word of the Lord goes against the flesh. The TV in this dream totally captivates people.
Two behaviors then emerge: that of the woman who approaches to listen to the prophecy and those who stay in front of the television. The woman who comes up to listen to the prophecy is not spellbound by the television, she came in and listened to the television, just for information. She then manages to turn away to focus on the prophecy. (Christians are in the world but are not part of the world -> John 17 verses 14 to 17). While those who stay in front of the television find it difficult to listen to the prophecy because they are spellbound by this television. They give more credit to the latter, rather than to the prophecy.
Please note that television should not be understood as such but as a symbol. The symbol of an authority from which one seeks an answer. An answer that will not be questioned. Even if he is listened to with only one ear, the person announcing the prophecy is not discouraged and calls out to these people again and again. There is a real struggle there for people to listen to and understand this prophecy. Let us not tire of proclaiming the message of repentance, the rapture of Christians, and the return of Jehoshua. Do not get tired even if it is difficult to be heard because the world is fighting this message.
I must say that many Christians despise prophecies and most doubt it. There is a spirit of unbelief due to the control of thought instilled by the system of this world. This thought control has become almost ubiquitous. The devil bombards people with information and images to this effect, which reinforces this disbelief. Yet the prophecy is beautiful and very biblical. In fact, the entire Bible is prophetic.
In this dream, however, it was a question of Christians and not of people who did not know the word of Elohim. Once the prophecy has finally been heard by all, it is time to realize awareness. Much time has passed, so very little remains to seek the will of the Lord.
Those who watched television have a carnal reaction, they panic during the time of prayer. They forget that the Lord is with them, they only think of one thing: finding a solution to get out of trouble. What the Lord is asking to do is foolishness in their eyes. They prefer to rescue their lives with their own strength. This represents the Christians who, anchored in the system, will set out to save the goods of this world and their families. But who will not let themselves be led by the spirit, and therefore run to certain death. The word says that those who are led by the spirit are the sons of Elohim. My mother who wants to stay and savor her last moments. It represents those who do not want to obey the Lord. Those who refuse to humiliate themselves. They behave like the people of the world when they have knowledge. Because of their stubbornness a spirit of bewilderment is upon them. Which leads them to do things that seem meaningless.
My wife and I represent those who obey the Lord without really knowing what to expect. The Lord asks them to head for the beach as the comet is about to fall in the Atlantic Ocean. To human sight it seems madness because they are getting closer to danger. But they obey the Lord by trusting him. They will accomplish the Lord’s mission. And at the beach they will find the children to rescue. So when they started taking the bus they didn’t know what they were going to find or what they were going to do there. Blind trust in the Lord.
As the comet falls into the ocean, the person receives real-time feedback from the Lord that the comet has struck the earth. This means that in these end times the Lord will speak with precision to His people regarding times and circumstances. This divine precision will allow us to be one step or even two steps ahead of events. The fall of the comet to the earth is the image of Satan coming to begin his period of reign with all his wickedness and malice. A reign that will be sudden because it will be cast down from heaven. And the word tells us on this subject woe to the earth and to the sea (Revelation chapter 12 verse 12).
The flight to the heights by bus to escape the waves represents the persecution of Christians. But Yehoshua is alive, he is leading us to the heights, there we will be at peace. He leads us to Zion, the holy mountain. Zion in Greek means high place. The heights represent intimacy with the master, like Moses who spoke face to face with the Almighty on the mountain.
Finally, there is a deep message in this dream. The woman represents the church, her husband represents Yehoshua. The word says that Jehoshua’s testimony is the spirit of prophecy. (Revelation 19 v10). The church should follow Yehoshua’s words and follow him in the missions he gives (on the bus). It is he who controls everything (drives the bus) and it is he who saves souls in distress (children). We must understand that the spirit of Yehoshua dwells in us. And when he speaks to us and actually sends us on a mission, he himself is doing the work through us. So we can say that Yehoshua continues his ministry through his children.

My children, your world is about to change dramatically, and it will happen overnight. The enemy is placing people strategically in each large city now and a takeover in power is coming. You will see the Evil One arise when this happens.
Your heart will want to despair when this happens as every aspect of your life becomes controlled by the enemy. They have long been planning this move and they will succeed in taking over. Be not afraid of this, for I also have long known it.
The enemy will take control and the Mark I warned you about in My Word will be introduced. At this point, those who are truly Mine will recognize it for what it is and refuse it. Those who do will be killed but fear not, for you who are Mine are coming home to Me in that day. For those who accept his mark, there will be no remedy, they will go to My enemy in death and they will never know peace or rest for all eternity.
My children, stay in My Word that it may be written on your heart on the day this enemy takes it away from the world, for that will be all the Word you have in that time. Set your hearts to remain faithful to Me and endure whatever comes and not deny Me. Set your hearts to lay down your life for My Name’s sake as I laid Mine down for you.

NOTE: I believe I was shown this is a worldwide event. As the Lord spoke this word to me on August 1st, I saw several people who worked for the nation(s) that were taking control being sent into a large city. There, they appear like regular citizens – they are, in effect, deadly sleeper cells who have instructions to launch this attack all at exactly the same time, allowing this takeover to happen. People in power who are not the enemy’s will, will be quickly disposed of, as will all those who reject this new regime.

I had a prophetic dream in 2018, I feel I need to share now.
I found myself in a really big room or stadium something happened very quick and the place was very full with people were no space between each other we hear a sound of shooting we all went to the floor face down . The silent came I stoop up because I was alive and because they were shooting I want to mark myself with blood in that way they won’t shoot me because they will think I’m dead. For my surprise I look around and everyone was dead but no one has blood . Right away I knew was a chemical attack. For some reason we were hearing shooting but no one was shoot.
Right after that the scene changed and I found myself in Some city in the United States , I live in FL but that happened in all US. Was no electricity all was dark , people walking very tired, hungry, desespérate, disorderly, dirty , look like they walk a lot to get there and so many people lost everything and they have no place to go. In that town they put cords between post and tress and hung some kerosene lamps that’s old style we call in Spanish (quinqué).
They have FEMA with tables and food waiting for people to go there to feed them and take them in school busses to FEMA Camps . I was observing and the people that were there eating right away were instructed to board the bus. I took a look at he bus and I saw the people one with the head on the chowder of the people were next to them. I understood God was with me showing me what was happening. So I said to God, “ Oh Poor people they are very tired and falling asleep right away get in the busses” . And God told me “No that’s not the reason, the food they are giving to them is poisonous .“ And I wake up.

Yesterday I was having such a peaceful day deep deep peace this is the second time I felt such a peace brethren I’m sure its a fortaste of what we will feel when the evil is bound during the mirror of eternity. Anyway God has a special peace reserved for us during these times .lately I value peace which is rare for me in this ongoing warefare I don’t know If you ever felt like you are attacked all day everyday-
But of course we always win!!! then I asked God to talk to me which he did concerning this peace I felt.
Today I had a dream:
This morning I saw The sky turn red I was with my mum and sister In the lounge I rushed outside to see outside then I see white white Clouds very white they were so low some were touching the ground
Further from where we were.then I see now extremely dark clouds So abnormal they are moving looks like there are creatures inside They inflict terror! So i tell my Mother and sister give me blankets and pegs to cover the windows and I tell them “don’t look” now we Are rushing to cover the windows Then I say its okay slow down we Have seven days to prepare and tell our loved ones.then I see the dark Clouds rolling like waves and they launch deep beneath the surfaces Of the earth and I hear splashes and see water flying to the air just behind our neighbour Then I say to mum “God has fulfilled his prophecy concerning this area”
Interpretation:
God has shown me the mirror of eternity and 3 days of darkness at once!
The fulfilled prophecy God told me 22 May 2020 in a dream “I am tired of people who have heard of my word but don’t repent I will do something about it” in that dream I saw large cracks on the surface of the earth and extremely large rocks revealed beneath also saw flooding.when God spoke I saw His body across the sky it was specifically in St Chads Ladysmith. The events will follow each other time is short that’s why I saw them at once that the destruction came twice means that God has decided and will do it soon.

I asked the LORD, “Will he (Trump) be killed when they say that he is?”

The Glorious Cloud, The Ladder and The Huge Kettle!

HUMBLED FOR SERVICE
(Nothing says "humble" like using it in your screen name! )Yesterday morning, the 8th August 2020, I had a short interesting dream which I believe is from the Lord. This dream is a call on all of us to ensure that we are covered and protected in the Lord Jesus Christ. And especially those who have not given their lives to Him, this is the time to do so.
I wish to share this dream, which am sure will edify the readers. The dream is thus:
In the dream, I saw myself standing outside in an open area. And high up in the sky, there was a cloud. Just one cloud, a huge cloud. It was not the same as the clouds we see. This cloud looked like it was alive and like there was fire inside of it. It was shimmering and glittering, and glitters of many different colors sparkled from within it. It was glorious and very desirable, and inviting at the same time.
I instantaneously knew that this cloud represented the presence of God, or He was inside of it.
As I was looking at the cloud, a ladder appeared. It came right in front of me, and terminated in the glorious cloud. This ladder was about half a meter (2 feet) wide such that only one person could climb at a time. It was made of very strong circular bars, both the side rails and the rungs. There was something unique about this ladder. At the middle of this ladder, the material changed from ordinary metal and became a beautiful dark golden color. I instantaneously knew that one had to climb and aim to reach past this middle section.
There were people around me although I did not know any in particular. I began to urge them to come up and climb the ladder.
As I was calling people to go up the ladder, a huge kettle came out of the glorious cloud. It looked like the modern hot water kettles. It had a long goose-neck spout. It came out of the glorious cloud and stood right next to it on my left side. Both the glorious cloud and the kettle were about the same size. That’s just how huge this kettle was.
The dream ended.
My interpretation of this dream:
The cloud represents the presence of God. The Ladder represents the Lord Jesus Christ, the way to the Father. The hot water kettle represents the wrath of the Father that is about to be poured upon this earth. “Hot water” as it were, is about to be poured onto this earth.
The ladder symbolism is telling us that the only way is to hold on to the Lord Jesus Christ, and to keep going up with Him. And letting go will result in a fall.
The change of the ladder mid-height is a call on all of us to come out of the ways of this world, and into a close walk with the Lord. It also speaks of the transformation of those who will be found in the Lord Jesus Christ, those who will escape the wrath of the Father, and be hidden from the time of Tribulation soon to beset the earth.

Oh, the irony! “False Prophet … False Prophet!”

This is one of 3 short dreams that I received the morning of 31st July 2020. I would like to share this dream for the edification of the believers. We are living in the era of many false teachers and prophets, and we need to be firmly rooted in the word of God, to be able to spot what is contrary. And I believe that this is the message of the dream.
The False Prophet
The dream was thus:
I was inside a hall or auditorium, and it was almost completely dark inside this building. There was a podium at the center of this hall or auditorium and I was facing it. I seemed to be seated somewhere in the middle of the hall. I knew that the hall was packed with people, although I did not see anyone at first because of the gross darkness.
In front of us was a man preaching, giving a talk or delivering a sermon. We were all attentively listening and there was absolute silence, except for this man who went on preaching. As he preached, he seemed to be bending down to refer to a certain book that was on the pulpit. As the man continued to preach, the “sentences” he quoted from this book did not sound familiar. I remember feeling a bit confused and troubled in spirit.
“That’s not what the Bible says…” I kept saying to myself.
This got me really interested in knowing which book this man was preaching from, because many times he was bending down to read from it.
Although it was dark, my curiosity was finally satisfied when I finally got to see the cover of the book. The pulpit was a modern one made of glass, and I was able to see the front and back covers of the book, as I looked at the book through the pulpit glass from below. The cover of this book was scaly like the skin of a snake. And to confirm it was made from snake skin, it had the motif of the head of a snake imprinted on it. .
“Aha…” I said to myself, now understanding what this cover could mean or symbolise.
Immediately after seeing this, a man stood up and climbed up the dais and said loudly, “You are a false prophet”.
And yet another man also stood up in the auditorium and said, “Yes … false prophet”.
Still a third and a fourth person stood up and called out the preacher saying “false prophet, false prophet”.
Soon there were many others in the hall calling out the preacher as a false prophet.
Much relieved, I reclined backwards onto my seat.
The dream ended.

This vision from the Lord was posted here one year earlier on August 2, 2019.
I saw today the prophetic word from 3M PROPHESIES which similar to what I saw. Seeing the closeness of the time and realizing the involvement of the life of many millions, I though it will be good to post it again to make sure the warning is out for all and clear our doubts about few of the questions raised when the vision was posted. New we have more than three wtnesses. New York city in flames from Nuclear attack!

Last night I didn’t sleep since 3:00AM. I had a rough morning, sick until I hate everything (sorry for the word). I sat, saw the news and closed my eyes. The condition and my situation doesn’t permit me to think about anything but to have a small rest. I was swiftly drifting, gone for few minutes. I didn’t ask for it nor thought about it. What I saw shook me to the bones.
I saw New York city in flames, burning from nuclear attack. It is destroyed . When I see that, I said to myself, all what they are talking about came to be true. It was so real, in my face, as if I was there close to the action, I was shocked. It was an instant but very, very real. At the very moment, I saw Trump in a flash flew on the air right by the flaming city. I saw him speed passed behind the flame to the right, on the air. I don’t know what it means but that is what I saw. I saw what many have seen, The timing is what matters. This thing looks so close, God knows the time.
Remeber where judgements starts.

A NEW RIGHT SHOE

A few weeks ago I slipped on some sturdy shoes that I had not worn in a while and headed to Target to buy a new journal. As I was walking around the store, I noticed that my shoes weren’t as comfortable as I remembered. In fact, it almost felt like my heels were sinking into the floor. I looked down to see what was going on and noticed that the thick soles were literally breaking into black crumbles before my eyes. Not only that, but I could see a very conspicuous trail of black sole pieces on the pristine floor everywhere I had walked. Mortified, I high tailed it out of there just as fast as my rapidly disintegrating shoes would allow.
Now those shoes were of good quality with very thick soles. In the natural, sturdy shoes just don’t disintegrate like that. I felt that the Lord was trying to get my attention. And that He wanted me to focus on shoes. So I started flipping back through my journal searching for more clues. On 7/10/2020 in a vision I saw a lady’s sling back shoe with a heel and open toe. An on 6/10/2020 I had a dream where I was wearing a dress and there were all sorts of shoes affixed to my dress. There were so many shoes on the dress that you could not see the actual fabric of the dress, only the shoes attached to it. When I sought the Lord in prayer over all this, He reminded me of an incident that happened over a year ago.
One day outside Walmart I saw a man with only one leg sitting in a wheelchair holding a sign. He was sitting alone on a concrete walk area in the middle of a busy parking lot. I approached him and struck up a conversation. He said his name was Steve. He was homeless and living in his 38 year old truck. I asked him his most pressing need. He said he needed detergent, spot remover, and bottled water so he could do laundry. So I ran to Walmart for him.
On 6/22/2019, I saw him again but this time he looked much worse for wear. His beard was grown out and he had open sores running up and down his arms. The change in his appearance was so drastic, that I was quite concerned. Again I asked his most pressing need. He said that he needed a new right shoe. I glanced down at his shoe and noticed something very strange. It looked like he was wearing his left shoe on his right foot! I asked him if that was the case, and he said that it was. I just wanted to burst into tears right then and there, but by some miracle I managed to hold it together. I said I would go get him some new sneakers at Walmart but I didn’t think they would sell me a single right shoe – might have to get a pair. It was a very lame attempt at humor, but it kept me from crying.
So I ran and got him new sneakers. When he put on the new right shoe, it was a perfect fit. He beamed from ear to ear. Then he handed the left shoe back to me, saying that he didn’t need it. After I got home, I kicked off my sandals and slipped my right foot into my left sneaker. I tried walking around on it, but it was so uncomfortable, that I immediately took it off again. The only reason a person would ever wear a shoe that way would be if they had no other option.
On 7/4/2019 the Lord gave me a vision of a knife. Immediately after that, I saw another vision of me pushing a baby in a baby carriage as we went for a walk. Then I heard the Holy Spirit say “OBLATION”. Then I heard “ALMONDS”. Then I heard the name “STEVEN _____”. I had no clue what the word oblation meant, so I had to look it up.
Oblation: something brought near the altar i.e. sacrificial present, an offering, a sacrifice.
That day I puzzled over the visions and the words, wondering what on earth it all meant. The very next day upon waking, the Lord gave me understanding. The knife, the baby, and the word oblation referred to the Lord testing Abraham in Genesis 22:2, when God asked him to offer his son as a burnt offering. The Lord said to Abraham “Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you”.
So the Lord was asking me to give up something that I loved – almonds. And because he mentioned the name Steven _____, I wondered if that person was somehow connected to the visions. So now the question was – who was Steven _____? (I am omitting his last name for privacy’s sake.) The only Steven I knew was Steve, the homeless guy. Were they one in the same? I wondered if this “fast” of sorts would somehow strengthen the prayers that I was already praying for him.
Now to most people giving up almonds might not seem like a big deal. But to me it was a very big deal. You see since 2012, I had eaten the exact same breakfast every single morning – a faux “cereal” of almond meal, eggs, vanilla, stevia and blueberries. Mixed together and microwaved, it tastes like blueberry muffins, which I love, but healthier. So for 7 years, that is what I ate each and every morning. Yes, you might say I’m a creature of habit. But the Lord was asking me to give up my almonds, so that morning I made up my mind to stop eating them. For a long while, I peered into my pantry, thinking – what do other people eat for breakfast? Finally I whipped up an omelet.
While I was praying over this whole situation, the Lord brought to my remembrance a dream that I had in February of 2018. In the dream, I was with 2 other people – a man and a woman. I was addressing a group of young people, but they were not listening to me. Suddenly the young people became angry and violent and viciously attacked the woman that was with me.
In the next scene, the woman, who had been attacked, was lying on the ground, seriously injured and unable to walk or get away. The man said to me “Let’s go, leave her, she’s going to die anyway.” I saw a house up ahead and thought that maybe we could get the woman into the house and hide her from the crowd. Right then while I was deciding what to do, I heard the Holy Spirit suddenly break into my dream and say “DENY YOURSELF”. Then man took off without us. End of dream.
That dream was the first time that I heard the Holy Spirit speak during the course of a dream. I searched for the word “deny” in the Bible and found it in Luke 9:23: Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.” At the time I really did not understand what that meant. But now it was starting to become clear to me.
Later that day as I was praying, it dawned on me that a pattern was emerging. When the Lord asked me to leave Cincinnati and move over 600 miles to a place I had never been, there was a huge “cost”. I gave up my home of 27 years, my family, and my friends. When He sent me to my mom, with whom I was estranged, there was a huge emotional “cost”. With my sister, there was a financial “cost”. Now with Steven, the “cost” was giving up something I really enjoyed – my favorite breakfast. Each time I was sacrificing things that I did not want to give up. There was a “cost” to me personally.
I wondered why there was a “cost”. After much reflection, it occurred to me that if we are willing to give up something we love at the Lord’s request, it shows God that we put Him first in our lives. And that we love Him. It shows the Lord that “Your will be done” and not “my will be done”. I absolutely love what David said to Araunah in 2 Samuel 24:24: “And the king said unto Araunah, Nay; but I will surely buy it from you at a price: neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the LORD my God of that which does cost me nothing.” Isn’t that just beautiful?
I thought about all the people in the bible who “counted the cost” and “laid down their lives” to follow Jesus. Like Ezekiel who had to lie on his left side 390 days and on his right side 40 days to atone for the sins of Israel and Judah. His “cost” of great physical discomfort was the atoning sacrifice for the sins of many people. I thought about God asking Isaiah to run around naked and barefoot for 3 years. Can you imagine that? Now that is a very steep “cost”! I thought about Joseph who was sold into slavery and falsely imprisoned. His “cost” was 13 years of forfeited freedom! One man’s life was laid down for the benefit of many. I thought about how Sheba was sacrificed so that all the rest of people in the town of Abel would live. One person sacrificed for many. I thought about Esther who sacrificed her own personal safety to save the Jewish people. I thought about Ruth who forsook her Moabite God, her home town, her relatives, her friends, and her way of life to follow after Jesus. I thought about Hannah, the barren woman, who promised the Lord she would dedicate her son to God all the days of his life. I thought about Jesus who gave up his life to bear the sins of all. There is definitely a common theme in all these stories.
Forty-nine days later after starting my almond fast, I received another vision. This time I saw a spoon filled with little seeds or grains. I knew that the Lord was telling me that my almond fast was over and I could eat almonds again. I received the good news around 3 AM in the morning. My joy was so great that I almost leapt out of bed to fix my almond breakfast on the spot. But then I decided that it was way too early. So I settled for just doing the “happy dance” in my mind!

She's been going on for months about the fact that Israel now has buses running on the Sabbath - the issue really has had her incensed! The issue shouldn't be of any concern - Jesus has fulfilled the Law in its entirety, and He is our Sabbath rest. (Matt. 12:8) As we've seen, however, she thinks she's wise, but her biblical ignorance is showing.
