Obama: I’m Not Breaking Law, Just ‘Expanding My Authority'

OBAMA: I’M NOT BREAKING THE LAW, I’M JUST ‘EXPANDING MY AUTHORITY’
In a scripted event with a handpicked audience falsely labeled a ‘town hall meeting’, Obama dared the GOP to vote on whether or not his actions were legal or not and promised to veto because it’s “the right thing to do.”
“So in the short term, if Mr. McConnell, the leader of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, want to have a vote on whether what I’m doing is legal or not, they can have that vote. I will veto that vote, because I’m absolutely confident that what we’re doing is the right thing to do,” Obama proclaimed.
Obama would surely bypass any contrary determination by any other authority on his immigration actions as he has broken the law already by ignoring the injunction of a federal judge to stop his amnesty measure.
Of course, Obama stated he hasn’t broken any laws, only ‘expanded his authority’:
“What we’ve done is we’ve expanded my authorities under executive action and prosecutorial discretion as far as we can legally under the existing statute, the existing law. And so now the question is, how can we get a law passed.”
Obama doesn’t consider the Constitution, which flies in the face of his Marxist ideals, to be a valid document, therefore he feels he can just assume more authority as he pleases, so much so that he can simply ignore the Congressional and Judicial branches.
Nah, destroying the very structure of our government isn’t illegal as long as you properly ‘expand your authority’.
