At this site you can download hundreds of free ebooks, most of which are available free for a limited time. There are Christian books, novels, mysteries, cookbooks, history books....every genre you could want, and they're FREE!
Although primarily intended for Kindle owners, you don't need a Kindle - there's an app for many phones, and the books can also be downloaded to your PC or Netbook.
Philippians 3:20-21 “But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body, by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself.”

The beauty of it is, you don't NEED to have a Kindle - there's a Kindle app for many phones, and you can even download the books right to your computer. Were someone to get a Kindle at a later date, they can transfer the books to it.
There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all argument, and which cannot fail to keep man in everlasting ignorance. That principle is condemnation before investigation. ~ Edmund Spenser

You can also download free ebooks at our new website www.galileanchristian.com I haven't done it yet, but there is a bunch of free resources as well. Bible study tools and such. Give it a look and let me know what you think of the ebooks. I don't have much reason to do ebooks myself, so i'd like someones opinion on it. Thanks.
Cool! Thanks for the tip wateredseeds, I am mainly interested in non-fiction, reference type and Christian books, so sounds like this could be a great resource.

Free Christian Books!
Go to www.inspiredreads.com. Every day they list new Christian books - both fiction and non-fiction - that you can download to your Kindle or to your PC or Android phone.
Thank you for sharing this? It's hard to find some books. I have an e-book and my kids read with me too. I try to choose books that interest them, but their tastes change so quickly.
