They're saying an experiment starting in mid-July may make clocks on ovens, microwaves, DVD players, and other appliances go as much as 20 minutes fast... and if you recall, there was a story in the news last week about clocks being 20 minutes fast in Sicily. Is this news some kind of cover for a time acceleration experiment? A cover-up story for something out of control? Did CERN do something? www.pjstar.com/free/x438673945/Power-grid-change-may-disrupt-clocks

I think this is weird... Why would they want power to fluctuate? Seems like there would be less waste keeping it constant. I wonder if buying surge protectors for all electric devices would stop this "experiment" from ruining my appliances? I don't want to have to replace a bunch of stuff, that could get expensive.
Maybe that's why they're doing it...

to change the time they need to changed the frequency of the power from 60hz to higher plus digital does not use the power to keep time anymore so this has to be a cover up or something
