Why Are FEMA Domes Going Up Behind Texas Grade Schools?

With each passing day, as we draw nearer the proposed Operation Jade Helm 15 start date of 15, July, more and more news that is putting a lot of people on edge, especially in the great state of Texas, keeps coming out.
A FEMA dome is currently being constructed behind the local elementary school in Eastland, Texas. What a perfect location. Shut the kids up in school, on lockdown, when the SHTF, and then lock their parents up in the dome when they come to get them!
