Get ready: Former terrorist predicts WHEN U.S. should expect attack

While our president continues to appear inexplicably (to put it kindly) out of touch with reality, the warnings about threats to our homeland continue to pile up. ISIS itself warned, in a video released Monday, that an attack in Washington, D.C. is on the horizon.
And last night, a former member of Al Qaeda in Yemen warned that a terror attack is likely imminent — within the next two weeks. He explained why to Fox News’ Megyn Kelly.

Morten Storm, an ex-terrorist who later became a double agent for the CIA, told Fox News host Megyn Kelly that he believes an attack is imminent.
“I believe that within the next two weeks, we will have an attack,” he said.
Storm added, “The people who are on the run at the moment from ISIS in Europe are very desperate, and they know their time’s up, and they will need to do as much damage as possible.”
The ex-terrorist said an attack on American soil could happen, but would be a “bit different” because of the security precautions currently in place.
“And I also believe that copycats in America will do their best to do what their brothers have done in Europe,” Storm said.
Storm’s warning comes just days after terrorists killed at least 129 in France in the deadliest violence the country had seen since World War II.
As Storm points out, we’ve already seen what appears to be terrorists’ efforts to hit Germany, given events yesterday in Hannover. And earlier today, French police may have foiled a planned attack on a Paris business district that is home to some of France’s biggest companies, such as the oil major Total and the main trading room of Societe Generale bank.
So while President Obama seems disconnected by what’s happening — and potential implications for the nation he is charged with leading and protecting — at least we can take some comfort in seeing that our F.B.I. is taking the threats seriously — even if they worry they don’t have enough resources.
I pray that it doesn’t take another 9/11 for our president to pull his head out of his — er, the sand.
