Manifesto reveals agenda to create Muslim "no go zones" in western cities as bases to launch more attacks

ISIS Brags About Exploiting Refugee Program to Send "Sleeper Cells" to Europe
A newly uncovered 99-page manifesto produced by the Islamic State brags about how the terror organization has exploited the refugee program to send jihadist sleeper cells to Europe since 2012, with the goal of creating Muslim “no go zones” in western cities that can be used as a base from which to launch further Paris-style attacks.
The manifesto, entitled Black Flags from Rome, serves as a shocking reminder of the danger posed by allowing potentially millions of Muslim migrants to enter Europe and America via the “refugee” red carpet.
At least three individuals who posed as “refugees” have now been connected to the Paris attacks, including the mastermind behind the plot, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, who brazenly revealed how he exploited the migrant red carpet to plot bloodshed.
“My name and picture were all over the news yet I was able to stay in their homeland, plan operations against them and leave safely when doing so became necessary,” Abaaoud told Dabiq magazine.
The first Stade de France suicide bomber, Ahmad Almohammad, also used a fake Syrian passport to enter Europe as an asylum seeker via Greece.
“No doubt, some of these refugees were undercover fighters of Al Qa’idah and the Islamic State,” the ISIS manifesto states. “They were quick to take the opportunity of entering into the different countries of Europe (most probably as early as 2012). All this was happening under the nose of the European intelligence services whose job during this time (2012) was only to prevent European Muslims from entering Syria. (This shows how quick the Islamic groups were in planning ahead. Years before Europe even knew where its Muslim citizens were going – experienced Islamic fighters had already found safety in Europe.)”
The manifesto explains how the Paris jihadists were incredibly well trained and how ISIS has inserted cells all over Europe to carry out similar attacks in future.
“Their locations were unknown, and police raids wouldn’t even have the same impact as unarmed lone wolf terrorists’ (sic), because these young men were armed and able to shoot back in groups,” states the manifesto. “There were small armies of the Islamic State within every country of Europe by late 2014, and the intelligence agencies didn’t even know about it!”
“If what “Black Flags From Rome” and “Black Flags From the Islamic State” say is true, it could influence subsequent debate over the flood of refugees from Syria and Iraq into Europe and possibly America,” reports the Investigative Project on Terrorism.
“It could mean that the attacks in Paris weren’t just a sign of a wounded Islamic State lashing out at Europe in retaliation for lost territory in Iraq as some suggest. The Black Flag manifestos, and a third called “How to Survive in the West: A Mujahid’s Guide,” all show a greater strategy to import the group’s jihad to Europe.”
The manual also encourages the creation of more radicalized Muslim ghetto “no go zones” like Molenbeek, Belgium, the area from which the Paris massacre plot was hatched.
“Al Qa’idah, the Islamic State and many Mujahideen groups thrived in areas where there was lawlessness because they could buy smuggled goods from the black market and train without fear of police. If police did come, the people in the area would inform everyone because this was a no-go zone for the police,” states the manifesto.
The manual asserts that encouraging social isolation by creating Muslim immigrant communities that are hostile to outsiders will in turn lead to youths feeling more alienated from society and more susceptible to radicalization.
“We want the police to feel uncomfortable in our neighbourhoods,” states the manifesto, an outcome that has already been achieved in Molenbeek, where authorities have admittedly “lost control”.
Another section of the manifesto explains how ISIS will attempt to radicalize left-wing political activists who sympathize with pro-Muslim causes.
“Many of these people (who are sometimes part of Anonymous and Anarchy movements) will ally with the Muslims to fight against the neo-Nazis and rich politicians. They will give intelligence, share weapons and do undercover work for the Muslims to pave the way for the conquest of Rome,” states the text, adding that anti-Israel activists will be targeted for this purpose.
“You will see many activists who are not even Muslims who are supportive of what Muslims are calling for (the fall of Zionism),” states the manifesto.
The manifesto also outlines ISIS’ long term goal to fulfil the Prophet Muhammad’s theology that Rome will be conquered by Muslims before the appearance of Islam’s Antichrist, the dajjal, leading to a final apocalyptic battle in Dabiq, Syria.
