Good for him! These brats are out of control and think the world owes them simply because they exist! I wish I could have seen his daughter's reaction to this...

DALLAS - Video of a North Carolina father destroying his daughter’s laptop has gone viral. The angry parent said he wanted to set an example of tough love after discovering his daughter’s disrespectful Facebook post.
The video titled “Facebook Parenting: For the Troubled Teen” was posted on Wednesday by a man named Tommy Jordan. He sits in a lawn chair and explains that his 15-year-old daughter Hannah thought it would be cute to rant about her parents online.
“For all you parents out there that think your kids don’t post bad things on Facebook, well I want to read you one,” he said.
Jordan said his daughter shared her post with the public, but tried to block him. It didn’t work. The information technology professional stumbled across it while upgrading the teen’s laptop.
He lectures his daughter and then proceeds to put holes in her laptop with his .45 caliber pistol.
“Just for the record, whenever you’re not grounded, whatever year that happens to be, you can have a new laptop when you buy a new laptop and when you pay me back the $130 for the software I spent on yours yesterday. I hope you’ve enjoyed your little fiasco on Facebook. I hope it was worth all this,” he said.
Aside from disciplining his daughter in a way that was just as public as the offense, Jordan said he made his video with the hope that others could take something away it.
“If you’re so disrespectful to your parents and yourself as to post this kind of things on Facebook, you’re deserving of some tough love. Today, my daughter is getting a dose of tough love,” he wrote in the video’s description.
What do you think? Did this father go too far or did he set an example for good parenting? Watch the FOX 4 News video above to see family psychologist Dr. Susan Fletcher talk about parenting in the digital age.
