Bizarre claim: UN in talks with 'stranded extraterrestrial seeking aid of Hilary Clinton'

Take me to your leader: Mogay was told UN boss Ban Ki moon does not run the world
The UN correspondence provided was a reply Ms McFadden to a qeury entitled "Did the UN have a reseetlement process and protection policy about extraterrestrial being?".
Her reply said: "Dear Mogay, Ban Ki-moon, the Secretery-General, is not considered the leader of Earth."
It explained what involvement the UN had previously had in the UFO phenomena, and added: "The UN Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) may also be of use to you."
Mogay, who also claimed to have a Twitter account, said it could get no response from UNOOSA and urged MUFON to help.
But, in what could be interpreted as a veiled threat for not helping, it added: "We get the important information that the leader of us need, so they have to find us and bring us back.
"If they can't get us when they reach here, I'm not sure what the aftermath will be."
MUFON told Express.co.uk it would be looking at the reports.
A Source within the UFO disclosure movement, who campaigns for the release of confidential files on the subject from all world governments, said he believed it was a fellow campaigner posing as an alien in the belief it may get them information from the UN or governments on UFO files.
The source said: "They seem to be quite knowledgeable and there is the reference to Hilary Clinton, but it's a strange idea and I am not sure it will work."
Details of peculiar correspondence between Kerith McFadden, Associate Librarian at United Nations Dag Hammarskjöld Library, in the USA, and the alleged alien who calls itself Mogay, have emerged online.
The bizarre claims and UN message were revealed in a new report filed with the world's top UFO investigation group by the alleged alien.
Express.co.uk revealed last week how the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) had received an alleged plea for help from someone claiming to be an intelligent life form from another planet, who was trying to make contact with us, while living in an adopted human host body.
So far, MUFON, which has previously said it is often subjected to hoax reportings, has yet to comment on whether it is giving the report any serious consideration or considers it a blatant hoax.
In the meantime, Mogay, as the mystery "being" calls itself, has filed a second report to MUFON stepping up the pressure and calling for help from Hilary Clinton, who last month expressed an interest in the alien and UFO phenomena.
In its report, the "stranded being" claimed its identity could be confirmed through correspondence it had with Ms McFadden, which it included with the report.
It wrote to MUFON in broken English: "Maybe you have some questions about replaceable bodies, but I have to remind you the people who can live in many planets can only be in this situation.
"We were stay in replaceable bodies, with transfer system like satellites.
"Our information will be transferred to other bodies by electromagnetic wave.
"I have tried to find help from your people since September 2015 and I sold our technology about energy transformation to some countries and NGOs to get their help.
"But they haven't help us.
Your my only hope: Mogay thinks Hilary Clinton can help
