I used to enjoy his teachings on prophecy, but he's been fast losing credibility with me. I just got this in an email:

Months ago, the Holy Spirit clearly spoke a word to my Spirit. In Acts 3, a lame
man was laid daily at the Eastern Gate begging for money to provide for his needs.
Peter and John came upon him saying, "Look on us" (Acts 3:4), and the Scripture
said, "The man gave heed to them expecting to receive something..." (Acts 3:5)
I saw the word "expecting," and realized his expectancy was an open door for his
miracle and that expectancy and faith are the power twins of answered prayer!
This man thought he needed a financial donation, but actually received something
money could not purchase - a miraculous healing!
The Holy Spirit said, "My people have become use to their own routines - attending
church on Sunday, sitting in the same seat, singing the same song, and giving by
routine - without ever really expecting me to bless their worship and return a
financial blessing in their giving."
Did the Holy Spirit really say that - or is Perry putting words in His mouth?As I meditated on this word, I heard this,
"Tell them to give an offering and to expect an unexpected blessing from me!" The
word UNEXPECTED leaped in my spirit like a sudden explosion! We all believe for
special blessings, but what about a blessing that comes from a place, a person,
or a circumstance that we are not expecting?!
Since May of last year I have shared this word in 1 service during our conferences.
We have received some of the most amazing testimonies I have heard in some time.
A pastor in Georgia gave $50.00 in the unexpected blessing offering and the next
day was given a check from a business man in town for $5,000.00...totally unexpected.
People have sold homes, cars, land, and seen miraculous breakthroughs in their
families. I believe it is because there are Rhema - or quickened words that God
gives us in season and if we follow those words in faith He moves on our behalf.
Pam knows that I become very burdened and concerned for the personal needs of our
friends and partners and continually believe that God will open doors of opportunity,
blessing and favor for them.
Here is the instruction I received from the Holy Spirit when I was flying back
from Texas. The Holy Spirit dropped another quickened Word in my Spirit. The story
of Cornelius began to burn in my heart. This Italian Centurion consistently prayed
and gave charity to the needy, when the angel of the Lord appeared telling him
that his prayer and giving had come up before God as a remembrance (Acts 10:1-4).
The angel linked this man with Peter and his entire family was introduced to the
New Covenant and received the infilling of the Spirit. The greatest unexpected
blessing you or I could receive is the salvation of our entire family! The Lord
burned in my Spirit that His people need to seek Him for the unseen and unexpected
blessings that He can provide through their acts of obedience. Here is the instruction
He gave me. The Holy Spirit said, "Take the entire month of March - for 31 days
and go into agreement with every person who responds to this word; agreeing that
this year the Father in heaven will release a special unexpected blessing upon
them and their families." It may be a financial blessing, a bill being paid, the
selling of something that has you financially burdened; an increase in your small
business, or even a breakthrough with your children or companion. I really have
a special faith that God can and will do something if you will exercise your faith
at some point during these 31 days in March.
Oh really? Sounds like superstition at best; witchcraft at worst.
This is what I mean by exercising your faith. Just as the Italian soldier, mix
your faith with your prayer request and your giving. Combine these three together,
by sowing to the VOE a special March Offering along with your most important request.
Here is what we will do. For 31 consecutive days, I will personally pray over your
request, and will have our powerful Cleveland intercession team calling out your
request to God during the 31 days of March. This is just before the spring feasts
of Israel begin and if you will believe with us, then during this year there will
be an unexpected blessing God will release to you! Remember, in the Bible Christ
would often require a person to do something before they received their miracle.
Take up their bed and walk, go wash in the pool; show yourself to the priest etc.
Faith without works (action) is dead (James 2:17). Thus, a word is only good when
a person receives it and acts upon it.
