Place in a pot and cover with cold water. Add 2 tbsp of salt to season the water.Bring the water to a boil, then cook the potatoes for 15 minutes until fork tender.Drain the potatoes and let sit for 2 minutes to dry.Place the potatoes on a sheet pan and smash with a measuring cup or glass.
