No Bake Strawberry Lasagna
Crust:
36 Golden Oreo cookies -crushed to fine crumbs
½ cup melted butter
Cheesecake layer:
8 oz. cream cheese at room temp.
½ cup unsalted butter at room temp.
1 cup powdered/icing sugar
1 ¼ cup whipped cream or Cool Whip topping
1 1/3 cup diced fresh strawberries
Jello based layer:
3 oz. strawberry Jell-o Gelatin
½ cup boiling water
1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
4 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip topping
Topping:
2-3 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip topping
White chocolate chips or white chocolate curls for garnish.
Combine oreo crumbs with butter and spread into the bottom of a 9x12" baking dish. Put dish in freezer while preparing next layer.
Cream together the cream cheese and butter. Blend in sugar until smooth and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Fold in strawberries.
Spread over crust and put in fridge while you make next layer.
Combine jello powder and boiling water in a large bowl. Stir until gelatin dissolves. Allow to cool to room temp.
Whisk in strawberry yogurt.
Fold in whipped cream or topping.
Spread over cream cheese/strawberry layer.
Cover with additional Whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Garnish as desired.
Chill for 3-4 hours or overnight until set.
