Taken straight out of BHO's favorite playbook, Rules For Radicals by Saul Alinsky.

Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain blasted President Obama for his handling of the economy in a Fox and Friends appearance Tuesday morning, accusing Obama and Democrats of wanting a bigger economic crisis so they could raise taxes.
“I predicted this nine months ago, quite frankly, that that was the game plan,” he said.
Cain also said the impasse over the deficit-reduction talks is a result of Obama failing to lead. Cain's solution? Prioritize paying interest on the debt, military salaries, Social Security and Medicare bills, and then put everything else on the table for “dramatic cuts.”
His plan for the economy, he said, included capping taxes on corporate profits and individuals at 25 percent, suspending taxes on repatriated profits for multinational companies and cutting the capital gains tax to zero.
Cain also downplayed charges by his New Hampshire campaign staffer Matt Murphy, who recently quit, that he wasn’t spending enough time in the primary state. He said that his 14 visits to New Hampshire and 21 visits to Iowa this year represent a serious effort by his campaign. He insists Murphy left for personal reasons he wouldn’t discuss, but Murphy said it was because of a lack of time and resources devoted to the state.
The Fox hosts closed the interview by asking Cain about some of the jokes comedian Jon Stewart made at his expense, including poking fun at early statements that he would not sign a bill longer than three pages (a promise he has since withdrawn). The question they put to Cain: were they racist?
"I do not believe it was racist, no. Liberals have a problem with black conservatives. With Jon being the liberal he is, it's more that I'm a black conservative than it is because I happen to be a black man," Cain said.
