I was really looking forward to seeing this movie, but frankly, I was disappointed.
There's much written about Paul's escapades in the Book of Acts, yet the movie focused around the last few weeks of his imprisonment, during which time he was visited by Luke. It was always my understanding that he was pretty much under house arrest, but the movie showed him in a large prison, one that's as big as many US prisons today.
The story was almost completely fictional, and it seemed that Priscilla and Aquila were featured in it more than Paul was, despite the fact that the Bible says very little about them. They could have made this movie into something really special (imagine seeing the shipwreck on the big screen?), but to be honest, I'm sorry I wasted my money. I kept waiting for it to get better, while I tried to keep from falling asleep out of sheer boredom, but it never did.
