Well, they can't have "Thou shalt not steal," "Though shalt not commit adultery," and "Thou shalt not bear false witness" in courtrooms, with all those lawyers around - it makes for a hostile work environment! ;D
And of course, all those greedy Senators and Congressmen also hate, "Thou shalt not covet."
