Here are a couple:

Americans will be taller; ;D

No mosquitos or flies; (I wish!

Automobiles will be cheaper than horse; LOL!

Man will be seen around the world.. Check!

Telephones around the world wireless telephone and telegraph circuits will span the globe... Check!

There will be no wild animals except in menageries. Rats and mice will have been exterminated. (I wish!)
