Very simple - you can either copy image location from a website, or upload your pictures to something like Photobucket.
When you go to post, click on the third button after the "Tube" button (above the smileys) and it'll insert the code; just paste the address for your picture in there. The second button after "Tube" is for URLs, and the next to the last one on that like it for quotes.

BTW, you can also upload pictures (or other attachments) directly from your computer using the "attachment" box that's under "subject."

I did it, I did it!!! Yay for me, lol! Thanks POH. I uploaded from Photobucket but why is the picture so BIG?? I am such a dunce when it comes to computer things.

If you took this with a digital camera, that could explain why it's so big. I usually use Photoshop to resize my images. You can adjust the size in photobucket, just go to tools, Image Editor. There are a bunch of options for photo editing in there.
