Watch Bidens hand go in front of microphone. about 10 seconds in - its all fake! (Probably green screen.)
There are several frames where you can see the wind sock on the microphone through his sleeve.
At exactly 3 seconds the right (his left) his knee has a missing piece and at 4 seconds his other leg starts to disappear. Maybe just video issues? (I doubt it - this is so blatantly fake!)
The whole outline around his body is doing some strange color fluctuations. Very weird. The microphones look completely fake.
Noise from the helicopter, but the rotors aren't moving.
Normally such anomalies can be chalked up to MPEG compression artifacts (pixel recycling) but that is beyond any MPEG artifact I have ever seen.
Where is Biden walking from as he approached the "reporters"? Is he just strolling around in some park? (I'm pretty sure that's not the White House, or even DC.) Where are the Secret Service agents?
Here are videos from AP and Bloomberg that show the same thing and then some. I can’t believe major “news” networks made this bad of a slip. Like are they even trying anymore? Or is there someone on the "inside" who's trying to let us know something is way, way off?

Why did he have to open the door himself? Where’s the Marine?
He suddenly seems to have lost that "old man walk" - watch him going up the steps of the plane.
Either they greenscreened a mic in or he's not in the White House and HE is greenscreened. The former begs the question: "Why would anybody greenscreen a mic in? What could you possibly gain?" The latter possibility, mixed with the fences around the Capitol is a terrifying mixture.
