LOS ANGELES (MarketWatch) -- Moody's Japan KK downgraded its credit rating for Panasonic Corp. JP:6752-1.66%PC+0.12% by two notches to just one level above speculative or "junk" grade, reports said Monday. The ratings agency cited concerns about earnings and high debt levels in moving Panasonic to Baa1 from A2 previously.
