I tried to find more info on this; I know babies in the US and European countries have died shortly after birth or from breastfeeding if their mothers are vaxxed, but didn't hear anything about these deformities. Apparently Turkey has manufactured some of their own versions of the vax - The government of Turkey administers SinoVac CoronaVac and Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines.
