Why would an airline put something like this out? Joke or???

United Airlines gives cryptic date and time and says it’s top secret. Seems like a joke or publicity stunt, but the timing is questionable.
It’s certainly the official account (involved history). My hesitation on it being a rogue employee or hacker is that surely it would’ve been fixed by now, especially with how much negative press the airlines have been seeing.
If it is a marketing ploy, it’s awfully misguided.. The “IYKYK” tag is especially bad, and I assume the majority of people wouldn’t know if it’s some young-and-dumb jargon or Q-talk.
