3 cups powdered sugar (up to 3 3/4 cups if mixture is runny)
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp cream or milk
1 cup chopped nuts
Melt butter, tootsie rolls and peanut butter over low to medium heat until melted and smooth.
Take off the heat and stir vanilla and milk/cream and then stir in 3 cups powdered sugar a cup at a time, stirring in nuts with last cup.
It will be super hard to stir, keep going! It will come together nicely.
Press mixture into a foil lined 8x8" baking dish (lightly grease foil with butter or cooking spray). While still warm, score the top with a sharp knife into 1 inch squares. Decorate with M&Ms if desired. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
