I finally got around to renting this video on Amazon Prime. It was pretty good, and although there wasn't much in there that I didn't know already, it was fun to watch the actual Nazarene wedding being enacted. One thing that I didn't quite get though was I'm pretty sure I heard them say that the bride had to be ready at all times (which is understandable), but I could have sworn I heard the narrator say she slept in her wedding gown?! Considering it was probably months before the groom came to fetch her - and they didn't have dry cleaners, washing machines, or even irons or wrinkle-free fabrics - I'd imagine the gown would be quite a mess by the time the wedding came! Did anyone else hear that, or am I imagining it? 😀

I thought I heard that too; seems very peculiar, but it's not worth renting the video again to find out if we heard right! 😄

Unfortunately, there's a lot of false information in that movie. Most notably, Matt. 24 has nothing to do with the rapture; it was written for the Jews and pertains to the Tribulation and Second Coming.
Both Don Stewart and James Kaddis are sound; listen to what they have to say about the film:
