EXCLUSIVE: THIRD Hunter Biden Email from Laptop with Classified Information Uncovered – Classified WH Conference Call Shared with Hunter’s Ukrainian Business Partners – And SEVERAL More Are Coming
By Joe Hoft Published January 30, 2023 at 8:00am The Biden crime family made millions in Ukraine performing nefarious and criminal activities including espionage. TGP reported on Thursday that the Bidens were using classified information to the benefit of the Hunter Biden family business. Miranda Devine from the New York Post provided one email that appeared to include classified material from the US government. Column’s up: A curiously well-informed email about Ukraine, Russia and the UK on Hunter Biden’s laptop is a thread that links the President’s classified documents scandal to the Delaware federal investigation into his son’s foreign business dealings. t.co/8hu5x5e6RU— Miranda Devine (@mirandadevine) January 23, 2023 TGP determined that this information from the 22-point email came from the US State Department and was classified. This email included this classified information and Hunter had no security clearance or reason to have this information. On Sunday night TGP reported a second email that showed Hunter Biden was sharing classified information with individuals at Burisma in Ukraine which is espionage. Today we have uncovered a third email showing more Biden family crimes related to classified information and espionage. This email discovered on Hunter Biden’s laptop was sent from Sean Keeley from Blue Star Strategies a firm that has reportedly been under investigation by the DOJ since 2021: As part of the initial Burisma controversy, the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee then led by U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) investigated Blue Star Strategies and voted to subpoena documents and depositions from the firm. [9] The 2021 investigation into Blue Star Strategies reportedly centers around its lobbying the U.S. government on behalf of Burisma without registering under the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA). Witnesses have alleged that Blue Star’s co-founders Sally Painter and Karen Tramontano met with State Department officials as part of their work for the company but did not disclose that Burisma was a client. [10] While Hunter Biden was not revealed to be a subject of the ongoing investigation, the Wall Street Journal reported that the firm’s co-founders mentioned Hunter Biden’s involvement with the company during multiple meetings with the State Department in an effort to improve the company’s image. [11] Keely’s email went to a number of individuals at Rosemont Seneca, including Hunter Biden and Devon Archer, individuals at Blue Star Strategies, including its CEO Karen Tramontano and Sally Painter, its COO, and one individual from Burisma. Please Note: This email is original source data taken directly from the Hunter Biden laptop computer by the investigator working with John Paul Mac Isaac. This is the only source of verifiable content for the Hunter Biden laptop. The chain of custody is known and complete. This is the only source that has chain of custody verification, has been authenticated and came from the original image from the Hunter Biden laptop. The email included an attachment. The email explains what’s in the attachment: This morning the White House hosted a conference call regarding the Vice President’s upcoming trip to Ukraine. Attached is a memo from the Blue Star Strategies team with the minutes of the call, which outlined the trip’s agenda and addressed several questions regarding U.S. policy toward Ukraine. Here are the problems with what was uncovered in this email. 1.The attachment in the email was a memo of a White House conference call which is classified and therefore would be illegal to share. 2.The way the email is worded it appears that this was not the first time that Blue Star Strategies received classified information like this. 3.The memo attached was regarding Joe Biden’s trip to Ukraine which implicates Joe Biden in the sharing of classified information. 4.The information not only includes Biden’s trip agenda but the Biden/Obama policy on Ukraine. 5.This email was provided to Burisma, a foreign entity – this is espionage. See the email here.

Hunter Biden Admits Infamous Laptop Belongs To Him, Calls For Criminal Probe Into Attempts To 'Weaponize' Contents
THURSDAY, FEB 02, 2023 - 10:51 AM Authored by Katabella Roberts via The Epoch Times A lawyer for President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, urged state and federal agencies in a letter on Feb. 1 to probe what he said were attempts by close allies of former President Donald Trump and others to “weaponize” the contents of a laptop that an electronics repair shop owner says was dropped off at his Delaware store in 2019. The letters from Hunter Biden’s attorneys mark the first time he and his legal team have publicly acknowledged that it was his personal data found on the laptop. The letters were sent by Hunter Biden’s lawyer Abbe Lowell to the Delaware attorney general, the Department of Justice’s National Security Division, and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). They call for an investigation into former Trump chief strategist Steve Bannon, campaign lawyer and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, as well as Giuliani’s own lawyer, Robert Costello, and the owner of the Wilmington computer repair shop, John Paul Mac Isaac, who said Hunter Biden dropped a laptop off at his store in April 2019 and failed to return to pick it up. “We write on behalf of our client, Robert Hunter Biden, to request an investigation into the following individuals for whom there is considerable reason to believe violated various federal laws in accessing, copying, manipulating, and/or disseminating Mr. Biden’s personal computer data,” states the letter (pdf) to the DOJ’s top national security official, Matthew Olsen. The letter goes on to claim that Mac Isaac “unlawfully accessed Hunter Biden’s personal data” and distributed its contents to “the political enemies of Mr. Biden’s father without Mr. Biden’s consent,” including the New York Post. It adds that toward the end of the 2020 presidential election campaign, Mac Isaac “chose to work with President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer to weaponize Mr. Biden’s personal computer data against his father, Joseph R. Biden, by unlawfully causing the provision of Mr. Biden’s personal data to the New York Post.” Data Was ‘Unlawfully Accessed, Manipulated,’ Lawyers Say “This failed dirty political trick directly resulted in the exposure, exploitation, and manipulation of Mr. Biden’s private and personal information. Mr. Mac Isaac’s intentional, reckless, and likely unlawful conduct allowed for hundreds of gigabytes of Mr. Biden’s personal data, without any discretion, to be circulated around the Internet. Politicians and the news media have used this unlawfully accessed, copied, distributed, and manipulated data to distort the truth and cause harm to Mr. Biden.” The letter cites potential violations of an array of statutes prohibiting the unauthorized access of a computer or stored electronic communication, as well as the transport of stolen data across state lines and the publication of restricted personal data with the intent to intimidate or threaten. The letter also states that Mac Isaac also allegedly “shared a copy of the hard drive with Rudy Giuliani, after a tip from Mr. Mac Isaac to one of Mr. Giuliani’s assistants.” “Mr. Giuliani then distributed a copy to Steve Bannon (on September 28, 2020, Mr. Bannon claimed he had a copy),” the lawyers said. “In addition, Mr. Giuliani, working with his friend and former New York police chief Bernard Kerik, gave a copy of a hard drive to Garrett Ziegler, a former aide to Trump White House official Peter Navarro. On October 11, 2020, Mr. Giuliani provided a copy of Mr. Biden’s computer data to the New York Post.” “Mr. Biden did not consent to Messrs. Mac Isaac, Giuliani, or Costello providing his computer data to any third parties, including the New York Post,” the lawyers wrote. The New York Post published the Biden laptop story in the weeks before the 2020 election. At the time, the publication reported that the laptop had been allegedly seized by the FBI and a copy of the files given to Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello, by Mac Isaac. The story was quickly suppressed on various social media platforms, including Twitter and Facebook, and many media outlets attempted to play it off as Russian disinformation meant to damage Joe Biden’s presidential campaign. Mac Isaac noted to the New York Post that the letter was delivered as House Republicans are readying to open probes into Hunter Biden. “I think with Congress starting investigations next week, it’s a scare tactic,” Mac Isaac said. “The flak is heaviest when you are over the target!” ‘These Facts and Circumstances Merit Further Investigation’ Costello, when asked to comment on behalf of himself and Giuliani, said the letter was a “frivolous legal document” that “reeks of desperation because they know judgment day is coming for the Bidens.” “We believe that these facts and circumstances merit further investigation as to whether the conduct of Messrs. Mac Isaac, Costello, Giuliani, Bannon, Ziegler, Maxey, and Apelbaum violated federal law,” Lowell concluded in the letter. The letter does not necessarily mean that federal prosecutors or law enforcement agencies will open an investigation into the claims or take any other actions. Hunter Biden currently faces an ongoing federal criminal probe into his tax affairs for at least two years. In a separate letter, Hunter Biden’s attorneys also asked Fox News host Tucker Carlson to immediately retract and apologize for what they said were “false and defamatory statements” he made in a story presented on air. The story, according to the younger Biden’s lawyers, was about Hunter “paying ‘rent’ to his father, President Joseph Biden, in what Mr. Carlson implied was essentially a money laundering scheme to finance President Biden’s lifestyle prior to his election as President after legitimately defeating Donald Trump and alluding to Mr. Biden having unauthorized access to classified documents because of his presence at President Biden’s house.” “These statements are false and have no factual support whatsoever,” the lawyers said. The Epoch Times has contacted a lawyer representing Bannon and representatives of Fox News for comment. link

Hunter Biden Sends Giuliani, Bobulinski, ‘Desperate, Frivolous, and Laughable’ Letter to Preserve ‘Laptop from Hell’ Records
WENDELL HUSEBØ 8 Feb 2023 Hunter Biden and his high-powered and expensive legal team sent Rudy Giuliani, Tony Bobulinski, and 12 others a “litigation hold” letter to preserve “Laptop from Hell” records, a move seen by some critics as a public relations tactic to change the troubling narrative for the Biden family. The litigation letter asks the individuals to “preserve potential evidence for future lawsuits related to the alleged theft of personal data that may include information from his laptop,” NBC News reported. Among those asked to preserve records are Roger Stone; John Paul Mac Isaac, the computer repairman; lawyer Robert Costello; ex-Trump aide Garrett M. Ziegle; Biden family partner Bobulinski; and Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York City and Trump attorney. Each letter to the 14 individuals says: You have made various statements and engaged in certain activities by your own admission, or that have been publicly reported in the media, concerning our client, Robert Hunter Biden (“Mr. Biden”). This letter (“Notice”) constitutes notice that a litigation hold should be in effect for the preservation and retention of all records and documents related to Mr. Biden. Hunter’s legal team member told NBC News the president’s son is trying to protect his “family” from the extensive and sustained attacks related to its business dealings in foreign counties, such as Ukraine, Russia, and China. “We are going back to 2008 to ensure we capture the extensive — and sustained — attacks on the Biden family,” the statement said. Mike Davis, founder and president of the pro-Trump Article III Project, told Breitbart News the letter is a “desperate, frivolous, and laughable” effort that will only hurt the family’s legal position, because the lawsuit will lead to discovery, a legal process by which Hunter would be deposed on camera. “This is a desperate, frivolous, and laughable attempt to silence political critics of President Biden and his corrupt family,” he said. “It won’t work, and it will backfire—legally and politically—on the Bidens.” “I hope Hunter Biden is stupid enough to file a lawsuit, because the discovery—including Hunter’s videotaped deposition—will be manna from Heaven,” Davis added. The letter comes as Hunter appears to have tried to change the public relations battle waged between House investigators and his high powered lawyers. Experts told Breitbart News Hunter could be paying more than $100,000 per month for his legal defense. Hunter is reportedly weighing whether to pay for his defense by creating a fund to which donors can contribute. However, there’s little transparency offered about the donors. It is not the first time his expensive lawyers have sent threatening letters. The Justice Department’s National Security Division and the Delaware attorney general’s office have received letters demanding investigations into Hunter’s “Laptop from Hell.” Meanwhile, the Biden family business scandal is starting to impact Joe Biden’s presidency. Instead of speaking about policy, Joe Biden has been peppered with questions about the family’s business. On Wednesday, Joe Biden told PBS News “The public isn’t going to pay attention” to the nine GOP probes into his family, such as money laundering, wire fraud, and tax evasion. But polling shows otherwise. According to a recent survey, 61 percent of voters believe it is likely Joe Biden was consulted about and perhaps profited from his son Hunter’s overseas business deals, including at least one involving a company in mainland China. Forty-four percent say it is very likely. link

Intel Officials Who Signed Letter to Discredit Hunter Biden Laptop Story Hit with a Two-Word Demand
By Johnathan Jones March 3, 2023 at 10:49am Current and former U.S. intelligence officials who co-signed a letter before the 2020 presidential election with the intent of discrediting reporting on a laptop that belonged to Hunter Biden, the son of then-Democratic nominee Joe Biden, are being called to speak to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Those who signed the Oct. 19, 2020, letter suggesting the revelations from the laptop were Russian disinformation have declined to address their motives for doing so. Many believe the document was part of a successful campaign to muddy the waters and alter the outcome of the election two weeks later. Among other things, the reporting about the laptop, largely by the New York Post, indicated Joe Biden’s possible involvement in his son’s business dealings in Ukraine, which he had long denied. In the letter, the intelligence officials said they had no solid evidence but rather were “deeply suspicious that the Russian government played a significant role” in the reporting. “If we are right, this is Russia trying to influence how Americans vote in this election, and we believe strongly that Americans need to be aware of this,” they wrote. Almost two years after the Post was suppressed from sharing its initial reporting about the laptop on social media, the establishment media finally came around and verified the hard drive’s authenticity. House Republicans now want many of those who portrayed the Post’s reporting as disinformation to appear before the Intelligence Committee as well as the House Judiciary Committee for transcribed interviews. The Daily Caller reported Wednesday that House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Turner had sent letters to 29 individuals previously affiliated with the CIA who signed the letter that categorized the Post’s reporting as disinformation. Was there a campaign to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story? Yes: 99% (348 Votes) No: 1% (3 Votes) Messages sent to those individuals were succinct. Each person was asked to “comply promptly.” “The Committee on the Judiciary and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence are conducting oversight of federal law-enforcement and intelligence matters within our respective jurisdictions,” the letters said. They continued, “The Judiciary Committee made a prior request to you for documents and information about the public statement you signed in October 2020 that falsely implied the New York Post’s reporting about Hunter Biden was the product of Russian disinformation.” Each person who was contacted by Jordan and Turner was reminded he or she had ignored prior requests for an interview. “You have been on notice about our oversight request—and aware the request is outstanding—for months,” the letters noted. “For your convenience, we have attached the letter from the Judiciary Committee dated April 6, 2022. To date, you have not complied with this request. Accordingly, we reiterate our requests and ask that you comply promptly.” Related: US Intel Shows China's Forces Readying, Deadline Set “As we begin the 118th Congress, we write again to reiterate our outstanding request and ask that you immediately comply in full,” the letters concluded. Fifty-one people in total signed the letter that warned Hunter Biden’s leaked emails, which appeared to show corruption in the Biden family, were part of a Russian operation. One of those people admitted in January he suspected the laptop and its contents were authentic when he signed the letter. Douglas Wise, a former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, told The Australian, “All of us figured that a significant portion of that content had to be real to make any Russian disinformation credible.” link

Hunter Biden Sues Computer Repairman John Paul Mac Isaac – Risks Putting All His Sexcapades and Corrupt Foreign Business Deals in the Spotlight Again
By Joe Hoft Mar. 17, 2023 11:15 am Hunter Biden is suing computer repairman John Paul Mac Isaac, the man who unfortunately was there when Hunter needed help. John Paul Mac Isaac’s life changed in April 2019 when Hunter Biden stopped by Mac Isaac’s shop with three MacBook Pro laptops with water damage. One was destroyed beyond repair and he gave that back to Hunter. The other required a keyboard that he loaned to Hunter. He never got that keyboard back. The third laptop Hunter left with Mac Isaac to fix. Hunter left the laptop with Mac Isaac to copy its contents and create a backup. Mac Isaac eventually was able to copy the contents but only by copying small amounts of data because the laptop was so water damaged it kept shutting off. This was the task that Mac Isaac was asked to complete. Hunter Biden provided Mac Isaac his laptop to perform this task. If this isn’t providing consent what is? MyPillow's New Mattress Topper 2.0 - "Saved Me From Having To Buy A Whole New Mattress" When Hunter left his laptop with Mac Isaac to perform the task of copying the data from the laptop to the hard drive provided by Hunter, he signed a contract. This was a standard contract that Mac Isaac and any functioning store owner would ask his customers to sign before performing work. Mac Isaac shared with us previously: I started doing the paper work before he left the shop, before I triaged the three machines. So the paperwork said recover data from three laptops. It also said after 90 days those laptops become my property. The fact is Hunter Biden signed a contract that said that if he didn’t come back and obtain his laptop or the recovered data after a certain period of time, Hunter would forfeit the laptop and its contents. Despite numerous calls to Hunter to get him to come to pick up the laptop and the flash drive with the contents, Hunter never responded and never picked up these items. Thankfully for America, John Paul Mac Isaac was the computer repairman who Hunter chose to repair Hunter’s laptops. The rest is history. We sat down to discuss these events with Mac Isaac in July 2022. Watch the video below with John Paul Mac Isaac where he describes the entire storyline behind his encounter with Hunter Biden: Video at link below You can read about the entire story in John Paul Mac Isaac’s book – American Injustice. Hunter never paid John Paul Mac Isaac for his work. Today Hunter Biden sued John Paul Mac Isaac. The New York Post writes: As President Biden weighs a re-election bid at age 80, his long-troubled son Hunter has all but guaranteed the commander-in-chief will be bringing plenty of baggage on the campaign trail. Hunter Biden on Friday escalated his legal war with the former computer repair shop owner who came into possession of his now-infamous laptop, with a countersuit that claims his privacy was invaded — and which threatens to put all his sordid drug binging, sexcapades and shady foreign business deals right back into the spotlight. Trending: Historic Upset in Netherlands as Farmer’s Movement Trumps Ruling WEF RINOs In the countersuit, filed in US District Court in Delaware first thing Friday, the first son alleged John Paul Mac Isaac had no legal right to copy and disseminate the contents of the laptop that was abandoned at his Delaware store in 2019. The 42-page filing, which was lodged in response to a long-running defamation suit filed by Mac Isaac against Hunter and others, also accuses the repair shop owner of helping to distribute the laptop’s contents for political gain just weeks before the 2020 election. TGP reached out to John Paul Mac Isaac and he was unable to share anything at this time but he did say to let everyone know how much he appreciates your prayers. God Bless John Paul Mac Isaac. link

Joe Biden Championed Alleged Blinken-Triggered Letter to Undermine Hunter Laptop
WENDELL HUSEBØ 21 Apr 2023 Joe Biden in 2020 championed a debunked letter from 51 former intelligence officials that was allegedly set in motion by Antony Blinken to falsely undermine a New York Post story regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop as supposed Russian disinformation. During a presidential debate in 2020, former President Donald Trump raised concerns that Joe Biden could be compromised due to revelations unveiled in a series of Post stories that show Biden was involved in the family business. “There are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what…[President Trump’s] accusing me of is a Russian plan. They have said that this has all the characteristics — four — five former heads of the CIA, [of] both parties, say what he’s [Trump] saying is a bunch of garbage,” Biden said. Biden’s debate defense was predicated on what appears to be a plot by his 2020 presidential campaign to undermine the Post’s bombshell story. On Thursday, news broke that former CIA Director Michael Morell testified that Blinken — then a Biden campaign adviser — reached out to a former CIA official and “set in motion” the false statement undermining the Post’s story as “Russian disinformation.” In addition to the alleged Blinken plot to undermine the story, Twitter notoriously blocked users from sharing it and locked the Post out of its account. Facebook suppressed it as well. Many media personalities followed suit and claimed Hunter’s laptop from hell was Russian disinformation. Many publications did not confirm the contents of the laptop until over a year later: the New York Times (March 16, 2022), Washington Post (March 30, 2022), NBC News (May 19, 2022), CNN (July 27, 2022), CBS News (November 21, 2022), ABC News (Outstanding). Although some media outlets have verified the laptop as authentic, they refuse to acknowledge that President Biden may be implicated in the wrongdoing found on the abandoned laptop. In fact, the establishment media have shifted their position at least four times on the significance of Hunter Biden’s laptop story. link

Deep State at work: CIA helped gather signatures from U.S. intel figures and officials for letter falsely suggesting Hunter Biden laptop was ‘Russian disinfo’
Thursday, May 11, 2023 by: JD Heyes Tags: 2020 election, Antony Blinkin, Biden crime family, Biden laptop, deception, deep state, false accusation, Hunter Biden, intelligence officials, James Clapper, Joe Biden, lies, misinformation, national security, propaganda, Russian disinfo, White House This article may contain statements that reflect the opinion of the author U.S. intel figures and officials for letter falsely suggesting Hunter Biden laptop was ‘Russian disinfo’ (Natural News) A House Republican report claims that the CIA solicited signatures for the letter from 51 intelligence officials discrediting Hunter Biden’s laptop as disinformation. In addition, the report, released by the House Oversight Committee, also alleges that a CIA employee may have helped in soliciting signatures and accuses former Deputy CIA director and Acting CIA Director Mike Morell and the Biden campaign of conspiring to get the letter approved, the UK’s Daily Mail reported. The 51 intel officials signed a letter in 2020 falsely insinuating that Hunter Biden’s laptop had “classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.” The revelation comes as probes into Hunter’s business deals continue and on the eve of an update from Republicans on the Oversight Committee about the Biden family’s alleged shady business practices. One of the signers of the letter, former CIA analyst David Cariens, “disclosed to the Committees that a CIA employee affiliated with the agency’s Prepublication Classification Review Board (PCRB) informed him of the existence of the statement and asked if he would sign it,” which he did, the House investigative report notes. “The Committees have requested additional material from the CIA, which has ignored the request to date,” the 39-page report says. The investigative report states that on October 19, 2020, Morell reportedly sent the agency the final version of the letter to the Prepublication Classification Review for review and described it as a “rush job” in order for it to be approved. The Daily Mail adds: “The new report, which will be published Wednesday in conjunction with the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the House Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, also reveals that former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper provided editorial advice to ‘strengthen the verbiage.'” On October 18, emails contained within the report show Clapper emailing Morrell that he intended to sign onto the letter. Clapper, a career intel bureaucrat who has been accused of lying under oath to Congress (and, of course, got away with it), offered an editorial fix: “I have one editorial suggestion for the letter: I think it would strengthen the verbiage if you say this has all the classic earmarks of a Soviet/Russian information operation rather than the ‘feel’ of a Russian operation.” Morrell wrote back that he accepted Clapper’s suggestion, adding: “It was a good one.” Morrell testified before the House Judiciary Committee that his interest in coordinating the letter was triggered by an Oct. 17 call with Biden’s current Secretary of State, Antony Blinken. However, Blinken denied being behind the letter and insisted last week that he does not “do politics.” “One of the great benefits of this job is that I don’t do politics, don’t engage in it,” he claimed, although he wasn’t secretary of state when the letter was drafted and circulated, he was advising Joe Biden’s presidential campaign. “But with regard to that letter…it wasn’t my idea, I didn’t ask for it, didn’t solicit it.” When asked by Fox News if he accepted the legitimacy of the laptop, as most major news organizations have verified it, Blinken declined to comment, stating that he does not want to discuss politics. “I’m not engaging in politics. I’ve got a lot on my agenda. Some things that we just talked about, trying to help the Russian aggression against engaging with our allies, partners around the world and dealing with some of the challenges posed by China. We have a situation now in Sudan, this has fully occupied my time,” he told Fox News, per RepublicWorld.com. Biden and his campaign cited the letter and the fact that it was signed by so many intel officials to dismiss his son’s laptop as a “Russian disinformation campaign.” link

Feds Arrested and Convicted Hunter Biden’s Chinese Business Partner Patrick Ho But Ignored Hunter’s Role in Corruption Case and Even Redacted His Name – Then The Laptop From Hell Pieced It All Together
By Jim Hoft May. 16, 2023 4:20 pm This post includes information from three different previous Gateway Pundit reports from 2020 and 2023. Paul Sperry at Real Clear Investigations has the rest of the story today. In 2017 the the FBI raided the offices and intercepted the communications of Chi Ping “Patrick” Ho, a Chinese national suspected of espionage who was a business partner with Hunter and Jimmy Biden. Patrick Ho was later put on trial and found guilty of bribing government officials around the world to advance the interests of the Chinese Communist Party. The crooked Department of Justice hid Hunter Biden’s connections with Patrick Ho during his trial and even redacted Hunter Biden’s name from the evidence documents. Via Paul Sperry at Real Clear Investigations. At the same time that Department of Justice officials were using spying and corruption statutes to aggressively pursue Donald Trump’s allies based on what turned out to be rumor and innuendo, they declined to use those same laws to investigate evidence of wrongdoing involving Biden family members and one of their corrupt Chinese business partners, DOJ documents and federal court records reveal. In 2016-2017, the evidence shows, the FBI raided the offices and intercepted the communications of Chi Ping “Patrick” Ho, a Chinese national suspected of espionage even as he was negotiating business deals with former Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter and brother James. DOJ later used information obtained from the searches and wiretaps – which included conversations with the current President’s son and brother – to convict Ho of bribery and money laundering, as part of a separate corruption case involving United Nations officials. But it declined to tap into its trove of evidence – including “over 100,000 emails” – to explore the connections between Ho and the Bidens, who received millions of dollars from Ho and a Chinese intelligence front and discussed sharing office space. At Ho’s 2018 trial, prosecutors hid Hunter’s connection to Ho, redacting his name from court exhibits while describing Ho as “the person who flies around the world paying bribes to advance the interest of the oil company [CEFC China Energy],” according to hearing transcripts. The FBI and DOJ knew that Hunter Biden was business partners with Patrick Ho. As Banks Fail and Americans Scramble to Protect Retirement Accounts With Physical Gold and Silver, A Faith-Based Company Shows Them How The Gateway Pundit reported in October 2020 just days before the presidential election on Hunter Biden’s connections to and payments from Patrick Ho. Cristina Laila reported at the time. A new tranche of emails released from Hunter Biden’s laptop from hell reveal Joe Biden’s slimy grifter brother Jim providing wire instructions to Patrick Ho, the ‘spy chief of China.’ Patrick Ho, a Hong Kong national, was suspected of being a covert agent for the Chinese government and was previously under FISA surveillance. Ho was charged with money laundering in connection with CEFC contracts in Africa in 2017, according to court documents. Recall, in an audio recording released by The National Pulse on Tuesday, Hunter Biden is heard describing Patrick Ho as his business partner and the ‘f*cking spy chief of China.’ Hunter Biden is heard complaining about his business partner Devon Archer naming him and Joe Biden as witnesses in a criminal case in the Southern District of New York without even notifying him. The National Pulse released a March 21, 2018 email from Jim Biden providing wire instructions for Patrick Ho. An email from March 21, 2018 shared by National Pulse Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam on Twitter shows Joe Biden’s brother Jim providing necessary information to complete a wire transfer to an individual named Mervyn Yan on behalf of Ho. The “purpose of” the transfer per Jim Biden was for “Dr. Patrick Ho Chi Ping representation.” Owasco LLC, the beneficiary according to Jim Biden, per the U.S. Senate report on Hunter Biden’s business dealings describes the law firm’s “executing officer and governor as Robert Hunter Biden.” Hunter Biden associate and whistleblower Tony Bobulinski later sat down for an interview with Tucker Carlson which aired on FOX News. Tony Bobulinski is the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family. Bobulinski told Tucker Carlson that he asked Jim Biden specifically, “How are you guys getting away with this? Aren’t you concerned?” Bobulinski said Jim Biden looked at him and laughed and said, “plausible deniability.” Of course that smug remark from Jim Biden came before emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop from hell were released. In 2023 The Gateway Pundit’s Joe Hoft reported – In 2017, General Michael Flynn was sentenced and along with it he was also forced to admit to “making materially false statements in multiple documents filed pursuant to FARA.” In 2018, Paul Manafort “pleaded guilty in the District of Columbia to two counts: (i) conspiracy to commit multiple offenses, including violating FARA by failing to register and by providing false statements in a document filed with FARA.” Manafort was sent to prison. Hunter never registered as a foreign agent yet he acted as one. This too is against the law. In Hunter’s laptop were a number of emails that show that Hunter Biden acted as a foreign agent. Hunter’s actions in Ukraine with Burisma were one example. Hunter Biden was on the Board of Burisma. He and his buddy Devon Archer and later Joseph Cofer Black were also on the board. Hunter, an attorney, and Cofer Black, a former CIA agent, both should have known that there are actions required for being an agent for companies and countries overseas. But Hunter Biden was never prosecuted. The double-standard is off the charts. Read Paul Sperry’s investigative piece on Hunter Biden the two-tiered justice system link

Thousands of Images from Hunter Biden’s Laptop Published on New Website
David Lindfield June 2, 2023 - 8:11 am A new website has just launched that has published thousands of images obtained from the hard drive of Hunter Biden’s notorious “Laptop from Hell.” The new site includes almost 10,000 pictures from 2008-2019. It also includes attachments and messages. Since it launched, the website has been so overloaded with visitors that it keeps crashing. The man behind the site is Garrett Ziegler, a former aide in President Donald Trump’s White House aide. Ziegler also launched the non-profit, Marco Polo. He said the photos are an accurate reflection of Hunter Biden’s life and family interaction and they show the good and the bad. They did edit the photos to cover up any genitalia, however, which there is a lot of. “It’s taken us a couple of months to, one, go through the photos, about 10,000 of them, and redact the genitalia on the photos,” Ziegler said of the contents found on the laptop once owned by Democrat President Joe Biden’s son. “The number one thing we’re about… is truth and transparency,” he said. “If the American people want to know what their first family is like, they’re going to get it. “And we’re not going to be taking out photos that paint the Bidens in a good light.” He said they were also taking out any private information like Social Security and credit card numbers, as well as any naked pics of Hallie Biden. They’re also not including things like Candy Crush games. Of the many photos found on the laptop, Ziegler provided Fox News with two never-before-seen photos from the laptop. One photo showed Hunter Biden cozied up to his then-lover Zoe Kestan in 2018. The other image features an array of drugs and a condom wrapper sitting on a table and was from a text message conversation Hunter had with Hallie Biden. Hallie is the widow of Beau Biden and former lover of Hunter Biden. Ziegler is anticipating a legal effort from the Biden side to try to stop the site. The Bidens are already trying to petition the IRS to look into Marco Polo. George Washington Law professor Jonathan Turley called the move, saying that could potentially be viewed as weaponizing the government against the group. Ziegler claimed that he wasn’t a Republican activist but that he was doing this in the interests of transparency. He also said you would be able to see the metadata on the picture to see when and where it was taken. He plans to have videos available at a later date, but they’re still working their way through the videos, he said, because “there’s so much pornography.” They would likely then have to artificially blur areas to obscure parts so that could take some time. Ziegler also noted that there were “several” questionable photos that he thought the media should be looking at. Now that sounds like an ad, but it’s also likely true — there’s a lot of stuff on the laptop that is very concerning, not just the questions about influence peddling, but also things that could potentially be other crimes. Most of the liberal corporate media has been busy trying to dismiss it as “Russian disinformation” for years. However, a Harvard Harris poll revealed that most Americans believe that Joe Biden was involved in influence peddling. These pictures may help provide a clearer picture of what was going on. They also will help confirm that the laptop and its contents were all real and that we have a big problem in the White House. link

President Trump Says “The Real Pictures Haven’t Been Exposed Yet” In Regards to Hunter Biden’s Laptop (VIDEO)
By Anthony Scott Jun. 10, 2023 8:20 pm President Trump made an interesting statement regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop during his speech at North Carolina’s GOP convention. The 45th president told the crowd of Republicans in Greensboro, North Carolina, that Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell” contains horrible pictures. Trump took his statement a bit further and continued, “The real pictures haven’t been exposed yet.” WATCH: Last week Garrett Ziegler, the man who founded the nonprofit research group Marco Polo, created a new site called Bidenlaptopmedia.com. The site contains thousands of photos of Hunter Biden from 2008-2019. Most of the photos from Ziegler’s site have been floating around the web for a while now. By now, most of Hunter Biden’s pictures and metadata from his laptop have already been published on several occasions. Which raises a question does Trump have new photos that will expose the Biden family once again? link

Testimony Reveals Blinken May Have Had More Involvement in Hunter Biden Laptop Letter
ASHLEY OLIVER 13 Jun 2023 Washington, DC83 Secretary of State Antony Blinken had a role in prompting 51 former intelligence officials to sign onto a statement in 2020 that undermined the New York Post’s bombshell story about Hunter Biden, according to congressional testimony from two of the statement’s signatories. One of the signatories, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, revealed in a behind-closed-doors interview to the House Judiciary and Intel Committees in May that he was informed that Blinken, then a top Biden campaign adviser, had asked former CIA Acting Director Mike Morell to draft the statement. Clapper “testified to the Committees that former CIA Director John Brennan told him ‘that Tony Blinken had reached out to Michael [Morell] about putting together a public statement,’” committee chairmen Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Mike Turner (R-OH) revealed to Blinken in a letter Monday while renewing demands from him for information on the matter. Clapper said Brennan told him that information at some point prior to Congress launching an investigation into the statement, roughly several months ago but more than a year after the statement’s publication, Breitbart News verified of Clapper’s testimony. Clapper’s remarks come after Morell first testified in April, according to a report by Judiciary and Intel, that a call he received from Blinken was what “triggered” Morell to draft the statement. Morell coauthored it with Marc Polymeropoulos, another former CIA official, and then solicited signatures from others formerly in the intelligence community for the explicit two purposes of conveying concerns about Russia’s role in the Post story and helping Biden win the 2020 election. Contrary to what Brennan testified, Morell told the committees that Blinken did not ask him to write the statement but that he inspired it: Q. But, prior to his call, you—you did not have any intent to write this statement? A. I did not. Q. Okay. So his call triggered— A. It did, yes. Q. —that intent in you? A. Yes. Absolutely. The statement, published by Politico two weeks before the presidential election, served to discredit the Post’s story implicating Joe Biden in his son Hunter’s business dealings. The story, written by now-Breitbart News Political Editor Emma-Jo Morris, was based on emails the Post obtained from Hunter’s abandoned laptop, which the FBI also subpoenaed in 2019 when the repair shop owner with whom he left it reported its existence, and which many other legacy media outlets have since corroborated as authentic. Vice President Joe Biden and son Hunter Biden walk in the Inaugural Parade January 20, 2009, in Washington, DC. (David McNew/Getty Images) The 51 ex-officials, wielding their powerful official job titles on their signatures, wrote without evidence that the story had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.” Blinken denied asking them to publicly claim such an assertion in an interview with Fox News on May 2, saying, “It wasn’t my idea, didn’t ask for it, didn’t solicit it.” He added that Morell’s testimony corroborated that. Blinken has not publicly commented on the revelation about Clapper’s testimony and, under threat of subpoena, was given until June 26 to respond to Jordan and Turner with any documents and communication he had on his involvement in the matter. “Whether you explicitly solicited the letter or not, the Committees’ record is clear that you played a key role in the inception of this statement,” the chairmen wrote. They reiterated that Polymeropoulos told the committees that someone from “kind of the Biden world” had sought out the statement from Morell. “Morell said that to me that someone from kind of the Biden world had asked for this. And he did not tell me who it was or any of the other kind of details of it,” Polymeropoulos testified. Morell, the chairmen also noted, wanted to use the statement to provide Biden with what he described as a debate “talking point,” and Biden would indeed rely on it in the final presidential debate to paint the Post story as a Russian ploy. Jordan and Turner said the statement ultimately had prevented citizens from being able to “make a fully informed decision” in the highly competitive 2020 election, which Biden ended up narrowly winning. link

It Wasn't Just a Hollow Threat - Photos Show Where Hunter Biden Was When His Thuggish Message Went Out
By Johnathan Jones and June 23, 2023 at 5:04pm A photo on Hunter Biden’s laptop hard drive places him at his father’s home on the same date an IRS whistleblower alleges the tax cheat intimidated a Chinese businessman into paying him a large sum of money. That money was allegedly obtained after Hunter Biden cited the presence of his father in the room as he demanded payment by means of a very clear threat. The House Ways and Means Committee released the testimony of a whistleblower from the IRS this week, who offered up a damning text message he said was sent by Hunter Biden in July 2017. IRS supervisory agent Gary Shapley discussed the contents of a WhatsApp message that he said was obtained through a search warrant. The message, he said, was sent by Hunter Biden to a Chinese asset manager named Henry Zhao. It was allegedly related to negotiations for an energy deal. “I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” Hunter Biden wrote to Zhao, Shapley contended. “Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight.” Hinter Biden reportedly also added: “And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.” He also at one point reportedly said, “I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.” That message was reportedly sent at around 9:45 a.m. on July 30, 2017. Anyone can say they are somewhere they are not through a text message, naturally. Hunter Biden could have been anywhere. But since he gifted the world the contents of his laptop when he abandoned it in 2019 at a computer repair shop, we know where the first son was on the date the message was sent. Hunter was gracious enough to document his lifestyle in extreme detail, so his laptop placed him driving his father’s Corvette on the date the message was sent to Zhao. That, by the way, is the same Corvette Joe Biden stored some of his classified documents near following his tenure as vice president. Per the Washington Free Beacon, Hunter Biden was at or near his father’s home in Delaware the same day he muscled a Chinese businessman to pay him more money than most people make in a year. The metadata on an image of Hunter Biden driving his dad’s car shows it was taken just before 7 p.m. on July 30, 2017 — hours after the message to Zhao. The younger Biden was driving the car accompanied by two scantily-dressed women or girls. Shapley said Zhao ultimately made a $100,000 payment to Hunter Biden’s business firm. Surely, the FBI will investigate this matter, right? Probably not. Nothing has happened to President Biden over the storage of the documents in that home, just like nothing is going to happen to his son for cheating on his taxes. Hunter Biden got a sweetheart plea deal for crimes that would send most people to prison. He earned millions of dollars for two years and paid no taxes on the income. Perhaps Shapley’s stunning allegation will prove there is a line that a Biden can cross to land himself in trouble. But given the fact Hunter Biden was at a state dinner Thursday evening alongside Attorney General Merrick Garland, we can make the assumption the Justice Department isn’t too interested in investigating the Biden family for anything at this point. link

Whistleblower: FBI Knew Hunter Biden Laptop Was Real Months before It Became Public
Frank BergmanJ une 26, 2023 - 3:31 pm A federal investigator has blown the whistle to reveal that the FBI knew Hunter Biden’s “Laptop from Hell” was real months before it was first reported by the New York Post in 2020. A memo written by a now-whistleblower shows the FBI had already authenticated the contents of the laptop by the time it became public. According to whistleblower Gary Shapley, a supervisory criminal investigative agent with the IRS, the FBI had been investigating the laptop for nearly a year before the 2020 election. The memo, obtained by Just the News’s John Solomon, describes an FBI meeting about Hunter’s laptop. The memo, written by Shapley, describes an October 2020 meeting of an FBI team “trying to determine if anything was added to the computer by a third party … by people who are not the defendant in this case.” According to the memo, the analysts determined there was “no reason to believe there is anything fabricated nefariously on the computer and or hard drive.” “There are emails and other items that corroborate the items on the laptop and hard drive,” the memo states. According to the memo, the roughly two-hour meeting took place on October 22, 2020, eight days after the first reports regarding the contents of the laptop. The laptop, exposing Hunter’s business dealings in Ukraine, China, and elsewhere, was first reported by outlets like the New York Post and U.K. Daily Mail. The memo “provided a chronology of how the FBI validated the laptop as having belonged to Hunter Biden as early as November 2019 and by spring 2020 was exploiting and analyzing its emails, text messages, and photos,” Solomon wrote. The memo begins by noting that “Sportsman” — the Secret Service code name for Hunter Biden — reportedly brought three laptops into a computer repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware, in April of 2019. Biden was confirmed to be in Wilmington on that day since financial records show “he visited a cigar shop and [o]ther intelligence shows Sportsman was in the area.” The computer shop then told Hunter Biden to bring an external hard drive in order to transfer data off of the computers, which could not be fixed. Slay the latest News for free! Email Address * We don’t spam! Read our privacy policy for more info. “Phone records show the shop called Sportsman and Sportsman called the shop around this time,” the report said. It notes that the “computer shop always kept a copy of the customer’s data for a period of time before purging the data off his system.” Then, in October of 2019, the report states, a man contacted the FBI office in Albuquerque, New Mexico to report “his son is in possession of a Sportsman computer that had not been retrieved and was not paid for… said it contains evidence of white collar crime… he did not view this data personally.” By December 2019, the FBI had the laptop and the hard drive and began forensic analysis in January 2020, according to the memo. JOIN THE FIGHT - DONATE TO SLAY NEWS TODAY! By March, it seems, FBI analysts were able to get into Hunter’s iMessage and iPhone messages after they found a business card with the password on it. This forensic analysis continued until at least May 2020. According to the memo, “ omeone asked if we could tell if files had been added by the computer shop.
“The computer guy said they could do a … list that shows when everything was created.
“He said that the laptop was ‘returned to original.’”
In other words, between December 2019 and May 2020, Hunter Biden’s waterlogged MacBook and the data he saved on it underwent what seems to be rigorous analysis from the FBI.
It seems everything checked out as genuine, including the problematic stuff.
In addition, Shapley said during his May 26 deposition before the House Ways and Means Committee that the “FBI verified its authenticity in November of 2019 by matching the device number against Hunter Biden’s Apple iCloud ID,” according to testimony released Thursday.
When the laptop first emerged, and for months following, Democrats and their allies in the corporate media, Big Tech, intelligence community, and federal law enforcement, insisted that reports on the laptop’s content were “Russian disinformation.”
Except the FBI knew months before that everything on Hunter Biden’s laptop was real.

‘The View’ Ana Navarro Spins Hunter Biden Laptop Scandal Into a Daytime Soap Opera: “It’s Also the Story of a Father’s Love”
By Jim Hoft Jun. 26, 2023 1:00 pm In an utterly predictable move, ‘The View’ co-host Ana Navarro attempted to spin the scandal surrounding Hunter Biden’s laptop into a tear-jerking tale of fatherly love. Rather than addressing the implications and wrongdoing involved, Navarro decided to turn a political scandal into a daytime soap opera. Navarro conveniently portrayed Joe Biden as a doting father, emphasizing his unwavering loyalty to his son. “I’ve known Joe Biden since he was a senator, for about 20-some years. I can’t tell you how much his life has been marked by losing, not one child, but two children. And once you’ve lost a child, I think you are absolutely determined — it’s even more urgent. It’s even a bigger issue that you will not lose another one,” said Navarro. As Banks Fail and Americans Scramble to Protect Retirement Accounts With Physical Gold and Silver, A Faith-Based Company Shows Them How “The Hunter Biden story, the scandal, the this the that. It’s also the story of a father’s love,” Navarro declared, attempting to deflect the potentially serious implications of the Hunter Biden laptop controversy. She went on, “Joe Biden has never and will never give up on his son Hunter and will never treat him lesser than. He is a father first. Take it or leave it. That’s who he is. That is part of his heart.” While parental love is indeed admirable, this emotional angle is out of place when discussing corruption and malfeasance. WATCH link

'The View' Co-Host's 'Father's Love' Defense of Biden Blows Up in Her Face, Then She Makes It Worse
By Joe Saunders June 27, 2023 at 1:01pm Ana Navarro gets “family,” but it’s “values” she must have a problem with. The co-host on “The View” made a major splash on Monday when she tugged every heartstring in her audience with an emotional defense of President Joe Biden and his endlessly corrupt son Hunter by claiming that Biden was simply demonstrating a “father’s love.” When it caused an uproar on social media, Navarro lashed out again in a way that made it even worse — and got hit worse in return. Her original comments came during a discussion on “The View” about the propriety of Hunter Biden making a high-profile appearance at last week’s state dinner at the White House only days after pleading guilty to two misdemeanor tax crimes and avoiding prosecution on a gun crime in a sweetheart deal with the same Justice Department his father oversees. Naturally, “The View” panel largely lacked criticism of the Bidens — even alleged “Republicans” are Democrats once they get on “The View” — but Navarro pushed the envelope further than the rest with a tear-jerking appeal to the supposed nobility of the president’s devotion to his fatherly duties. First, she noted that Biden, besides the death of his elder son, Beau, in 2015, had lost a young daughter in the car accident that killed his first wife in 1972 (the accident Biden has lied about repeatedly since). Navarro then declared that Joe Biden’s protectiveness toward the drug-addled, influence-peddling embarrassment named Hunter is simply the desire of a man to protect his offspring. “The Hunter Biden story, the scandal, the this or that, is also the story of a father’s love,” she said. “And Joe Biden has never and will never give up on his son Hunter. He will never treat him lesser-than. “And so he is a father first, take it or leave it. That’s who he is, that is part of his heart… “Part of the reason Hunter Biden has been able to get out of addiction is because Joe Biden embraced him entirely the entire time, when he was vice president, when he was a candidate, when he was out of office, and now as president.” Well, to get one obvious point out of the way, there is no telling what goes on in a man’s heart, and there’s no telling the course that drug addiction will take in any individual. But it wouldn’t be cynical to wonder if maybe, just maybe, Hunter Biden’s access to virtually limitless sums of money thanks to whoring out his family’s name might not have fed his hunger for drugs. And only a blind fool could not ask whether Hunter’s ability to live a life free of any legal consequences for his “mistakes,” thanks to his father’s political power, might have had a teensy bit to do with the fact that this middle-aged man-child was able to cavort through most of his adult life indulging in rampant drug abuse while careening from one ludicrously overpaid position to another (and enjoy the company of highly paid prostitutes in the process). In short, Navarro giving credit to the elder Biden for his son’s alleged life of current recovery from addiction is a sword that very much cuts both ways. Navarro’s schtick drew the expected applause from the puppets in “The View’s” studio audience, but it got hammered on social media. Here’s a small sample of a very large number: It’s a story of a father’s greed. If anything, Joe exploited his vulnerable son as a front man for his corruption. — Tim Acheson (@timacheson) June 26, 2023 So everything is forgiven. Now I will tell my kid he can do all he want to do, and justify me covering his crimes cause “Hey it’s father son love”. — ℑ𝔠𝔬𝔫𝔬𝔠𝔩𝔞𝔰𝔱𝔞 (@disobbedireora) June 26, 2023 So much love that the father used his troubled son to become the bag man/thug to fund the father’s lifestyle. I’ll pass on that kind of love. — S. Easland (@sdeasland1) June 26, 2023 On Monday afternoon, hours after the show was over, she struck back with her own Twitter post, proving just how much she missed the point: “RW troll machine got me trending, attacking me for saying this on @theview,” she wrote, using lefty geek-speak for “right-wing.” “Imagine calling yourself the ‘family values party’ & being outraged I’m talking about a father’s unconditional love for his child. Imagine thinking a dad not giving up on his kid, is a bad thing. #Sad.” RW troll machine got me trending, attacking me for saying this on @theview. Imagine calling yourself the “family values party” & being outraged I’m talking about a father’s unconditional love for his child. Imagine thinking a dad not giving up on his kid, is” a bad thing. #Sad pic.twitter.com/BdGrftp9gD — Ana Navarro-Cárdenas (@ananavarro) June 26, 2023 She shouldn’t have tried. It only showed Navarro seemed to think “family values” means unconditional love for relatives without any of the values that matter: Honesty, integrity, honor, patriotism, respect for work and respect for women — the kind of things Hunter Biden spent decades of his life proving he’s lacked completely. (Since he’s supposedly clean now, things might be different, but the record of the past is clear as a new crack pipe.) Navarro’s tweet also highlighted a pretty glaring hole in the Biden “family values” saga: The little girl in Arkansas who’s Hunter’s daughter and a granddaughter of Joe and Jill Biden, as much a blood member of the Biden clan as any of Hunter’s other children — and who is being abandoned by the Biden family ensconced in wealth and power in the nation’s capital. The comments were even harsher than they were from the original video: Imagine praising someone’s “family values” while he disowned & ignores his 4 yr old granddaughter. You have a warped view of “family values” — Mary Walter (@marywalterradio) June 27, 2023 “Imagine thinking a dad not giving up on his kid, is a bad thing.” What about a grandfather not acknowledging his granddaughter? — ℙ𝕣𝕠𝕗𝕖𝕤𝕤𝕠𝕣 𝔻𝕒𝕩𝕠𝕡𝕙𝕠𝕟𝕖 (@daxophonesolo) June 27, 2023 Justified attack. A father covering for his criminal son isn’t a love story. #cancelTheView — Melanie (@imagecaptured) June 26, 2023 If this Navarro’s take is the line Democrats are planning on running on in 2024, it’s going to be a gift to whoever wins the Republican nomination. This tweet put it succinctly: This is not about A father’s love for his son. This is about THIS father, to who the DOJ reports, and the treatment of his son. — Bel Aves (@belaves) June 26, 2023 “This is not about A father’s love for his son,” the user wrote. “This is about THIS father, to who the DOJ reports, and the treatment of his son.” Exactly. This is about the president of the United States almost certainly being involved in a bribery scandal that dwarfs any in American history and the abuse of power that’s going along with it. The audience of “The View” might swoon over Navarro’s manipulative line — Navarro might even believe it herself — but it doesn’t change the reality that Joe Biden is the president of the United States, with a duty to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” He’s spent his time in office doing his best to violate every part of that vow — from the border disaster to his student-loan bribe to his abysmal foreign policy that lost a war in Afghanistan and invited a war in Ukraine. The record of his dealings with Hunter Biden’s business associates when he was vice president showed Biden had the same indifference to his responsibilities beyond raking in cash. Considering what’s publicly known about the rest of the Biden clan over the decades while Joe Biden has been a powerful national politician, it’s a good bet that he’s been abusing his influence far longer than anyone outside the Biden family orbit would know. And now, simpering supporters like Navarro’s try to paint his apparent complicity in his son’s behavior as simply a heart-warming story of a “father’s love” and “family values.” There are values that matter to most American families — the problem is the Bidens are betraying them, and all of us. link

THERE'S ANOTHER LAPTOP OUT THERE!!! EXCLUSIVE: 'The Russians have videos of me doing crazy sex!' Hunter Biden is seen in unearthed footage telling prostitute that Russian drug dealers stole ANOTHER of his laptops
Hunter Biden claimed Russians stole another one of his laptops for blackmail while he was close to overdosing in a Las Vegas hotel room, DailyMail.com can reveal. The alleged incident would mean Hunter lost a total of three computers - the first abandoned at a Delaware computer store and the second seized by federal agents - each likely to hold sensitive information on President Joe Biden and the embarrassing pictures, videos and communications of his son. The third laptop still appears to be missing – and was taken by Russian drug dealers after they partied with Hunter in Vegas, he told a prostitute in a conversation caught on camera. After filming himself having sex with the woman using his laptop in January 2019, Hunter left the camera rolling as he recounted a Vegas bender in which he spent '18 days going round from penthouse suite to penthouse suite,' sometimes costing $10,000 a night. Throughout the video Hunter and the unidentified hooker appear to be doing drugs off the bedside table Hunter said it was after that debauched night he realized his computer was missing. 'I think he's the one that stole my computer,' he said. The alleged incident would mean Hunter lost a total of three computers, each likely to hold sensitive information on President Joe Biden. Hunter's claims raise the possibility that he was targeted as a vulnerable conduit to Joe Biden as part of a foreign intelligence operation. His 2015 Macbook Pro became infamous after he abandoned it at a Delaware computer store two years ago. DailyMail.com obtained a copy of its hard drive, commissioned experts who verified its authenticity, and exposed evidence of shocking corruption and illegal activity in its contents. Hunter's claims raise the possibility that he was targeted as a vulnerable conduit to Joe Biden as part of a foreign intelligence operation. A second laptop belonging to the president's son was reportedly seized by federal agents when they raided the office of his friend, disgraced psychiatrist Keith Ablow, last year. Two sources told NBC that the DEA found the device when executing a search warrant on Ablow's Massachusetts office after he was accused of professional misconduct and had his medical license suspended. Ablow has not been charged with a crime and the laptop was returned to Hunter's lawyer. Hunter described how his third laptop was 'stolen' one night during the summer 2018 bender when he almost overdosed on drugs. 'I went out to the hot tub by myself, which hangs over the edge of the f***ing top floor, with glass, it's ridiculous. 'And so I'm sitting there and that's the last I remember. And I don't ever pass out, ever. 'I wake up and the only people that are there are Miguel, the guy frantically running round gathering things up, ok – and Miguel, and Pierce, this guy, his friend. 'They had kicked everybody out. And they had cleaned up the entire place, everything ok? And they were getting ready to leave, and I woke up. And there was this Russian 35-year-old, really nice, pure brunette. 'She refused to leave and they wouldn't call an ambulance. And they didn't know whether I was dead or not, at first.' Hunter Biden Laptop Strikes Again as Photos Appear to Show Him Committing 2 Crimes on Camera
By Jack Davis July 2, 2023 at 9:57am Hunter Biden documented his conduct behind the wheel in images found on his laptop computer. The U.K. Daily Mail released pictures Hunter Biden took while he was en route to a session with some Las Vegas prostitutes on Aug. 1, 2018. At the time the picture was taken, Hunter Biden was driving 172 mph. Another photo dated June 12, 2018, which was also found on the laptop, showed the driver holding a charred crack pipe while driving 35 mph in Arlington, Virginia. Hunter Biden’s 2021 memoir, “Beautiful Things,” touched on his episodes of wild driving and prostitutes. Trending: Lib Woman Tells Conservative Uncle Not to Come to Wedding, Still Expects $1,000 Cash Gift Amid another revelation from Hunter Biden’s laptop, Republican Sens. Chuck Grassley of Iowa and Ron Johnson of Wisconsin said they have questions about the motivations of a 2020 FBI briefing that said spreading the word about the laptop was aiding and abetting Russian disinformation, according to Fox News. “The more we learn about what the FBI was up to in the summer of 2020, the more questions we have about what was done with information related to the Hunter Biden investigation,” Grassley said. The briefing was a “clear effort to discredit our oversight,” he said. “Was there a broader effort by federal law enforcement to improperly silence or sideline anything critical of the Biden family in the run-up to the 2020 election?” “The timeline that is emerging does not paint a picture of an apolitical FBI, and the bureau has a duty to explain itself, which it has so far failed to do.” Johnson said that entwined with the implications of foreign policy reverberations from the Biden family’s network of businesses is the barrier put in the way of investigating allegations against the Biden family. “As troubling as Biden family corruption is — and the extent to which it comprises American foreign policy — there is a much larger story of corruption to be uncovered,” he said. “The complicity of federal law enforcement and the unequal application of justice is a true threat to our democracy.” “Because the partisan corruption spans Democrat and Republican administrations, one has to wonder, ‘How is it being orchestrated and sustained?’” he said. Related: Biden Vows to Rein In 'Privilege' in Colleges, But Here's What He Did for His Granddaughter In a transcript of his deposition, IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley said that as early as December 2019, the FBI notified the IRS that the laptop might contain evidence of tax crimes. Hunter Biden recently reached a plea deal in which he will receive probation for admitting to not paying taxes. “The FBI verified its authenticity in November of 2019 by matching the device number against Hunter Biden’s Apple iCloud ID,” Shapley said. The timeline puts authentication of the laptop months before since-discredited allegations that its contents were Russian disinformation. link

Facebook Files: FBI Lied About Extensive Meetings with Zuckerberg’s Platform About Hunter Biden ‘Laptop from Hell’
ALLUM BOKHAR I7 Aug 2023 The FBI lied about the extent of its communications with Facebook regarding the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020, newly disclosed communications from the tech company reveal. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) says that the FBI’s claim it only met with Facebook once about Biden’s “Laptop from Hell” are “completely false.” This is the latest installment in Rep. Jim Jordan’s “Facebook Files,” a series of internal communications from the social networking platform obtained through a subpoena by the House Judiciary Committee, which Jordan chairs. In a sworn deposition in the Missouri v. Biden case, FBI special agent Elvis Chan, who is the main conduit between the bureau and big tech companies, claimed that apart from one instance, he was not aware of any meetings between Facebook and the FBI regarding the Hunter Biden laptop story. In the same deposition, he also claimed that he had “no internal knowledge” of the FBI’s investigation regarding the troubled Biden son’s laptop. The Facebook files reveal both claims to be false. An internal Facebook communication reveals that Chan had more than one meeting with Facebook regarding the Hunter Biden laptop story. Moreover, it reveals that, contrary to his claims of having no knowledge about the investigation, Chan confidently told the tech company — a day after the story broke and had been censored by the platform — that there was no evidence of any foreign connection “there was no current evidence to suggest any foreign connection…of the leaks.” When Facebook initially asked the FBI if the Hunter Biden laptop story was real, Laura Dehmlow, currently Section Chief of the Foreign Influence Task Force, said “no comment.” At that point, the FBI was fully aware that the laptop was real, according to Rep. Jordan. “The laptop was real, and the FBI knew it,” said Rep. Jordan on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter. “The FBI had the laptop since December 2019.” “Is there any wonder why the Biden DOJ has so far stonewalled the Committee’s efforts to interview Agent Chan?” link

Hunter Biden Sues Former Trump WH Aide Who Published Laptop Contents
BY TYLER DURDEN WEDNESDAY, SEP 13, 2023 - 11:20 PM Hunter Biden is suing a former Trump White House aide for publishing the contents of his infamous 'laptop from hell,' which contains all sorts of evidence against the Biden family, along with private photos, emails and text messages between the first son and his associates. Yes, the same laptop that 51 former intelligence officials said had "all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation,” and which Antony Blinken (then a top Biden campaign official) had a 'central role' in discrediting after the New York Post reported that Hunter Biden exploited his father's position as then-VP foer personal gain. According to a Wednesday night filing, Hunter Biden's legal team is suing Garrett Ziegler, who operates the website Marco Polo. The 13-page lawsuit alleges that Ziegler and others violated federal and California privacy laws by "accessing, tampering with, manipulating, altering, copying and damaging computer data" gathered from Hunter Biden's purported laptop and iPhone cloud storage without consent. The lawsuit details how Ziegler and unnamed defendants allegedly obtained sensitive materials by hacking into encrypted data on Hunter Biden's devices and uploading them to Ziegler's website, where it remains public. In the lawsuit, Hunter Biden's lawyers assert that the defendants had refused requests to "cease their unlawful activity" and return private data belonging to the president's son. -CBS News In response, Ziegler told CBS News: "I nor the nonprofit, Marco Polo, have been served with a lawsuit — but the one I read this morning out of the Central District of California should embarrass Winston & Strawn LLP. It's not worth the paper it's written on," adding "Apart from the numerous state and federal laws and regulations which protect authors like me and the publishing that Marco Polo does, it's not lost on us that Joe's son filed this SLAPP one day after a so-called Impeachment Inquiry into his father was announced. The president's son is a disgrace to our great nation." Earlier this year, Hunter Biden sued a Delaware-based computer repairman, John Paul Mac Issac, with whom Hunter abandoned his now-infamous laptop - the contents of which have been featured in multiple Congressional hearings. Last year Mac Isaac recalled to the New York Post about how Hunter Biden arrived at his shop in Wilmington, Delaware, in April 2019. “I’m glad you’re still open,” Hunter Biden allegedly told him. “I just came from the cigar bar, and they told me about your shop, but I had to hurry because you close at seven.” “I need the data recovered off these, but they all have liquid damage and won’t turn on,” Mac Isaac recalled him saying. Mac Issac maintains that he obtained the information from Hunter's laptop legally, and that Biden himself dropped it off in April 2019, never returning to claim it. In fact, says he walked into the Albuquerque FBI office, where he explained what he had, but was rebuffed by the FBI. He was told basically, get lost. This was mid-September 2019. Two months passed and then, out of the blue, the FBI contacted John Paul Mac Issac. Two FBI agents from the Wilmington FBI office–Joshua Williams and Mike Dzielak–came to John Paul’s business. He offered immediately to give them the hard drive, no strings attached. Agents Williams and Dzielak declined to take the device. Eight months later, Isaac provided a copy to then-President Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who provided a copy of the hard drive to The Post. Last year, several FBI whistleblowers told Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) that agents investigating Hunter Biden "opened an assessment which was used by an FBI headquarters team to improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease," adding that his office received "a significant number of protected communications from highly credible whistleblowers" regarding the investigation. Grassley added that "verified and verifiable derogatory information on Hunter Biden was falsely labeled as disinformation," according to the Washington Examiner. link

Former Trump Aide Reacts Minutes After Hunter Biden Sued Him Over Laptop: 'They Keep Underestimating Us'
By Jack Davis September 14, 2023 at 7:05am Three years after the contents of Hunter Biden’s former laptop began to be splashed all over the globe, attorneys for President Joe Biden’s son are suing a former aide in the Trump White House who helped spread the emails and images found on the abandoned computer. The laptop was brought to a Delaware repair shop but never picked up. Repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac eventually examined the computer and discovered what he described as “astounding” and “disgusting” content. That prompted him to share the contents of the hard drive with federal authorities as well as individuals linked to the 2020 presidential campaign of then-President Donald Trump, including attorney Rudy Giuliani. On Wednesday, Hunter Biden’s attorneys filed a federal lawsuit in California against Garrett Ziegler, an aide in the Trump White House and head of the research group Marco Polo. According to Insider, Ziegler posted more than 100,000 emails from Hunter Biden’s account online, along with various photos and documents. Trending: Biden Finally Personally Addresses Impeachment Inquiry - He Didn't Help His Case “The provenance of the material continues to be debated along with the privacy implications, but the authenticity of the content has never been successfully challenged,” the outlet noted. In an interview Wednesday with conservative host Emerald Robinson, Ziegler said, “Hunter just sued us.” He said Winston & Strawn, the law firm that filed the suit in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, “should be embarrassed of themselves. This lawsuit isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.” “I just am offended that they keep underestimating us, as if we hadn’t gone through every one of their potential legal arguments before we released the report. That’s why we didn’t put the genitalia of the Biden family in our report,” Ziegler said. “They’re gonna get burned again,” he said. The lawsuit painted Ziegler as “a zealot who has waged a sustained, unhinged and obsessed campaign against Plaintiff and the entire Biden family for more than two years.” “While Defendant Ziegler is entitled to his extremist and counterfactual opinions, he has no right to engage in illegal activities to advance his right-wing agenda. Yet that is precisely what Defendant Ziegler and his so-called ‘nonprofit research group,’ Defendant ICU, d/b/a/ Marco Polo, have done and have asserted they will continue to do in the future,” it said. “Since approximately December 2020, Defendant Ziegler, Defendant ICU and their ‘team’ of volunteers and independent contractors have spent countless hours accessing, tampering with, manipulating, altering, copying and damaging computer data that they do not own and that they claim to have obtained from hacking into Plaintiff’s iPhone data and from scouring a copy of the hard drive of what they claim to be Plaintiff’s ‘laptop’ computer,” the lawsuit said. It seeks a jury trial and unspecified damages. Hunter Biden’s legal team also has filed a lawsuit against Mac Isaac, who has said he did nothing wrong. In comments to Insider, Ziegler said he did not hack into anything but accessed an iPhone backup through information on the laptop computer. He said he obtained the data “directly from someone who got the copy from the laptop shop owner,” referring to Giuliani. link

FBI Agent Fails to Show for Congressional Testimony after Lies about Hunter Biden Laptop Exposed
October 5, 2023 - 2:09 pm0 FBI agent Elvis Chan has failed to show up for a congressional testimony before the House Judiciary Committee and Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH). Chan’s no-show comes after he was caught in an apparent lie under oath over claims about his role in censoring the Hunter Biden “Laptop from Hell” story. The FBI agent was scheduled to testify before Jordan and the Judiciary Committee on Thursday but didn’t turn up. After he previously failed to attend another scheduled interview, the Judiciary Committee subpoenaed Chan on September 21 to appear for an interview on Thursday. Chan was nowhere to be found at the time the interview was scheduled, and could not be reached. “Everything is on the table for Mr. Chan, including contempt,” Russell Dye, a spokesperson for the House Judiciary Committee told the Daily Caller. Chan’s testimony was initially expected to take place on September 15. However, a dispute between the committee and the Department of Justice (DOJ) resulted in Chan’s interview falling through. The Judiciary Committee sent an initial subpoena for Chan to testify following the failed interview. “Today, after an FBI employee traveled across the country to voluntarily participate in a scheduled interview, he was denied the right to have his chosen legal counsel accompany him,” the FBI said in a statement at the time. “Upon arrival at the Capitol, Committee staff directed agency counsel to leave the premises, and the interview was unable to proceed,” the FBI added. The Judiciary Committee accused the DOJ of obstructing Chan’s testimony by sending an attorney to represent him when he had already decided to be represented by a personal attorney in accordance with committee rules. In August, Jordan shared internal Facebook documents that appeared to show Chan lied under oath about his meetings with Facebook related to the Hunter Biden laptop story ahead of the 2020 presidential election, as Slay News reported. “Internal FB docs reveal that an FBI Special Agent made false statements in testimony about the FBI’s role in the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story,” Jordan tweeted on August 7, 2023. Chan worked on the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) ahead of the 2020 presidential election and coordinated with social media companies to censor speech online, according to the “Twitter Files” trove of internal documents. He joined FITF Section Chief Laura Dehmlow in a meeting with Facebook on October 14, 2020, to discuss the New York Post’s reporting on the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop. The FBI told Facebook “no comment” when company officials asked the bureau if the laptop contents were real, Dehmlow testified. IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley testified to the House Ways and Means Committee in May and said the FBI verified the laptop’s authenticity in November 2019 by matching the device to Biden’s iCloud ID. The laptop contents have been verified by multiple media outlets including the New York Times and Washington Post. Hunter Biden is currently suing Delaware computer repairman John Paul Mac Isaac, former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, and former Trump aide Garrett Ziegler for disseminating the contents of his laptop. Elvis Chan gave a deposition in November 2022 as part of the ongoing censorship lawsuit against the Biden administration. He stated that he was “confident” he did not participate in any meetings related to Hunter Biden besides the one on October 14, 2020. “I was confident that I was not a party to any meeting with social media companies where Hunter Biden was discussed outside of the one incident that I told you about,” Chan said. The FBI agent added that he was not aware of any communications between the FBI and Facebook related to the Hunter Biden laptop story, Jordan found. Jordan shared an internal document showing Chan held a “follow-up” meeting with Facebook about the Hunter Biden laptop the following day. “The Committee has recently obtained an internal Facebook document PROVING that Agent Chan had a secret ‘follow up’ call with Facebook about the Hunter Biden laptop story on October 15,” Jordan tweeted. “Chan advised that he was up to speed on the current state of the matter within the FBI and that there was no current evidence to suggest any foreign connection or direction of the leak,” a Facebook employee said about the meeting, according to internal communications released by Jordan. Jordan announced Wednesday he is running for Speaker of the House, as Slay News reported. The move comes after Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) was ousted as speaker Tuesday by a group of eight Republicans who joined with Democrats to vote in favor of a motion to vacate the chair. link

FBI Knew Hunter Biden Laptop Story Was ‘Legitimate’ Before 2020 Election, Document Shows
Frank Bergman October 10, 2023 - 2:59 pm A newly unsealed official document has revealed that the FBI confirmed ahead of the 2020 election that the New York Post’s infamous report on Hunter Biden’s laptop was “legitimate.” In the weeks running up to the presidential election, the FBI specifically confirmed “that the emails published by the New York Post were legitimate.” The damning admission from the federal agency was revealed in a newly released FBI FD-302 form summarizing the bureau’s interview with Hunter Biden’s former business associate, Tony Bobulinski. Bobulinski, who has since blown the whistle on the Biden family, was interviewed by the FBI on October 23, 2020. The FBI interviewed Bobulinski after he was copied on emails from the Hunter Biden laptop archive reported on in the New York Post’s story. The FBI document, FD-302 form, details the interview with Bobulinski. Republicans on the House Ways and Means Committee published the lightly redacted document. Bobulinski told the FBI he knew the emails were legitimate, the form asserts. He confirmed to agents that he had records of the emails on multiple cell phones. “In addition, the New York Post recently published HUNTER BIDEN emails in which BOBULINSKI was copied,” the document reads. “BOBULINSKI’s name was not redacted from the published emails, which put his name in the public domain and caused significant concern for his family’s safety. The FD-302 form’s contents were first reported by investigative journalist Paul Sperry in a report for the New York Post. “Nonetheless, BOBULINSKI was aware that the emails published by the New York Post were legitimate because BOBULINSKI was copied on them and had records of the emails on his own cellular devices,” the document adds “BOBULINSKI declined to provide his three cell phones to the FBI for imaging. “BOBULINSKI voluntarily provided the interviewing agents with copies of emails and text messages that were contained on [former Trump White House lawyer Stefan] PASSANTINO’s laptop computer. “The emails and text messages were loaded onto a flash drive that was in the possession of PASSANTINO,” the document specifies. The three cell phones Bobulinski brought that contained communications records were no longer in use. One of the phones Bobulinski was using, a Blackberry Key One, appeared to contain Hunter Biden’s contact information, the FD-302 form says. Neither of Bobulinski’s two active phones contained information relevant to the “SinoHawk” joint venture proposal with Chinese business associates that led to discussions about Joe Biden’s involvement. Bobulinski’s counsel Stefan Passantino was present for the FBI interview. Passantino said there were no attorney-client privileged communications on the flash drive. FBI examiners observed Passantino loading the documents on the flash drive and ensured the files were properly transferred and saved. The FBI agents provided Passantino with an FD-597 form in connection with the receipt of the flash drive. Both the flash drive and original copy of the FD-597 are maintained as a physical 1A file, according to the FD-302 form. “BOBULINSKI did not want the FBI to forensically image the iPhone, Blackberry Bold, or the Blackberry Key,” the FD-302 form indicates. “BOBULINSKI used the three devices for personal communications and other business transactions, and he was sensitive about permitting the entirety of the data on the phones to be imaged and retained by the FBI. “BOBULINSKI was willing to provide forensic reports produced by a forensic expert recently hired by BOBULINSKI. “The forensic expert had fourteen years of experience, including experience working with the FBI,” the form adds. “The forensic expert had reviewed the data on the phones and had produced reports on the phones using Cellebrite software.” Bobulinski asked the FBI to take steps to verify the communications on his cell phones by confirming the make and model of the devices. The FBI agents reiterated to Bobulinski that he was not obligated to turn the devices over and told Passantino the agents would not be able to selectively search for the relevant texts and data. On October 15, 2020, The New York Post reported on an email sent by Hunter Biden’s former business associate James Gilliar. Gilliar asked about holding 10% of a potential equity stake for “the big guy.” “The big guy” was an apparent reference to Joe Biden, who was not holding political office at the time. “10 held by H for the big guy?” Gilliar asked his business partners in May 2017. Bobulinski was one of the business associates on the email thread featuring Gilliar’s question. Bobulinski has since confirmed that “H” was Hunter Biden and “the big guy” was a code name often used to refer to Joe Biden. According to Bobulinski, Joe Biden took a 10% cut of the shady deals that was funneled to him by his son Hunter. Gilliar also apparently sent Bobulinski a text expressing paranoia about Joe Biden’s potential involvement with the joint venture. “Don’t mention Joe being involved, it’s only when u are face to face,” Gilliar texted Bobulinski, according to the House Oversight Committee. “I know u know that but they are paranoid.” Joe Biden’s name was not listed on ownership forms for the joint venture. FBI agents confirmed with Bobulinski that Joe Biden was “the big guy” referenced on the laptop, according to the FD-302 form. “An additional 10% was to be held by HUNTER BIDEN for the ‘big guy,’ which was a reference to JOSEPH BIDEN,” the FD-302 form reads. “HUNTER BIDEN was going to hold JOSEPH BIDEN’s ownership percentage on behalf of JOSEPH BIDEN. “JOSEPH BIDEN was not officially listed on the capitalization documentation or legal incorporation documents. “Instead, BOBULINSKI, HUNTER BIDEN, WALKER, GILLIAR, and JAMES BIDEN were each listed in these documents as holding 20% of the company.” On October 14, 2020, the New York Post reported on emails from Biden’s laptop related to Ukrainian energy firm Burisma, and Twitter and Facebook censored their story. The Senate released a report in September 2020 outlining Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings with individuals and entities from Ukraine, Russia, and China. Joe Biden said the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop were a “Russian plan” during an October 2020 presidential debate, an official transcript shows. linkThe debate took place after the New York Post’s reporting exposed Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings. Biden’s false assertion was based on a discredited letter written by 51 former intelligence officials who claimed the laptop contents were part of a “Russian disinformation operation.” The letter didn’t present any evidence to back up the claims. Several major media outlets, including The New York Times and Washington Post, have independently authenticated the laptop’s contents. One of the letter’s signatories, former CIA official Michael Morrell, testified to the House Judiciary Committee in April. Morrell said then-Biden campaign advisor Antony Blinken orchestrated the discredited letter. Morrell said one of the reasons he signed the letter was to help Joe Biden win the 2020 presidential election. Blinken is now serving as Secretary of State in the Biden administration. The House Ways and Means Committee released the FBI FD-302 form in late September alongside a trove of documents substantiating testimony from IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler. Shapley testified to the House Ways and Means Committee in May the FBI verified the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop as early as November 2019. “In October 2019, the FBI became aware that a repair shop had a laptop allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden and that the laptop might contain evidence of a crime,” Shapley testified. “The FBI verified its authenticity in November of 2019 by matching the device number against Hunter Biden’s Apple iCloud ID.” Hunter Biden is suing the IRS for what his legal team claims to be illegal disclosures by the IRS whistleblowers in their testimony and cable news interviews. He is also suing former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, Delaware computer repairman John Paul Mac Isaac, and former Trump aide Garrett Ziegler for disseminating the laptop contents. The Biden family and its business associates received more than $24 million from individuals and associates from Ukraine, Russia, China, Romania, and Kazakhstan, according to a House memo circulated prior to the first impeachment inquiry hearing for President Joe Biden. The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Hunter Biden’s personal and business bank records following the hearing.

Democrat Rep Dan Goldman Claims Hunter Biden Laptop Not ‘Real,’ Pushes Debunked Russian ‘Conspiracy’ Narrative
Frank Bergman November 30, 2023 - 4:01 pm Democrat Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) has claimed that reports on Hunter Biden’s laptop are not “real.” During a Thursday hearing with the House Judiciary Committee, Goldman insisted that reports on the “Laptop from Hell,” were part of an elaborate “conspiracy” involving former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani, the New York Post (which first broke the story), and Russia. Goldman attempted to revive the debunked “Russian disinformation” narrative while questioning journalist Michael Shellenberger on the topic of Biden’s laptop. Goldman has repeatedly denied the veracity of what was found on the laptop despite FBI testimony to the contrary. “You are aware, of course, that the ‘laptop,’ so to speak, that was published in the New York Post was actually a hard drive that the New York Post admitted here was not authenticated as real?” Goldman asked. “It was the same contents,” Shellenberger responded. “How do you know it’s the same contents?” Goldman pressed. “Because it’s the same contents. Everyone has verified that it’s the same contents,” Shellenberger said. “You’d have to authenticate it to know that it’s the same contents,” Goldman argued. “You have no idea. “You know hard drives can be manipulated.” “Are you suggesting that the New York Post participated in a conspiracy to construct the contents of the Hunter Biden laptop?” Shellenberger asked. “No, sir,” Goldman fired back. “The problem is that hard drives can be manipulated by Rudy Giuliani or Russia.” “What’s the evidence that that happened?” Shellenberger pressed. “There is evidence of it, but the point is it’s not the same thing,” Goldman said. “So you’re engaging in a conspiracy theory,” Shellenberger said before being cut off. Skeptics of the New York Post’s original story on Biden’s laptop suggested that it may have contained Russian disinformation, citing FBI speculation at the time. FBI agent Laura Dehmlow, who served as Section Chief of the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force at the time, testified in July that the bureau “conditioned” social media companies to believe the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation, despite knowing it was legitimate. “Put simply, after the FBI conditioned social media companies to believe that the laptop was the product of a hack-and-dump operation, the Bureau stopped its information sharing, allowing social media companies to conclude that the New York Post story was Russian disinformation,” House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) wrote in a letter to FBI director Christopher Wray this summer. The laptop hard drive contained salacious information about Biden’s personal life as well as his business dealings. link

Department of Justice Finally Admits the Truth About Hunter Biden Laptop in New Court Filing
By Allison Anton January 17, 2024 at 12:51pm Has the Department of Justice finally stopped running from the truth about the Biden family corruption? It appears so, at least in regard to one important item. According to a thread on the social media platform X written by New York Post columnist Miranda Devine, in a recent court filing the DOJ finally admitted that Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop was, in fact, Hunter Biden’s. Let’s back up a little. As most of conservative America might recall, when the New York Post initially published its scoop about the younger Biden’s incriminating laptop in October 2020, social media giants squelched the story and a letter signed by no fewer than 51 former intelligence officials claimed the laptop contained “all the classic earmarks of Russian disinformation.” The establishment media in turn dismissed all legitimate evidence and concerns regarding the authenticity of the laptop as right-wing conspiracy theories or propaganda, if they covered it at all in the weeks leading up to the election. Fishy, no? Here is where Devine comes in. Tuesday night, she shared a Tuesday court filing from the DOJ, which, as reported in the Daily Caller, is “a response to [Hunter] Biden’s investigation for gun charges which his legal team attempted to argue in December should be dismissed” (those legal charges including lying about being addicted to crack when purchasing a gun). As Devine highlighted on X, in the course of responding to this motion from Biden’s legal time, the Justice Department admitted for the first time that “Hunter Biden’s laptop is real, that he left it at a computer store, and that the contents matched what they obtained from a search warrant of his iCloud.” In the DOJ’s own words, in August 2019 “[investigators]…came into possession of the defendant’s Apple MacBook Pro, which he had left at a computer store. A search warrant was also obtained for his laptop and the results of the search were largely duplicative of information investigators had already obtained from Apple.” Further, according to an IRS whistleblower quoted in Fox News, “Federal investigators knew in December 2019 that Hunter Biden’s laptop was ‘not manipulated in any way’ and contained ‘reliable evidence,’ but were ‘obstructed’ from seeing all available information.” The implications of this admission are huge, and many officials and commentators, on X or otherwise, have recognized this already. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey retweeted Devine’s post, noting that “Hunter Biden’s laptop is not only real; it’s also a manifestation of the largest government censorship enterprise in United States history,” and that he and allies are “headed to the United States Supreme Court to halt that censorship operation.” Radio show host and conservative commentator Morgan Ortagus called out the intelligence officers who spread the idea that the laptop was just “Russian disinformation,” calling for “ imple, basic decency of any former ‘intelligence’ official who signed the letter calling this a Russian info op: you should apologize to the American public and admit you spread disinformation during an election.”
And just to nail home the point about corruption in the country’s highest offices, the Fox News report contains a reminder that the former intelligence officers’ letter was organized by former CIA Deputy Director Michael Morell at the urging of then-Biden campaign adviser and now Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
While it’s better to finally see the DOJ admit to this after three-and-a-half years, it really speaks volumes to the level of corruption pervading our government, especially this current administration.
The real significance of this admission from the DOJ is that there was a deliberate effort to cover up and bury this story.
Clearly, the censoring of the Hunter Biden laptop story was part of a larger scheme to get Biden elected in 2020, regardless of his actual merit or popularity as a candidate.
Polling shortly after the election showed that if more people knew that the younger Biden’s laptop was in fact 100 percent real and had nothing to do with the Russians, then fewer people would have voted for Biden in the first place.
Clearly though, the FBI, the DOJ, the deep state in general knew the veracity of this story and not only hid it, but got 51 former intelligence officers to deceive the American public on behalf of a corrupt man whose only accomplishment up to that point was failing to become president.
As Devine pointed out, there is now proof that the deep state was involved in a deliberate coverup on behalf of Joe Biden. It’s a truly shameful story that should sicken anyone who cares about the truth.

Journalist Investigating Hunter Biden Scandal Removed from Job, All Files Seized
By Jack Gist February 23, 2024 at 10:05am President Joe Biden’s infamous words, “No one f***s with a Biden,” might be having a trickle-down effect in what has been called an “unprecedented” action from one of the establishment media outlets that have grown as accustomed to covering for the Biden family as Pavlov’s dog is to salivating at the sound of a bell. Catherine Herridge is an acclaimed investigative journalist who was looking into the Hunter Biden laptop scandal before she was fired by CBS News last week. In an “unprecedented” move, sources told the New York Post, Herridge’s files were seized by the company. Because the Biden name was in play — Hunter is the president’s son — the seizure seems like something out of the old Soviet Union. Herridge was working on a First Amendment piece that was being watched by journalists nationwide. Her co-workers were already on their heels after learning she was fired, but when they found out the network seized her work laptop, they were shocked. According to insiders, Herridge may have had confidential information on her computer. “It’s so extraordinary,” a source close to the situation told the Post. The source said the files that were seized in all likelihood contain confidential material from Herridge’s work at Fox News and CBS. Network officials boxed up all Herridge’s personal belongings except for her notes and files. They then told her that they would determine what, if anything, would be returned to her, according to the Post. A second source told the outlet, “They never seize documents [when you’re let go]. They want to see what damaging documents she has.” CBS News’ seizure of her files raises questions about a First Amendment case Herridge is involved in because the files might include privileged conversations with lawyers or the identities of her sources. A fierce advocate of a journalist’s right to protect their sources, Herridge did not comply with U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper’s order to reveal how she learned about a federal probe into a Chinese American scientist operating a graduate program in Virginia. Herridge also might be in legal trouble for refusing to name her source for an investigative piece she wrote for Fox News in 2017. If found in contempt of court, she could be ordered to pay fines of up to $5,000 a day. Inside sources told the Post they were concerned CBS might be subpoenaed to reveal the identity of Herridge’s source. This would erode free-press principles and force reporters to adhere to prescribed truths handed down by totalitarian powermongers. Related: '60 Minutes' Cameras Catch Illegal Chinese Immigrants Pouring Into California: 'We Were Surprised' “This is a company that only plays checkers. They don’t play chess,” the second source said. “They don’t understand the ramifications of their actions.” Legal scholar and commentator Jonathan Turley said the timing of Herridge’s firing raised suspicions. “She was pursuing stories that were unwelcomed by the Biden White House and many Democratic powerhouses, including the Hur report on Joe Biden’s diminished mental capacity, the Biden corruption scandal and the Hunter Biden laptop,” Turley wrote in a piece for The Hill. Leaving sensitive documents in the hands of shadowy CBS officials could compromise Herridge’s numerous other confidential sources and potentially violate HIPAA laws because some of the files may contain personal and family medical records. According to Turley, the network’s “heavy-handed approach” is “dead wrong” and “sent a chilling signal in the ranks” of the network and beyond. The union that represents CBS staffers, SAG-AFTRA, was also incensed by network officials ordering the seizure of Herridge’s notes and files. “This action is deeply concerning to the union because it sets a dangerous precedent for all media professionals and threatens the very foundation of the First Amendment,” the union said in a statement Thursday. “It is completely inappropriate for an employer to lay off a reporter and take the very unusual step of retaining and searching the reporter’s files, inclusive of confidential source identification and information,” SAG-AFTRA said. “From a First Amendment standpoint, a media corporation with a commitment to journalism calling a reporter’s research and confidential source reporting ‘proprietary information’ is both shocking and absurd,” it said. “The retention of a media professional’s reporting materials by their former employer is a serious break with traditional practices which supports the immediate return of reporting materials,” the union said. “We urge CBS to return this material to Catherine in support of the most basic of First Amendment principles.” Herridge was among 20 CBS staffers terminated as part of a purge of hundreds of employees at parent company Paramount Global. A network representative told the Post, “We have respected her [Herridges’s] request to not go through the files, and out of our concern for confidential sources, the office she occupied has remained secure since her departure. We are prepared to pack up the rest of her files immediately on her behalf — with her representative present as she requested.” A skeptic might say, “Sure. Now that you’ve reviewed the files and seen what she has, give them back.” It’s like cheating at poker. If you’re privy to the cards your opponent is holding, it’s like money in the bank. Americans aren’t stupid. The feds have shown they aren’t above colluding with the establishment media to advance progressive policies and protect their own. Network executives are only too eager to play along. We get it. Big Brother is watching. “Nobody f***s with a Biden” means that you will be assimilated into the progressive hive. Resistance is futile. The elites don’t get the adage, “Saying ain’t doing.” link
