There's no doubt that Satan and his minions are going to use 'climate change' to explain away the judgments of the Tribulation. Aside from the fear-mongering fake news stories in which anything and everything possible is used to stir up the sheeple and warn them of this non-existent danger, I'm already seeing packages in the stores with things like 'Earth friendly' and 'planet friendly' printed on the packaging.  The scamdemic has pretty much been shown to be a fraud and a depopulation tool, so of course TPTB need a new weapon in their quest to enslave the people of the Earth - that is, those whom they don't kill via abortion, bio-warfare, etc.  

Of course, the so-called 'elites' are profiting from this latest scam financially - I don't know how much money they think they need, not to mention, all the money in the world won't keep them out of hell!

An article published by Daily Mail on June 19, 2020, revealed that Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, and other billionaires invested in a new startup company to produce artificial breast milk from cultured human mammary epithelial.


According to the article, U.S. firm BIOMILQ has received $3.5 million from an investment fund that is co-founded by Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Richard Branson, and Mark Zuckerberg to ‘prevent climate change due to gases created in formula manufacturing.’

An artificial breast milk start-up that offers a green alternative to baby formula has received $3.5 million (£2.8m) from an investment fund co-founded by Bill Gates.


It has been estimated that around 10 per cent of the global dairy industry — a major producer of greenhouse gases — is used to manufacture baby formula.



The $1 billion (£800 million) fund, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, was established to help prevent the worst effects of climate change arising from carbon emissions.



Alongside Mr Gates, the group’s other members include Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, Virgin group founder Sir Richard Branson and Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg.



According to the company’s website, in 2021, they successfully produced the world’s first cell-cultured human milk outside of the breast.

Climate ‘Marshall Plan’ — U.N. Joins World Economic Forum Call to End Oil, Gas, and Coal Use

U.N. chief Antonio Guterres on Wednesday called for an end to oil, gas, and coal use in favor of renewable sources as part of a self-described global climate Marshall Plan.



The veteran Portuguese Socialist spoke ahead of the upcoming World Economic Forum (WEF) annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland, which has already issued its own call for net-zero carbon emissions to be driven by a wider embrace of solar and wind power sources without delay.



To avoid catastrophic climate change, humanity must “end fossil fuel pollution and accelerate the renewable energy transition, before we incinerate our only home,” Guterres said in his pre-recorded remarks timed to coincide with the release of a major U.N. state-of-climate report, AFP reports.



Renewable technologies should be treated as freely available “global public goods”, unconstrained by intellectual property, he added.



The U.N. Secretary-General also called for an end to approximately half-a-trillion dollars in fossil fuel subsidies, roughly two-thirds of which go to consumers and the rest directly to industry as part of the drive to change consumer habits.

Billionaire Bill Gates says there’s a 50 per cent chance the next pandemic will be caused by man-made climate change or be deliberately released by a bio-terrorist.


The Microsoft founder made the comments during an interview with Spanish news outlet El Diario.



Asserting that the next major pandemic is likely to occur within 20 years, Gates said, “It could be a virus made by man, by a bioterrorist who designed it and intentionally circulated it. That is a very scary scenario because they could try to spread it in different places at once.”



“Or it could be something that makes the leap from the natural world. The human population is growing and we are invading more and more ecosystems. That is why I calculate that there is a 50% chance that we will have a pandemic of natural origin in the next 20 years, as a consequence of climate change,” he added.



The prediction that climate change will cause a virus which will then require another global vaccine rollout is somewhat convenient for Gates given that he is heavily invested in both areas.



Gates reiterated the call made in his recent book to pump billions of dollars into researching future pathogens by creating a 3,000-strong team of specialists under the control of the World Health Organization, which would require a 25% budgetary increase.



Commenting on the recent outbreak of monkeypox, Gates said “there is very little chance” it will have an impact anything like coronavirus, although he cautioned that it could mutate into something significantly nastier.



Gates infamously warned of a coming super-virus five years before the emergence of COVID-19 during a 2015 TED talk.



As we highlighted earlier this month, Gates warned that COVID was not over and that there is likely to be an “even more fatal” variant of the virus coming.

Just when you thought climate-change fanatics had reached peak insanity, word comes that none other than the heir to the British throne is backing a plan that would have cows wear special face masks to combat methane emitted by rumination.



A British startup company, Zelp, which designed the bovine mask, was recently awarded the Terra Carta Design Lab award, founded in part by the Prince of Wales along with designer Jony Ive.





“Agriculture is the largest source of methane from human activity. Corporations and governments are under pressure to minimize its effect on global warming. Eliminating the livestock industry is not a realistic solution,” the company’s website says. “Now there’s a way to reduce methane that’s good for the animals, the farmers who care for them, and the consumers.”



According to the TNA report, the ‘bovine mask’ weighs around 3.5 ounces and contains solar-powered fans that are designed to ‘redirect’ methane emissions from cows chewing their cud into a special chamber that then chemically converts the methane into carbon dioxide and water vapor.



But wait — the left wants to eliminate carbon dioxide from the air too, even though doing so will literally destroy our planet (because the plant life and trees that give us oxygen need CO2 to live).

In any event, the inventors of this ridiculous mask (and just think how much it will cost to outfit millions of cows with them — there goes the price of beef!) believe that the masks ought to only filter about 30 percent of the methane produced by burping cows, but they hope to reach 60 percent in future designs.



“So, the device turns a minor greenhouse gas (methane) into other more potent greenhouse gasses (CO2 and H2O) and that’s supposed to help against global warming?” The New American rhetorically asked.

A punishing heatwave broke a string of records in France today which banned outdoor events as a heatwave swept across Europe.



Temperatures were seen to hit around the mid-30s in Spain and France today - expected to hit the 40s in most areas - while the mercury has topped 44C in Montpellier and 46C in Bilbao.



The French health minister said it has also seen 'hospitals at capacity, but keeping up with demand' as the 'earliest heatwave ever recorded' in 75 years hit.





In Gironde, southwest of France, public events outdoors have been banned 'until the heatwave ends'. Indoor events at venues without air-conditioning are also prohibited, but private celebrations, such as weddings, are still allowed.



Meanwhile schoolchildren in the 12 ‘red alert’ areas were told to stay home, and care home residents were rotated through air-conditioned rooms.



'Everyone now faces a health risk,' local official Fabienne Buccio told France Bleu radio.



In Spain, forest fires burned up to 7,000 hectares (17,300 acres) of land in the northwest Sierra de la Culebra region today, forcing some 200 people from their homes.



'Avoid over-exposing to the sun, hydrate and take care of the most vulnerable so they don't suffer from heat stroke,' was the advice from Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez in Madrid.



The UK recorded its hottest day of the year today with temperatures reaching over 30C - expected to climb to 34C - in the early afternoon, forecasters also said.

(Natural News) The idea of solving the “crisis” of global warming is losing its luster among the climate activism crowd as fanatics come to the conclusion that so-called climate change cannot be stopped (assuming it is even happening at all, which is debatable).



On social media, climate activists are increasingly coming to the realization that an imaginary climate disaster cannot be averted by any man-made intervention – that much we know for sure. If anything, mankind’s continued attempts at stopping it are only making things worse.



“Climate ‘doomers’ believe the world has already lost the battle against global warming,” wrote Marco Silva, BBC‘s “climate disinformation specialist,” in a piece about the subject.



“That’s wrong,” Silva, an extreme climate fanatic himself, added, further noting that the “view is spreading online” that global warming, if it is real, cannot be stopped.



One such climate doomer by the name of Charles 27, who is popular on TikTok, recorded a video in October 2021 for his more than 150,000 followers basically throwing in the towel in the fight against climate change.



“I am a climate doomer,” Charles, who lives in California, said. “Since about 2019, I have believed that there’s little to nothing that we can do to actually reverse climate change on a global scale.”



“Green” energy is a joke and the world is slowly figuring it out

Silva is convinced that the imaginary climate crisis can still be tackled, though he seems to take the opinion that no matter what happens, humanity will not go extinct.

Regardless, he cites the work of climate scientist Dr. Friederike Otto who has been working with the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change to help the world “stop emitting” greenhouse gases because, in his view, these are bad for the planet.



“There is no denying that there are large changes across the globe, and that some of them are irreversible,” Otto, a senior lecturer in climate science at the Grantham Institute for Climate Change and the Environment, is quoted as saying.



“It doesn’t mean the world is going to end, but we have to adapt and we have to stop emitting,” Otto insists.



Many governments, however, are not taking the matter as seriously as they once did. The newly elected Australian government, for instance, is not planning to do much of anything about emissions because it says that so-called “green” solutions do not work.



Much of the West is now coming to that realization as rolling blackouts increasingly plague nations that are shutting down their oil, gas and nuclear plants in favor of more wind and solar “farms.”



“They’ll make a few noises about closing down coal, maybe shut down a coal station or two, kill a few big companies, then panic when power prices spike, inward investment collapses and the tax money runs dry,” reports Watts Up With That about the situation with the government in Australia.



Many politicians are coming to the realization that the endgame of the green transition will be political suicide once people run out of energy and fuel due to the transition. One wonders: will the climate doomers figure it out sooner or later?



“At any moment an insane but charismatic climate doomer could publish a final TikTok video, and trigger a wave of copycats,” Watts says. “I doubt it will be Charles McBryde – he seems way too narcissistic to end his show early. But there are some sick people out there, and some of them have a following.”

WA Gov. predicts summer full of 'blackouts, destruction, and death'

Governor Jay Inslee (D-Washington) sent an eerie letter to his supporters on Monday predicting that they are in for a summer of "blackouts, destruction, and death" over the alleged climate crisis.


The letter was sent directly after Gov. Inslee gave tacit support for destroying four dams along the Snake River which account for 8 percent of Washington's annual electricity generation, Environmental Director of Washington Policy Center Todd Meyers reports.



"Last week, @govinslee gave implicit support to destroying the Snake River dams and 8% of Washington's electricity generation. Today he sent an email warning about electricity shortages this summer. #waleg," Myers tweeted Monday.



The email warned that heightened temperatures will "catastrophically" disrupt electrical grids nationwide, resulting in death.

"It's shaping up to be a deadly summer," the email reads.

"As the climate crisis worsens, we're facing the most extreme weather in history. While Washington state faced the wettest start to the summer in over 70 years, other states are preparing for sweltering temperatures that will catastrophically disrupt our fragile electrical grid. That means blackouts, destruction, and death. Just look at the headlines."



Governor Inslee and Senator Patty Murray (D-Washington) released a draft report in early June, saying that breaching the Snake River dams would allegedly be the best way to save Snake River salmon that are on the Endangered Species List.


Center Square reports that the proposal would cost taxpayers between $10.3 billion and $27.2 billion, as finding other ways to provide irrigation and electricity does not come as an easy feat.


Meyers has long warned about removing the dams from Snake River which has been a topic of discussion in the state for decades, stating that the removal of the dams would be akin to "destroying every wind turbine and solar panel in Washington."


"Annually, the dams generate about 8.3 million megawatt hours of electricity, or 8 percent of Washington's energy," Meyers wrote in a piece for The Seattle Times. "That is more clean energy than is provided by all the wind and solar facilities in Washington state added together."


During legislative session earlier this year, Gov. Inslee vetoed House Bill 1623 to address the "risk of rolling blackouts and power supply inadequacy events," despite the bill unanimously passing through both the state's House and Senate.


"Ensuring that our electricity grid continues to reliably provide power to Washingtonians is a priority for me as well, which is why we have multiple state agencies already working on this issue," Inslee wrote in his veto letter.

(Natural News) New Zealand is making itself a laughing stock while trying to address an imaginary problem called climate change. It is now proposing to charge farmers for the burps, farts and waste of their farm animals, such as cows and sheep.



A progressive and eco-friendly country, New Zealand’s sheep and cattle outnumber people. And some clueless authorities say these farm animals contribute to climate change in various ways, such as grazing on land that was clear-cut to make room for them and eating grains planted on what were once forests.



These animals are also known to create emissions in the form of a powerful greenhouse gas called methane. Methane is released as a byproduct of their digestion – or via their burps and flatulence.



Because they are part of a system of selling tradable emissions credits, New Zealand’s government wants to require ranchers to buy credits for the methane that their livestock produce.



New Zealand Climate Change Minister James Shaw said: “There is no question that we need to cut the amount of methane we are putting into the atmosphere, and an effective emissions pricing system for agriculture will play a key part in how we achieve that.”



Methane is the second-most prevalent greenhouse gas in the world, just after carbon dioxide. Since it causes much more warming than carbon in the first few decades after its release and dissipates in the atmosphere more quickly, the New Zealand government thinks it is essential to clamp down on methane emissions. Interestingly, the majority of methane emissions come from human activity.



Burps more of an issue than farts

Although jokes have been made about governments wanting to ban cow farts, burps are actually more of an issue. Cows and sheep have stomachs with separate compartments, one of which is known as the rumen chamber. The rumen chamber is filled with microbes that break down the plants that they eat, and in the process, produce carbon dioxide and methane, which they then burp into the atmosphere.



Ranchers in New Zealand keep around 10 million cattle and around 26 million sheep. While the latter animals are used for the production of wool, cows are used not only for the production of meat and meat products but also for dairy.



The proposed law means that farmers will have to pay for the gas emissions from their livestock from 2025. However, the plan also provides incentives for farmers to reduce emissions, such as feeding their livestock with a special diet that avoids creating greenhouse gases, such as seaweed instead of the typical grass or grain. They can also offset the emissions by planting trees.



This is a very bureaucratic process that causes high costs for the cattle breeders and gives them additional work.



An estimate showed that methane emitted by livestock accounts for about 5.5 percent of greenhouse gases from human activity. However, the total greenhouse gas emissions from all livestock, including manure storage and so on, account for around 14.5 percent of all global emissions.



The money from the new climate tax will then be invested in the research, development and advisory services for farmers. In the end, this will make cow and lamb products, including wool, from New Zealand more expensive, but it won’t necessarily lead to effective and long-term measures that support the government’s so-called climate protection plans. Left-wing countries may follow similar tax plans

It is only a matter of time before other left-wing countries adopt and implement similar ideas, especially in Europe. With the corresponding consequences for food prices, there have been proposals to levy a climate tax on meat to reduce production and consumption.



There have also been demands that for every ton of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere during the production of milk and meat, a climate tax of 60 euros ($62.75) should also be levied. This action could reduce meat consumption by 15 percent.



The World Economic Forum and other globalist international organizations aim to engineer a “great reset,” which is a world government based on climate hysteria and social control that wants to keep citizens from eating meat and instead consume laboratory-created food and bugs.



The WEF has already praised bug-eating as a food alternative for the sake of the planet. According to them, bugs are “rich in protein, healthy fats, and vitamins, and can be farmed at scale with a minimal footprint.”



Andrew Hoggard, a dairy farmer and the national president of Federated Farmers of New Zealand, said: “We’ve been working with the government and other organizations on this for years to get an approach that won’t shut down farming in New Zealand, so we’ve signed off on a lot of stuff we’re happy with.”

However, these groups are not taking into account the significant, life-altering costs of cutting 8 percent of the state’s electricity grid.

Democrats are planning blackouts in desperate bid to control the population


Jay Inslee’s email blames rising temperatures for “catastrophically” disrupting electric grids and causing death nationwide. It seems that the Democrats are planning and/or weaponizing energy grids to cause a series of rolling blackouts just to prove that climate change is real and that they can control the population a little more. These are the same maniacal tactics that are currently being used by Democrats to collapse the domestic oil supply, to force the population onto a centrally-managed electric vehicle grid.



In a desperate bid to control the population, Democrats want to convince everyone that big government can save us all from an abstract enemy called “climate change.” In order to get more people to submit and believe, Democrats must continue to instill fear, create crises, and exploit the population. Farmers Rise Up, Block Highways with Their Tractors in Protest of Climate Tyranny

Farmers in the Netherlands conducted several demonstrations this week against the country’s radical plans to slash nitrogen and ammonia emissions.



On Monday, farmers in their tractors blocked highways in multiple parts of the country and set fires near the town halls of Apeldoorn and Epe in Central Netherlands, The Associated Press reported.



Near Liessel — 93 miles from Amsterdam, the nation’s capital — a truck dumped large plastic-wrapped bales of hay on a stretch of highway.



Dutch authorities warned motorists of roadblocks as tens of thousands of farmers from all over the country congregated in Central Netherlands to protest the emission policies, according to The AP.



On Tuesday, farmers brought cows to the Dutch House of Representatives building at The Hague, Bloomberg reported. The farmers threatened to slaughter their livestock if the Dutch government adopted the nitrogen emissions cutback plan.



“If the nitrogen measures are adopted, one of these two ladies will not go home, but will receive a one-way ticket to the slaughterhouse,” Dutch farmer Koos Cromwijk told local news agency ANP, according to Bloomberg.



Later that day, some farmers clashed with police officers outside the home of Cabinet Minister Christianne van der Wal, who oversaw the Netherlands’ anti-pollution reforms. Protesters smeared a nearby street with manure, the Washington Post reported.



“You can demonstrate, but in a civilized way,” Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said at a Wednesday news conference in the backdrop of the 2022 NATO Summit in Madrid.


“So don’t block highways, don’t set off fireworks outside a minister’s house and spread manure and … scare two children, and endanger families,” Rutte said, according to the Post.



The protests continued through Wednesday and Thursday. Some protesters blocked the Dutch-German border, preventing the movement of people and goods until politicians addressed their concerns, The U.K’s Daily Express reported.

In response to the protests, the Dutch cabinet has considered measures to outlaw demonstrations near the homes of politicians, ANP reported, according to local outlet NL Times.



The protests arose after lawmakers in the Netherlands ordered reductions in nitrogen oxides and ammonia by up to 70 percent in areas near protected nature regions, The Associated Press reported.



According to the wire service, the restrictions went up to 95 percent in some areas. The decision came after courts in the country blocked permits for infrastructure and housing projects in recent years, citing the government’s failure to reach its emission targets.



To achieve those emissions reduction goals, the government assigned $25.6 billion to fund agricultural reforms intended to force farmers to cut down the number of livestock they hold or get rid of all their animals, The Associated Press reported.

U.N. Chief: Ignoring Climate Change Is ‘Collective Suicide’

U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres claimed on Monday that humanity would be committing “collective suicide” by ignoring climate change — a problem he suggested humanity could only address by breaking its “addiction” to fossil fuels.



“Half of humanity is in the danger zone, from floods, droughts, extreme storms and wildfires. No nation is immune. Yet we continue to feed our fossil fuel addiction,” Guterres said at the Petersberg Climate Dialogue in Berlin.



“We have a choice. Collective action or collective suicide. It is in our hands,” he insisted.



Guterres criticized “multilateral development banks” for not delivering “investments and assistance needed to expand renewable energy and build climate-resilience in developing countries.”



“Demand that these banks become fit-for-purpose. Demand that they change their tired frameworks and policies to take more risk,” he said.

The UK Guardian suggested the prospects of the climate change movement, and particularly its desire to hold another major U.N.-backed climate summit this year, have “dimmed considerably in recent months” because rising energy and food prices “have engulfed governments in an inflationary cost-of-living crisis, prompted in part by the gradual emergence from the [Chinese coronavirus] pandemic, and exacerbated by the war in Ukraine.”



The Guardian might not want to put it so bluntly, but people worried about high inflation, collapsing standards of living, and a worsening energy crisis might not have much patience for the ideas Guterres bandied about with climate ministers in Berlin — especially not when calamities such as the collapse of Sri Lanka are demonstrating how much damage Green proposals can do.



Green energy is proving to be an expensive disappointment for countries that sank uncounted billions of dollars into solar panels and windmills, only to discover those boutique – and quite possibly environmentally devastating! — technologies offer no real alternative to oil, gas, and coal.



When Russia threatens to shut down German industry by cutting off its gas supply, the Germans cannot respond by spinning their windmills faster, or hoping the sun will shine more brightly on their solar panels.



As for developing nations, they seem more interested in developing their oil and gas resources than taking out billion-dollar loans to buy windmills. A world teetering on the brink of a food crisis, which would bring death and starvation to poor countries, is less receptive to schemes that would dramatically increase the cost of harvesting and shipping food.



The climate movement also faces the considerable problem that while fossil fuels have made some unpleasant regimes rich and influential over the years, “green energy” alternatives will make the world almost entirely dependent on the most malevolent fascist power in the modern world, the People’s Republic of China.



As the Chinese are fond of pointing out, they have a nearly unbreakable monopoly on many of the vital components needed for solar power and electric vehicle batteries. Even the Biden administration is beginning to grudgingly admit that the all-out drive for green energy is making the free world dangerously dependent on a tyrannical empire that still practices slavery.



Even as they corner the market on green energy technology, the Chinese are cheerfully digging and burning titanic amounts of coal, and they have absolutely no intention of stopping. Neither do up-and-coming industrial powerhouses such as India, which is importing coal to feed its ravenous appetite for energy even though it was already the world’s largest coal miner.



Leaders across the developing world can read the news, so they might not see any reason to impoverish themselves with low-energy lifestyles or rack up astronomical amounts of debt buying “green technology” while China and India gobble up all the fossil fuels they can get. Few of those leaders would relish the notion of turning their countries into the next Sri Lanka.

As if it wasn’t bad enough already… Now, under the tired grift of climate disaster, Klaus Schwab and his band of globalist megalomaniacs are toying with the idea of turning off the sun.



In a new dystopian video that was released by the WEF this month, the organization touted the use of futuristic “space bubbles” that could be used to effectively block out the sun, and thus, help reduce climate change. The “geoengineering” project would theoretically reflect a portion of solar radiation back into space in order to cool the planet, the video explains while highlighting a recent study about the project from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).


The space bubbles, which are set to be made of thin plastic material, would be manufactured in space before being deployed in the form of a “raft” at the L1 Lagrangian Point – a point of equilibrium where the gravitational pulls between the Earth and the sun cancel out and the view of the sun is always uninterrupted.



According to the WEF video, the device would cover an area as large as the country of Brazil and it would be deployed above the atmosphere of the earth. And, sure enough, the video also claims that the gargantuan device would “likely” pose “no risk” of disrupting the planet’s ecosystems because it will reside above the atmosphere – which is questionable, at best. Simply blocking out a portion, or all of the sun would lead to extreme changes that could be catastrophic as sunlight is essential to life.



But, pay no mind to that. The ‘experts’ say it’s safe.

Carlo Ratti, an MIT researcher and architect who worked on the study, attempted to justify the safety of the project while claiming that extreme measures like this “might be our final and only option” to fight climate change. In other words, it’s the safest way because impending doom by way of the sun monster is nearly upon us.

“Geoengineering might be our final and only option. Yet, most geoengineering proposals are earth-bound, which poses tremendous risks to our living ecosystem. Space-based solutions would be safer — for instance, if we deflect 1.8 percent of incident solar radiation before it hits our planet, we could fully reverse today’s global warming.”



The timing of the WEF’s video release came just before Joe Biden announced that he was focusing the powers of the executive branch on combating climate change and the green agenda. Several Biden regime officials have also come out of late pushing the same “acceleration” line in an attempt to drum up urgency surrounding the climate crisis.



Basically, the agenda has shifted fully to climate change as the narrative in Ukraine continues to become more problematic. It’s shaping up to be an election season chalked full of ‘climate disaster’, and, naturally, the resurgence of Covid. Wash, Rinse, Repeat.

Climate Activist Glues Herself to the Road with Cement to Protest Climate Change — Police Forced to Chisel Her Hand from the Cement (VIDEO)

In Berlin, Germany, a woman protesting climate change stuck herself to the road using cement glue and sat there for several hours.





According to reports, the woman is part of the climate activist group called “Uprising of the Last Generation,” a coalition of climate and environmental activists in Germany.



The Uprising of the Last Generation claims “the world has only a few years left to turn the wheel around and avoid catastrophic levels of global warming,” as reported by CTV News.



In a video that went viral, the woman got trapped in the road after using cement glue. The police were forced to use a chisel to get her off the road.


Obviously, this is not the smartest way to make a political statement.

Another young activist was seen with cement in her hand, and law enforcement officials were attempting to help her.

The climate activists are now reportedly suing the German police, as reported by Vikendi.



“Because criminals in Germany have all their rights, the climate terrorists are now suing the police. They would not have been gentle enough with the delicate little hands when they were released from the street. They complain of assault,” according to the outlet.



“The head of the Berlin police union, Bodo Pfalzgraf, told the BILD newspaper that under these circumstances one could no longer expect an official to remove the “activists” from the street,” the news outlet added.



Climate change activists are currently making their way across Europe in an effort to persuade more government action on the issue of climate change.



The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a pair of Green activists glued themselves on the frame of a Vincent Van Gogh painting in London last month.

In France,a 36-year-old man dressed as an old lady was arrested last May after reportedly trying to break the glass protecting the famous Mona Lisa painting before throwing a cake on its surface in an apparent climate-related protest.



He was then arrested for an “attempt to damage cultural property” and was placed in the psychiatric infirmary of the police headquarters on Sunday, according to the public prosecutor’s office.

Vatican Cardinal Calls for ‘Immediate’ End to New Fossil Fuels

ROME — “All new exploration and production of coal, oil, and gas must immediately end, and existing production of fossil fuels must be urgently phased out,” declared Jesuit Cardinal Michael Czerny Thursday.



Cardinal Czerny, who runs the Vatican’s ecology and development office, endorsed calls for a fossil fuels nonproliferation treaty, insisting that production of oil and gas is accelerating “our race towards the precipice.”



The Vatican’s call for abandonment of fossil fuels could seem incredibly tone deaf as Europeans face a critical energy shortage that has driven fuel prices to unprecedented levels, driven in large part by Europe’s dependence on Russian oil and gas.



As climate expert Bjorn Lomborg noted in a Wall Street Journal piece Thursday, the West’s energy crisis wouldn’t be nearly as bad if it hadn’t “thrown up green roadblocks to its own energy security, such as President Biden’s moratorium on gas leases or Europe’s refusal to dig into its substantial shale gas reserves.”


The “green roadblocks” are exactly of the sort that the Vatican’s climate czar seems determined to erect.



The price hikes on energy have disproportionately impacted the poor, a social group the Vatican claims to favor, not only by driving up the cost of electricity and fuel but also through its direct impact on the price of basic foodstuffs.



Last month, some 40,000 farmers in the Netherlands demonstrated against a government mandate calling for a radical decrease in nitrogen-oxide and ammonia emissions, which are produced by livestock. Holland is among the world’s largest food exporters and these ill-fated policies would decimate the country’s agriculture industry just as global hunger is rising.



Frans Timmermans, the European Commission’s executive vice president and a committed green advocate, warned this month that many millions of Europeans may not be able to heat their homes this winter, a situation that could lead to “very, very strong conflict and strife.”


To head-off this potentially volatile situation, Timmermans has reluctantly called for a short-term return to fossil fuels, without which civil unrest seems unavoidable.



“If our society descends into very, very strong conflict and strife because there is no energy, we’re certainly not going to make our goals,” he said. “We’re certainly not going to get where we need to get if the lack of energy leads to strong disruption in our societies, and we need to make sure people are not in the cold in the coming winter.”



This welcome wisp of realism seems not to have penetrated the thick stone walls of the Vatican, where green ideology continues to reign supreme despite its disastrous consequences for the general population.

‘Any Excuse to Grab More Power’: EU Wants a Centralised ‘Civil Protection Force’ to Fight Climate Change

A senior Eurocrat has called for a “Civil Protection Force” directly under the control of Brussels to be established to fight the impact of climate change.



EU crisis management tsar has called for the creation of a “Civil Protection Force” directly under Brussels control for the ostensive purpose of fighting the impact of climate change.



The suggestion has prompted one MEP to accuse Brussels of “using any excuse to grab more power”, with the union’s green agenda policy having already resulted in chaotic scenes in the likes of the Netherlands.



According to a report by POLITICO, crisis management chief Janez Lenarcic has claimed that the impact climate change is having on EU member states is increasing, something which he believes now mandates intervention from Brussels.

“…we have a growing sense that more Europe is needed in civil protection,” Lenarcic said while suggesting that EU treaties should be changed so as to hand Brussels the power to establish such a force that would be able to provide this “protection”.



Such a sentiment however has been outright rejected by critics however, with one elected representative within the European Parliament, Cristian Terhes MEP, warning Breitbart Europe that the EU’s “unelected bureaucrats are using any excuse to grab more power”.



“These European bureaucrats are not the solution, but the cause of many problems that the EU is facing, and the deeply damaging energy crisis is just a proof of that,” Terhes said, emphasising that EU bigwigs “don’t want to be accountable to the people”.



“Handing to these irresponsible and unaccountable bureaucrats even more power would just simply be irresponsible,” the European Conservatives and Reformists Group politician continued.



“What Europe needs is a rebirth of national and sovereign democracy, with creativity and power for local people rather than one size fits all bureaucratic control from the centre of Brussels,” he went on to say.

Apart from calling for even more powers to be handed to Brussels in order to allow it to build its “Civil Protection Force”, Lenarcic was also keen to emphasise that more needed to be done to slash emissions in order to “prevent further deterioration of the climate”.



However, while those in Brussels might see no issue in asking — or demanding — EU nation-states reduce emissions, those within the affected EU states certainly have, with farmers in the Netherlands, in particular, being put to the sword for the purpose of fulfilling the EU green agenda.



In response to hardline nitrogen emission targets put in place by the EU, the Dutch government has begun implementing measures that could see up to 30 per cent of livestock farms in the country forced to close, with the government even planning mandatory state buy-outs for some farms that are currently operating in the country.



While pro-EU authorities in the Netherlands have dismissed future mass closures as merely being part and parcel of an “unavoidable transition” in the march toward Great Reset goals set by Brussels, farmers in the country have rejected the move, and are now actively protesting the measures by blocking roads and demonstrating in cities and at events.



This has prompted a hardline response from state authorities, with police in the country having repeatedly come under fire for their violent actions towards those protesting the alleged reforms.



Overall, over 100 people have been arrested by law enforcement in the country in relation to the anti-green agenda protests, with hundreds more being fined for resisting the EU agenda in ways deemed illegal by those in power.

Great Reset: French Govt to Recruit 3,000 ‘Green Police’ over Climate Change

A senior minister in France has demanded that the country create 3,000 ‘green police’ posts in the face of global warming.



Gérald Darmanin, who serves as France’s Minister of the Interior, has announced that he aims to create 3,000 posts for new “green police” officials, a move that he has deemed necessary in the face to tackle climate change.



News of the potential creation of these new posts in France follows calls from European Union bigwigs for the creation of a bloc-wide “Civil Protection Force” to fight the effects of climate change under the control of Brussels, a move slammed by some as an attempt by Eurocrats to hoard even more power.



In an interview with Le Journal du Dimanche, Darmanin justified the creation of 3,000 new posts specifically aimed at green-related criminal issues by citing the effects climate change was having on France, especially in regard to forest fires, nine out of ten of which have allegedly been caused by human activity.



“Faced with this, we must improve the work of judicial investigation,” the journal reports the politician as saying.



“We have therefore decided to massively reinforce the resources of the Central Office for the Fight against Damage to the Environment and to launch 3,000 ‘green police’ posts,” he continued. “The objective is that, in each gendarmerie brigade, there are gendarmes trained in attacks on ecology.”



“It will be a revolution,” Darmanin added.

The French minister’s plan to bring in 3,000 new “green police” comes as officials in Europe look at expanding their own resources, ostensibly to fight the effects of climate change.



In particular, one Eurocrat last week asked for Brussels to be handed more powers to create a “Civil Protection Force” directly under its control that would be able to “protect” member-states from disasters allegedly caused by the changing climate.



“[W]e have a growing sense that more Europe is needed in civil protection,” crisis management chief Janez Lenarcic declared regarding the proposal, with the technocrat seemingly arguing that Brussels would be able to provide this “protection” if handed more sovereign power over its member-states.



However, such a suggestion has been denounced by critics, with one MEP saying that “unelected bureaucrats” in the organisation “are using any excuse to grab more power”.

"I'm Afraid" - Czech President Blames "Green Madness" For Energy Crisis

Czech President Miloš Zeman has blamed “green madness” for the energy crisis and warned that the abolition of cars with internal combustion engines will only prolong the agony.


Zeman said the primary cause of the crisis was not the Ukraine war, but “green fanaticism” that has left European countries dependent on energy sources that cannot meet demand.



“Whether it’s called the Green Deal or whatever, I’m afraid. However, I won’t be here anymore when we find out where the green madness will take us,” said Zeman.



“The abolition of cars with internal combustion engines will lead to the advent of far more demanding electromobility. The biggest consumers of electricity will be electric cars with a short range and a high price,” he added.



The comments were made amidst controversy in the Czech Republic caused by new government regulations which mandate schools, hospitals, and households reduce their temperature by up to six degrees Celsius to save energy.



Owners of care homes for the elderly complained that old people cannot live in a 20°C environment without it posing a threat to their health.



“It is not permissible for the elderly to spend 100 percent of their time in spaces at 20°C and below. It is life-threatening to bathe frail seniors in a room heated to only 20°C when they get cold quickly,” said Daniela Lusková, vice-president of the Association of Social Service Providers.



However, a spokesman for the Ministry of Health insisted that regulations were made in consultation with professional scientific opinion.



Similar rules have already been enforced in Germany, where thermostats in public buildings are being limited to 19 degrees Celsius, and in Spain, where at the height of summer, non-residential buildings can set the temperature no lower than 27°C.



Back in May, Italy began rationing electricity to ‘support Ukraine’, with public buildings banned from running air conditioning at lower than 25°C or heating higher than 19°C.

France to Dump Extra €1.5 Billion Into Green Agenda Despite Cost of Living Crisis

The French prime minister has announced that the government is dedicating an extra €1.5 billion to the state’s green agenda despite the country’s ongoing cost of living crisis.



An extra €1.5 billion (~$1.5 billion) is being earmarked by the French government for the purpose of implementing its green agenda, the country’s Prime Minister announced on Saturday.



The extra funding is being allocated despite the country’s general public facing a crippling cost of living crisis, with President Emmanuel Macron even hinting at possible public unrest as his nation enters the “end of abundance“.



According to a report by radio network France Info, Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne announced that her government were starting this new “green fund” with the aim of getting local authorities to implement even more climate change measures.



To this end, the €1.5 billion will reportedly help such authorities achieve national green ambitions by enabling them to spend money on renovating buildings, bringing “nature back to cities”, and limiting “urban sprawl”.



Overall, the huge fund, Borne appears to hope, will “make it possible to put in place solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions”, with the politician also promising to announce more green agenda policies over the autumn period.

Borne was also forced to defend her desired furthering of the French government’s climate agenda in the context of the ongoing cost of living crisis, one so bad that the French president even hinted that the country now runs the risk of seeing public unrest only days before her announcement.



“I believe that what we are experiencing is of the order of a great shift or a great upheaval,” he said, warning that his nation was now entering the “end of abundance” and “costless liquidity”.



“Faced with this great shift, our fellow citizens may react with great anxiety,” Macron warned, before begging the public to “agree to pay the price” of what he described as “our freedom and our values”.



Despite announcing that the government is going to allocate another huge sum of money to fighting climate change rather than alleviating the stresses felt by the general public, the French prime minister actually backed Macron’s comments.



“It is not a question of promising blood and tears, but it is important that everyone is aware of the gravity of the moment,” she said.

Expect widespread power outages for the next five years, the politicians have warned all Californians. Sounds like a very promising play book so far, if you want to travel back in time to the Dark Ages. But wait. Now California has almost done the impossible. They shut down all fossil fuel power for 4 seconds, and proved they can run on only green energy. Except, not really. For even those brief seconds of “proof” they could do it, fossil fuels were still running the show, the gimmick, namely natural gas, behind all the smoke and mirrors.

While burning natural gas, a fossil fuel, the state of California, minus its biggest city, was able to stay “lit” during a 4-second shut down of other-than-gas non-renewable energy. Politicians said it sent a “chill” down their spines, especially since the rich gurus were sitting in their mansions running the air conditioner on high during the staged event.

Natural gas produces fine particulate matter that can lodge in lung tissue, according to scientific research. This kills more people than burning coal, yet it’s part of the foundation of California supposedly going completely 100 percent green for 4 seconds as of late. Is this “climate justice?” The entire “green energy movement” is based on lies. You can’t run a million electric cars without fossil-fuel-powered charging stations, and you can’t run Los Angeles on solar and wind power alone.



Once all fossil fuels, including gas and diesel, are banned in California, there will be no agriculture sector and most of the populace left breathing will be homeless and begging for food and shelter. That’s “climate justice” being inflicted on Californians by the communist-led politicians who know it’s all coming apart, and fast.



Follow the bouncing ball. They couldn’t even go green for 4 seconds. It’s a farce. A hoax. A Ponzi scheme where every Californian pays a hunk of their paycheck in taxes for the politicians to embezzle, while the whole state cracks apart and eventually floats out to sea. Great Reset: Switzerland Threatens to Jail People Who Heat Their Homes Too Much in the Winter

People who heat their homes above a certain temperature in Switzerland during the Winter face fines and potentially up to three years in prison if energy rationing measures are put in place.



Under proposed legislation in the home of the World Economic Forum (WEF), Swiss lawmakers are preparing to set legal limits on the use of heating during the winter should the country face energy shortages. Under the plans, gas-heated buildings would be capped at 19C (66.2F) and water heating up to 60C (140F). Saunas and swimming pools would also be forced by government diktat to remain cold.



So-called “heating sinners” in Switzerland who heat buildings above the legal limit will face daily fines of 30 francs ($30/£27) to a maximum of 3,000 francs. Fines for companies that deliberately breach the regulations will likely be much higher.



Most worryingly, individuals who are found to have intentionally violated the energy rationing limit could be jailed for up to three years, the Swiss German-language daily newspaper Blick reported.



Minister of Economic Affairs Guy Parmelin attempted to downplay the draconian measures, saying last week: “We are not a police state”.



“The police will not check everyone – but there can be selective checks,” he said, adding: “The draft regulations are primarily based on the fact that the vast majority of the population adheres to laws.”



However, spokesman for the Federal Department of Finance, Markus Spörndli said that the government will be open to tips from neighbours snitching on their fellow citizens “if the offence were reported and controlled and could subsequently be proven.”

How exactly the government plans to prove such allegations remains a question, given that it is difficult to determine the temperature of the inside of a building from the outside.



Fredy Fässler, the president of the Conference of Cantonal Justice and Police Directors, argued that the government should enact such rules with “a sense of proportion” and that officers should not spend their time going door to door checking thermostats.

Fässler also argued against imposing jail sentences, saying that imposing fines — like during the Chinese coronavirus crisis — will be sufficient and will not clog up the court system with complex criminal proceedings over heating.



The imposition of jail time, or indeed fines, is not a done deal yet, as the 26 individual cantons (states) of Switzerland have until the 22nd of this month to raise objections and counter proposals before the legislation is pushed forward.



The proposed rationing regime comes amid increasing concerns about the prospect of Russia cutting off the taps to Europe, with President Vladimir Putin warning on Wednesday that if the European Union tries to impose a price cap on Russian gas imports, he would cut off all forms of energy to the bloc.



While Switzerland is not a member state of the European Union, it broke with its traditional stance of neutrality to join the EU’s sanctions on Russia earlier this year following the full-scale invasion of Ukraine

‘Dictatorial’ Dutch City to Ban Meat Advertising to Fight Climate Change

The Hague (AFP) – The Dutch city of Haarlem is set to become the first in the world to ban advertisements for most meat because of its impact on climate change, officials said Wednesday.



The city of 160,000 people near Amsterdam has agreed to outlaw ads for intensively farmed meat on public places like buses, shelters and screens from 2024.



The move was approved by the city council in November, but went unnoticed until last week when a councillor announced he had officially notified advertising agencies.



“It will be the first city in the Netherlands — and in fact Europe and indeed the world — to ban ‘bad’ meat ads in public places,” Ziggy Klazes, councillor for the GroenLinks (Green-Left) party who drafted the motion, told AFP.



She said it went against the city’s politics to “earn money by renting the city’s public space to products which accelerate global warming”.



The ban would target all “cheap meat from intensive farming”, Klazes said, adding, “as far as I’m concerned that includes ads from fast food chains.”



The city had not yet decided whether to outlaw ads for organic meat.

Amsterdam and The Hague have already banned ads for air travel, petrol-driven cars and fossil fuels but now Haarlem is set to add meat to that list.



The ban has been criticised by the Dutch meat industry and some political parties who see it as a form of censorship and stigmatisation of meat eaters.



“Banning ads for political reasons is nearly dictatorial,” Joey Rademaker, a Haarlem councillor for the right-wing BVNL party, said in a statement.



The Dutch meat industry body, the Centrale Organisatie voor de Vleessector, said Haarlem authorities were “going too far in telling people what’s best for them,” the Trouw newspaper said.



The sector recently launched its own campaign called “Netherlands Meatland” to promote meat-eating.

Haarlem’s ban comes at a sensitive time for the Netherlands, which has seen months of protests by farmers angry at government plans to cut nitrogen emissions to meet EU environmental targets.



The Dutch government wants to reduce the country’s herd of four million cows by nearly a third, and possibly shut some farms.



Angry farmers have blocked roads with manure and trash, set fires and held huge tractor rallies to protest — drawing support from right-wingers worldwide including former US President Donald Trump.



Meanwhile the legal status of the carnivorous crackdown is also uncertain.



A ban could be challenged as an attack on freedom of expression, administrative law professor Herman Broering of Groningen University told Trouw newspaper.



Haarlem council must still study the legal issues before the ban can come into force, added Ziggy Klazes.



“You can’t ban adverts for a business, but you can ban adverts for a group of products” for public health, she said.



“Take the example of cigarette ads.”

Agriculture contributes to deforestation, climate change and emissions of greenhouse gases, loss of biodiversity and ecosystems, and is a major user of fresh water.



The EU has suggested that people cut down on consumption of meat and dairy products.



Some 95 percent of Dutch people eat meat, including 20 percent every day, according to the Dutch central statistics office.



Other countries are banning advertising for certain types of food, including junk food, although for health reasons rather than climate.



Britain is banning television ads for foods that are high in fat, sugar and salt before 9:00 pm from 2023 to help cut child obesity.



Singapore has banned ads for the most unhealthy sugary drinks.

"Nothing To Do With Man" - Astrophysicist Says Climate-Cultists "Are On A Gravy Train" To Make Money

This year's heat waves and subsequent droughts resulted in the hottest summer in recorded European history, according to a report by the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) - an EU-funded Earth observation agency.



“We’ve not only had record August temperatures for Europe, but also for the summer, with the previous summer record only being one year old,” said Freja Vamborg, a senior scientist at the Copernicus Climate Change Service.



Of course, this 'record' heat in the summer has prompted activists to trot out the same old tropes that this 'confirms climate change' is having a catastrophic effect on the world already. With the energy crisis facing Europe, this is not a particularly comfortable topic as numerous nations abandon - albeit apparently temporarily - their green policies in favor of not letting their citizenry starve or freeze.



Given that it's all 'settled science', the following RT News anchor was probably expecting a rote response to his questions about climate change.


He was in for a big surprise...



Piers Corbyn - physicist, meteorologist, and elder brother of former UK Labor Party leader Jeremy Corbyn - explained to the shocked RT anchor that the climate "has always been changing, but this has nothing to do with man"



The astrophysicist instead believes that changes in the Earth’s climate and its weather are dictated primarily by cyclical activity on the surface of the sun (and not, pointedly, by the effects of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere).



“For one thing science doesn’t do settled opinions,” Corbyn says.



“And for another they are all wrong.”



"Surely man has something to with this," exclaims the struggling new anchor, to which Corbyn responds:



"No, the only connection is that man is here at the same time as the sun and the moon are doing things."



The frustrated anchor falls back to consensus, asking "so how come then that so many climate change scientists disagree with you and they get so much support for that?"



Corbyn's laughing response was straightforward:



"...those that say this are just trying to make money... They're on a gravy train for heaven's sake."
