SUPREME COURT REVERSES ROE v. WADE – ABORTION RETURNED TO THE STATES
By Cassandra Fairbanks Published June 24, 2022 at 9:13am The Supreme Court has sided with the state of Mississippi and overturned Roe v. Wade. The opinion was written by Justice Samuel Alito. Alito asserted that Roe was “egregiously wrong” and “on a collision course with the Constitution from the day it was decided.” “Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote. “Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences. And far from bringing about a national settlement of the abortion issue, Roe and Casey have enflamed debate and deepened division.” Laws related to abortion will now be returned to the states to decide. Justice Alito added that the Roe court “usurped the power to address a question of profound moral and social importance that the Constitution unequivocally leaves for the people.” “It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives,” the ruling stated. Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan filed a joint dissent. “Whatever the exact scope of the coming laws, one result of today’s decision is certain: the curtailment of women’s rights, and of their status as free and equal citizens,” the dissenters wrote. The case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization was filed after Mississippi enacted HB 1510, the Gestational Age Act, in 2018. The law banned abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy, except in medical emergencies and in the cases where there was severe fetal abnormality. Jackson Women’s Health Organization provides abortions up to 16 weeks and filed a lawsuit immediately after the law went into effect. The abortion clinic was successful in the lower courts and injunctions were put in place to prevent the law from being enforced, based on the 1992 decision in Casey v. Planned Parenthood, which barred states from enacting abortion bans prior to fetal viability. Mississippi took the case to the Supreme Court, arguing that both Roe and Casey should be overturned. They cited evidence that fetuses can feel pain as early as ten weeks. Oral arguments were made before the court in December, 2021. On May 2, 2022, a draft opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito was leaked to Politico. In the opinion, he wrote that “it is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.” The leak prompted a wave of protests and backlash against conservative justices, including the firebombing of pro-life pregnancy centers and a foiled assassination plot against Justice Brett Kavanaugh. link

The Pro-Abortion Left Comes Unglued As Roe v. Wade Is Overturned
By Michael Robison Published June 24, 2022 at 12:30pm On Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the 1972 landmark ruling on Roe V Wade, abolishing federal access to abortion and returning the governance of the procedure to individual states. As a result of the ruling, at least 22 states now make abortion illegal, with few exceptions. The ruling has sparked a fierce reaction from the left and pro-abortion supporters across the nation. Politicians, Journalists, Celebrities, and Influencers who align with the ideals of killing unborn children began sharing their opinions on social media Friday. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi clarified her opinion: “Because of Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, the Republican Party, and their supermajority on the Supreme Court, American women today have less freedom than their mothers.” Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said, “Today is one of the darkest days our country has ever seen. Millions upon millions of American women are having their rights taken from them by five unelected Justices on the extremist MAGA court.” New York’s Attorney General, Leticia James, said it was “one of the darkest moments in the history of this nation.” and vowed to keep New York as a haven for those seeking an abortion. Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff said, “The Court’s decision to overturn Roe endangers women everywhere, by taking away their right to make their own health care choices. This Court isn’t conservative – it’s partisan, with a socially backward agenda. They can’t be trusted to protect our rights, so the Congress must.” Hardcore Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez followed suit, weighing in with her opinion, criticizing the court for the ruling. She said, “Overturning Roe and outlawing abortions will never make them go away. It only makes them more dangerous, especially for the poor + marginalized. People will die because of this decision. And we will never stop until abortion rights are restored in the United States of America.” Liberal Activist Shaun King, in usual fashion, shared his thoughts on Friday’s ruling. He said, “Overturning Roe has nothing to do with conservatives loving babies or children. Or pregnant mothers. Or their safety. Or their health. They don’t care even a little bit about ANY of those things. It’s all about power & control.” Television host Jon Stewart referred to yesterday’s ruling on gun rights and said, “Perhaps Roe can be salvaged if women reclassify their vaginas as holsters.” Former President Barak Obama said, “For more than a month, we’ve known this day was coming—but that doesn’t make it any less devastating.” He published an article with his thoughts regarding the ruling. ‘Night of Rage’ Looms After SCOTUS Decision, McCarthy to Biden: Prevent Violence ‘Before It’s Too Late’
NICK GILBERTSON 24 Jun 2022 2:37 House Minority leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is calling on President Biden to direct the “Justice Department to deter and prevent violence against Supreme Court Justices, churches, and pro-life pregnancy centers,” on the heels of the Supreme Court’s landmark Dobbs v Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision. A pro-abortion group Jane’s Revenge previously announced plans to carry out a “Night of Rage” that would follow the decision. McCarthy issued his calls to the president via Twitter shortly after the Supreme Court announced its ruling on the Dobbs case, overturning the longstanding 1973 Roe V. Wade decision. He implored Biden to act immediately before “it’s too late.” On Wednesday, Lila Rose — the founder and president of the pro-life organization Live Action — said in a tweet that the Department of Homeland Security was warning pregnancy centers and catholic churches alike, “telling them to be prepared for a ‘Night of Rage’ by pro-abortion groups pledging ‘extreme violence’ the night of the Dobbs decision.” The Dobbs decision comes after an unprecedented leak of the draft decision ruling, which both undermined the court’s sanctity and indicated Roe v Wade would be overturned when the decision officially came down. Following the leak, a number of pregnancy centers and catholic churches across the nation were targeted. Attacks ranged from alleged arson to smashed windows to graffiti tags such as, “If abortion isn’t safe you aren’t either” and “Jane’s Revenge.” Additionally, conservative Supreme Court justices saw protests outside of their homes following the leak, with one man being arrested for his alleged plan of an assassination attempt on Justice Brett Kavanaugh, one of the judges who ended up voting to overturn Roe v Wade. Now that the decision is official, far-left activists such as David Hogg are calling on the left to mobilize in protest. A National Guard spokesman told Breitbart News the “District of Columbia National Guard (DCNG) does not have a request for assistance (RFA) from D.C. Government or any of our federal partners.” “As always, DCNG remains ready to provide support to the citizens of the District, D.C. Government and federal agency partners in the event we receive a Department of Defense-approved RFA,” the statement continued. The case is Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, No. 19-1392 in the Supreme Court of the United States. link

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin Vows Access to Abortions for Troops After Roe v. Wade Overturn
KRISTINA WONG 24 Jun 2022 1:46 Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Friday vowed to provide service members with “seamless access” to reproductive health care in the wake of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. He said in a statement: Nothing is more important to me or to this Department than the health and well-being of our Service members, the civilian workforce and DOD families. I am committed to taking care of our people and ensuring the readiness and resilience of our Force. The Department is examining this decision closely and evaluating our policies to ensure we continue to provide seamless access to reproductive health care as permitted by federal law. Austin’s statement comes after progressive veterans and service members voiced outraged on social media over the Supreme Court’s ruling on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision, which effectively overturned Roe v. Wade. They expressed concern that service members would be serving in states that did not allow for abortion. Some claimed that the Supreme Court was coming after gay rights next. During former President Donald Trump’s administration, Pentagon officials — particularly those who disliked Trump — strived to keep politics away from the Pentagon, arguing that it needed to remain apolitical. Despite Joe Biden vowing to never politicize the military, Austin’s statement wades directly into a political issue and arguably constitutes a stance — that the Pentagon will “ensure” that service members have access to reproductive healthcare — a euphemism for abortions. link

Biden vows to fight for reproductive rights after Roe v. Wade overturned
The US Supreme Court overturned the Roe v. Wade ruling that made abortion in US legal. By REUTERS, JERUSALEM POST STAFF Published: JUNE 24, 2022 20:09 Updated: JUNE 24, 2022 20:33 US President Joe Biden on Friday criticized the US Supreme Court ruling overturning the landmark Roe v. Wade decision on abortion, saying the health and life of American women are now at risk. "It's a sad day for the court and for the country," Biden said in a White House address after the ruling, which he said was taking the country back 150 years. Biden promised to go on fighting for reproductive rights but said no executive order can guarantee a woman’s right to choose. He urged voters to send lawmakers to Congress who will work to codify abortion rights as the law of the land. "This fall, Roe is on the ballot." Biden made a point of calling for any protests to remain peaceful. "No intimidation. Violence is never acceptable," he said. "This cruel ruling is outrageous and heart-wrenching," said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. "Today, the Supreme Court not only reversed nearly 50 years of precedent, it relegated the most intensely personal decision someone can make to the whims of politicians and ideologues - attacking the essential freedoms of millions of Americans," said former US President Barack Obama. That's not how it works, Sleepy Joe... Biden calls on Congress to restore Roe v. Wade abortion protections as federal law: 'This is not over'
Biden urged protesters to remain 'peaceful' after Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade Brooke SingmanBy Brooke Singman | Fox News Biden: ‘I believe Roe v. Wade was the correct decision’ Biden delivers remarks on the Supreme Court’s ruling to overturn Roe v. Wade at the White House. President Biden on Friday urged Congress to restore the abortion protections of Roe v. Wade by codifying abortion rights into federal law after the Supreme Court Friday overturned the landmark decision, while urging protesters to remain peaceful and saying "violence is never acceptable." The president, from the White House Friday, slammed the high court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, which protected "a woman’s right to choose" and "her right to make intensely personal decisions with her doctor, free from interference of politics." Biden said Roe v. Wade "reaffirmed basic principles of equality that women have the power to control their own destiny, and to reinforce the fundamental right of privacy." The president also said Roe v. Wade "was a correct decision" on a "complex matter through a careful balance between a woman’s right to choose." "Let me be very clear and unambiguous: the only way we can secure a woman’s right to choose—the balance that existed—is for Congress to restore the protections of Roe v. Wade as federal law," Biden said. "No executive action from the president can do that." The president said voters "need to make their voices heard" in November’s midterm elections, saying they "must elect more senators, representatives who will codify a woman’s right to choose in the federal law once again." Biden said that this fall, "Roe is on the ballot." "Personal freedoms are on the ballot. The right to privacy, liberty, equality—they’re all on the ballot," Biden said. "Until then, I will do all in my power to protect a woman’s right in states where they will face the consequences of today’s decision." The president said that while the Supreme Court’s decision "casts a dark shadow over large swaths of the land," there still are "many states in this country that still recognize a woman’s right to choose." "So, if a woman lives in a state that restricts abortion, the Supreme Court’s decision does not prevent her from traveling from her home state to the state that allows it," Biden explained. Meanwhile, the president urged "everyone, no matter how deeply they care about this decision, to keep all protests peaceful, peaceful, peaceful, peaceful." TRUMP PRAISES SUPREME COURT DECISION OVERTURNING ROE V. WADE, SAYS RULING 'WILL WORK OUT FOR EVERYBODY' "No intimidation. Violence is never acceptable," Biden stressed. "Threats and intimidation are not speech. We must stand against violence in any form regardless your rationale." The president's plea for peaceful protests come amid promises from a pro-choice extremist group, "Jane's Revenge," to deliver a "NIGHT OF RAGE" if the court overturns Roe v. Wade. The group, which previously called for an "open season" against pro-life centers and has taken credit for dozens of attacks across the country, has threatened: "To our oppressors: if abortions aren’t safe, you’re not either." Their threats come after an armed man was charged with the attempted murder of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. He had told detectives he was upset over the leaked draft opinion. Biden, last week, signed a Supreme Court protection bill that provides for 24-hour protection for Supreme Court justices' families. On Friday, the president also said that while many are "frustrated and disillusioned that the court has taken something away that's so fundamental, I know so many women are now going to face incredibly difficult situations." "I hear you. I support you. I stand with you," Biden said. Continued at link

Pelosi Melts Down Over SCOTUS Decision, Accuses Republicans of Coordinated Nationwide Plot
By Grant Atkinson June 24, 2022 at 10:36am As expected, leftists are melting down following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade on Friday. Sadly, it was not just crazed leftists on the streets who turned to fearmongering. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi spoke shortly after the decision, and she wasted no time before beginning her pity party. “There’s no point in saying ‘good morning’ because it certainly is not one,” Pelosi said at a news conference. “This morning, the radical Supreme Court is eviscerating Americans’ rights and endangering their health and safety.” Right off the bat, Pelosi was lying. The Supreme Court did not “eviscerate” any rights, because the right to abortion does not exist. Roe v. Wade was a poorly written decision that attempted to write into the Constitution a right that was never there. The court righted that wrong. Pelosi went on to call the Supreme Court justices who voted to overturn Roe v. Wade “dark” and “extreme,” which was especially inappropriate given the recent threats on those very justices’ lives. When Democrats like Pelosi call their opposition evil extremists, it is no wonder that crazed supporters turn to violence. “In the Congress, be aware of this: The Republicans are plotting a nationwide abortion ban,” Pelosi said. “They cannot be allowed to have a majority in the Congress to do that. But that’s their goal.” There is no evidence to back up this claim, as the Supreme Court clearly decided abortion should be left to the states. Republican lawmakers have not argued for a nationwide ban on abortion, and even if they did, it is unclear whether the Supreme Court would allow such a law to stand. However, Pelosi has a clear agenda in forwarding this lie. She hopes to use fear and lies to motivate Democrats ahead of the 2022 midterm elections, and she made that goal abundantly clear. “A woman’s right to choose, reproductive freedom, is on the ballot in November,” Pelosi said. “We cannot allow them to take charge so that they can institute their goal, which is to criminalize reproductive freedom.” Pelosi will stop at nothing to retain power, and she is not afraid to lie and stir up fear. Americans should not let her dishonesty win. link

DEVELOPING: At Least Two Supreme Court Justices Have Been Moved to “Safe Locations” Due to Threats of Violence From the Left: Report
By Cristina Laila Published June 24, 2022 at 8:48pm At least two US Supreme Court Justices have been moved to “safe locations” according to federal law enforcement sources, Red State editor Jennifer Van Laar reported. It is unclear which justices were moved to safe locations. Earlier Friday pro-abortion activists were filmed handing out the home address of Justice Clarence Thomas to outraged protesters outside the Supreme Court. The protesters were carrying signs with messages such as “ABORT SCOTUS.” Justice Brett Kavanaugh already had a foiled assassination attempt at his home after abortion activists posted all of the conservative justice’s addresses online. Thousands of screeching demons gathered in front of the Supreme Court on Friday chanting, “F*ck this court!” WATCH: Far-left Antifa terrorists set an American flag on fire. WATCH link

Police in Riot Gear Arrive at Supreme Court as Crowd Grows and Is Spurred on by AOC
By Jack Davis June 24, 2022 at 10:10am As police in riot gear moved to avert violence outside the Supreme Court Friday, Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York joined the crowd in calling the court decision that overturned the Roe v. Wade ruling “illegitimate.” Ocasio-Cortez waded into the crowd of abortion supporters Friday morning after the court issued a 6-3 ruling that upheld a Mississippi law curbing the availability of abortion. Speaking through a public address system to protesters, Ocasio-Cortez called for abortion’s supporters to get “into the streets.” In an interview, Ocasio-Cortez took aim at the court for not deciding as she had wished. “Not only should we look at expanding the Supreme Court, but I think we need to acknowledge that the Supreme Court of the United States has very few checks and balances,” she said. She said the court “chose to endanger the lives of all women and all birthing people in this country … they’ve chosen to strip rights from men too.” link

Less Than 1 Hour After Roe Is Struck Down, Missouri Is 1st State to Outlaw Abortion
By Michael Austin June 24, 2022 at 10:50am Less than one hour after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, the state of Missouri banned the practice of abortion. Many states such as Missouri had “trigger laws” on the books that were set to go into effect if the Supreme Court were to issue such a ruling. On Friday, as the court issued its groundbreaking decision in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case, Mississippi’s pro-life lawmakers finished their decades-long campaign to ban abortion in the state. Missouri became the first state in the post-Roe era to effectively outlaw abortion. According to The Kansas City Star, lawmakers passed the trigger ban back in 2019. The law was set to go into effect as soon as either Gov. Mike Parsons or Attorney General Eric Schmitt issued an official statement that Roe had been overturned. Within minutes of the Supreme Court’s decision, Schmitt released such a statement. “Today, following the United States Supreme Court’s ruling that overturned Roe v. Wade, with the issuance of an attorney general opinion, my Office has yet again reinforced Missouri’s dedication to protecting the sanctity of life, both born and unborn,” Schmitt wrote in a news release. “With this attorney general opinion, my Office has effectively ended abortion in Missouri, becoming the first state in the country to do so following the Court’s ruling.” “My Office has been fighting to uphold the sanctity of life since I became attorney general, culminating in today’s momentous court ruling and attorney general opinion. I will continue the fight to protect all life, born and unborn.” Missouri has long been a pro-life state. The state passed a law banning abortion back in 1825 that lasted until the controversial 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling legalized abortion nationwide. Twelve other states have trigger laws set to go into effect now that Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey have been overturned. Those states are Arkansas, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennesse, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. According to the Guttmacher Institute, a pro-abortion think tank, as many as 26 states are “certain or likely” to immediately implement bans on abortion. link

Extremists could launch violent attacks ‘for weeks’ in response to Roe v. Wade ruling, DHS warns
By Bruce Golding June 24, 2022 8:36pm Updated HOUSE, ENCOURAGING VIOLENCE. Sen Ted Cruz: ‘There is a real risk of violence’ Extremists are expected to launch violent attacks “for weeks” in response to the Supreme Court’s abortion ruling — with politicians and judges among the most likely targets, the Department of Homeland Security warned Friday. “Some domestic violent extremists (DVEs) will likely exploit the recent US Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe V. Wade to intensify violence against a wide range of targets,” according to a three-page, unclassified memo obtained by CNN. “We expect violence could occur for weeks following the release, particularly as DVEs may be mobilized to respond to changes in state laws and ballot measures on abortion stemming from the decision.” The memo from the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis added, “Federal and state government officials — including judges — and facilities probably are most at risk for violence.” Amid outrage after the SCOTUS ruling, the Department of Homeland security warns that extreme pro-choice groups may become violent during protests in upcoming weeks. AP “Federal and state government officials — including judges — and facilities probably are most at risk for violence,” reported DHS. EPA It cited an online post by the militant pro-choice network “Jane’s Revenge,” which called for a “night of rage” over the court’s decision and told its followers, “We need the state to feel our full wrath” and, “We need them to be afraid of us.” The DHS also noted the arrest earlier this month of a California man accused of trying to assassinate US Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, allegedly “in response” to the May 2 publication of a leaked draft version of Friday’s majority opinion. In addition, public demonstrations and rallies “probably will be attractive targets for a range of DVEs to commit violence against ideological opponents,” and “violence could escalate” against abortion clinics and anti-abortion “pregnancy resource centers,” as well as their staffers, the DHS said. The memo cited arson attacks on buildings connected to both types of operations in New York, Oregon, Wisconsin, Wyoming and Washington. “Jane’s Revenge” — which is believed to be inspired by a 1970s group of abortion providers who called themselves “The Jane Collective” — claimed responsibility for three incidents, prompting a “racially or ethnically motivated violent extremist” to post an online call for retaliation against abortion clinics, according to the memo. The DHS also said it was “aware of at least 11 incidents of vandalism threatening violence targeting religious facilities perceived as being opposed to abortion, and one threat to ‘bomb’ and ‘burn’ a church in New York. “These incidents of vandalism against faith-based organizations could indicate future targets of DVE attack,” the memo said. link

Texas AG Declares Annual Holiday After SCOTUS Overturns Roe v. Wade
AMY FURR 24 Jun 2022 2:11 Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced an annual holiday in the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade on Friday, Newsmax reported. “SCOTUS just overruled Roe & Casey, ending one of the most morally & legally corrupt eras in US history. Praise the Lord,” Paxton wrote in a social media post. “Abortion is now illegal in Texas. And today I’m closing my office—and making it an annual holiday—as a memorial to the 70 million lives lost bc of abortion,” he concluded: SCOTUS just overruled Roe & Casey, ending one of the most morally & legally corrupt eras in US history. Praise the Lord. Abortion is now illegal in Texas. And today I’m closing my office—and making it an annual holiday—as a memorial to the 70 million lives lost bc of abortion. — Attorney General Ken Paxton (@kenpaxtontx) June 24, 2022 On Friday, the United States Supreme Court overruled Roe v. Wade and held in the Dobbs case that the Constitution does not provide a right to abortion, returning the issue to the states, according to Breitbart News: Roe was handed down in 1973 in a 7-2 decision, holding that the U.S. Constitution includes a constitutional right to abortion, despite the fact that abortion is not found in the text, structure, or history of the Constitution, and the nation went more than 180 years without ever noticing it existed. It has been one of the most divisive legal issues in American history. Meanwhile, pro-life citizens came together outside the Supreme Court to celebrate the decision. Photos showed the smiling crowd holding signs that had phrases such as “I Am The Post-Roe Generation” printed on them. According to Breitbart News: The 5-4 majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito states: “Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return the authority to the people and their elected representatives.” In a social media post on Friday, Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott highlighted the Supreme Court’s decision, writing, “Texas is a pro-life state”: Texas is a pro-life state. Kamala Harris Delivers Word Salad on Abortion After SCOTUS Ruling
4 WENDELL HUSEBØ 25 Jun 2022717 Vice President Kamala Harris delivered a speech Friday at the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) 39th Annual Conference in which she struggled to convey a coherent affirmation about the future of abortion, saying that “we are guided by what we see that can be, unburdened by what has been.” Speaking about the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, Harris said that the “great aspiration of our nation has been to expand freedom. … But the expansion of freedom clearly is not inevitable, and it certainly is not something that just happens.” Harris, continuing to speak about overcoming political opposition, which she dubbed “odds and the obstacles,” tried to deliver an inspirational line to the audience about overcoming the Supreme Court’s ruling. “We push to move forward; that we are guided by what we see that can be, unburdened by what has been,” she stated, with no applause forthcoming. “And I know everyone in this room understands this,” she claimed. It is not the first time the vice president has struggled to deliver a speech. Sometimes her remarks are unclear and hard to follow, supplying regular communication blunders that have beset Harris’s communications team with challenges. Speaking alongside Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness in March, Harris struggled to convey that the United States would be providing economic assistance to the island nation. “We also recognize — just as it has been in the United States for Jamaica — one of the issues that has been presented as an issue that is economic in the way of its impact has been the pandemic,” she said. “So to that end,” Harris continued, “we will assist Jamaica in COVID recovery by assisting in terms of the recovery efforts in Jamaica that have been essential to, I believe, what is necessary to strengthen not only, uhhh, the issue of public health, but also the economy.” Also in March, the vice president rambled about the “significance of the passage of time” during a speech in Sunset, Louisiana. Harris noted the “significance of the passage of time” four times within 32 seconds. Harris’s speeches outside the United States have also been confusing at times. During her trip to Poland in the spring, she seemed to have difficulty reading her notes while expressing where exactly she was as she spoke. “I am here, standing here on the northern flank, on the eastern flank, talking about what we have in terms of the eastern flank and our NATO allies, and what is at stake at this very moment, what is at stake this very moment are some of the guiding principles,” she said. link

Without a doubt, RBG is at this moment regretting her life choices...too late! Roe v Wade: Democrats Turn on RBG and Blame Her For Dying Instead of Retiring While Obama Was President
By Cristina Laila Published June 25, 2022 at 12:25pm Democrats turned on late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and blamed her for Roe v Wade being overturned. Ginsburg passed away on September 18, 2020 – with just weeks to go until Election Day. Ruth Bader Ginsburg was seen as an icon and earned the nickname “Notorious RBG” – after rapper “The Notorious B.I.G.” President Trump had a small window to confirm one more Supreme Court Justice before the election. Ginsburg’s death was significant because her vacancy would swing the highest court of the land further to the right with a 6-3 conservative majority. Then-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell got to work and quickly confirmed Trump’s 3rd SCOTUS pick: Amy Coney Barrett. Ruth Bader Ginsburg should have retired while Obama was president. But she didn’t. She rolled the dice on a Trump presidency and believed she would live forever. (She will...in hell.)The grim reaper came to collect in 2020 and Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed to the Supreme Court. Democrats are now blaming Ginsburg for dying instead of retiring while Obama was president. Leftists blasted Barack Obama too. link

By Jim Hoft Published June 25, 2022 at 8:26am It was a historic day. On Friday morning the Supreme Court sided with the state of Mississippi and overturned Roe v. Wade. Christian Pregnancy Center in Colorado Set on Fire After Obama Activates Shock Troops Following Supreme Court Decision on Roe v Wade
By Cristina Laila Published June 25, 2022 at 8:41pm Longmont, Colorado – A Christian pregnancy center was burned and vandalized Saturday morning after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v Wade. Prominent Democrat lawmakers such as Nancy Pelosi, Jackie Speier, AOC and Maxine Waters incited violence on Friday and told pro-abortion activists to armor up. Barack Obama activated his shock troops and encouraged pro-abortion activists to protest the Supreme Court’s decision on Roe. Life Choices pregnancy center is a Christian organization that “helps women and men who are in need of free services related to pregnancy and sexual health.” Longmont police are investigating after left-wing terrorists set Life Choices on fire and vandalized with black spray paint. The Denver Channel reported: Authorities in Longmont are investigating an arson after a Christian-centered crisis pregnancy center was targeted by vandals early Saturday morning. Life Choices, located at 20 Mountain View Avenue, was set on fire and tagged with pro-choice messages, including the message, “if abortions aren’t safe neither are you.” This incident, which occurred sometime between 2:45 a.m. and 3:30 a.m., comes just hours after Friday’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling that overturned Roe v. Wade. The Longmont pregnancy center was heavily damaged by fire and smoke, authorities said. The extent of damage is unknown. Investigators are asking those living in the vicinity to check their surveillance video for any activity in the area. link

Youngkin says state will protect SCOTUS justices at their Northern Virginia homes as tensions rise
Promises "appropriate action if need be." By Just the News staff Updated: June 25, 2022 - 11:43pm Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin this week vowed to protect Supreme Court justices in their homes in the northern part of the state in the wake of the unprecedented overturning by the court of Roe v. Wade. The court's scrapping of the 50-year-old abortion rights case has led to a massive nationwide backlash, with many protesters and activists vowing to target justices at their personal homes due to their votes on the historic decision. Several justices live in the Northern Virginia region just outside of Washington, D.C. Youngkin in a statement on Friday said the state stands ready to offer protection to the justices amid the ongoing national tension. "“I am in regular contact with the Supreme Court Justices and my administration is in coordination with our mayors, and local and state police to ensure we are ready to take appropriate action if need be," the governor said. "Virginia will not stand for lawlessness or violence." Youngkin in his statement praised the Court's ruling as "a landmark decision for our country." "While I understand that people across the nation have strong beliefs about this ruling, Virginians must always respect the rule of law and I appeal to their civility on this historic day," he said. link

Americans should not let her dishonesty win. link

Police forced to intervene to protect Arizona senators after they were trapped by pro-abortion mob

Wade, siege, state senate, tear gas, violence, Wendy Rogers This article may contain statements that reflect the opinion of the author (Natural News) A mob of pro-abortion protesters besieged the Arizona Senate building for a time Friday evening following the announcement earlier in the day by the U.S. Supreme Court that a majority of justices voted to overturn the notorious abortion ruling Roe v. Wade legalizing the procedure across the country in 1973. “Last night, anti-life radicals converged on the Arizona Senate and attempted to disrupt our work with terror and violence,” Arizona Sen. Wendy Rogers (R) noted on her blog. “They repeatedly attempted to breach the perimeter and enter the building but law enforcement bravely stood their ground and saved the day. Below is a summary of the events, along with on-the-scene video footage of the insurrection,” she added, going on to heap further praise on officers. She also live-tweeted about the siege. “Education protesters threatened to break the AZ Senate entryway glass. We assembled to take tunnel to the House. Crowd was dispersed w/ tear gas. Went back up into the Senate,” she wrote, adding: “Senate building IS secure. No exiting due to tear gas. We still have six bills to vote on. Tear gas odor remnant in Senate chamber.” Senate building IS secure. No exiting due to tear gas. We still have six bills to vote on. MANY DPS officers on the scene taking care of business. — Wendy Rogers (@wendyrogersaz) June 25, 2022 A statement issued by the Arizona Senate also summed up what was taking place: Violent pro-abortion protestors attempts of an insurrection at the Arizona State Senate were thwarted Friday night, thanks to the swift action from local and state law enforcement. While Arizona State Senate members were wrapping up passing important legislation for the session, extremist demonstrators made their way to the entrance of the Senate building and began forcibly trying to make entry by breaking windows and pushing down doors. Law enforcement monitoring this situation called for backup and were able to disperse the crowd with tear gas before entry was made. As this terrifying situation unfolded, Senate President Karen Fann called a recess so that Senators, staff and the public in attendance could evacuate to a secure location. Once the premises were secured, those inside the building were able to return to the Senate chambers. Unfortunately, the system that circulates the air through the facility pulled some of the smoke or tear gas into the Senate chambers, making the air quality unhealthy for anyone to return. In response, Senate proceedings were moved to another room of the building so that Senators could continue carrying out the people’s work. “We are incredibly thankful for our local law enforcement who quickly intervened during what could have been a destructive and dangerous situation for our members, staff and public inside the Senate,” said Senate President Karen Fann. “Violence is never the answer, and we will not camouflage what was a blatant attempt at an insurrection as a ‘rally’ or ‘peaceful protest.’ We are calling on all state lawmakers to condemn these acts. There is a way to make your voice heard and violence is never the answer.” link

INSANE Senator Elizabeth Warren Suggests Putting Planned Parenthood TENTS on Federal Land to Conduct Abortions in Banned States
By Cassandra Fairbanks Published June 27, 2022 at 10:17pm Kooky Senator Elizabeth Warren has suggested that the Biden administration put abortion tents on federal land in banned states. Warren told Washington Post reporter Caroline Kitchener about her bizarre idea. “I just spoke with [Warren], who suggested the Biden administration establish Planned Parenthood outposts on the edges of national parks,” Kitchener tweeted on Monday. The reporter quoted Warren saying, “they could put up tents, have trained personnel — and be there to help people who need it.” “It’s time to declare a medical emergency,” Warren reportedly continued. Sen. Warren also floated the idea of allowing abortions to take place on federal land while appearing on ABC’s “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” on Sunday. The senator said that “the president of the United States to make abortion as available as possible with the tools he has, including medication abortion, including using federal lands as a place where abortions can occur.” Sen. Warren also signed a letter with nearly 30 other Democrats on June 7 asking Biden to use federal land for abortions in banned states. “The Department of Justice and all relevant agencies could analyze the types of reproductive health services that could be provided on federal property, especially in states where such services are limited by state law or regulation,” the letter suggested. “The Department of Defense could assess the feasibility of moving military personnel and their families and any authority to ensure that members and their families can access reproductive health care when they need it. The Office of Personnel Management could explore requirements that all federal employees are provided paid time off and reimbursement for expenses necessary to access abortion.” The letter continued, “and all federal agencies—including those who retain custody or control over individuals or provide healthcare to them—could conduct a review of their regulations and policies that limit abortion care and other reproductive health services and promulgate new regulations that expand access to those services.” Using taxpayer funds for abortions, other than in cases of rape, incest, or to save the life of the mother, is banned under the Hyde Amendment. link
