Ivana Trump passed away on Thursday of a cardiac arrest.
Ivana Trump, 73, was found dead in her apartment on New York’s Upper East Side.
‘I am very saddened to inform all of those that loved her, of which there are many, that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City. She was wonderful, beautiful and an amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life. Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. She was so proud of them, as we were all proud of her. Rest In Peace, Ivana.’ Donald Trump wrote of his ex-wife and mother to three of his children on Truth Social.

Ivana Trump has died of a cardiac arrest at the age of 73.
The former model passed away in her home on New York City’s Upper East Side, according to her ex-husband, former President Donald Trump, who shared the tragic news of her passing on his Truth Social account on Thursday afternoon.
Trump – who shared three children with his ex-wife – went on to pay tribute to Ivana, describing her as a ‘beautiful, amazing’ woman, while honoring her close bond with their kids: Donald Jr, Eric, and Ivanka.
Ivana’s son Eric confirmed the news of Ivana’s death to DailyMail.com, saying in a statement issued on behalf of the family: ‘Our mother was an incredible woman – a force in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty, and caring mother and friend.
‘Ivana Trump was a survivor. She fled from communism and embraced this country. She taught her children about grit and toughness, compassion and determination.
‘She will be dearly missed by her mother, her three children and ten grandchildren.’
Update: According to the New York Post, Ivana Trump was found at the bottom of her staircase in her NYC home.

Trump was discovered at the bottom of a staircase in her home on 10 E. 64th St. in Manhattan at 12:40 p.m., police sources told The Post. Authorities believe she suffered cardiac arrest, but the official cause of death has yet to be determined. She was found by cops who were called to her home for a wellness check, police said.
A source close to Ivanka Trump told The Post the former first daughter is in “shock” over her mother’s death.
“They were super close,” the source said, adding that Ivana Trump had spent her last days with family in New York City.
“Her health has been in decline over the past few years,” the source added.
Outside her townhouse, Eric Trump told reporters, “It’s a very sad day, guys. It’s a very sad day,” as he left his mother’s home with wife Lara Trump
