First, bake a devil’s food cakemix in a 13x9 pan. Leave cake in the pan and top withFILLING, then pour FROSTING over the top of the cake.FILLING:1 CUP SUGAR1 CUP MILK12 OZ. FLAKED COCONUT12 LARGE MARSHMALLOWS (OR 120MINIATURES)1 TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED PECANSBring sugar & milk to a boil. Add coconut andmarshmallows and return to a boil. Cook for 5minutes, stirring frequently. Add vanilla and pecansand spread hot filling on top of the baked devil’s foodcake.FROSTING:2 CUPS SUGAR2 TABLESPOONS COCOA1 STICK MARGARINE12 OZ. CAN EVAPORATED MILK1 TSP.
