Ingredients: 2 eggs
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 pounds ground beef
½ cup panko bread crumbs (plain or seasoned) chopped onion (optional)
Preheat the oven to 375
Mix the eggs, Italian seasoning, basil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together in a large bowl. Add the beef and panko bread crumbs and mix thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into about forty 1 1/2-inch balls (a little smaller than golf balls) using a teaspoon. Place the meatballs on an ungreased rimmed baking sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the centers, turning halfway through cooking time, 10 to 15 minutes total.
Serve with spaghetti, or use them to make meatball subs.
