More Hot Water for Hunter Biden: Chinese Ex-Client Demands Return of $1 Million
By Joe Saunders March 4, 2024 at 9:59am Maybe Hunter could part with some more of his famous paintings? A former Chinese government official, businessman and Hunter Biden client who spent three years in a U.S. prison for bribery on a grand international scale is threatening to sue President Joe Biden’s troubled son, New York Post columnist Miranda Devine reported Sunday. It appears $1 million doesn’t go far when it comes to Hunter. The Chinese client is Patrick Ho, a one-time secretary of home affairs for Hong Kong and a top executive for the now-defunct Chinese energy giant CEFC. Ho was arrested in November 2017 after landing at New York’s JFK airport, as CNN reported after Ho’s conviction in 2018. Many Americans might remember that upon his arrest, Ho called James Biden, the now-president’s brother. That was apparently a mistake — James Biden told The New York Times in December 2018 that the call was intended for his nephew. Ho and Hunter finally hooked up, though, and Ho paid Hunter a $1 million retainer for “counsel to matters related to U.S. law and advice pertaining to the hiring and legal analysis of any U.S. law firm or lawyer,” according to documents found on Hunter’s laptop. And, according to Devine, Ho wants that money back on the grounds that Hunter did nothing for him. And he’s given Hunter seven days to respond. It should come as no surprise to anyone familiar with Hunter Biden’s story that he could be accused of taking $1 million and giving nothing in return. The Ukrainian energy company Burisma paid Hunter $50,000 a month to sit on its board when the energy business wasn’t his field and he doesn’t speak Ukrainian, remember. For Hunter, getting richly paid for nothing is just part of having his father’s name. But the demand coming when it does — just after both Hunter Biden and James Biden have been forced to testify before House Republicans conducting an impeachment probe of President Joe Biden — can’t help but heat things up. It also only adds to the already considerable legal problems Hunter is facing. After the collapse of his sweetheart deal in August, Hunter faces considerable tax charges, as well as a firearms charge. As much as the establishment media is trying to avoid giving attention to the corrupt family in the White House, developments like this keep returning the spotlight. On Feb. 20, in fact, House Oversight Committee James Comer, a Kentucky Republican, wrote Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding the contents of Ho’s iPad that was seized by Justice investigators. Related: Matt Gaetz Erupts as He Walks Out of Hunter Biden Deposition: 'I Hadn't Heard That One Before' “In the years immediately preceding Mr. Ho’s trial and during his trial, Hunter Biden was closely connected to both Mr. Ho and CEFC. Mr. Biden’s business relationship with CEFC is lengthy and well-documented, and resulted in Mr. Biden receiving millions of dollars without providing an identifiable product or service,” Comer wrote. “Additionally, Mr. Ho paid Hunter Biden $1 million to serve as his legal counsel, though it is not clear what work Mr. Biden actually performed — especially since Mr. Biden is not a licensed attorney in New York — aside from hiring another law firm to represent Mr. Ho.” Recommending another attorney, according to Devine, was in fact all Hunter Biden did for that $1 million. “Hunter didn’t visit Ho, 74, even once in jail, Ho has told friends bitterly,” Divine wrote. And now, Ho wants his money back. In a way it’s not surprising Hunter wasn’t rendering legal services to Ho, who was convicted in 2018, according to the 2019 DOJ news release announcing his 3-year sentence for bribing the presidents of Uganda and Chad. (The crime came under U.S. jurisdiction because Ho was acting on behalf of the U.S.-based non-governmental organization the China Energy Fund Committee.) The year 2018 was a big crack-binging time for Hunter, among other things, when he bought at least one gun illegally, when he was having a very public affair with his brother’s widow (an affair that started when Hunter was still married to his first wife). Is it any wonder he ignored a man who was a client? He was busy destroying his life — and everyone else’s life around him. It was also the year a one-time Washington, D.C., stripper Hunter had impregnated gave birth to a daughter. Hunter tried for years to deny the girl’s parentage. Joe and Jill Biden — doting grandparents to the grandchildren they acknowledge — have tried to pretend she doesn’t exist. The girl’s mother, Lunden Roberts, wanted her daughter to have Biden’s last name, in addition to child support, but agreed to give up on the name demand in return for some of Hunter Biden’s notorious paintings, as the New York Post reported in June. (She’s apparently convinced they’re going to be worth something someday. Her judgment about art must be as acute as her taste in men.) Maybe Hunter can try the same thing with Ho. How many of Hunter’s paintings will it take to repay $1 million? link

AT&T Hit with Congressional Subpoena for Hunter Biden’s Phone Records
Frank Bergman March 12, 2024 - 3:28 pm The House Oversight Committee has issued a congressional subpoena to telecommunications company AT&T to demand the phone records of Democrat President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter. Committee investigators are seeking fifteen years’ worth of Hunter Biden’s phone records. House Oversight Chairman James Comer wrote a letter to AT&T asserting that the request is being made as part of the impeachment inquiry into President Biden. In the letter, Comer writes: “The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability (Oversight Committee) is investigating whether sufficient grounds exist to draft articles of impeachment against President Biden for consideration by the full House. “Together with the House Committee on the Judiciary (Judiciary Committee) and the House Committee on Ways and Means (collectively with the Oversight Committee, the Committees), the Committees set forth in a Sept. 27, 2023 memorandum the evidence justifying the inquiry and the scope of this impeachment investigation. “On Dec. 13, 2023, the House of Representatives adopted a resolution directing the Committees to continue this investigation,” Comer continues. “The Oversight Committee is subpoenaing certain records in the possession, custody, or control of AT&T that are relevant to the impeachment inquiry. “This subpoena is being issued pursuant to my authority as Chairman of the Committee under Rule XI, clause 2(m)(1)(B) of the Rules of the House of Representatives, and Rule 12(g) of the Committee’s Rules. FIGHT THE WAR ON FOOD WITH SLAY BEEF! - Get your GMO, mRNA, WEF, & Bill Gates-free beef HERE - “The Committee is seeking records related to AT&T customer, Mr. Robert Hunter Biden. “As part of its investigation, the Oversight Committee has reviewed bank records of individuals and entities associated with the Biden family as well as other evidence. “This review uncovered a pattern of financial complexity,” Comer added. “As detailed in the Impeachment Memorandum and the Oversight Committee’s Bank Memoranda, the Biden family used corporate bank accounts of third-party associates to receive wires from foreign companies and foreign nationals. “The Biden business associates then dispersed money to various Biden family members in incremental payments over time.” AT&T has been given a deadline to hand over the records. The subpoena states that AT&T must provide the records to the committee by next week, March 20, 2024. Meanwhile, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) has threatened to hold FBI director Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress for withholding information about the bureau’s interactions with social media companies about Hunter Biden. Jordan has pressed Wray for the identities of FBI officials who took part in more than 30 meetings with Twitter and Facebook in the run-up to the 2020 election. According to Jordan, the officials warned social media executives that “Russia” may release derogatory information about the Biden family before the election. The Republican says those warnings “prompted the companies to erroneously suppress” an accurate New York Post story in October 2020 about Biden’s laptop. The very real laptop contains details about Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings. According to Jordan, the FBI made an “institutional decision” after the Post story to “refuse to answer direct questions” from the companies about the authenticity of the Biden laptop. They did so despite learning in November 2019 that Biden’s laptop was legitimate. In a letter to Wray on Monday, Jordan gave the FBI chief until March 25 to turn over the information or face contempt proceedings. link

‘Big Guy’ Whistleblower Tony Bobulinski Testifies Hunter Biden Perjured Himself Multiple Times
Frank Bergman March 20, 2024 - 3:17 pm Hunter Biden’s former business partner-turned-whistleblower Tony Bobulinski has testified on Capitol Hill that the Democrat president’s son has perjured himself multiple times. Bobulinski, who famously revealed that Democrat President Joe Biden was the business partner known as “the big guy” who took a cut of shady foreign deals, testified before the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees on Wednesday morning. He was called as a witness during a hearing for President Biden’s impeachment inquiry. Bobulinski previously worked with Hunter Biden on a joint venture with the Chinese Communist Party-controlled company CEFC China Energy Co. In previous statements and testimonies, Bobulinski confirmed that “the big guy” received a ten percent share of the profits from the CEFC deal. During his opening statement Wednesday morning, Bobulinski provided examples to support his claim that Hunter Biden perjured himself. In the first example, Bobulinski, a U.S. Navy veteran who has not been accused of any wrongdoing, questioned the timing of when Hunter began to work with CEFC. He told the hearing that, “In Hunter’s transcript (Page 42), he states, ‘I officially began to do work for CEFC when the – when I received a retainer from CEFC in early – or spring of 2017.’ “Why, then, did Hunter yell at CEFC Executive Director Zang in front of his entourage as I sat right next to him in New York City on Sunday, May 7th, 2017?” Bobulinski asked. “Hunter was adamant that he was owed the rest of the $20 Million CEFC had committed to paying for the work he had claimed he had done in prior years.” In the second instance, Bobulinski argued that Hunter did not tell the truth when he claimed that President Joe Biden never interacted with Hunter’s associates. Bobulinski told lawmakers: “On Page 48 of his transcript, Hunter is asked, ‘He’s never interacted with any of your business associates. Is that correct?’ “The ‘He’s’ is a reference to Joe Biden,” the whistleblower explains. “Hunter responds, ‘Yes.’ “Hunter arranged the meeting between his father and me at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on May 2, 2017. “The sole reason Hunter wanted me to meet his father was because I was the CEO of Sinohawk, the Bidens’ partnership with CEFC. “I was a business associate,” he notes. “In his transcript, Hunter confirms that that meeting with Joe took place and incriminates his Uncle Jim for perjury by confirming it.” In the third case, Bobulinski said Hunter “lied” about leveraging Joe Biden to receive a $5 million payment from CEFC. “Hunter lied to the Committee about important details concerning his money demands and threats to CEFC on July 30 and July 31, 2017,” Bobulinski told the committees. “He leveraged his father’s presence next to him in that infamous text in order to strong-arm CEFC into paying Hunter immediately and in the process defrauded the partners of Sinohawk Holdings LLC and Oneida Holdings LLC. “The threat worked, as a few days later the Chinese wired 5 million dollars into a company of which Hunter owned 50%. “It’s important to remember that CEFC considered this money an interest-free loan to the ‘Biden family,’ and planned to send more. “I have the email from CEFC to prove it.” Bobulinski also testified that President Biden was “more than a participant in and beneficiary of his family’s business.” Bobulinski said Joe Biden “was an active, aware enabler who met with business associates such as myself to further the business, despite being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability.” “If there is no evidence of corruption – if Joe’s conduct and the conduct of his family were fully legal and proper – then why are they so dishonest about it?” Bobulinski asked. “Not just slight misrepresentations of fact but deep untruths about the entire corrupt enterprise.” WATCH: link

Byron Donalds Drops Receipts Proving Joe Biden Obtained Money from Energy Company Linked to the CCP
By Cristina Laila Mar. 20, 2024 6:40 pm GOP Congressman Byron Donalds (FL) dropped receipts proving Joe Biden obtained money from CEFC, an energy company linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Biden Crime Family whistleblower Tony Bobulinski on Wednesday testified before Congress in a hearing on the Biden Crime Family with Hunter Biden’s former business associates. Recall that Tony Bobulinski, a retired lieutenant in the US Navy, was the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family. Bobulinski has repeatedly stated that he met with Joe Biden numerous times to discuss Hunter Biden’s foreign business deals. “There are hundreds of data points that Joe Biden was acting in – in a capitalistic term, I would say the chairman,” Bobulinski told Tucker Carlson in an interview last year. Bobulinski also accused Hunter Biden of committing fraud against his business partners by secretly funneling over $5 million into his own investment firm. It was previously revealed that Joe Biden received $40,000 in laundered Chinese funds. Byron Donalds dropped the receipts on Wednesday. “It is clear that the source of this money came from the CEFC and that CEFC is a company that is directly linked to the CCP and the chairman of the CCP.. Chairman Xi Jinping,” Byron Donalds said. WATCH: In November, House Oversight Chairman James Comer revealed Joe Biden received $40,000 of Hunter Biden’s laundered China money. Here’s how it went down: On August 8, 2017, Northern International Capital, a Chinese firm affiliated with CEFC, transferred $5 million to Hudson West III. This venture was co-established by Hunter Biden and Gongwen Dong, an associate of CEFC. On the same day, Hudson West III transferred $400,000 to Owasco, P.C., an entity owned by Hunter. Within a span of a few weeks, a series of transfers took place, culminating in Sara Biden, sister-in-law to the President, writing a $40,000 check to Joe Biden, labeled as a “loan repayment.” Photo: Oversight Committee Hunter Biden’s firm Owasco took money from CEFC, an energy company that is effectively an arm of the Chinese Communist Party. Hunter Biden worked with Gongwen Dong and Ye Jianming, both men are linked to the Chinese Communist Party. James Biden admitted the money going into Hunter’s investment vehicle Owasco came from CEFC – the CEFC-China money then went to James Biden – and James Biden used that China money to ‘repay’ Joe Biden. link

Report: CIA Blocked Federal Investigators from Interviewing Hunter Biden’s ‘Sugar Brother’ Kevin Morris
PAUL BOIS 21 Mar 2024 A whistleblower said that the CIA reportedly blocked federal investigators from interviewing Kevin Morris, a high-powered entertainment lawyer representing Hunter Biden, about his connections to the president’s son during probes into his alleged tax crimes. The unnamed whistleblower told the House Oversight and Judiciary Committee chairmen that the “intelligence agency stopped IRS and Justice Department investigators from interviewing Morris in August 2021, a Hollywood lawyer and patron of the first son, according to a Thursday letter addressed to CIA Director William Burns,” per the New York Post. “The whistleblower informed Oversight chairman James Comer (R-KY) and Judiciary chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) that two DOJ officials were summoned to CIA headquarters in Langley, Va. — and told Morris ‘could not be a witness for their investigation into Hunter Biden,'” the NY Post reported. Comer and Jordan wrote in the letter later obtained by the outlet that “it is unknown why or on what basis the CIA allegedly intervened to prevent investigators from interviewing Mr. Morris.” “However, these allegations track with other evidence showing how the DOJ deviated from its standard investigative practices during the investigation of Hunter Biden,” the letter said, later adding that the whistleblower’s account “seems to corroborate our concerns about DOJ’s deviations from standard process to provide Hunter Biden with preferential treatment.” In a statement to the NY Post, a spokesperson for the CIA said that the agency “does not obstruct investigations.” “CIA does not comment on specific investigations,” a spokesperson said. “We can say that CIA cooperates with law enforcement partners and does not obstruct investigations. CIA also fully and routinely cooperates with our oversight committees and will continue to do so.” The committee has asked the CIA to provide any and all records relating to the “DOJ and IRS investigation of Hunter Biden or to Kevin Morris,” per the Post. link

GOP Rep. Stefanik Reveals There is Incriminating AUDIO RECORDING of Biden Telling His Ghostwriter, “I Just Found All the Classified Documents Stuff Downstairs” (VIDEO)
By Cristina Laila Apr. 11, 2024 2:00 pm GOP Rep. Elise Stefanik dropped some breaking news on Thursday during a House Committee hearing on the FBI’s budget with Director Christopher Wray: There is audio of Biden telling his ghostwriter that he ‘just found all the classified documents downstairs.’ Robert Hur in February released a 345-page report on his investigation of the stolen classified documents. Robert Hur found that Joe Biden “willfully retained” classified information, however, he decided not to charge him. Hur said there is evidence Biden retained classified notebooks, “knowing he was not allowed to do so.” Biden was not charged even though he willfully retained SCIF-designated classified documents and shared material with his ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer. According to Robert Hur, In 2017, Joe Biden read aloud classified passages about meetings in the Situation Room to his ghostwriter “verbatim on at least three occasions” – and Biden still wasn’t charged. Joe Biden’s ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer deleted digital audio files of recordings of his conversations with Biden after learning about Special Counsel Robert Hur’s appointment. According to Hur’s report, Zwonitzer deleted the files before he received a subpoena. Technicians were able to recover the deleted recordings but Zwonitzer was not charged for deleting the files. According to the report, portions of three of Zwonitzer’s recovered audio files appeared to be missing and a fourth file appeared to have portions overwritten with a separate recording. “Zwonitzer stated that at some point he deleted the audio files subfolder from his laptop and external hard drive. No relevant deleted files were recovered from the laptop. Deleted audio files were recovered from a subfolder on the external hard drive labeled “Audio.” Based on the available evidence from the forensic review, we assess that all deleted audio files were recovered from that subfolder. For three of the recovered files, portions of the audio appeared to be missing, and a fourth file appeared to have portions overwritten with a separate recording. These results are possible when forensic tools are used to recover deleted files. For each of these four incomplete or overwritten files, Zwonitzer produced his corresponding transcripts to investigators. These notes summarized the content of the conversations, two of which were with Mr. Biden and two of which were with Beau Biden’s doctor,” the report read. The feds declined to charge Zwonitzer. Rep. Elise Stefanik on Thursday revealed there is an audio recording of Biden telling Mark Zwonitzer that he “just found all the classified stuff downstairs.” Until Stefanik’s revelation, it was only known to the public via Hur’s report that Mark Zwonitzer had preserved transcript of Biden telling him there was classified materials ‘downstairs.’ “Perhaps most significantly, Zwonitzer preserved near-verbatim transcripts that contain incriminating information about Mr. Biden, including transcripts of the February 16, 2017 conversation where Mr. Biden said he “just found all the classified stuff downstairs.” Preserving these transcripts was inconsistent with a motive aimed at impeding the investigation,” Robert Hur said in his 345-page report reviewed by this reporter. “Are you aware that there is an audio recording of Joe Biden saying to his ghostwriter in 2017: ‘I just found all the classified documents stuff downstairs’?” Rep. Stefanik said to Chris Wray? Chris Wray didn’t want to discuss Biden’s crimes and his mishandling of classified information. WATCH: link

Joe Biden's Brother Embroiled In High-Ranking Qatari Scheme To "Provide Wealth Of Introductions" Through "My Family": Politico
BY TYLER DURDEN SUNDAY, APR 28, 2024 - 08:25 PM Qatar has had a lot of fingers in a lot of pies. While we knew about the EU's 'Qatargate,' investments with the Kushner family, and of course Sen. Bob Menendez advancing Qatar's interests, Politico reports that the Biden family's ties to Qatar "would constitute some of the closest known financial links between a relative of President Joe Biden and a foreign government," if courtroom testimony about Jim Biden's foreign fundraising efforts is substantiated. In June 2017, Qatar's neighbors - led by Saudi Arabia, banded together and cut diplomatic ties with the country, citing its alleged support for terrorism. As a result, the country was thrown into a sustained crisis. To dig themselves out, Qatari rulers began showering well-connected Westerners with gifts and financial benefits, according to Politico, "sometimes in the form of investment funding." Around this time, Jim Biden was trying to raise $30 million for embattled hospital chain Americore - teaming up with Florida businessman Amer Rustom, CEO of the Platinum Group, who boasted of his ties to officials in the Middle East, as well as fund manager Michael Lewitt. Together, the three sought investment funding from various Middle Eastern sources for Americore and other ventures - "which came to focus largely on Qatar," according to a former Americore executive who spoke on condition of anonymity. According to public records obtained by the outlet, Jim Biden leveraged ties to his older brother and "sought workarounds to restrictions on international money movements," including one discussion about trying to move money across a Middle Eastern border in the form of gold bars that may or may not have happened. "My family could provide a wealth of introductions and business opportunities at the highest levels that I believe would be worthy of the interest of His Excellency," Jim Biden and Rustom wrote in a draft letter to an official at the Qatari sovereign wealth fund, the Qatar Investment Authority. "On behalf of the Biden family, I welcome your interest here," the draft continues. Transactions related to the efforts are central to a recently-settled fraud case brought by the SEC, and are under fresh scrutiny as part of a federal criminal investigation in South Florida. Jim Biden suggested to congressional investigators in February that his fundraising efforts stalled for lack of viable projects to back. But the previously unreported testimony by fund manager Michael Lewitt about the ownership of the two companies — the Platinum Group USA and Obermeyer Engineering Consulting — indicates that Jim Biden forged closer ties to Qatar’s government than previously understood. -Politico In February of this year, Jim Biden told impeachment inquiry investigators that roughly $600,000 in payments from Americore were for his role in arranging a series of bridge loans - of which $200,000 was transferred to Joe Biden in March 2018 for what the White House claims is a repayment of an unrelated loan between brothers. In a March 10, 2018 draft presentation emailed from Jim Biden’s wife, Sara Biden, to a Platinum Group executive, Julie Lander, Americore touted Jim as "Brother and Campaign Finance Chair of former Vice President Joe Biden." One month later, Lander emailed Jim Biden about the fundraising efforts - referencing an apparent meeting with a high-ranking Qatari official. Through a spokesperson, Jim Biden’s lawyer, Paul Fishman (left), said “Jim Biden is not being investigated by federal law enforcement in Florida or Pennsylvania.” | Anna Moneymaker/Getty Images "I am following up from the meeting we had with the Minister," wrote Lander. "Your approach with him was flawless. He requested more information on Americore." In the previously unreported email, Lander suggested a potential request of $200 million and asked Jim Biden to provide more information on the potential benefits to Qatar of an investment deal. Lander’s email came five days after a large delegation of Qatari officials and business leaders visited Miami. It is not clear which minister Lander, who did not respond to requests for comments, was referring to. -Politico "Snags" Despite Lander's upbeat email to Jim Biden, fundraising efforts hit a 'series of snags,' according to Politico's anonymous former Americore source, who said that they were facing restrictions on moving investment funds across borders, and that the former executive "recalled discussion at one point of trying to move money across a Middle Eastern border in the form of gold bars, but said they were not aware of any action taken on the idea." In order to solve their problem, Jim Biden explored working with payment processing company "Billerfy," described as an "open network for global payments," for which Jim Biden could be their "chief global banking emissary" - until Americore's outside counsel, Christopher Anderson, shot it down. With progress in Qatar slowing in mid-May of 2018 during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, tensions grew between Jim Biden and his comrades - with Jim Biden venting to Americore CEO Grant White in a May 17 email that he had "agreed to go to Qatar, Saudi Arabia and China (at my own expense)." A week later, Jim Biden complained to Rustom over the unsecured funds - writing that "The $30 million was committed to over two months ago and we made moves predicated on that available line of credit," adding "Things have happened in the interim that are completely understandable, but the fact remains that the $5 million at this point in time is critical in order to get by for the big picture." Then in late June, Lewitt emailed Jim Biden and White about trying to move money from Dubai to Qatar, referencing an unspecified "blockage" that was hindering the process. "Amer would like me to join Jim for the presentation to the Finance Minister in Doha so as soon as we have the date I will plan my travel," the email concluded. The former Americore executive said that Jim Biden and Lewitt traveled to Qatar in mid-2018 as part of the fundraising efforts, but it is not clear whether any meeting between Jim Biden and Qatar’s then-finance minister, Ali Sharif Al Emadi, took place. Al Emadi left his post in 2021 after Qatar’s attorney general ordered him arrested on suspicion of corruption. In January, Reuters reported that he was convicted on charges that included laundering more than $5 billion and sentenced to 20 years in prison. -Politico Efforts to secure funding continued into August of 2018, as Jim Biden continued to work with Lewitt and Rustom to secure financing from the Qatar Investment Authority for other health care ventures, according to filings in a since-settled federal court case in Tennessee in which the three were named as co-defendants. As they continued to work together, Jim Biden's financial ties to Lewitt deepened - with Lewitt's investment fund, Third Friday, paying Jim Biden's company, Lion Hall Groujp, $225,000 over the course of 2019. While Biden testified that this was a forgiven loan, Lewitt disputed it - telling Politico that Jim Biden's debt was assumed by an unnamed third party. At the end of the day, Qatar and everyone else balked at the deal. "We weren’t able to show the financial bona fides of any one particular project," said Jim Biden during his impeachment inquiry interview. "We got pretty far down the road on several hotel complexes, but they never came to fruition." Meanwhile, in 2022, investors in Third Friday sued Lewitt, accusing him of embezzlement through Americore to Jim Biden and others. Lewitt has denied wrongdoing in the ongoing case, while Jim Biden has not been named a defendant. Lastly, the partners are now locked in a bitter legal dispute. During the course of Americore's bankruptcy litigation, documents produced by Lewitt included an agreement between his fund and a Delaware company, Obermeyer Engineering Consulting - which calls for Obermeyer to purchase Third Friday's loans to Americore, along with a 35% stake in the hospital chain, for $30 million. The agreement includes a signature from Azzam Rustom as Obermeyer’s "authorized signatory," which Amer Rustom - Obermayer's 'manager,' contested - saying it the signature was faked. Lewitt said during testimony that Amer Rustom 'verbally authorized' him to fake his signature on the disputed documents. Towards the end of the hearing Lewitt was asked why, if the agreements he produced were valid, the Rustoms were contesting them. Lewitt testified that the Rustoms owned both Obermeyer and the Platinum Group with “members of the Qatari government.” He speculated that the brothers had not cleared the agreements with the Qatari officials, whom he did not name. “I don’t think they expected these to become public,” he testified, “and I think they were trying to cover themselves.” -Politico According to the judge in the case, "Where there’s smoke, there’s fire," adding "and this is a black haze right now." link

Comer Finds New Biden Family Bank Accounts, Issues Subpoena For Hunter Bank Records (VIDEO)by Cristina Laila May. 16, 2024 12:20 pm471 Comments House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) on Thursday told Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo that his Committee found new Biden family bank accounts. Comer said the Biden family has dozens of bank accounts and dozens of LLCs without any legitimate business. James Comer told Maria Bartiromo that he issued a subpoena for targeted financial information from a “certain financial institution” related to Jim Biden, Sara Biden and Hunter Biden. WATCH:
House Republicans previously announced they reviewed 170 suspicious activity reports linked to the Biden Crime Family. Last year Comer identified the NINE Bidens who are implicated in the corruption. “Bank records show the Biden family, their associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals and their companies,” Comer said. “Joe Biden’s son. Joe Biden’s brother. Joe Biden’s brother’s wife. Hunter Biden’s girlfriend/Beau Biden’s widow, Hunter Biden’s ex-wife. Hunter Biden’s current wife. And 3 children of the president’s son and the president’s brother. So we’re talking about grandchildren – a grandchild. That’s odd. Most people that work hard every day a grandchild doesn’t get a wire from a foreign national,” Comer said. 1. Hunter Biden 2. James Biden 3. Sara Biden 4. Hallie Biden 5. Kathleen Biden 6. Melissa Biden 7. Niece/nephew 8. Niece/nephew 9. Grandchild Comer also recently uncovered a $200,000 direct payment to Joe Biden after he received James and Hunter’s subpoenaed documents. In 2018, Jim Biden received $600,000 in ‘loans’ from Americore Health LLC, a failing/bankrupt rural hospital operator. According to bankruptcy documents, Jim Biden received the loans “based upon representations that his last name Biden could open doors and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections.” On March 1, 2018, Americore Health LLC wired a $200,000 payment to Jim and Sara Biden’s personal bank account. On that very same day, Jim Biden then wrote a $200,000 check to Joe Biden, AKA, “The Big Guy.” Additionally, Comer revealed Joe Biden received $40,000 of Hunter Biden’s laundered China money. Document Dump: Encrypted Message Sent by Hunter Biden to CEO of CCP-Linked CEFC Conglomerate, Setting Up a Meeting with Joe Biden in Dec. 2017by Cristina Laila May 22, 2024 7:00 pm
New documents released by the House Ways and Means Committee show an encrypted message sent by Hunter Biden to the CEO of CEFC Global Strategic Holdings, a CCP-linked conglomerate, setting up a meeting with Joe Biden in December 2017. The Republican-led committee voted to release more than 100 pages of documents proving Hunter Biden lied under oath to Congress during his February deposition. House Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO) on Wednesday accused Hunter Biden of lying under oath during his closed-door deposition before Congress in February. New documents provided by a whistleblower contradict Hunter Biden’s testimony to Congress. Hunter Biden repeatedly lied to Congress about his family’s international influence-peddling scheme, according to Chairman Smith. Chairman Smith said Hunter Biden lied about his shakedown message to his Chinese business associate Zhao. Hunter claimed he messaged the wrong Zhao because he was “high or drunk,” however records show the two had been messaging each other for months.
One of the documents released by House Republicans shows Hunter Biden messaging Liu Yadong, the CEO of CEFC Global Strategic Holdings and setting up a meeting with Joe Biden. Via The New York Post’s Miranda Devine: From the new Hunter Biden trove dumped today by House Ways and Means: an encrypted message, believed to be sent by Hunter to Liu Yadong, CEO of CEFC Global Strategic Holdings, setting up a meeting with Joe Biden in December 2017.
Biden Crime Family whistleblower Tony Bobulinski has repeatedly claimed Joe Biden was involved in Hunter’s multi-million dollar deals with CEFC. “The Chinese Communist Party through its surrogate, China Energy Company Limited, or ‘CEFC’ — a CCP-linked Chinese energy conglomerate, successfully sought to infiltrate and compromise Joe Biden and the Obama-Biden White House,” Bobulinski previously said. “The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period,” Bobulinski previously said. “It is clear to me that Joe Biden was ‘the Brand’ being sold by the Biden family.” Rob Walker, another Biden family associate, recounted a time where Joe Biden walked into a meeting with CEFC officials at a Four Seasons. The CEFC meeting at the Four Seasons referenced in the deposition may line up with an email found on Hunter Biden’s laptop detailing a September 2017 meeting with CEFC officials on the 13th floor of the Four Seasons in Ireland. “Walker went on to describe an instance in which the former Vice President showed up at a CEFC meeting. Walker said: “We were at the Four Seasons and we were having lunch and he stopped in, just said hello to everybody. I don’t even think he drank water. I think Hunter Biden said, ‘I may be trying to start a company or try to do something with these guys and could you?’ And I think he was like, if I’m around and he’d show up,” IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley previously told lawmakers, citing his conversation with Rob Walker. House Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO) said Hunter Biden lying in his sworn testimony to Congress is a “felony offense.” “Hunter Biden has shown once again he believes there are two systems of justice in this country – one for his family, and one for everyone else. Not only did Hunter Biden refuse to comply with his initial subpoena until threatened with criminal contempt, but he then came before Congress and lied. The Ways and Means Committee’s investigation, and the documents released today, are not part of a personal vendetta against Hunter Biden, but are meant to ensure the equal application of the law,” House Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith said in a statement to The Gateway Pundit. “Lying during sworn testimony is a felony offense that the Department of Justice has prosecuted numerous individuals for in recent years, and the American people expect the same accountability for the son of the President of the United States. Hunter Biden’s lies under oath, and obstruction of a congressional investigation into his family’s potential corruption, calls into question other pieces of his testimony. The newly released evidence affirms, once again, the only witnesses who can be trusted to tell the truth in this investigation are the IRS whistleblowers,” Chairman Smith added.

CIA Blocked Probe Into Hunter's Hollywood Tax 'Sugar Brother': Whistleblowerby Tyler Durden Wednesday, May 22, 2024 - 03:55 PM A trove of new whistleblower documents provided to House GOP investigators reveal, among other things, that the CIA prevented federal investigators from pursuing Hollywood lawyer Kevin Morris as a witness in their investigation of Hunter Biden. Photo: Valerie Plesch for The New York Times Morris, a Hollywood entertainment lawyer who has 'long supported' Hunter (and why?) has loaned the First Son more than $6.5 million, according to a January letter to the House oversight committee. We've known about the CIA connection since March, when the Chairmen of the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees, Jim Jordan (R-OH) and James Comer (R-KY) said that a whistleblower has brought them information that 'seems to corroborate our concerns' that the CIA directly interfered with DOJ and IRS investigations of Hunter Biden. According to a whistleblower, the CIA "intervened in the investigation of Hunter biden to prevent the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) from interviewing a witness," the letter, addressed to CIA Director William Burns, reads. Specifically, the Committees were concerned at how "the DOJ deviated from its standard processes to afford preferential treatment to Hunter Biden," which they learned "after two brave whistleblowers testified to Congress" that the Justice Department had done just that. "DOJ officials restricted what investigative steps the investigators could pursue, tipped off Hunter Biden’s attorneys about investigative steps, and even prevented investigators from conducting witness interviews. The whistleblowers’ testimony about the preferential treatment provided to Hunter Biden has been corroborated by testimony from other witnesses and documents the Committees have received." And now we know who that witness is... In a Wednesday statement, the House Ways and Means Committee wrote that whistleblower documents indicate "In 2021, Assistant U.S. District Attorney Leslie Wolf told investigators they could not pursue Hollywood lawyer Kevin Morris as a witness based on information she received from the CIA. Investigators were never provided the same information that AUSA Wolf received." "From whistleblower-provided evidence, we know Hunter Biden and his business associates made millions from selling access to Joe Biden and the quote ‘brand’ that is Joe Biden around the world. We know President Biden’s denials of any knowledge or involvement are not true," reads the letter. "We know the Department of Justice tried to undermine, stonewall, and block the investigation into the Biden family, including President Biden."
The letter also details several lies Hunter told to Congress: "Hunter Biden’s deposition is key to understanding the attempts to conceal how the family made millions from selling access. Yet, new documents provided by the whistleblowers show that Hunter Biden repeatedly lied to Congress in his February deposition to distance his involvement in what should be considered a clear scheme to enrich the Biden family." First, Hunter Biden lied about the recipient of a WhatsApp message sent with the apparent intention to threaten a business associate and demand payment. Second, Hunter Biden lied when he claimed he was not the corporate secretary of Rosemont Seneca Bohai and that the shell company he established with Devon Archer and its associated bank accounts were not under his control nor affiliated with him. Third, Hunter Biden lied during his deposition when he said he never helped individuals obtain U.S. visas. Why would the CIA protect Morris?

House Committees Send Criminal Referrals to DOJ for Hunter & James Biden over ‘False Statements to Congress’Frank Bergman June 5, 2024 - 3:09 pm
Three House committees have just sent criminal referrals to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for members of Democrat President Joe Biden’s family. The House committees issued criminal referrals on Wednesday for Hunter and James Biden, the president’s son and younger brother. They are accused of making “false statements to Congress” about key aspects of President Biden’s impeachment inquiry. The alleged false statements have to do with Joe Biden’s knowledge of and role in his family’s influence-peddling schemes. The allegedly fabricated testimonies appear to be a calculated effort to shield the president from the impeachment inquiry. Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY), Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH), and Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith (R-MO) announced the move in a statement on Wednesday. Hunter allegedly falsely suggested he was not the corporate secretary for Rosemont Seneca Bohai (RSB). Documents released by the Ways and Means Committee reveal a corporate resolution signed by Hunter as the “acting Secretary” of Rosemont Seneca Bohai, LLC. “Furthermore, the Committee asked Hunter about foreign payments into the RSB account,” the Oversight Committee said in May. “According to evidence provided by an IRS whistleblower, Hunter Biden was the beneficial owner of the entity’s associated bank account.”
Hunter also allegedly lied about who he spoke with about leveraging his father’s influence to rake in money from CEFC China Energy Co. In May, the Oversight Committee explained: “Hunter also claimed that the Zhao he was messaging on WhatsApp is not the same Zhao connected to CEFC. “(These were the messages where Hunter stated Joe Biden was sitting next to him) “According to phone records released today, Hunter only communicated with one ‘Zhao’ – Raymond Zhao – in the exchange we asked about. “Not only did the same Zhao respond, but his message thread indicates he knew exactly what Hunter Biden was talking about. “Hunter went on to message the ‘Zhao’ phone number for months regarding matters related to CEFC.” James Biden alleged that the president “never had any involvement or any direct or indirect financial interest” in the family business. However, Tony Bobulinski, a former Biden family associate and whistleblower, told Congress that Joe Biden did have involvement. “Hunter Biden, in his own transcribed interview, confirmed that that meeting took place,” he said. “Hunter confirmed his uncle perjured himself in front of this committee. “The committee was so shocked by his perjury that they asked him the same question multiple times,” Bobulinski said. “Each time he denied meeting with me and Joe Biden, after the committee showed him text messages confirming that.” Last month, Chairman Smith slammed the Bidens for their statements before Congress. “Lying during sworn testimony is a felony offense that the Department of Justice has prosecuted numerous individuals for in recent years, and the American people expect the same accountability for the son of the President of the United States,” Smith said. Since opening the probe, House investigators have revealed Joe Biden received money from James and Hunter Biden. They also showed that nine additional Biden family members received payments from the family’s foreign business ventures. Those family members include two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren.

House Oversight Chairman Puts Joe Biden on Notice After Issuing Criminal Referrals for Hunter and James Biden
By George C. Upper III June 10, 2024 at 6:07am The chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability appeared on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” over the weekend and issued a warning to President Joe Biden that an upcoming report from his committee will detail the “many crimes” committed by him and his administration very soon. Host Maria Bartiromo asked Rep. James Comer about the criminal referrals his committee had recently sent to the Justice Department for the president’s son and brother, Hunter Biden and James Biden. “Criminal referrals are very serious,” Comer said. “In fact, [Biden Attorney General] Merrick Garland has prosecuted people that were referred criminally to the Department of Justice during the Trump administration. So Merrick Garland’s on record taking congressional criminal referrals very seriously. “So, we’re going to see how seriously he takes these that we referred here,” he said. Comer went on to explain the nature of the alleged perjury committed by both Hunter Biden and James Biden in testimony given to congressional investigators while under oath. “Joe Biden was the central figure in the family’s influence peddling scheme,” he argued, citing testimony to his committee. “The tens of millions of dollars that the Bidens took in from our adversaries around the world — which according to the IRS whistleblowers, they never paid a penny of taxes on — all of this happened because Joe Biden is the central figure in selling the brand and convincing the shady characters around the globe that his family was essentially speaking for him.” Bartiromo wanted to know why, if all the Comer claimed was accurate, more referrals hadn’t been sent to the DOJ, for violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, money laundering and other corruption. “We’re just beginning, Maria,” Comer replied, but he also noted that the statute of limitations had already run out on some of the Biden family’s alleged crimes. Nonetheless, “We’re going to deal with those,” the Kentucky Republican promised. “And we’re going to deal with Joe Biden. Remember: This is an investigation of Joe Biden.” “We’re going to do all we can to hold Hunter Biden and all the different shady associates accountable; this is just the beginning. But the next step will be accountability for Joe Biden,” he said. “I think everyone that’s kept up with this investigation will be very eager to see what the next step is,” Comer predicted. You can watch the entire segment below. Comer noted that the referrals sent to the DOJ thus far by his committee were within the statute of limitations, and further that it was possible that, should Garland decline to pursue them, they would remain within the statute during a hypothetical second administration of former President Donald Trump, whose attorney general might be more inclined to take up such investigations. “Are you saying that we could expect a criminal referral against Joe Biden for money laundering?” Bartiromo asked Comer directly. “Is that what you just said.” “I think it’s no secret Joe Biden’s committed many crimes,” Comer said, “and I think that you’re going to see a report very soon. That report is imminent. That’ll probably be an interim report that updates everybody on the crimes that Biden and his administration have committed throughout this investigation and throughout the years of the Obama-Biden administration.” Comer did not provide a date for that expected report or for the conclusion of his committee’s current investigation. link

James Comer Warns ‘Accountability’ for ‘Many Crimes’ Coming for Biden: ‘Report Is Imminent’
Nick R. Hamilton June 11, 2024 - 10:48 am Republican House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has warned that Democrat President Joe Biden will soon face “accountability.” Comer, the House GOP’s lead impeachment investigator, told Fox News that a report on Biden’s “many crimes” is forthcoming. “I think that it’s no secret that Joe Biden’s committed many crimes, and I think that you’re going to see a report very soon. “That report is imminent,” Comer said. Republicans have cited a large body of circumstantial evidence to place Biden at the center of an influence peddling, bribery, and money laundering scheme. The alleged scheme involves the president’s son Hunter Biden and clients in countries like China and Ukraine. Sunday Morning Futures host Maria Bartiromo pressed Comer on whether Republicans will formally recommend the prosecution of Joe Biden. Similar steps were taken against President Biden’s brother and son last week. Bartiromo listed crimes like money laundering and unregistered foreign lobbying. She continued by asking Comer why Joe Biden has not been referred for prosecution. “Where are the criminal referrals?” Bartiromo asked. “If that’s all true, for FARA, for money laundering, for corruption, for influence peddling?” Comer vowed that the criminal referrals for the president’s family members were just the “beginning” of a reckoning for the Bidens. “We’re just beginning, Maria,” Comer said. “Remember, this is an investigation of Joe Biden,” he noted. “We’re going to do everything we can to hold Hunter Biden and all the different shady associates accountable, this is just the beginning. “But the next step will be accountability for Joe Biden.” While Hunter Biden is facing prosecution for tax and gun crimes, the Republican effort to impeach his father has stalled. Comer emphasized that Joe Biden remains the focus of the GOP’s impeachment investigation. “Joe Biden was the central figure in the family’s influence-peddling scheme,” Comer said. “The tens of millions of dollars that the Bidens took in… “All of this happened because Joe Biden was the central figure in selling ‘the brand’ and convincing the shady characters around the globe that his family was essentially speaking for him and go ahead and wire that money to those shell accounts.” As Bartiromo pressed, Comer declined to directly say what “accountability” for Joe Biden looks like. However, he teased the “imminent” release of a report that will likely spell doom for the Bidens. Comer concluded: “That’ll probably be an interim report that updates everyone on the crimes that that Biden and his administration have committed throughout this investigation and through the years of the Obama-Biden Administration.” WATCH: Maria Bartiromo GRILLS James Comer: "Where are the Criminal Referrals?!"link

Republicans Vow to Continue Exposing Bidens after Hunter’s Guilty Verdict
Frank Bergman June 11, 2024 - 3:12 pm House Republican investigators have vowed to continue exposing the alleged crimes of Democrat President Joe Biden and his family after his son Hunter was convicted on federal gun charges. As Slay News reported earlier, “convicted felon” Hunter Biden was found guilty on all federal counts on Tuesday. The Wilmington, Delaware jury unanimously voted to convict Hunter Biden. The jury returned the following verdicts: Count 1: False statement (firearms sale) – GUILTY Count 2: False statement (transaction record) – GUILTY Count 3: Illegal possession of a firearm – GUILTY Hunter Biden’s historic criminal case was focused on his purchase of a firearm in 2018. Last year, Hunter Biden was expected to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax as part of a plea deal to avoid jail time for his felony gun charge. However, his cushy sweetheart deal fell apart when it was revealed that Hunter Biden is still under investigation for possible Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) crimes. The judge pulled the deal after realizing that prosecutors had tried to secretly push through a clause in the deal that gave Hunter Biden blanket immunity for all future crimes. “Hunter Biden’s sweetheart plea deal was smoked out after scrutiny by a federal judge,” House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-KY) said in a statement after Tuesday’s verdict. “Today’s verdict is a step toward accountability but until the Department of Justice investigates everyone involved in the Bidens’ corrupt influence peddling schemes that generated over $18 million in foreign payments to the Biden family, it will be clear department officials continue to cover for the Big Guy, Joe Biden.” In the months preceding Hunter Biden’s trial, Comer pledged to target President Biden, asserting “this was always about Joe Biden.” Comer vowed to continue investigating him in the subsequent stage of Biden’s impeachment inquiry. “Remember, this is an investigation of Joe Biden,” Comer said on Fox News’s “Sunday Morning Futures” with Maria Bartiromo. “Hunter Biden, Jim Biden, Eric Schwerin, Devon Archer – these are all witnesses in an investigation of Joe Biden. “This was always about Joe Biden.” Following Tuesday’s verdict, Stephen Miller, former senior adviser to President Donald Trump, said in a post on X that the “DOJ is running election interference for Joe Biden – that’s why DOJ did NOT charge Hunter with being an unregistered foreign agent (FARA) or any crime connected with foreign corruption.” “Why? Because all the evidence would lead back to JOE. DOJ is Joe’s election protection racket,” he said. In response, Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) said: “And yet Dems will now point to Hunter’s conviction as evidence that ‘there’s no lawfare.'” Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) said on X: “The Hunter Biden gun conviction is kinda dumb tbh.” Other Republicans responded to the guilty verdict by highlighting concerns over Biden’s family business dealings. Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-TN) said: “Biden DOJ is trying to distract Americans from the $20 million the Biden family raked in from China, Russia, Ukraine, etc.” “Can Joe Biden explain what the money was for?” Hunter Biden has previously claimed he didn’t “stand to gain anything” from his role on the board of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma despite it leading to him making millions of dollars. Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) also posted his reaction to the verdict on X. “Never forget DOJ tried to avoid this trial & verdict by giving Hunter a sweetheart plea deal,” he said. “Until the judge exposed them.” Rep. Rich McCormick (R-GA) told reporters he’ll “be very curious to see when they schedule the actual sentencing.” “That will be interesting because then you get to see if they’re going to do it before after it impacts Joe Biden if he gives him a pardon.” Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) also posted on X: “GUILTY. Accountability for the Biden Crime Family at last?” “The Biden Crime Family is exposed again,” Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL)wrote on X. “No one, including Joe Biden’s son, is above the law. “It’s time the DOJ takes action on Hunter Biden for using his father’s position to make millions of dollars from foreign influence peddling and even lying to Congress about it.” “In 2020, Blinken led 50 former intel officials in falsely claiming the Hunter laptop story was Russian disinfo,” Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) wrote on X, referencing Biden’s Secretary of State Antony Blinken. “Social media companies then silenced all who dissented including the New York Post. “Now Joe Biden’s OWN DOJ is using that same laptop as evidence to prosecute Hunter.” “Today is the first step in delivering accountability for the Biden crime family,” Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) said to reporters Tuesday. “We must and we will continue as House Republicans to investigate the Biden crime family, for the corrupting influence peddling schemes that generated over $18 million in foreign payments to the Biden crime family members. “So this is one step, but again, it goes back to the corruption of Joe Biden’s DOJ as they tried to negotiate a sweetheart plea deal.” Hunter Biden faced a trial this month that lasted more than a week and included emotional testimony from members of his family, including daughter Naomi Biden, ex-wife Kathleen Buhle and sister-in-law turned girlfriend Hallie Biden. Prosecutors worked to prove that Hunter Biden lied on a federal firearm form, known as ATF Form 4473, in October 2018 when he ticked a box labeled “No” when asked if he was an unlawful user of a firearm or addicted to controlled substances. Hunter Biden purchased the gun from a store called StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply in Wilmington. He pleaded not guilty in the case. Hunter Biden has a well-documented history of drug abuse, most notably described in his 2021 memoir, “Beautiful Things.” In the book, he walks readers through his previous need to smoke crack cocaine every 20 minutes. He also reveals how his addiction was so prolific that he referred to himself as a “crack daddy” to drug dealers. The president’s son also includes anecdotes revolving around drug deals, such as a Washington D.C. crack dealer Biden nicknamed “Bicycles.” link

Sen. Roger Marshall: Biden Essentially ‘Working with Organized Crime’ via Border Policies
HANNAH KNUDSEN 11 Jun 2024 3:31 Joe Biden is essentially “working with organized crime” via his border policies, Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) said during an appearance on Breitbart News Daily. Host Mike Slater asked Marshall about Biden’s immigration executive order, and Marshall said it is “too little too late.” “There’s more holes in this thing than Swiss cheese. And I actually think he’s greasing the skids for the cartel. It’s almost like he’s complicit in working with the cartel now to get more people over here. He is drawing this up. So you’re a cartel member. You can say we can do this, we can do that. Can you imagine telling everybody we’ve got 2,500 spots today?” he asked. “We’ve sold 2,000 of them. What’s the bid? Why do I have for my next bid for the next 500? So you know, Joe Biden really is complicit. He’s working with organized crime, the President of the United States. This will make no dent in the situation down there,” he said. “These people who come via safe mobility offices, do they count toward the 2,500 limit in Joe Biden’s executive order?” Slater asked, to which Marshall said this is like “voter registration” for Democrats. WATCH — ABC’s Raddatz Calls Out Mayorkas on Border: Hard to Call 6.5 Million Migrants a Success: At link “Think of this as voter registration for Joe Biden. He’s down in South America, Central America recruiting people to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrats. We’re seeing these illegal aliens vote already here in D.C. as well as several states. But no, that’s the thing. If you look at the fine print of Joe Biden’s executive order, it’s 2,500 between legal ports of entry,” he said, meaning those coming by other means will not count toward that supposed limit. “I really think even if you came on between the ports, if you’ve done the CBP One app, or if you’ve done the mobility or whatever they’re calling stations, then no that does not count at all. And again, so Joe Biden is just greasing the skids,” he said. “At the end of the day, you know, he doesn’t even touch the probation issue which is accounted for two million illegals crossing the border. There’s two million got-aways here. I don’t see how this makes a dent at all,” Marshall added. “I still think, even they follow this executive order … they still end up with two million people crossing the border every year and maybe more than that,” the senator said, explaining that Biden is doing it because of the polling. LISTEN: soundcloud.com/breitbart/sen-roger-marshall-r-ks-june-11-2024?utm_source=clipboard&utm_campaign=wtshare&utm_medium=widget&utm_content=https%253A%252F%252Fsoundcloud.com%252Fbreitbart%252Fsen-roger-marshall-r-ks-june-11-2024Breitbart · Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) – June 11, 2024 “He sees that this is a political action. It’s not an executive action. It’s a political action. He sees he’s underwater, two to one on this issue. Maybe even worse than. … Americans are tired of the crime, the human trafficking. … We’re tired of seeing a Kansan die every day from fentanyl poisoning. The United States is tired of seeing 200 or 300 people dying every day from fentanyl poisoning. We’re sick and tired, and we’re not going to take it anymore. So, he sees the polling,” the senator said, describing Biden as in “panic mode.” link

“Everything With Hunter Was Gone!” – Lunden Roberts Reveals Her Cell Phones Were Mysteriously Wiped After She Found Out She Was Pregnant with Hunter Biden’s Baby (VIDEO)
By Cristina Laila Jun. 11, 2024 6:00 pm Lunden Roberts, the mother of Hunter Biden’s ‘love child’ Navy Joan Roberts, appeared on Megyn Kelly’s podcast “The Megyn Kelly Show” to discuss what she has been through since finding out she was pregnant with Hunter’s baby. Hunter had a child with Lunden Roberts after meeting her at a DC strip joint where she worked as a stripper. The lovechild, Navy Joan Roberts, was born in August 2018. Lunden Roberts with daughter fathered by Hunter (Joe Biden’s granddaughter), Navy Joan Roberts Navy Joan Roberts told Megyn Kelly how her cell phones were mysteriously wiped shortly after she found out she was pregnant with Hunter’s baby, and how it appeared someone was deleting records of her relationship with Hunter. “What happened with your cell phones the night you found out you were pregnant?” Megyn Kelly asked Lunden Roberts. Roberts said she had two cell phones and they both crashed at the same time the night she found out she was pregnant with Hunter’s baby. “That night at the same time they both crashed in front of me and my friends,” Lunden Roberts said. “And what did the screens look like when they were crashing?” Megyn Kelly asked. Lunden Roberts said her phones went black with horizontal lines so she went to get a new phone the next day and that is when she discovered just about everything related to Hunter Biden was deleted from her iCloud. “So what do you think happened there?” Megyn Kelly asked. “That is still up in the air,” Lunden Roberts said. “I can’t explain. I don’t know what happened.” Megyn Kelly asked if she believes there were government forces trying to protect Hunter and Joe Biden. “You always wonder that. It’s been in the back of my mind,” Lunden Roberts said. WATCH: Hunter Biden has fought Lunden Roberts over child support payments and even asked a judge to prevent his daughter Navy Joan from taking the Biden name. Biden’s Ghostwriter Admits Deleting Audio Files to Block Special Counsel Investigation
Nick R. Hamilton June 15, 2024 - 11:41 am Democrat President Joe Biden’s ghostwriter has admitted to deleting audio files to prevent special counsel investigators from reviewing the recordings. Writer Mark Zwonitzer admitted to the FBI last year that he deleted numerous audio files of interviews he had with Biden. According to a transcript that has recently been unsealed, Zwonitzer revealed that the special counsel investigation influenced him to erase the recordings to protect Biden. As Zwonitzer learned about the special counsel investigation, he apparently reflected on sessions he had with Biden. During those sessions, Biden shared classified documents with Zwonitzer. Worried Biden would get in trouble for doing so, Zwonitzer decided to delete the recordings when he learned of the special counsel investigation. Zwonitzer was helping Biden write a memoir, “Promise Me, Dad,” when the recordings were made. Special Counsel Robert Hur apparently considered criminal charges against Zwonitzer for deleting the recordings. Hur noted that the files held “significant evidentiary value.” However, the special counsel ultimately decided not to charge him. This is even though Zwonitzer admitted that at least some of the reasoning behind his decision to delete the recordings was to get rid of possible evidence against Biden. Zwonitzer said he was “was aware of the special counsel investigation when that happened,” referring to the deletions. He then tacitly admitted that the investigation had influenced him, saying: “I’m not going to say how much of the percentage it was of my motivation.” Hur did say that Zwonitzer provided what audio recordings he still had and cooperated with the investigation. However, the key evidence had been lost. “Zwonitzer willingly provided significant cooperation to the investigation without seeking or receiving any protections or assurances,” Hur said. “He was forthright in describing his conduct and working with investigators to obtain all relevant evidence in his possession.” In reality, Hur and Zwonitzer are but two in a long line of Biden protectors who have decided not to pursue any consequences for the blatantly wrong things the Democrat president has done. He was every bit as guilty of mishandling classified documents–and covering up the fact that he had them–as President Donald Trump is accused of being. Yet, Biden isn’t facing any charges because he’s too old and senile. In addition, the corporate media barely reported on Biden’s coverup–the fact that he found the documents and held onto them for months until after the congressional midterms. After the special counsel report, Hur steadfastly refused to let the public see and hear his interviews with Biden. The recordings from Hur’s interviews could explain why he believed Biden could not stand trial. link

Smoking Gun Email: Burisma Owner Demanded Devon Archer Ask US Government to Stop Probe of Burisma – So Joe Biden Forced Ukraine to Fire Prosecutor
By Cristina Laila Jun. 18, 2024 12:40 pm A smoking gun email backs up Devon Archer’s previous testimony on Burisma’s pressure campaign to intervene and stop the Ukrainian prosecutor from investigating its owner Mykola Zlochevsky. The email exchange, obtained by Just The News, came from a cache of documents Devon Archer gave to the House Oversight Committee. “Target: Us ambassador communicates to Ukraine officials I.e. President administration formally/informally that he/U.S. government is ok with NZ, supports him and Burisma. Other U.S. High ranking officials communicate this message to President Administration. President Administration and other agencies ( general prosecutors office ) do not pursue NZ. NZ freely travels home. Ambassador Pyatt loves NZ,” Devon Archer said in a 2015 email to Blue Star Strategies general counsel Jesica Lindgren “I think this might be a little too overt but this was the feedback below. Anyway to tone down but in operate would be useful,” Archer said Jesica Lindgren in October 2015. Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s longtime friend, and Rosemont Seneca business partner who is facing one year in prison on unrelated charges, appeared before the House Oversight Committee to testify on the Biden Crime Family last July. Archer testified that Joe Biden was on more than 20 phone calls with Hunter’s business associates while he was serving as vice president. Archer told lawmakers the ‘Biden brand’ helped Ukrainian Natural Gas Company Burisma Holdings from going bankrupt. Devon Archer previously told lawmakers that Burisma pressured Hunter Biden to deal with the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating the company for corruption. Recall, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was investigating Burisma and its CEO Mykola Zlochevsky for corruption and several homes and vehicles belonging to the oligarch were seized. A month later Viktor Shokin was fired after Joe Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion from Ukraine. Joe Biden publicly bragged about bribing Ukraine with $1 billion to fire Viktor Shokin. “I looked at him and I said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch. He got fired,” Biden said in 2018. VIDEO: link

House Oversight Chairman Calls on Biden’s Physician to Testify Regarding His Involvement in Biden’s Shady Business Dealings — $200,000 Payment Under Scrutiny

In light of recent concerns surrounding Joe Biden’s health, House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) is calling on President Biden’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, to testify about his medical assessments of Joe Biden and his private business dealings with the Biden family. Dr. O’Connor has been Biden’s official physician since he took office in January 2021 and is in daily contact with Biden. Biden’s poor health has been particularly scrutinized ever since Special Counsel Robert Hur released a damning evaluation in his report on Biden’s stolen classified documents investigation earlier this month. He described Biden as an “elderly man with a poor memory” after hours of questioning. Dr. Kevin O’Connor was responsible for “evaluating” the 81-year-old. But instead of conducting a truly independent and honest examination, O’Connor decided to gaslight the public in his written letter announcing the results earlier this year. O’Connor concluded, despite Biden’s obvious physical struggles, he is “fit for duty and fully executes all of his responsibilities without any exemptions or accommodations.” The doctor proclaimed that Biden “Feels well, and this year’s physical identifies no new concerns.” O’Connor also said this year’s physical included consultation with several Presidential Specialty Consultants who “concurred” with his findings. The examination did NOT include a cognitive assessment test. The White House was probably scared of the results, knowing they would doom Biden’s re-election bid for good. On Sunday, House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) disclosed that President Joe Biden’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, was allegedly involved in the Biden family’s controversial business dealings. This involvement purportedly resulted in $200,000 landing in Biden’s bank account. Chairman Comer has called for Dr. O’Connor to testify and provide documentation related to these activities. “After a concerning debate performance by President Biden against former President Donald Trump on June 27, journalists have rushed to report on what Americans have seen plainly for years: the President appears unwell,” Chairman Comer wrote in the letter. “Americans question President Biden’s ability to lead the country, and the Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating circumstances surrounding your assessment in February of this year that ‘President Biden is a healthy, active, robust 81-year-old male, who remains fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency.’ Recently, it was reported that you have ‘never recommended that [President] Biden take a cognitive test.’ The Oversight Committee is concerned your medical assessments have been influenced by your private business endeavors with the Biden family.” Amid reports that President Biden has “lost all independence,” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said on July 3rd, that she spoke with Dr. O’Connor and confirmed that Biden has not been evaluated since February of this year. However, on the same day, Biden told Democrat governors that he was checked out by a doctor and that everything was fine. According to the press release: Prior to his current position, Dr. O’Connor was involved with the Biden family’s influence peddling schemes. Recent evidence obtained by the Committee shows Dr. O’Connor’s and James Biden’s involvement with Americore Health, LLC, a company that operated rural hospitals and is currently involved in bankruptcy proceedings. James Biden, the President’s brother, used funds from Americore to pay Joe Biden $200,000 as the company was facing financial distress. James Biden received payments for $400,000 and $200,000, characterized as loans, from the company that were wired directly to his bank account “based upon representations that his last name, ‘Biden,’ could ‘open doors’ and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections.” During his transcribed interview, James Biden confirmed Dr. O’Connor provided him counsel in connection with the alleged work he was performing for Americore. “You have repeatedly refused most interview requests from the media, and the Committee now turns to you to provide answers regarding your independence because of the mixed and confused messaging coming from the White House regarding the president’s ability to perform his job,” continued Chairman Comer. “The Committee seeks to understand the extent of your role at the White House at this time and if you are in a position to provide accurate and independent reviews of the president’s fitness to serve.” The Committee has requested Dr. O’Connor to produce all documents and communications regarding Americore and James Biden, and also make himself available for a transcribed interview with Committee counsel. New Details Emerge About Biden White House Cocaine Scandal – There Was a “Partial DNA Hit” – And Cheatle Tried to Make It Disappear!
by Cristina Laila Aug. 5, 2024 1:30 pm Former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle wanted to destroy the cocaine evidence found in the Biden-Harris White House last summer. The Secret Service concluded its investigation into the cocaine scandal that rocked the White House last July – and surprise, surprise! No suspect was identified. According to CNN, the cocaine was “found in a blind spot for surveillance cameras.” No fingerprints, DNA samples, or leads! A baggy of cocaine was discovered in the West Wing after Hunter Biden visited the White House in early July 2023. At first, it was reported that the cocaine was found in the Library. Then it was reported the cocaine was stashed in a “cubby” in a storage facility in the West Wing. The Biden White House with help from then-Secret Service Director Cheatle, fiercely worked to cover up the scandal. According to RealClearPolitics, there was a partial DNA hit and Cheatle tried to make it disappear! “Then, the Secret Service sent the plastic bag and its contents to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s crime laboratory for fingerprint and DNA analysis. While there were no latent fingerprints detected, the FBI lab found some DNA material, according to three sources in the Secret Service community. Several sources, citing private statements by a special agent in the Forensics Services Division who supervised the vault containing the cocaine evidence, said the agency ran the DNA material against national criminal databases and “got a partial hit.” The term “partial hit” is vague in this context, but in forensics lingo usually means law enforcement found DNA matching a blood relative of a finite pool of people.” RealClearPolitics reported. “The Congressional oversight committees need to put White under oath and confirm the ‘partial hit,’” a source told RCP. “Then the FBI needs to explain who the partial hit was against, then determine what blood family member has ties to the White House or what person matching the partial hit was present at the White House that weekend.” RealClearPolitics reported: Former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle and others in top agency leadership positions wanted to destroy the cocaine discovered in the White House last summer, but the Secret Service Forensics Services Division and the Uniformed Division stood firm and rejected the push to dispose of the evidence, according to three sources in the Secret Service community. Multiple heated confrontations and disagreements over how best to handle the cocaine ensued after a Secret Services Uniformed Division officer found the bag on July 2, 2023, a quiet Sunday while President Biden and his family were at Camp David in Maryland, the sources said. At least one Uniformed Division officer was initially assigned to investigate the cocaine incident. But after he told his supervisors, including Cheatle and Acting Secret Service Director Ron Rowe, who was deputy director at the time, that he wanted to follow a certain crime-scene investigative protocol, he was taken off the case, according to a source within the Secret Service community familiar with the circumstances of his removal. link

Hunter Biden Was Paid Millions to ‘Influence U.S Government Agencies,’ Special Counsel Reveals
Frank Bergman August 8, 2024 - 2:03 pm Special Counsel David Weiss has revealed in a court filing that lame-duck President Joe Biden’s son Hunter was paid millions of dollars to “influence U.S. government agencies” on behalf of foreign nationals. Hunter Biden accepted $3,101,258 from Romanian oligarch Gabriel Popoviciu while his father served as Barack Obama’s vice president. However, Weiss stopped short of accusing Hunter of having “improperly coordinated with the Obama administration.” Nevertheless, Weiss, who was tasked to investigate the president’s son by Biden’s Justice Department, failed to indict Hunter on Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) violations in 2023. Instead, Weiss opted to indict the president’s son on alleged tax violations. Republicans argue that this potential wrongdoing falls short of justice. Weiss could still charge Hunter with violating FARA because his sweetheart plea deal, which was negotiated to give Hunter sweeping immunity, fell apart. The sweetheart deal crumbled under judicial scrutiny when the judge realized that prosecutors had quietly added a blanket immunity clause to cover Hunter Biden for all future charges, Weiss subsequently filed separate gun and tax charges in Delaware and California, respectively. The tax trial is scheduled for September. The court filing states that the DOJ, at trial, intends to introduce evidence not only related to Hunter’s Romanian business partner but to CEFC China Energy Co. and Burisma Holdings. The two entities that paid Hunter Biden millions both when his father was vice president and a private citizen. Slay the latest News for free! Email Address * We don’t spam! Read our privacy policy for more info. “This evidence will not include evidence that the defendant performed lobbying activity in exchange for this compensation,” the filing says. “Rather, the evidence will show the defendant performed almost no work in exchange for the millions of dollars he received from these entities,” it adds. One of Hunter’s biggest deals came when Biden family members accepted money from CEFC China Energy Co., an organization with close ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and Popoviciu. In 2023, the House Oversight Committee revealed that CEFC controlled State Energy HK Limited, a company linked to $1.3 million collective payments to the Biden family members. JOIN THE FIGHT - DONATE TO SLAY NEWS TODAY! Through the Biden family’s suspicious activity reports (SARs), the committee also discovered a Biden associate, Rob Walker, received a $3 million wire transfer from CEFC. In turn, four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie, and an unidentified “Biden” — received a collective $1.3 million cut from the $3 million wire transfer. Hunter, who is a lawyer, also earned a $1 million legal retainer in 2017 from the CEFC’s chairman, Ye Jianming. In addition, Hunter received a large diamond, worth an estimated $80,000, from Ye in February 2017. In April 2014, Hunter joined the board of Burisma. Joe Biden publicly stated that he forced the firing of prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma in 2016, while Hunter was still on the board. Despite Hunter’s lack of experience in Ukraine or the energy sector, Burisma paid him $83,000 per month — or $1 million per year. He secured the lucrative role just weeks after his father was announced as Obama’s “point person” on U.S. foreign policy toward Ukraine. In 2015, Burisma was under suspicion of money laundering and public corruption. Shokin investigated the case before his termination. He was fired due to pressure from then-Vice President Joe Biden. Biden has openly gloated that he threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid from Ukraine if the Ukrainian government did not fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma, Shokin. Weiss indicted Hunter in December on nine tax charges, including three felonies: allegedly failing to file taxes, evading an assessment, and filing a fraudulent form. The indictment alleges Hunter “willfully failed to pay his 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 taxes on time, despite having access to funds to pay some or all of these taxes.” Instead, he “spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle.” Meanwhile, legal experts have criticized Weiss’s scope of the indictment for three reasons: Weiss did not charge Hunter as an unregistered foreign agent. Limiting the indictment to tax evasion avoids influence-peddling (implicating Joe Biden). Weiss indicted Hunter on tax evasion that allegedly only occurred in recent years. Hunter could face a maximum of 17 years in prison if convicted. In total, he faces 42 years in federal prison for nine tax and three gun-related convictions. Hunter’s gun case sentencing is set for November — after the presidential election. However, President Biden could pardon his son before he leaves office in January. link
