Rep. Nehls let Garland have it and forced him to watch the video of Joe Biden bragging about threatening Ukraine to fire Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor general who was investigating Burisma and Hunter Biden.



Recall, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was investigating Burisma and its CEO Mykola Zlochevsky for corruption and several homes and vehicles belonging to the oligarch were seized.

A month later Viktor Shokin was fired after Joe Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion from Ukraine.



Joe Biden publicly bragged about bribing Ukraine with $1 billion to fire Viktor Shokin.



“I looked at him and I said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch. He got fired,” Biden said in 2018.


Hunter’s business partner Devon Archer told Congress that Burisma execs, including Hunter Biden, Mykola Zlochevsky and Vadym Pozharski, convened a meeting and ‘called DC’ to get Viktor Shokin fired.



A few days later Joe Biden forced Ukrainian officials to fire Viktor Shokin, or else!



Rep. Nehls played the video of Joe Biden publicly bragging about threatening Ukraine if they didn’t fire Viktor Shokin.



“Play the clip!” Nehls shouted before Merrick Garland had a chance to dispute the quid pro quo.



“Pay attention, sir!” Nehls shouted at Garland as he played the ‘quid pro quo’ video of Joe Biden.



“Mr. Attorney General, what you just saw was Joe Biden, in his arrogance and his role as the Vice President…saying if you don’t fire Shokin, the United States is not giving the $1 billion loan. Why would Joe Biden say that?” Nehls said. “Was it policy? Was it our policy at the time? Yes, or no?”



“It wasn’t!” Nehls shouted before Merrick Garland was even able to answer.



Rep. Nadler tried to interrupt Nehls but Nehls wasn’t having it: “Pipe down!”



Nehls continued, “Joe Biden threatened the Ukrainian President and Prime Minister – to fire Shokin – if that is not quid pro quo, sir, what is? – It’s bribery, and it’s impeachable. Are you gonna do something about it?”



Before Merrick Garland was able to answer, Nehls interrupted him again, “I bet not, which is why you, sir, also need to be impeached!”

Comer: Impeachment Inquiry ‘Unfortunate’ But Biden ‘Blocked and Obstructed Us at Every Turn’

House Oversight Committee chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) said Thursday on FNC’s “The Faulkner Focus” that it was “unfortunate” House Republicans have started an impeachment inquiry, but President Joe Biden and his legal team “have blocked and obstructed” their investigation at “every turn.”



Comer said, “This is an impeachment inquiry. It’s unfortunate we have had to go here, but this family, the Biden family, this administration, the Biden administration and his legal team have blocked and obstructed us at every turn.”



He continued, “Yet we continue to uncover more findings, more evidence of wrongdoing by the Biden family. So this is the next step: an impeachment inquiry. We are not talking about having an impeachment vote. This is not an impeachment trial. This is an inquiry so that we have every tool at our disposal to get to a speedy trial if and when we head to court over these personal bank records.”



Comer added, “We’re having an impeachment inquiry because we have gotten to the point to where there is so much evidence of wrongdoing by the Biden family, and Joe Biden has lied so many times to the American people about his knowledge of his family’s wrongdoings.”

James Comer to Subpoena Joe Biden’s ‘Mystery’ Corporation that Collected $10M in 2017

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) vowed on Thursday to subpoena records linked to President Joe Biden’s corporation, “CelticCapri Corp,” which received nearly $10 million in 2017 without specifying revenue line items.



Questions remain about how then-Vice President Joe Biden’s corporation received the $10 million in 2017, a year that corresponds with elaborate webs of wire transactions and Joe Biden’s departure from the White House. The year 2017 also encompasses the timeframe an FBI informant alleged Burisma Holdings bribed Joe Biden with $5 million.


“The money they refer to was funneled through the CelticCapri LLC, Joe Biden’s LLC that he supposedly used to receive speaking fees and sell his book,” Comer told Fox News. “His speaking fees and books don’t add up to what the total was he disclosed on taxes.”



“So that’s an LLC account. It wasn’t a shell company — that was a real LLC account with more earnings in there than what we can find. So that is an account we plan to subpoena as we follow the money,” Comer said.



Before the 2020 election, USA Today published a so-called “fact check” article that attempted to support the claims that the Bidens earned “$15.6 million … from speaking fees and book deals” from 2017 to 2019 and that “more than $10 million of that total income was profits from Biden’s memoir ‘Promise Me, Dad’ and $3 million in profits from Jill Biden’s book.”



A closer look at Joe Biden’s 2017 tax returns raises eyebrows. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), who authored a number of books, previously explained how Biden’s book deal and speaking engagements likely do not account for the $10 million in 2017. Cruz demanded Joe Biden divulge the “mystery source”:



So, let’s take Joe’s numbers. He’s claiming that Joe netted $12.2 million for a book deal. His book deal sold about 300,000 copies. Now, the $12 million, $4.2 million of that is allegedly from speaking, and I can believe that he probably got pretty good speaking fees, that that’s plausible. That means he’s claiming $8 million of income came from book royalties.



Now let’s do some math. His book had a retail price of $27 for hardcover, $18 for paperback. If you assume a reasonable mix of sales, the average price was $23. On 300,000 books sold, the gross revenue everyone makes is just under $7 million. What Joe is alleging is they paid him $8 million to generate $7 million. The book publisher lost a million dollars and got no money for printing the book. Typically, an author, if you were just receiving a royalty, would have received about 12%. A typical blended royalty, you’d get about 15 percent. For hardcover, about 7.5 percent for paperback is typical. If Joe was receiving 12 percent of $7 million, he would have yielded about $800,000. He’s claiming he got $8 million.



That math doesn’t add up.



It is apparently common for personal tax returns to not list line item income of S Corporations entities, according to Jerry Allison, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) of Allison Financial Services who practiced accounting for more than 30 years. The lack of detail, however, should raise concern for House investigators, he noted.



“The President seems to find selling out our country funny. We don’t,” Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) told Breitbart News. “If he’s serious about proving our allegations wrong, he should release his and his family’s unredacted bank records and show the American people where all this money is coming from. The FBI can’t protect him forever.”


The White House

“It would shock no one in this town if Joe Biden received millions of dollars from selling out the country in a bribery scheme and then hid that money in shady shell companies,” Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ) told Breitbart News.



Republicans have long accused Joe Biden and his family of running “a very organized crime ring,” and a majority of voters, 51 percent, believe Joe Biden committed a crime with Hunter Biden. Thirty-six percent say he did not.

Majority of Voters Consistently Say Joe Biden Was Involved in Family Business

Recent polling compared to previous polling data shows a majority of voters consistently believe President Joe Biden was involved in his family’s business, contradicting Joe Biden’s long held position that he never spoke to Hunter Biden about business.



An NBC News survey recently asked 1,000 voters from September 15-19 how concerned they were about “Joe Biden’s possible awareness or involvement in the business dealings of his son, Hunter Biden, including alleged financial wrongdoing and corruption.”

Overall, 60 percent were concerned, while 39 percent were not concerned. Among those who were concerned, 45 percent ranked the concern as a major worry. Fifteen percent said their concern was moderate. Only nine percent said Joe Biden’s involvement was a minor concern. Twenty-eight percent said they had no real concerns.



The NBC News survey appears constant with previous polling:



61 percent of Americans said Joe Biden was involved in his family’s business deals with China and Ukraine, according to a September CNN poll.

51 percent of voters believe Joe Biden committed a crime with Hunter Biden, according to a September Yahoo/YouGov survey.

66 percent of voters said Joe Biden discussed business with his son, according to a June Harvard/HarrisX poll.

62 percent of voters contend Joe Biden “participated” in his family business deals, according to a February Harvard Cap/Harris poll.

As a consistent majority of Americans believe Joe Biden was involved in the family business, another 60 percent of voters believe Joe Biden is working to cover up his involvement in his family’s business deals with foreign adversaries, a Rasmussen Reports poll found in July. Forty-five percent said a coverup is very likely. Thirty-four percent said it is not likely, including 18 percent who believe it is not at all likely.



House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) launched an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden in part due to allegations that he lied about his working relationship with Hunter Biden.



“I’ve never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings. Here’s what I know — I know Trump deserves to be investigated,” Joe Biden claimed in 2019.



Fifty percent of independent voters believe House Republicans should impeach Joe Biden, a YouGov/CBS News poll found in September. Overall, 47 percent of Americans support impeachment. Fifty-three percent oppose impeachment.



Previous polling by Reuters showed a plurality, 41 percent, support an impeachment inquiry, while 35 percent oppose it. Twenty-four percent are unsure.



McCarthy’s impeachment inquiry is based on four pieces of evidence:



House investigators found that Joe Biden lied about his involvement in the family business.

Bank records show many payments were directed to Biden family members through shell companies.

An FBI informant file alleges Joe Biden was bribed by a Ukrainian energy executive.

Joe Biden “offered special treatment” to Hunter Biden amid his Justice Department’s tax probe into his son.

‘Missing witness’ in Biden corruption probe offers dirt on Hunter FBI ‘mole’ who tipped him off

Gal Luft, the fugitive “missing witness” of the Biden corruption investigation, has offered new evidence to the House impeachment inquiry about an FBI mole who tipped off Hunter Biden that his Chinese partners had been named in four sealed indictments in 2017 by Manhattan federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York.



The Israeli professor and former Israel Defense Forces officer has been on the run for six months after skipping bail in Cyprus, where he was awaiting extradition to the United States on gun-running and foreign lobbying charges, also brought by the SDNY.



In an open letter to Reps James Comer (R-Ky.), Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) and Jason Smith (R-Mo.), the three House committee chairmen running the impeachment inquiry, Luft claims that the tipoff to Chinese executives of CEFC came on the same day that the first son wrote a WhatsApp message shaking down another CEFC employee for millions of dollars over a “highly confidential and time sensitive” matter while claiming his father was in the room with him.



“I am sitting here with my father, and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” Hunter wrote to CEFC employee Raymond Zhao on July 30, 2017, in a WhatsApp message that was presented to Congress in June during testimony by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley.



“I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”


Later that night, CEFC executive Patrick Ho, who was staying in a hotel in Manhattan, received an urgent call from CEFC president Chan Chauto in Shanghai, who told him to leave the US immediately, according to Luft, who speaks to Ho regularly.



The next day, Ho flew to Hong Kong, where he remained for four months.



Quite a ‘problem’

Zhao told Hunter in a follow-up WhatsApp on July 31, 2017, that “CEFC is willing to cooperate with the family. He thinks now the priority is to solve the problem mentioned last night.”



Luft believes the “problem” and “highly confidential and time sensitive” matter that Zhao and Hunter discussed was the secret SDNY indictments.


Within nine days of the ­WhatsApp shakedown, CEFC would wire $5.1 million to entities in the US to transfer to Hunter.



Luft, who also had been earning money through a partnership with CEFC, flew to Hong Kong to see Ho on Aug. 14, 2017, two weeks after his sudden departure. Ho told him about the SDNY indictments, and that Hunter had a mole inside the FBI who had tipped him off. The Chinese nickname for the mole was “One-Eye.”



“The existence of a potential mole within the FBI and/or Justice Department who conveyed to Chinese individuals information about sealed indictments has, apparently, to this day never been solved,” Luft wrote in his letter to Comer. “Perhaps Congress should investigate the issue as part of its impeachment inquiry.”



The tipoff to CEFC executives came at a crucial stage in their negotiations to buy into Russian state-owned energy company Rosneft and came just 10 days before a curious meeting between a CEFC employee in Albania and disgraced G-man Charles McGonigal, then counterintelligence boss at the FBI’s New York Field Office, which had been surveilling Ho and his associates. McGonigal pleaded guilty Friday to concealing at least $225,000 in cash payments from a former Albanian intelligence official.



On Sept. 8, 2017, CEFC announced its plans to acquire a $9.1 billion stake in Rosneft.



On Sept. 9, 2017, McGonigal met Dorian Ducka, a CEFC employee and Hunter Biden associate, in Albania, according to his indictment. Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama also was at the meeting. At Ducka’s request, McGonigal urged Rama to be careful about awarding oil field drilling licenses in Albania to Russian front companies.



On Sept. 10, 2017, Hunter signed an attorney engagement letter to represent CEFC’s Ho for a $1 million retainer.


According to Luft, sometime in September 2017, Hunter and his uncle Jim Biden flew to Hong Kong to meet Ho and asked him to buy them two “burner” iPhones before telling him the coast was clear to go back to New York. But when Ho returned to the US on Nov. 17, 2017, he was arrested at JFK Airport on charges of bribery and money laundering.


Ho’s first call was to Jim Biden, looking for Hunter. Hunter then asked another lawyer, Edward Kim, to do the legal work. Kim asked Hunter in an email the afternoon of Ho’s arrest to “find the names of the FBI agents you spoke with, that would be helpful.” Hunter replied: “Working on it.”



On Nov. 19, 2017, McGonigal had another meeting in Albania with Ducka, according to his indictment.



How McGonigal fits into the Biden-CEFC picture is still to be determined, but he was in charge of FBI counterintelligence in New York at the time when the SDNY was surveilling Ho and his associates, so he must have been aware of Hunter’s connection.



Comer described the information contained in Luft’s letter Sunday as “helpful” and said he looked forward to investigating his allegations about an FBI mole. His committee still is interested in interviewing Luft.



“We get a lot of tips, and the next step is to verify the accuracy of the claims,” he said.



Shady characters

Luft’s timing is fortuitous because the Biden corruption impeachment inquiry beginning Thursday will refocus attention on China. Comer is set to reveal two new tranches of evidence this week, including a new Chinese wire to Biden family members and new documents provided by the IRS whistleblowers.



Comer also hit back at Democrats’ criticism of his inquiry for seeking to interview shady characters, saying: “That’s a reflection about Biden, not our inquiry.”



When Democrats first smeared him in June for wanting to interview Luft, whom they branded a “Chinese spy” because of his association with CEFC, Comer had a devastating comeback: “All I know is that [Luft] was getting money from the same company the Bidens were getting money from … Is the president’s son a Chinese spy? They took money from the same company.”



Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) interjected: “Who cares if they had money from the same company?”



And that is probably the most perfect summation of the Democrats’ untenable position of defending the indefensible as the impeachment inquiry kicks off this week.

Oversight Committee: BHR Partners’ Bank Wires List Joe Biden’s Delaware Home as Beneficiary Address

Hunter Biden received two wires totaling $260,000 in 2019 originating from Chinese business partners that listed President Joe Biden’s Delaware home as the beneficiary address for the funds, the House Oversight Committee revealed Tuesday.



The bombshell allegation is the first direct link between Joe Biden and foreign wired money to the Biden family business from China. The Delaware address is Joe Biden’s main residence. Hunter Biden also spent time at the address, though it is unclear if he claimed it as his home address at the time of the wire transfer in July and August 2019.



The revelation emerged from the committee’s recent subpoena of financial records related to a specific bank account that received two wires from China linked to BHR Partners associates, according to the committee:



July 26, 2019: Wang Xin wired $10,000 with Joe Biden’s home listed on the wire.



August 2, 2019: Jonathan Li wired $250,000 with Joe Biden’s home listed on the wire.



BHR Partners, the fund Hunter Biden co-founded via a joint venture with Devon Archer and Jonathan Li, maintains investments worth billions of dollars around the globe. Archer conveyed his stake in BHR Painters to his wife in 2017. Hunter Biden conveyed his stake to his current lawyer, Kevin Morris, Breitbart News exclusively reported in April.

The committee said the payments were made in 2019, just weeks after Hunter Biden’s former lawyer, George Mesires, said Hunter served with BHR “only as a member of its board of directors,” which he claimed was an “unpaid position.” Hunter Biden’s lawyer claimed he left the BHR Partners board in October 2019.



“In 2020, Joe Biden told Americans that his family never received money from China,” House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) said in a statement. “We’ve already proved that to be a lie earlier this year, and now we know that two wires originating from Beijing listed Joe Biden’s Wilmington home as the beneficiary address when he was running for President of the United States.”

“When Joe Biden was vice president, he spoke on the phone and had coffee with Jonathan Li in Beijing, and later wrote a college letter of recommendation for his children,” Comer continued.



“Joe Biden’s abuse of public office for his family’s financial gain threatens our national security. What did the Bidens do with this money from Beijing?” he questioned. “Americans demand and deserve accountability for President Biden and the First Family’s corruption.”

Smoking Gun: House Republicans Release Jim Biden’s Text Message to Hunter a Few Months Before Joe Biden Announces He Is Running For President

On Wednesday, the House Ways and Means Committee voted to release new documents from IRS whistleblower testimony confirming that Hunter Biden sold access to his father Joe Biden via the “family brand.”



The explosive documents revealed Hunter Biden was selling the ‘Biden family brand’ in 23 countries.



“The Biden Family foreign influence peddling operation suggests an effort to sway US policy decisions,” House Ways and Means chairman Jason Smith said.


The Committee released a June 6, 2017, WhatsApp message from Hunter Biden to a business associate that he was not willing to “sign over my family’s brand,” or give the individual “the keys to my family’s only asset.”



Chairman Smith added, “That asset could only be one person: Joe Biden.”



Among the documents released was a text message from Jim Biden to Hunter Biden talking about working with Joe Biden.



In December 2018, just months before Joe Biden announced he was running for president, Jim Biden (Joe’s slimy brother) text messaged Hunter Biden about working with Joe Biden.



“This can work, you need a safe harbor. I can work with you (sic) father alone !! We as usual just need several months of his help for this to work,” Jim Biden said in a text to Hunter Biden.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer recently identified the NINE Bidens who are implicated in the corruption.



Jim (James) Biden was one of them.



“Bank records show the Biden family, their associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals and their companies,” Comer said.



“Joe Biden’s son. Joe Biden’s brother. Joe Biden’s brother’s wife. Hunter Biden’s girlfriend/Beau Biden’s widow, Hunter Biden’s ex-wife. Hunter Biden’s current wife. And 3 children of the president’s son and the president’s brother. So we’re talking about grandchildren – a grandchild. That’s odd. Most people that work hard every day a grandchild doesn’t get a wire from a foreign national,” Comer said.

Recall that Biden family whistleblower Tony Bobulinski came forward with damning information about Jim Biden and Joe Biden.



Tony Bobulinski, a retired lieutenant in the US Navy, was the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family.



Bobulinski came forward in October 2020 after he was implicated in emails released from Hunter Biden’s laptop from hell. He touched on several key points in his damning memo and impromptu press conference in late October 2020 shortly before the final presidential debate:



He confirmed “the Big Guy” AKA “the chairman” referred to in Hunter’s emails is indeed Joe Biden

He met with Joe Biden at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles in May of 2017 to discuss Hunter’s business deals in China

Mr. Bobulinski said he received an email concerning allocation of equity, which says 10% held by “H” for “the Big guy” in that email there’s no question that “H” stands for Hunter, and “big guy” for his father Joe Biden and Jim for Jim Biden

Bobulinski confirmed that he was warned by his business partner never to mention Joe Biden was involved in Hunter’s shady business dealings over email or text (only face to face) because the Bidens (Joe, Hunter and Jim Biden) were paranoid people would find out.

Bobulinski said Joe Biden was intimately involved in Hunter Biden’s overseas grift and influence peddling scheme

He confirmed the Bidens went behind his back and got paid millions by the Chinese in side deals outside of their contract

During the interview Bobulinski stated that he asked Jim Biden, VP Joe Biden’s brother, if they were concerned about getting caught for their illegal activities by the government. Jim Biden said no because they had “plausible deniability”:

House Republicans Release Docs Showing Delaware Assistant US Attorney DID NOT ALLOW Agents to Investigate Joe Biden as Part of FARA Probe

House Republicans on Wednesday released emails and documents showing Delaware Assistant US Attorney Lesley Wolf DID NOT ALLOW federal agents to investigate Joe Biden as part of a FARA probe.



Lesley Wolf directed investigators to remove all mentions of Joe Biden from a search warrant.



“Please focus on FARA evidence only,” an August 7, 2020 email from Lesley Wolf to federal agents read. “There should be nothing about Political Figure 1 in here.”






Joe Biden is “political figure one.”

House Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith said the Department of Justice “actively interfered in an investigation to protect the current president of the United States.



Rep. Smith also said that in January 2022, Lesley Wolf blocked an investigation into Joe Biden’s criminal campaign violations identified by investigators related to more than $2 million in payments from Hollywood lawyer and Democrat donor Kevin Morris to cover Hunter Biden’s unpaid taxes.



The FBI and IRS investigated criminal campaign violations involving Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign and a politically connected lawyer who paid Hunter Biden’s large tax debts.



However, according to congressional investigators, federal prosecutors inside US Attorney Dave Weiss’s office blocked agents from pursuing the campaign finance violation case.



IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley detailed how Lesley Wolf, a top prosecutor in Weiss’s office, blocked the investigation into Biden’s criminal campaign violations in a case summary memo dated May 3, 2021.



Shapley provided the information to Congress under the whistleblower protections.



“This investigation has been hampered and slowed by claims of potential election meddling,” Shapley wrote in the memo released by the House Ways and Means Committee. “Through interviews and review of evidence obtained, it appears there may be campaign finance criminal violations.



“AUSA Wolf stated on the last prosecution team meeting that she did not want any of the agents to look into the allegation,” Shapley’s memo stated, according to his interview with House Republicans. “She cited a need to focus on the 2014 tax year, that we could not yet prove an allegation beyond a reasonable doubt, and that she does not want to include their Public Integrity Unit because they would take authority away from her. We do not agree with her obstruction on this matter.”



According to Shapley, in late 2019-early 2020, Kevin Patrick Morris met Hunter Biden at a campaign finance event and shortly after that paid off several tranches of Hunter’s tax debt between 2020-2021.



Shapley said Hunter Biden wrote on his tax returns that Morris gave him a loan to pay off his delinquent taxes, so the money given is not taxable.



Hunter Biden was also hit with a massive state tax lien – $453,890 – in July 2020 and it was paid off in less than a week. The tax lien was paid off despite Hunter Biden telling an Arkansas judge in his paternity case against his baby mama Lunden Roberts that he was unemployed and broke.



“I attest that I am unemployed and have had no monthly income since May 2019,” said Biden in a Nov. 27, 2019, affidavit. “I currently have significant debts (in part as a result of obligations arising from my divorce which was final in April 2017).”



Morris paid more than $2 million in Hunter Biden’s delinquent taxes in addition to a $50,000 donation to Joe Biden campaign in 2020.

On Wednesday, the House Ways and Means Committee voted to release new documents from IRS whistleblower testimony confirming that Hunter Biden sold access to his father Joe Biden via the “family brand.”



The explosive documents revealed Hunter Biden was selling the ‘Biden family brand’ in 23 countries.



“The Biden Family foreign influence peddling operation suggests an effort to sway US policy decisions,” House Ways and Means chairman Jason Smith said.



The Committee released a June 6, 2017, WhatsApp message from Hunter Biden to a business associate that he was not willing to “sign over my family’s brand,” or give the individual “the keys to my family’s only asset.”


Chairman Smith added, “That asset could only be one person: Joe Biden.”



IRS investigators connected Hunter Biden’s tax crimes and business activity to official government business while Joe Biden served as vice president.



“There was in fact a connection between Hunter Biden’s global influence peddling, Joe Biden, and official U.S. government activity,” Rep. Smith said.



Investigators said then-Vice President Joe Biden’s April 2014 official visit to Ukraine that occurred after meetings between Hunter Biden, his business associate Devon Archer, senior staff within the vice president’s office and Biden himself.



One month later, Ukrainian gas company Burisma hired Hunter Biden.



“Millions of dollars were flowing through subsidiaries and LLCs to avoid taxes and shield visibility in how money from foreign sources…went to different entities and Biden family members,” Smith said.



Chairman Smith said pf the new whistleblower documents: “…Specifically mention 23 foreign countries on 4 different continents with connections to Hunter Biden’s business operation.”



The DOJ took unprecedented action to impede any investigative step that could have led investigators to Joe Biden.

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) subpoenaed Hunter and James Biden on Thursday, 315 days after formally launching an investigation into the Biden family, including President Joe Biden.



Comer seeks to compel the personal and business bank records of Hunter Biden and James Biden to further link Joe Biden to his family’s foreign deals.



While wrapping up Thursday’s first impeachment inquiry hearing into Joe Biden, Comer announced he would issue the subpoenas to compel the Bidens to cooperate with the House’s probe:



The witnesses today have all identified the evidence the committee is uncovered as deserving further inquiry. And that is what this committee will do, no matter where that evidence leads. I want to thank the witnesses for their testimony today.



It confirms the evidence compiled by this committee justifies the investigation of Joe Biden’s role and his family’s International Business games and justifies the next step of this investigation.



One of those steps is gaining insight and where the Biden’s foreign money ended up for what purposes. Therefore, today I will subpoena the bank records of Hunter Biden, James Biden and their affiliated companies.

The committee planned to subpoena the Bidens since it launched its investigation in November 2022. It did not issue subpoenas sooner because the committee insisted on practicing restraint to “show good faith.”



Hunter Biden denied the committee’s request in February for bank documents and communications, claiming the demands lacked a “legitimate legislative and oversight basis” to request relevant information.



The good faith period apparently ended when House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) launched an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden, giving House investigators more legal tools to legally compel the Bidens to comply with the investigation.



Recent polling shows 50 percent of independent voters believe House Republicans should impeach Joe Biden, a YouGov/CBS News poll found. Additional polling shows a majority of voters consistently believe Joe Biden was involved in his family’s business, contradicting his long-held position that he never spoke to Hunter Biden about business.



61 percent of Americans said Joe Biden was involved in his family’s business deals with China and Ukraine, according to a September CNN poll.


51 percent of voters believe Joe Biden committed a crime with Hunter Biden, according to a September Yahoo/YouGov survey.


66 percent of voters said Joe Biden discussed business with his son, according to a June Harvard/HarrisX poll.


62 percent of voters contend Joe Biden “participated” in his family business deals, according to a February Harvard Cap/Harris poll.


Throughout the investigation into the Bidens, House Republicans revealed significant evidence pointing towards Joe Biden’s involvement in the family business including, but not limited to: photos, texts, video, bank records, an audio recording, alleged bribes, along with IRS and former business partner whistleblower testimonies. The most recent allegations reveal Joe Biden’s address received two wires from BHR Partners associates in July and August 2019, totaling $260,000. In a Wednesday interview about his new book Breaking Biden, Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow revealed to veteran broadcaster Bill O’Reilly the names of the countries that we know have had business dealings with the Biden family.

“They’re not just getting paid by China,” Marlow said. “They’re getting paid by Kazakhstan, as you noted. They’re getting paid by Ukraine. They’re getting paid by entities around the world — from Jamaica, to Costa Rica, to Saudi Arabia, all of these places are tied into Biden business. Iraq — and all of these places the Bidens have no business doing any business there at all. And yet they are one after the next after the next.”



“They keep coming up with new creative ways to use the family name to make money,” he noted. “And Joe puts family first always. Special Counsel Interviewed Joe Biden for Two Days over Classified Documents

President Joe Biden sat down for two days for an interview with Robert K. Hur, the special counsel investigating his handling of classified documents from his time as vice president that were found in his possession.



White House spokesman Ian Sams said the “voluntary interview” concluded Monday.



Sams said in a statement:



The voluntary interview was conducted at the White House over two days, Sunday and Monday, and concluded Monday. As we have said from the beginning, the president and the White House are cooperating with this investigation, and as it has been appropriate, we have provided relevant updates publicly, being as transparent as we can consistent with protecting and preserving the integrity of the investigation. We would refer other questions to the Justice Department at this time.



Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Hur to investigate Biden in January after the federal government learned last November Biden maintained possession of classified documents in one of his offices and his garage.


The FBI began investigating Biden in November after learning Biden kept classified documents in his office at the Penn Biden Center. In December, Biden’s lawyers then informed the government of a second batch of classified documents found in his Wilmington garage, prompting Hur’s appointment as special counsel.



Hur’s interview with Biden comes after he has interviewed many of Biden’s closest aides and advisers, according to the New York Times.



As the Times reported:



Among them are Steve Ricchetti, a top White House aide, and Jake Sullivan, the national security adviser, the people familiar with the case said.



Prosecutors have also spoken to Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken, who has been a key Biden foreign policy adviser for decades; Ron Klain, who served as White House chief of staff until earlier this year; and Michael R. Carpenter, the former managing director of the Penn Biden Center, who is currently ambassador to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Mr. Blinken’s interview was previously reported by ABC News.

The two-day interview with Biden suggests Hur is nearing the end of his nine-month investigation into the president.



In January, Biden said he was “surprised” to learn about the classified documents found in his possession.



“I was briefed about this discovery, and surprised to learn that there are any government records that were taken there to that office,” Biden said at the time.



“People know I take classified documents, classified information, seriously,” he added.



Hur’s investigation into Biden has played out while special counsel Jack Smith is prosecuting former President Donald Trump over his alleged mishandling of classified documents that were found at his Mar-a-Lago estate after he left office.

A naked selfie of Frank Biden five years ago was discovered on a gay porn website called GuysWithiPhones.com.



GuysWithiPhones.com, the platform where the photo was found, is a dating website catering to the gay community. The site is characterized by its array of selfies featuring naked men. The privacy policy of the website indicates that it is owned by QueerClick.com, a gay porn blog.



The photo was uploaded in 2018 when Frank was 64 years old.



The photo was exposed by Marco Polo, a nonprofit organization that has been probing into the Biden family for years, scrutinizing them for political transgressions and crimes.



“The brother of the US president, [Frank Biden], shown below, is such an illustrious & talented businessman that Costa Rica & other sovereign nations seek this guy’s counsel & insights. He’s almost as revered as his nephew (Hunter Biden), whose pre-veneers grill is featured in the photo,” Marco Polo wrote on X.


Upon being confronted by Daily Mail, Frank Biden who is now 69, admitted to being the individual in the photo. However, he denied any active involvement in uploading the image.



Contending his innocence, he speculated that his phone’s security had been breached, indicating that the photograph could have been hacked and posted without his consent.



“I’ve absolutely no comment. I could care less. I haven’t even looked at it,” Frank told the media outlet Monday morning.



“They must have hacked my phone,” he claimed.



“Anything that is a revealing picture of some kind is between Mindy and me. “I really don’t want to start my day off this way,” said Frank. “Definitely didn’t post it anywhere.”

Comer Uncovers $200K ‘Direct Payment’ to ‘Big Guy’ Biden from Brother

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has uncovered a “direct payment” to Democrat President Joe Biden from his brother James in what may be evidence of a cut for “the Big Guy.”



In 2018, the president received a “$200,000 direct payment” from his brother James Biden, and sister-in-law Sara Biden, committee investigators have found.



Comer is now demanding that Biden answer questions about “financial arrangements” with members of his family.



As Slay News has previously reported, emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop show that his family discussed holding a 10 percent cut of a shady foreign deal for “the big guy.”



Hunter Biden’s former business partner-turned-whistleblower Tony Bobulinski has confirmed that “The Big Guy” was a codename frequently used for Joe Biden.



While serving as vice president under Barack Obama, Joe Biden appeared to play an instrumental role in his family’s shady foreign business deals by using his influence for huge personal financial gain.



Comer has been leading an investigation into the Biden family’s business dealings since January.



The House Oversight Committee has been investigating whether President Biden was involved in those ventures or “personally benefited” from them.



The evidence uncovered so far has suggested that Joe Biden wasn’t just involved but he actually leads the family business.



In September, Comer issued three subpoenas for the personal and business bank records belonging to both Hunter Biden and James Biden.



In a video posted to Twitter/X, Comer detailed his committee’s latest findings.



Comer said the check was written by James Biden to President Biden as a “loan repayment,” but questioned the timing.



“Bank records obtained by the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability have revealed a $200,000 direct payment from James and Sara Biden to Joe Biden in the form of a personal check,” Comer states.


Comer explains that in 2018, James Biden “received $600,000 in loans from Americore —a financially distressed and failing rural hospital operator.”



“According to bankruptcy court documents, James Biden received these loans based upon representations that his last name Biden, could open doors; and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections,” Comer said.



“On March 1, 2018, Americore wired a $200,000 loan into James and Sara Biden’s personal bank account—not their business bank account,” he continued.



“And then, on the very same day, James Biden wrote a $200,000 check from this same personal bank account to Joe Biden.”

Comer said James Biden “wrote this check to Joe Biden as a ‘loan repayment.’”



“Americore—a distressed company—loaned money to James Biden who then sent it to Joe Biden,” Comer said.



But Comer said even if the payment was “a personal loan repayment, it’s still troubling that Joe Biden’s ability to be paid back by his brother depended on the success of his family’s shady financial dealings.”



“Some immediate questions President Biden must answer for the American people: Does he have documents proving he lent such a large sum of money to his brother and what were the terms of such financial arrangement?” Comer asked.



“Did he have similar financial arrangements with other family members that led them to make similar large payments to him?”



Comer also demanded Biden answer whether he knew that the same day he received the $200,000 check, “James Biden had just received a loan for the exact same amount from business dealings with a company that was in financial distress and failing.”



“The House Oversight Committee will soon announce our next investigative actions and continue to follow the money,” he said.



“The bank records don’t end here.



“There is more to come.”

Comer’s findings come amid his months-long investigation.



Comer, alongside House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and House Ways & Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO), is leading the House impeachment inquiry against Biden.



So far, during his committee’s investigation, Comer said he has found that Biden family members, their business associates, and their “related companies” received “significant payments from individuals and companies in China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Romania.”



Comer said the House Oversight Committee has learned throughout its investigation that the Biden family and their business associates brought in more than $24 million between 2014 and 2019 by “selling Joe Biden as ‘the brand’ around the world.”

Joe Biden purchased his luxury $2.75 million Rehoboth Beach, Delaware home with all cash after Hunter Biden threatened his Chinese business partner in a $5 million shakedown.



In June, IRS whistleblower Gary Shapely revealed Hunter Biden demanded payment from his Chinese business associate over WhatsApp messenger.



On July 30th, 2017, Hunter Biden demanded payment and threatened Henry Zhao, a Chinese Communist Party official and director of Harvest Fund Management.



Harvest Fund Management had previously invested in Hunter Biden’s firm, BHR Partners – a private investment fund founded in 2013 that is co-owned by the Bank of China.

The July 2017 WhatsApp message Hunter Biden sent to Henry Zhao is as follows according to the IRS whistleblower:



“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my directions. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”







A week later Hunter Biden received a $5 million wire described as an ‘interest-free loan’ (a way for Hunter to avoid paying taxes) from a Chinese firm.



On August 8, 2017, $5 million was wired from a CEFC-affiliated investment vehicle (Northern International) to the bank account for Hudson West III, which spent the next year transferring $4,790,375 million directly to Hunter Biden’s firm, Owasco, according to a Senate report reviewed by this reporter.



A few weeks before this desperate shakedown, Joe Biden plopped down nearly $2.75 million in cash for his Rehoboth Beach home. No wonder why he was so desperate to get this cash from Hunter’s business partner. He was counting on it to cover his new real estate transaction.



“Property records show Joe’s six-bedroom second property was purchased on June 8, 2017 for $2,744,001 – just seven weeks before his son’s shakedown messages.” The Daily Mail reported.



There was no record of a mortgage lien against the Rehoboth property until Joe and Jill Biden opened a $250,000 HELOC (home equity line of credit) against the property last December.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer responded to the latest evidence of Biden family corruption in a statement to The Daily Mail:



“The fact that Joe Biden purchased a luxurious beach house around the same time his family was receiving millions from a CCP-linked company raises many questions that need to be answered,” Comer told DailyMail.com.



“The House Oversight Committee will continue to follow the money trail to determine the extent of President Biden’s involvement in his family’s influence-peddling schemes and its impact on our national security,” Comer added.



The Biden White House has repeatedly avoided questions about whether Joe Biden was actually with his son Hunter when he sent the threatening message to Henry Zhao.



White House reporters over the summer repeatedly grilled NatSec spox John Kirby and Press Sec Karine Jean-Pierre about this WhatsApp message.



“Have you spoken to the president about this? Have you asked him whether he was there with his son on July 30, 2017?” a reporter asked KJP over the summer.



“This is not a conversation that I’ve had with the president,” KJP said.



However, pictures from the “Laptop From Hell” place Hunter at Joe Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware house on the same day he invoked his dad’s name to threaten a Chinese business associate.

Democrat President Joe Biden played golf up to “twelve times” with his son’s business association a shady deal with Chinese oligarchs, FBI documents have revealed.



Hunter Biden’s former business associate Rob Walker told agents about the close relationship in a December 2020 transcribed interview with the FBI.



As part of the business arrangement, Walker wired money from China to the bank accounts of Biden family members.



Walker spoke to the FBI about his role in Hunter Biden’s business enterprise with Chinese partners.



During the interview, he described his golf outings with Joe Biden, according to a partially redacted transcript of his FBI interview.



“Okay. Have you met the V.P.?” FBI agent Wilson, whose first name is redacted in the transcript, asked.



“Yes,” Walker replied.



Wilson then continues to press Walker about his interactions with Joe Biden.



“I mean I would get called and I’d.., I’d play golf with him probably eight to twelve times,” Walker stated.



“Ah, I played with him at um.., ah.., Bully Rock [sic] in Havre de Grace with ah.., Beau and Hunter one time,” he continued.



“That’s probably the first time and then um..,” Walker clarified.



Walker further recalled that he “played with ‘em in D.C. probably ten times or so.”



He explained that Hunter Biden would invite Walker to golf with his father.


“'[H]ey, my dad’s gonna go play golf…, you’re…, you’ve gotta come with me’,” Walker said Hunter would say to him.



“I mean, I’m sure he knows who I am,” Walker said, referring to Joe Biden.



“But he doesn’t know me,” Walker insisted.



Emails from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop archive appear to confirm Walker’s golf outing with Joe Biden and his sons at the Bulle Rock golf course in Havre de Grace, Maryland.

Beau Biden died of brain cancer in May 2015 at the age of 46.

Walker also appeared to visit the White House more than a dozen times when Joe Biden was vice president.



The visits were revealed in White House visitor logs, Fox News reported.



The New York Post also reported that Walker’s wife, Betsy, worked as Jill Biden’s personal assistant during Biden’s vice presidency.



Officials from the Chinese Communist Party-linked energy company CEFC met with Joe Biden on at least one occasion after his vice presidency.



The meetings took place while Hunter Biden was attempting to negotiate a business deal with Chinese oligarchs, Walker recalled to the FBI.



The CEFC meeting was previously revealed by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley.



Shapley discussed the meeting when he testified in May before the House Ways and Means Committee.

“Did um.., did the V.P. ever show up at any CEFC meeting or anything like that.., even once he was out of office?” Wilson asked.



“Yes,” Walker answered.



“It was out‐of‐office,” Walker said.



“D. C. at the Four Seasons,” he added.



“He literally sat down,” Walker insisted.



“I think Hunter said um.., I may be tryin’ to start a company, ah, or tried to do something with these guys and could you.., and think he was like ‘if I’m around’….and he’d show up,” Walker stated.



Wilson asked Walker whether Hunter Biden used his father’s presence to improve his chances at “makin’ a deal work out” with CEFC.



“Sure,” Walker replied.



“Any times when he was in office or did you hear Hunter say that he was settin’ up a meeting with his dad with them while dad was still in office?” Wilson wondered.



“Yeah,” Walker stated.



Walker’s business dealings with Hunter Biden include $3 million worth of payments he received from Chinese firm State Energy HK, a cutout of CEFC.



The payments were revealed in bank records released by the House Oversight Committee.



Walker wired more than $1 million of the State Energy HK payments to Biden family members, the bank records show.



The committee has requested an interview with Walker regarding his involvement with the Bidens’ foreign business dealings.



Walker answered questions posed by the FBI related to the State Energy HK payments and his understanding of Hunter Biden’s business dealings with CEFC associates, the FBI transcript, and an FBI FD-302 form summarizing the interview show.



The FBI declined to comment on Walker’s interview.



“Hunter and CEFC?” Wilson wondered.



“Like how…, what was the breakdown of like how that was goin?”



“I think it was a little over three million dollars,” Walker said.



He confirmed the money was wired to Robinson Walker LLC, an entity he established as a “layer for protection” for receiving payments.



“I gave Hunter roughly nine something,” Walker specified, the transcript shows.



“I kept like nine something then I gave James [Biden] probably over a million.”



Wilson revisited the State Energy HK payments and their connection to CEFC later in Walker’s testimony.



“[D]id you know it was gonna be comin’ from like the State Energy HK Limited account when it came in?” Wilson questioned Walker.



“Hmph hmph,” Walker replied.



“Did they tell you that,” Wilson pushed Walker.



“I was told that it was ah.., ah.., ah.., Zang’s ah.., like Zang’s CEFC account,” Walker said.



“It came in from HK,” he explained.



Hunter Biden set up a separate business arrangement with a CEFC associate called Hudson West III.



He brought in just under $1 million from the business in 2017, his failed guilty plea with the Department of Justice (DOJ) states.



He admitted in court to making the arrangement with CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming.



Jianming is a Chinese Communist Party-linked businessman who was later arrested by authorities in China for suspected bribery.



He made more than $600,000 from CEFC in that same year.



The profits include a $100,000 payment sent right after he bragged to a CEFC associate about what the Biden family brought to the table.

Hunter’s text messages were released by the Oversight Committee in June.



“The Biden’s [sic] are the best I know at doing exactly what the Chairman wants from this [partnership],” Hunter Biden allegedly texted on August 3, 2017.



The committee disclosed that shell company Owasco P.C. received $100,000 from CEFC on the very next day after the text was sent.



IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler testified in July that Hudson West III brought in $3.7 million for all parties involved.



Ziegler confirmed the $100,000 payment from CEFC.



He also confirmed the $3 million from State Energy HK to Rob Walker.



Walker developed a relationship with Hunter Biden during the Clinton administration when Walker worked at the Department of Transportation and Biden worked for the Commerce Department, the FBI documents show.



He went on to work for a lobbying firm started by Hunter Biden and then Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners.



The company was a tech investment fund launched by Hunter Biden and other business associates.



Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners rebranded to RSTP and then to Pilot Growth, its current iteration, Walker told the FBI.



He was once listed on its website as a founder and partner at the firm, archives show.



Walker’s since-deleted bio on the Pilot Growth website mentioned his international business dealings and federal lobbying efforts.



Walker was also included in the infamous email thread where Hunter Biden’s former business associate James Gilliar suggested giving Joe “Big Guy” Biden a 10% stake in a potential business deal.



“10 held by H for the big guy?” Gilliar said in May 2017, referring to Joe Biden.



The email was first reported by the New York Post ahead of the 2020 presidential election.



Joe Biden falsely stated that Hunter Biden did not make money from China during a debate with then-President Trump leading up to the 2020 election.



Gilliar also sent texts about Joe Biden’s potential involvement to Tony Bobulinski, according to the Oversight Committee.



Bobulinski was another business associate in the email thread.



According to an FD-302 form summarizing his interview, Bobulinski told the FBI in December 2020 that Walker was a “proxy” for the Biden family



Bobulinski indicated the CEFC discussions began when Joe Biden was vice president and Hunter and James Biden demanded compensation for using the family name to advance CEFC’s interests.



“CEFC had used its relationship with HUNTER BIDEN and JAMES BIDEN – and the influence attached to the BIDEN name – to advance CEFC’s interests abroad,” Bobulinski’s FD-302 document reads.



“HUNTER BIDEN and JAMES BIDEN did not receive any monetary compensation for their assistance in these projects.



“HUNTER BIDEN and JAMES BIDEN did not receive any compensation because JOSEPH BIDEN was still VPOTUS during this time period.



“HUNTER BIDEN and JAMES BIDEN both wanted to be compensated for the assistance they had provided to CEFC’s ventures; in particular, they believed CEFC owed them money for the benefits that accrued to CEFC through its use of the BIDEN family name to advance their business dealings,” the document adds.



In addition, Bobulinski recalled a meeting with Joe Biden in Beverly Hills, California.



During the meet, they allegedly discussed a proposed $10 million joint venture known as “Sinohawk,” the FD-302 form asserts.



Bobulinski told the FBI the New York Post’s emails were real and had records of them on cellular devices.



His attorney also provided the FBI a hard drive with emails and communications that the FBI watched him properly upload, the form states.



Shapley disclosed a threatening text message Hunter Biden allegedly sent a Chinese business associate that appeared to reference Joe Biden’s presence in the room.



“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” Hunter Biden allegedly texted Chinese business associate Henry Zhao on July 30, 2017.



“Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight.



“And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction,” he added, according to Shapley.



“I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”



According to the Washington Free Beacon, location data on images from Hunter Biden’s laptop archive place him at his father’s Wilmington, Delaware residence on the day the text was sent.



Zhao appeared to be a translator for a CEFC official named Zhang, referred to as Zang in the FBI transcript and correctly attributed in the FD-302 document for Walker’s interview.



Zhang was either the number two or three-ranked CEFC official below Ye Jianming.



Shapley and IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler have accused the Department of Justice (DOJ) of giving Hunter Biden special treatment during its ongoing investigation into his taxes and firearms possession.



The Ways and Means Committee released Walker’s FBI interview transcript and FD-302 form alongside a trove of documents substantiating the whistleblower testimony.



Hunter Biden’s former business associate Devon Archer testified to the Oversight Committee in July, as Slay News reported.



Archer said Joe Biden spoke with his son’s business associates on the phone roughly 20 times.



He recalled a spring 2014 dinner Joe Biden attended alongside Russian oligarch Elena Baturina.



Archer also noted a spring 2015 dinner with Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings executive Vadim Pozharskyi.



According to bank records released by the House Oversight Committee, Hunter Biden was paid more than $80,000 per month from Burisma as a board member of the company despite having no prior experience in the energy industry or Ukrainian affairs.



The Biden family and its associates received more than $24 million from Ukraine, Russia, China, Romania, and Kazakhstan.



Evidence of the foreign payments was revealed in a House memo circulated prior to the first impeachment inquiry hearing for President Biden.



House Oversight Chairman James Comer said at the hearing that the $24 million number was determined by reviewing suspicious activity reports sent by banks to the Treasury Department.



House Oversight subpoenaed Hunter and James Biden’s personal and business bank records following the hearing.



Comer revealed a $200,000 payment James Biden sent to his brother, Joe Biden, on the same day he was sent $200,000 from Americore, a defunct healthcare firm.



James Biden signaled to the company his last name could “open doors” and promised an investment from the Middle East, bankruptcy court filings show.



On Friday, the White House said that James Biden was repaying a loan and downplayed the payment.



The White House said in June that Joe Biden was “not in business” with his son.

Grassley: FBI Received ‘Criminal Information’ From Over 40 Confidential Sources on Biden Family – FBI Washington Field Office Shut Down Reporting!

On Wednesday, Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed that the FBI received ‘criminal information’ from over 40 confidential human sources on Joe, Hunter, and James Biden – dating back to Joe Biden’s time as Vice President.



According to Grassley’s letter which was obtained by Fox News, the task force in the Washington Field Office shut down the reporting from the sources which eventually halted investigative activity.



“Based on the information provided to my office over a period of years by multiple credible whistleblowers, there appears to be an effort within the Justice Department and FBI to shut down investigative activity relating to the Biden family,” Grassley wrote in a letter to US Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray. “Such decisions point to significant political bias infecting the decision-making of not only the Attorney General and FBI Director, but also line agents and prosecutors.”



Grassley wrote: “Our Republic cannot survive such a political infection and you have an obligation to this country to clear the air.”

The FBI maintained more than 40 confidential human sources on various criminal matters related to the Biden family, including Joe Biden, dating back to his time as vice president, according to information obtained by Sen. Chuck Grassley.



The confidential human sources “provided criminal information to the FBI relating to Joe Biden, James Biden, and Hunter Biden.” Those confidential human sources were managed by multiple FBI field offices across the nation—including the FBI’s Seattle Field Office.



But Grassley learned that an FBI task force within the Washington Field Office sought to, and in some cases, successfully, shut down reporting and information from those sources by falsely discrediting the information as foreign disinformation. That effort “caused investigative activity to cease.”



However, despite those efforts by the FBI task force, Grassley said in at least one instance, a confidential human source and its information had been vetted by multiple U.S. attorney’s offices, which found “no hits to known sources of Russian disinformation.”



Over the summer Grassley released an FBI document showing Joe Biden was involved in a $10 million bribery scheme with Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky.



The FD-1023 form alleged then-Vice President Joe Biden FORCED Zlochevsky, a Ukrainian oligarch, to pay himself and his son Hunter Biden a total of $10 million.



According to the document, Biden’s bribery arrangement was described as “poluchili,” which is Russian crime slang for being “forced or coerced to pay.”



Per the FD-1023:



According to the FBI’s confidential human source, executives for Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company, brought Hunter Biden on the board to “protect us through his dad, from all kinds of problems.” At the time, Burisma was seeking to do business in the United States, but was facing a corruption investigation in Ukraine, led by then-Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin. Regarding that investigation’s impact on its ambitions in North America, Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky reportedly said, “Don’t worry Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad.” Zlochevsky reportedly stated that he had to pay $5 million to Hunter Biden and $5 million to Joe Biden, an arrangement he described as ‘poluchili,’ which is Russian crime slang for being “forced or coerced to pay,” according to the document.



Also, according to the document, Zlochevsky claims to have text messages and recordings that show he was FORCED to pay the Bidens to ensure Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was fired.


Zlochevsky also retained two documents, presumably financial records, as evidence of the arrangement, according to the document.



Per the FD-1023:



Zlochevsky claimed to have many text messages and recordings that show that he was coerced into paying the Bidens to ensure Shokin was fired. Specifically, he claimed to have two recordings with Joe Biden and 15 recordings with Hunter Biden. Zlochevsky also retained two documents, presumably financial records, as evidence of the arrangement, but said he didn’t send any funds directly to the “Big Guy,” a term understood to be a reference to Joe Biden. References to the “Big Guy” surfaced in communications involving other Biden family business arrangements independent of the Burisma arrangement. Zlochevsky claimed it would take investigators 10 years to uncover the illicit payments to the Bidens, according to the document.



Joe Biden publicly bragged about bribing Ukraine with $1 billion to fire Viktor Shokin, the Ukrainian Prosecutor General who was investigating Burisma corruption.



I “said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch. He got fired,” Biden said in 2018.

Over 40 confidential FBI sources say there's evidence of criminal activity committed by Joe, James and Hunter Biden with accusations of the Department of Justice shutting them down.



In a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley said that the sources had been managed by different FBI field offices and supplied the bureau with details of potential crimes by the Biden's.



According to the letter seen by DailyMail.com, Grassley learned that an FBI task force within the Washington Field Office sought to, and managed to, successfully shut down reporting from those sources by falsely discrediting the information.



Grassley wrote in his letter: 'Allegations from multiple Justice Department whistleblowers indicate there is, and has been, an effort among certain Justice Department and FBI officials to improperly delay and stop full and complete investigative activity into the Biden family.'



The Senator also said that in at least one case, a source and its information was vetted by numerous U.S. attorney's offices, which found 'no hits' to Russian sources.


Grassley continued: 'Based on the information provided to my office over a period of years by multiple credible whistleblowers, there appears to be an effort within the Justice Department and FBI to shut down investigative activity relating to the Biden family.



'Such decisions point to significant political bias infecting the decision-making of not only the Attorney General and FBI Director, but also line agents and prosecutors.



'Our Republic cannot survive such a political infection and you have an obligation to this country to clear the air.'



Grassley also spoke of how whistleblower allegations in 2020 about Hunter Biden's 'criminal financial and related activity' that was shut down based on 'false assertions' that it was foreign disinformation.



One critical point that Grassley makes in his letter refers to a human source who alleged a bribery scheme between then Vice President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and the founder and CEO of Burisma Holdings Mykola Zlochevsky.



The source told the bureau that the father and son had 'coerced' Zlochevsky to pay them millions of dollars in exchange for their help in getting a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma, Viktor Shokin, fired.



The White House has strenuously denied these allegations, despite Shokin going public and saying the two had a part to play in his dismissal.


In his letter, Grassley revealed that in December 2019, the FBI Washington Field Office closed a 205B Kleptocracy case into Zlochevsky.



The case had originally been opened in January 2016 by a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Squad based in the same office, which is also a squad that includes agents from FBI headquarters.



At the time that the probe into Burisma was closed, Hunter Biden's role on the board of the company was under heavy scrutiny.



Former President Donald Trump had also requested Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to investigate the family's dealings in Ukraine and why the prosecutor investigating Burisma had been fired.



In February 2020, Grassley said a meeting then took place inside the FBI Field Office in Pittsburgh.


According to the Senator: 'That meeting involved discussion about investigative matters relating to the Hunter Biden investigation and related inquiries, which most likely would've included the case against Zlochevsky.'



Following this, an assessment was opened in the Pittsburgh office to analyze the information about the Bidens, with information supplied by Rudy Giuliani.



While the case was assessed, officials are said to have then located a form relating to the kleptocracy investigation into Zlochevsky.



This document is said to have included a reference to Hunter Biden being on the board of Burisma, which the agent handling is said to have deemed 'non-relevant information to the ongoing criminal financial case.'



Officials at the DOJ and FBI are then said to have asked the handler for the source to re-interview them, which according to Grassley took a month.



After re-interviewing the source, a formal document was filed alleging a criminal scheme between then-Vice President Biden, Hunter Biden and Zlochevsky in June 2020.



Grassley wrote that the reassessment of the file was frequently paused for weeks at a time due to DOJ and FBI officials.



Grassley also said that in August 2020, FBI Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten opened an assessment to seek out confidential human source information at FBI field offices across the country relating to the Biden family.



Grassley said he then worked to 'falsely discredit them as foreign disinformation.'



He concluded: 'Our findings indicated potential criminal activity, to include money laundering, with respect to members of the Biden family and their business associates as well as strong financial connections to questionable foreign nationals and foreign government-linked corporate entities.'



Grassley demanded the FBI and DOJ provide answers to his letter by Nov. 17.

Marlow: Congressional Investigators Need to Ask the Bidens ‘What Did You Do for These Companies’

Congressional investigators need to ask the Bidens “what did you do for these companies” as part of their ongoing investigation into Biden family corruption, Breitbart Editor-in-Chief and Breaking Biden author Alex Marlow told New York Times bestselling investigative author Peter Schweizer during a discussion on The Drill Down Podcast.



“Where do you think the investigation on Capitol Hill is going?” Schweizer, senior contributor to Breitbart News, asked Marlow during a discussion centered around the editor-in-chief’s latest New York Times bestseller Breaking Biden.


“Do you think Comer is going to be successful? Are we going to see an impeachment? Where’s this gonna lead?” Schweizer, who co-hosts the podcast with his Government Accountability Institute colleague Eric Eggers, asked, highlighting the efforts of House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer’s (R-KY) in investigating Biden family corruption.



Marlow acknowledged that Schweizer has “white pilled” him on this subject, as he has been “very cynical about where the country is going.” However, he said Comer’s approach — “where it seems like he’s kind of going for the lower bosses, the capo level guys in the mafia, and then he’s going to work up towards the real bosses eventually” — seems to be a “good plan.”



Marlow said Comer needs to start “hauling people in at that top level” in a way that is “highly publicized,” and he needs to ask the specific question: “What did you do for these companies?”



“He needs to ask in each and every case — it’s going to be exhausting — ‘What did you do for these companies?’ James Biden, what did you do for these companies? Hunter Biden, what did you do for these companies? Frank Biden, and have them all explain what they were specifically doing,” Marlow said, predicting that Hunter Biden alone will give “unbelievable quotes, because we’ve seen it when he’s done press” already.



‘They’re going to answer these questions, and the answers are going to be absolutely insane. And if the public gets wind of them, Joe’s not going to win again,” Marlow predicted, emphasizing that he is “optimistic that about the plan” moving forward.



“I’m reluctant to trust the plan, but I definitely am sort of trusting it. To this point, I’ll say sort of trusting it. But I have a million questions if anyone wants to contact me. And I will lay out the specifics of where I think they should be asked next,” the Breaking Biden author added.



Schweizer described Breaking Biden as a “terrific book,” noting that he, too, “learned things reading this book” — something he does not say often, given his own extensive research on the Bidens throughout his career.

Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) appeared on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” with host Maria Bartiromo to discuss Joe Biden’s criminal money laundering operation and the FBI’s role in covering for the Biden Crime Family.

Donalds discussed Grassley’s letter and the $200,000 check Jim Biden wrote to his brother Joe Biden.



The House Oversight Committee has no IRS records or loan documents confirming the $200,000 check Jim Biden wrote to his brother Joe Biden in 2018 was a ‘loan repayment.’



A couple of weeks ago, Comer uncovered a $200,000 direct payment to Joe Biden.



In 2018, Jim Biden received $600,000 in ‘loans’ from Americore Health LLC, a failing/bankrupt rural hospital operator. According to bankruptcy documents, Jim Biden received the loans “based upon representations that his last name Biden could open doors and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections.”



On March 1, 2018, Americore Health LLC wired a $200,000 payment to Jim and Sara Biden’s personal bank account. On that very same day, Jim Biden then wrote a $200,000 check to Joe Biden, AKA, “The Big Guy.”







Jim Biden defrauded Americore with false claims he could save the company with the Biden name – and Joe Biden benefited from the fraud.



Congressman Donalds said Oversight Committee is actively finding new evidence of Biden corruption every day.



“Now we’re starting to see the transactions that went to Joe Biden – money actually going into his hands,” Rep. Donalds told Maria Bartiromo. “One of the things that I believe we’re gonna uncover is that there were payments made on behalf of Joe Biden where they didn’t give the money to him, but the money was spent on his behalf.”

82,000 Pages of Emails Joe Biden Sent or Received on Three Private Pseudonym Accounts For Illicit Business Deals with Foreign Officials Located

The National Archives previously confirmed through a FOIA response that they found 5,138 email messages and 25 electronic files pertaining to the known Joe Biden pseudonym accounts [e-mail], [e-mail] and [e-mail].



After missing the deadline to turn over the requested documents, the National Archives said it located 82,000 pages of emails then-Vice President Joe Biden sent or received on three separate private pseudonym accounts to conduct illicit business deals with foreign officials.



NARA was forced to search for Biden’s pseudonym emails in response to a FOIA lawsuit filed by the Southern Legal Foundation, a conservative nonprofit law firm.



“NARA has completed a search for potentially responsive documents and is currently processing those documents for the purpose of producing non-exempt portions of any responsive records on a monthly rolling basis,” A report from NARA stated, according to Just The News. “Given the scope of Plaintiff’s FOIA request, which seeks copies of all emails in three separate accounts over an eight-year period, the volume of potentially responsive records is necessarily large.


“NARA has identified approximately 82,000 pages of potentially responsive documents, and it is currently processing those documents and preparing any non-exempt responsive documents for production on a rolling basis,” the report said.

The total of Biden private email exchanges was disclosed Monday in a little-noticed status report filed in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit brought against the National Archives and Records Administration by the nonprofit public interest law firm the Southeastern Legal Foundation.



The foundation brought the lawsuit seeking access to the emails after Just the News revealed a year ago that Joe Biden had used three pseudonym email accounts — [e-mail], [e-mail], and [e-mail] – during the time he served as President Barack Obama’s vice president.



Hillary Clinton used a private Gmail account while she was the head of the Department of State (from 2009-2013) to evade FOIA as she ran her influence peddling scheme.



Recall, it was Judicial Watch who blew the story wide open about Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server after they sued for communications and records related to the Benghazi terrorist attack that left 4 Americans dead.



Hillary Clinton transmitted classified information over her private server, including outing the name of a clandestine CIA agent.

Suspicious: Home Biden Sold for $1.2M Only Worth $1.65M Three Decades Later

It’s always been amazing how everyone just seems to want to give stuff to Hunter Biden for nothing.



From an $80,000 3.16-carat diamond given by a Chinese national, as reported by the New York Post, to up to $250,000 for one of his paintings, despite the fact that he is untrained and has no experience, the younger Biden seems to be the recipient of any number of valuable things.



But apparently,Joe Biden has the same Midas touch when it comes to making financial deals.



A new report by the U.K. Daily Mail revealed that Biden sold his 10,000 square-foot Greenville, Delaware, mansion in 1996 for $1.2 million — more than six times what he paid for it over 20 years earlier.

The buyer was a top executive from credit card company MBNA, which was headquartered in Delaware and was a large campaign donor to Biden’s Senate campaign.



In the same year, MBNA hired — no prizes for guessing — Hunter Biden right out of law school. Hunter Biden went on to become senior vice president at the company.


While Biden and MBNA insisted the sale price was fair at the time, the current estimated value of the home is only around $1.65 million. Given the trajectory of Delaware home prices over more than 25 years, the property should be worth upwards of $3 million today if the original sale price was accurate.



At the same time, then-Senator Biden backed bankruptcy legislation in Congress that would benefit credit card companies like MBNA, even though it was opposed by most Senate Democrats, including Barack Obama.



Completely unrelated I’m sure.



The unusually high price for the sale of his house was brought up by a pollster during Biden’s Senate re-election. However, Biden and MBNA denied that the price had been too high, stating that the house had been bought in a distressed state and that they had made renovations to it over the years.



But a Delaware Online article from 2020 shows that this was not the only time Biden had great luck when it came to property.



According to the article, Biden used the substantial profit from the sale of his house to pay cash for a $350,000 vacant lot from a prominent local real estate developer Keith Stoltz. Surprisingly Stoltz had purchased the same property for the same price five years earlier and did not make any profit on the deal.



Stoltz and his family have been longtime supporters of Biden, contributing tens of thousands to his campaigns over the years. Property records show Stoltz himself donated to Biden’s campaign in the same month the land sale went through, according to Delaware Online.



Both the Biden camp and Stoltz claim the deal provided no special favors to the then-senator.

But of course, we’re sure all of this is entirely above board, just like all the other “lucky” financial dealings of the Biden family.

James Comer: Joe Biden Received $40,000 in China Money Again Disguised as Loan Repayment

Joe Biden received $40,000 in laundered CEFC China Energy Co. money in 2017 from the account of his brother, James Biden, and sister-in-law, Sara Biden, once again in the form of a personal check labeled as a “loan repayment,” House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) uncovered Wednesday in a newly released bank records memorandum.



The revelation is the second instance Joe Biden personally accepted a suspicious personal check from his brother James, who was involved in the Biden family’s overseas business ventures. Joe Biden has denied any involvement in Biden family business ventures at least nine times.

The discovery justifies concerns raised by Republicans that the Biden business compromised Joe Biden. It also lends further credence to the impeachment inquiry into the president.

The $40,000 money trail began on July 30, 2017, when Hunter Biden demanded a $10 million payment from CEFC China Energy Co. associate Raymond Zhao. CEFC had close ties to the Chinese Communist Party. The Bidens launched their working relationship with CEFC when Joe Biden was vice president.



The laundered money trail took six steps, the committee said:



July 30, 2017: Hunter Biden put pressure on Zhao for a $10 million payment using the influence of Joe Biden, who was “sitting” in the room, according to a screenshot of a WhatsApp message from an IRS whistleblower in June.


August 8, 2017: Hunter-Biden-linked bank accounts received about $5 million in payments from Zhao within ten days of the text, using proximity to Joe Biden as a cudgel. (Northern International Capital, a Chinese company affiliated with CEFC, sent $5 million to Hudson West III, a joint venture established by Hunter Biden and CEFC associate Gongwen Dong.)


August 8, 2017: On the same day, $400,000 was wired to Owasco, P.C. from Hudson West III, another entity controlled by the president’s son.


August 14, 2017: Hunter Biden then wired $150,000 to Lion Hall Group, an entity owned by Joe Biden’s brother, James Biden, and his wife, Sara Biden.


August 28, 2017: Sara Biden withdrew $50,000 in cash from Lion Hall Group. On the same day, Sara Biden deposited $50,000 into her shared personal checking account with James Biden.


September 3, 2017: Sara Biden wrote Joe Biden a check for $40,000 for a “loan repayment,” a method Republicans say is used to launder money.


“The extortion scheme worked,” Comer said in a statement. “It all began with a shakedown in the summer of 2017, when Hunter Biden sent a message to his CEFC associate demanding a $10 million capital payment.”



“In taking funds sourced to a CCP-linked company that wanted to advance China’s interests, Joe Biden exposed himself to future blackmail and put America’s interests behind his own desire for money,” added Comer, a former bank board member.



The revelation comes after Comer disclosed that Joe Biden received a $200,000 check from James Biden in 2018 — also noted as a loan. Comer believes the $200,000 payment is suspicious because the money flowed through a distressed entity, Americore, which loaned James Biden a total of $600,000. James Biden and the White House insist the check was not due to a pre-existing business relationship. James Biden insisted the money was a return payment for money Joe Biden lent him.



“Like the payment to Joe from Americore funds, it’s certainly plausible that this payment where James and Sara used funds from China was indeed a loan repayment to Joe,” Comer said. “But even if this $40,000 check was a loan repayment from James Biden, it still shows how Joe benefited from his family cashing in on his name – with money from China no less.”



The discoveries of payments received by Joe Biden are a result of subpoenaing James Biden. “The House Oversight Committee will continue to follow the money and will hold President Biden accountable for his corruption,” Comer reiterated.

‘No One is Disputing the Fact the Bidens were Influence Peddling Now’

House investigator outlines status of evidence against president, family



When Republicans took over the majority in the U.S. House earlier this year, there were hints of problems for Joe Biden and his family.



There was Hunter Biden’s stunning million-dollar-a-year payments from Burisma, in Ukraine, and Joe Biden’s boast about, as vice president, having gotten an investigator looking into Burisma corruption fired by threatening to withhold aid paid for by American taxpayers.


There were those surprising payments, in the millions of dollars, to various Biden family members. Sometimes those payments came from people and groups in China and Russia, obviously not friends of the U.S.



So lawmakers started investigating.



And now there’s more evidence, a lot more.



U.S. Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., who’s been working on those reviews, has explained in an interview just how much is there.



The next steps, he confirmed, will be to summon Biden family members to testify under oath.

“I could have issued a subpoena weeks ago but we didn’t have the bank records. Now we have the bank records,” he said. “Now you want to bring ’em in. I think what the Biden legal team strategy was … they watch conservative media, they’re like ‘We need to subpoena Hunter Biden on day one…'”



Comer explained, “No one knew when we started this investigation there were 20 shell companies. No one knew that now 10 Bidens have received money from the influence peddling scheme. No one knew that these shell companies had dozens and dozens of bank accounts in each shell company. No one knew about that $200,000 wire from the health care company to Jim Biden that went to Joe Biden.



“We now know that Joe Biden benefited. And that’s because we continue to receive bank documents we have subpoenaed. I think we’ve issued 10 subpoenas pertaining to bank documents and pertaining to the Biden investigation.”



He expressed wonder at the “dozens and dozens” of bank accounts held by the Bidens relating to some 20 “shell companies.”



“It’s taken a long time to get this information in. But we have it in. We’re able to trace the money now. We can bring the Bidens in and ask ’em specific questions.”



The case, including for the possible impeachment of Joe Biden, is being made, he said.



“No one is disputing the fact the Bidens were influence peddling now,” he said.



He said now Democrats are saying, “Well they were influence peddling but Joe didn’t know anything about it, and Joe didn’t benefit from it.”



He said the evidence shows otherwise.



“We know that Joe met every one of these people, including the health care deal in Florida that they swindled out of $600,000. … And we can trace the money.”



Further, the investigation is spreading into branches of Deep State in Washington, he said, since the FBI, DOJ, and IRS “all knew this was going on.”



He said the evidence not only confirms crimes now, but also “cover-ups.”
