Top White House Lawyer Steps Down as House Republicans Ramp Up Investigation Into Biden Crime Family
By Cristina Laila Aug. 17, 2023 8:20 pm Top White House counsel Stuart Delery will be stepping down from his post next month as the Biden investigations intensify. Delery has served as Biden’s top counsel since he assembled a transition team in November 2020. “Stuart Delery has been a trusted adviser and a constant source of innovative legal thinking since Day One of my Administration. From his work during those early days on COVID-19 and efforts to get life-saving vaccines to the American public to the implementation of major legislative accomplishments such as the American Rescue Plan, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and the Inflation Reduction Act, he has been an integral part of my team and will be missed throughout the Administration. I extend my thanks to Stuart and his family for his service.” Biden said in a statement. Meanwhile, congressional Republicans are ramping up their investigations into the Biden Crime Family. On Thursday James Comer revealed Biden used a pseudonym for Ukraine dealings. Biden used the email address “Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov” while he was tasked as the point man to handle Ukraine as Vice President. Joe Biden also used “Robin Ware” and “JRB Ware” while he was VP. Last Wednesday the House Oversight Committee released bank records on Hunter Biden’s payments from Russia and Kazakhstan officials. The report mentions payments from Burisma Holdings, Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina, and Kazakh oligarch Kenes Rakishev. The payments totaled $20 million to the Biden Crime Family. In May James Comer identified the NINE Bidens implicated in corruption. “Joe Biden’s son. Joe Biden’s brother. Joe Biden’s brother’s wife. Hunter Biden’s girlfriend/Beau Biden’s widow, Hunter Biden’s ex-wife. Hunter Biden’s current wife. And 3 children of the president’s son and the president’s brother. So we’re talking about grandchildren – a grandchild. That’s odd. Most people that work hard every day a grandchild doesn’t get a wire from a foreign national,” Comer said. 1. Hunter Biden 2. James Biden 3. Sara Biden 4. Hallie Biden 5. Kathleen Biden 6. Melissa Biden 7. Niece/nephew 8. Niece/nephew 9. Grandchild James Comer said the Biden family received over $10 million from foreign nationals while Joe Biden was Vice President. The countries involved directly correlated with Joe Biden’s work as Vice President. The White House did not announce who would be replacing Stuart Delery. link

Hunter Biden Lawyer: People Trade on Their Names, But Joe Only Talked Chitchat on Calls, Hunter’s ‘Capable’
IAN HANCHETT 19 Aug 2023 On Friday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Hunter Biden attorney Abbe Lowell said that President Joe Biden did talk to his son on the phone at business meetings, but he “speaks to his children and his grandchildren frequently, almost every day, in some cases.” And his conversations were just chitchat about things like the weather. Lowell also argued that Hunter Biden “is not the person who’s simply out there having people write checks for no reason. He’s a capable, educated, experienced person.” But people have been using their connections and names for opportunities for a long time, “that’s what happens. And the most important point is that it’s not improper and it’s not illegal.” Co-host Joe Scarborough asked, “Is Devon Archer correct that Joe Biden got on the phone in some of these meetings with Hunter Biden and the business associates overseas?” Lowell responded, “I think the better answer to that question is everybody I think now knows that President Biden speaks to his children and his grandchildren frequently, almost every day, in some cases. And I don’t think it’s unusual, whether it’s at a family gathering or perhaps when Hunter was at a business meeting, that that would happen. And if there was any conversation, as is Mr. Archer’s point, it was like chitchat friendly, like how’s the weather?” Later, Scarborough asked, “I think Americans are asking, what did Hunter Biden think he was getting that $7 million for? Why would he be getting paid so much money?” Lowell responded, “Alright, well, stop with your $7 million and talk about how many years that Hunter has been in business and what happened in each of those specific years. When you say it that way, people think that somebody just sent him a check for $7 million on April 1 –.” Scarborough then cut in to ask, “No, but help me out here, again — and I’m glad you’re here to actually break this down — obviously, Jared raised his $3 billion very quickly. We have numbers being thrown around. The $7 million is actually not what Comer’s saying. Comer has a much higher, much more elevated number. I guess The Washington Post reported it was $7 million. What’s the $7 million over and how many countries did it come from?” Lowell answered, “Well, okay, so, first of all, it’s much more complicated than to say it comes from countries. There are joint ventures between American entities, and, in one or two occasions, a potential foreign entity to create the possibility of jobs and energy in the United States. That’s too complicated to try to explain, but I can answer the question that you asked in the following way: Over the time that he was in business — this is, again, something that people ought to pay attention to — Hunter Biden went to Georgetown University, went to Yale Law School, was on the board of directors of a bank, was on the board of directors of Amtrak, is somebody who went and worked in an international law firm. People seem to forget that this is not the person who’s simply out there having people write checks for no reason. He’s a capable, educated, experienced person.” Lowell continued, “Now, if Congress wants to start saying, wait, does he get opportunities because his last name is Biden? They should look to themselves. Sen. Joe Manchin’s (D-WV) wife is on a commission in West Virginia where Congress had provided an enormous amount of funds. There is Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO), who has a spouse that works in the consulting business. If you start dissecting people who have the ability to use their connections and their name in order to get an opportunity, then, okay, but then, what’s good for the goose, is good for the gander, Congress should look at their own. People have been doing this for millennia. Maybe it’s not fair to us who don’t have the name, but that’s what happens. And the most important point is that it’s not improper and it’s not illegal. And the thing that’s different — and you just said it again — is that Hunter Biden has never been in a family business like the Trump kids and he’s never acted as an adviser to the president and the White House, using both of those in order to then conduct business. That’s a fundamental difference that also ought to be remembered. link

James Comer Demands NARA Provide All Documents for VP Biden’s Secret Pseudonym ‘Robert L. Peters’
WENDELL HUSEBØ 17 Aug 20238,531 4:35 House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) demanded Thursday that the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) hand over all documents and communications in which then-Vice President Joe Biden used pseudonyms such as “Robert Peters,” “Robin Ware,” and “JRB Ware.” Comer listed the pseudonyms in a letter to NARA in which he demanded access to then-Vice President Joe Biden’s documents and communications regarding official duties that overlapped with his son’s activities in Ukraine. One email, which Comer says the committee has already seen, includes an attachment with the vice president’s schedule, indicating that he had spoken by phone to then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The email was sent to a “Robert L. Peters” and cc’ed to the vice president’s son, Hunter Biden. Joe Biden was the designated foreign policy point person to Ukraine during the Obama administration. The House Oversight Committee argues that Joe Biden threatened to withhold U.S. aid to Ukraine in 2015 until the president of Ukraine fired prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who had jurisdiction for an investigation into the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings. Burisma paid Hunter Biden $83,000 a month for a board position to obtain the Biden “brand,” as Biden business associate Devon Archer described the arrangement. Years later, in 2018, Joe Biden bragged about the firing of Shokin, which he pushed for during an official visit to Ukraine in 2015. “I said, ‘I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars.’ I said, ‘you’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours,’” Biden told the audience. “I looked at them and said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.” On Tuesday, Comer issued a request to NARA for all unredacted materials in which then-Vice President Joe Biden used a pseudonym related to his relationship with Ukraine. Comer explained he specifically seeks an email titled, “Email Messages To and/or From Vice President Biden and Hunter Biden related to Burisma and Ukraine.” Comer said the email, attached with a document, was sent to “Robert L. Peters”— a pseudonym for Joe Biden: The Committee seeks unrestricted special access under the PRA to Case Number 2023- 0022-F, entitled “Email Messages To and/or From Vice President Biden and Hunter Biden related to Burisma and Ukraine,” which has been published on NARA’s website. These records have been redacted for public release pursuant to the PRA and FOIA. For example, an email bearing the subject “Friday Schedule Card,” is withheld in part under a “P6” and “b(6)” restrictions, denoting personal information regarding the subject under the PRA and FOIA respectively. Attached to this email, and made available on the NARA website, is a document that indicates at 9:00 a.m. on May 27, 2016, Vice President Biden took a call with the president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko. It is concerning to the Committee, however, that this document was sent to “Robert L. Peters”—a pseudonym the Committee has identified as then Vice President Biden. Additionally, the Committee questions why the then-Vice President’s son, Hunter Biden—and only Hunter Biden—was copied on this email to then-Vice President Biden. NARA – Special Access Request by Breitbart News on Scribd (At link below) “Joe Biden has stated there was ‘an absolute wall’ between his family’s foreign business schemes and his duties as Vice President, but evidence reveals that access was wide open for his family’s influence peddling,” Comer wrote in a statement. “The National Archives must provide these unredacted records to further our investigation into the Biden family’s corruption.” “We already have evidence of then-Vice President Biden speaking, dining, and having coffee with his son’s foreign business associates,” he continued. “We also know that Hunter Biden and his associates were informed of then-Vice President Biden’s official government duties in countries where they had a financial interest.” Comer gave NARA until August 31, 2023, to respond with the material. link

House GOP Finds Proof Joe Biden Is Guilty: “This email ties Joe Biden and Hunter Biden into this corruption scheme without a shadow of doubt”
David Hawkins August 20, 2023 - 1:35 pm House Republicans found emails that prove “without a shadow of doubt” that Joe Biden abused his power as Vice President to protect his son. (See Video Below) James Comer said: “Biden used at least 3 fake names in emails he was receiving from the federal government and we learned that when he was receiving emails from Ukaine Hunter Biden was copied on them. “This is obvious that Joe Biden abused his power as Vice President to protect his son and this email ties Joe Biden and Hunter Biden into this corruption scheme without a shadow of doubt. “Joe Biden has stated there was ‘an absolute wall’ between his family’s foreign business schemes and his duties as Vice President, but evidence now reveals that access was wide open for his family’s influence peddling. “VP Joe Biden emailed Hunter under the aliases “Robin Ware,” “Robert L. Peters” & “JRB Ware” to keep his son informed on his communications with Ukraine. “Biden is lying when he says he didn’t participate or know about his family’s influence-peddling schemes.” Comer is now calling on the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) to provide then-Vice President Joe Biden’s records that overlapped with his son’s activities in Ukraine. Comer wants all unredacted documents and communications where then-Vice President Joe Biden used a pseudonym; Hunter Biden, Eric Schwerin, or Devon Archer is copied; and all drafts of then-Vice President Biden’s speech delivered to the Ukrainian Rada in December 2015. Below is the letter he sent to NARA: “The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating President Biden’s meetings and communications with certain family members and their business associates during his tenure as Vice President. The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has published the Biden Vice Presidential Records Collection, which contains information relevant to the Committee’s work. “Many of these records have been redacted for publication pursuant to the Presidential Records Act (PRA) and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). “To further our investigation, it is essential that the Committee review these documents in their original format. “The Committee seeks unrestricted special access under the PRA to Case Number 2023-0022-F, entitled “Email Messages To and/or From Vice President Biden and Hunter Biden related to Burisma and Ukraine,” which has been published on NARA’s website. These records have been redacted for public release pursuant to the PRA and FOIA. “For example, an email bearing the subject “Friday Schedule Card,” is withheld in part under a “P6” and “b(6)” restrictions, denoting personal information regarding the subject under the PRA and FOIA respectively. “Attached to this email, and made available on the NARA website, is a document that indicates on 9:00 a.m. on May 27, 2016, Vice President Biden took a call with the president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko. It is concerning to the Committee, however, that this document was sent to “Robert L. Peters”—a pseudonym the Committee has identified as then Vice-President Biden. “Additionally, the Committee questions why the then-Vice President’s son, Hunter Biden—and only Hunter Biden—was copied on this email to then-Vice President Biden. “To further our investigation, the Committee needs to review these documents in their original format. The Committee also requests access to certain other documents and information described below. Please provide these documents no later than August 31, 2023: “Complete, unredacted versions of all documents from Case Number 2023-0022-F; “Any document or communication in which a pseudonym for Vice President Joe Biden was included either as a sender, recipient, copied or was included in the contents of the document or communication, including but not limited to Robert Peters, Robin Ware, and JRB Ware; “Any document or communication in which Hunter Biden, Eric Schwerin, or Devon Archer was included either as a sender, recipient, copied, or was included in the contents of the document or communication; and “All drafts from November 1, 2015 to December 9, 2015 of then-Vice President Biden’s speech delivered to the Ukrainian Rada on December 9, 2015. “Special access to presidential records may be granted “to…Congress” and “to the extent of matter within its jurisdiction, to any committee… if such records contain information that is needed for the conduct of its business and that is not otherwise available….” “Furthermore, the PRA subjects Vice-Presidential records to its provisions “in the same manner as Presidential records.” “The Committee’s need for these Vice-Presidential records is specific and well-documented. The Committee seeks to craft legislative solutions aimed at deficiencies it has identified in the current legal framework regarding ethics laws and disclosure of financial interests related to the immediate family members of Vice Presidents and Presidents—deficiencies that may place American national security and interests at risk. “The Committee is concerned that foreign nationals have sought access and influence by engaging in lucrative business relationships with high-profile political figures’ immediate family members, including members of the Biden family. For additional information regarding the Committee’s legislative purpose regarding its investigation of the Biden family’s international business, the Committee would direct you to three bank records memoranda it has released this year,” he wrote. link

Hunter Biden’s Lawyer Threatened A “Constitutional Crisis” By Making Joe Biden Testify At His Trial
David Hawkins August 20, 2023 - 11:50 am Hunter Biden’s lawyer told prosecutors that if Hunter Biden was charged with a gun crime, Hunter would trigger a “Constitutional crisis” and put President Joe Biden on the witness stand according to a shocking new report from Politico. Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Chris Clark, told DOJ prosecutors: “President Biden now unquestionably would be a fact witness for the defense in any criminal trial. This of all cases justifies neither the spectacle of a sitting President testifying at a criminal trial nor the potential for a resulting Constitutional crisis.” Hunter’s lawyers also said that because former President Donald Trump wanted an investigation into Hunter and his foreign business dealings, charging Hunter with tax crimes would be “devastating to the reputation” of the Justice Department. According to Politico: Clark then laid out what could have been seen as a promise, a warning, or just some very zealous lawyering: He said Joe Biden would undoubtedly be a witness at trial because of leaks about the probe. He wrote that just a few weeks before sending his letter, there had been two back-to-back leaks related to Hunter Biden and the gun issue. First, someone told The Washington Post that investigators thought Biden deserved tax and gun charges. Then a few days later, The Daily Mail reported on a voicemail Joe Biden left for his son in the window of time when he allegedly owned the gun. Surely the back-to-back leaks were part of a coordinated campaign to push the Justice Department to charge his client with crimes. And, Clark said, the leaks prompted the president to address his son’s legal woes the next day on CNN. “There can be no doubt that these leaks have inserted President Biden into this case,” he said. He then described a nearly unthinkable scenario: The president would testify to undermine a criminal case brought by prosecutors representing the United States of America. From the fall of 2022 through the spring of 2023, Clark sought meetings with people at the highest levels of the Justice Department — almost entirely without success. In multiple emails, he asked to meet with the head of the Criminal Division, the head of the Tax Division, the Office of Legal Counsel, the Office of the Solicitor General, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco and the attorney general himself. On Feb. 21, 2023, Clark’s team reached out to multiple officials at Main Justice, who passed his request from one person to the next. link

Leaked Docs: Hunter Biden Was Involved in Trump Impeachment Over Ukraine
By Cristina Laila Aug. 20, 2023 4:13 pm Hunter Biden was involved in Trump’s impeachment over Ukraine, according to documents leaked to Politico. Hunter Biden’s lawyers leaked the entire case file related to the DOJ’s 5-year investigation and it’s a sight to behold. The New York Times and Politico both published leaked documents revealing new information about Hunter Biden’s case and the inner workings at the Justice Department. According to emails leaked to Politico, Hunter Biden met with impeachment lawyers in January 2020. As Central Banks Stockpile Gold, a Christian Company Helps Americans Get Ahead of the “Retirement Bubble” Recall, in September 2019 then-Speaker Pelosi and House Democrats launched an impeachment inquiry into President Trump over his phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. President Trump’s phone call with Zelensky was cordial and there were no threats, no pressure and no quid pro quo as Adam Schiff and the Democrats liked the public to believe. Hunter Biden met with impeachment lawyers as Pelosi and Schiff were on the House floor lying about Trump’s phone call with Zelensky. It is important to note that the FBI was in possession of Hunter Biden’s laptop from hell which documented numerous crimes related to the Bidens’ work in Ukraine while Democrats were persecuting Trump with an impeachment investigation. Trump asked Zelensky to ‘look into’ Joe Biden’s threats to withhold money from Ukraine as well as Hunter Biden’s shady business with Burisma. President Trump wanted Zelensky to look into the firing of Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor general who was investigating Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky, Hunter Biden and Burisma Holdings. On January 26, 2020, Hunter Biden’s advisors said they would need Biden to set aside several hours to go through documents to settle his tax bill. Hunter replied, “I have a meeting tomorrow with impeachment lawyers for the day. It will have to wait until Tuesday I’m afraid." link

Joe Biden’s Email Alias on Government Network Raises Suspicion
WENDELL HUSEBØ 23 Aug 2023 Joe Biden’s official government email alias in 2016 raised concern among Republicans, who question why “Robert L. Peters” received an email that cc’d Hunter Biden about Ukraine. The email to Joe Biden’s alias account contained an attachment that House investigators last Thursday requested the National Archives disclose to Congress. Investigators are also interested to know why Hunter Biden was cc’d on the email concerning Ukraine. Hunter Biden’s laptop contained 27 emails linked to Joe Biden’s “Robert L. Peters” alias, Marco Polo’s dossier cataloged. Many of the emails are personal and unrelated to government business. However, others possibly capture official government business. Joe Biden’s alias received the 2016 email from John Flynn, a former senior adviser to Joe Biden. Flynn sent the email by the usual White House “@ovp.eop.gov” domain name. Joe Biden’s “Robert L. Peters” alias email address used a “@pci.gov” domain name on a government network. “PCI” represents the Executive Office of the President, Github Gist, a website that catalogs federal domain names, shows. According to the White House Communications Agency (WHCA), PCI networks encompass the Secret Service, Executive Office of the President, National Security Staff, and White House Communications Agency (WHMO). The networks meet WHCA’s Primary Alternative Contingency Emergency (P.A.C.E) communications requirements. It is unusual for government officials to use an obscure government network with an alias. According to Kash Patel, former Deputy Assistant to former President Donald Trump and Deputy Director of National Intelligence, the domain name is as shady as Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. “Hillary’s home-brew ain’t got nothing on Robert Peters government funded money laundering operation,” Patel alleged to Breitbart News. “Joe Biden used tax payer dollars, while vice president to set up an ‘offshore’ style email server — based in the White House — to route all of his emails regarding his and Hunter’s business dealings with the Chinese, Ukrainians, and others.” “As the sitting vice president, we have now seen direct evidence that Joe Biden tied himself to his son’s illegals bribery schemes from the halls of the White House,” Kash continued. “Where are the indictments? If Bill Barr assigned David Weiss to investigate this, how did they ‘miss it’ or more likely, covered it up.” Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) have known about Joe Biden’s alias for some time. As early as 2021, the senators questioned the White House about why Joe Biden used the fake email address. The White House stonewalled their efforts. When asked if it is suspicious that Joe Biden used an alias with an official domain name, Johnson told Breitbart News the email has concerned him for some time. Comer House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) during a House Committee on Oversight and Accountability hearing on Capitol Hill, Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2023, in Washington. (AP Photo/Carolyn Kaster) “I’ve been suspicious ever since my office uncovered this fact back in 2021, and we have unfortunately gotten no response from the White House to the four letters that my office has sent on this matter,” Sen. Johnson told Breitbart News. “It is incredibly worrisome that Joe Biden continues to evade our oversight efforts surrounding his corruption.” House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) is determined to hold Joe Biden accountable. He demanded the Archives turn over all information related to Joe Biden’s aliases. “Joe Biden has stated there was ‘an absolute wall’ between his family’s foreign business schemes and his duties as Vice President, but evidence reveals that access was wide open for his family’s influence peddling,” Comer wrote in a statement. “The National Archives must provide these unredacted records to further our investigation into the Biden family’s corruption,” he added. link

Fired Ukraine Prosecutor Blows Whistle: Joe and Hunter Biden Took Bribes
Frank Bergman August 26, 2023 - 11:08 am Ukraine’s former Prosecutor-General Viktor Shokin has blown the whistle and accused Democrat President Joe Biden and his son Hunter of “corruption.” Shokin alleges that Joe and Hunter Biden both accepted large money “bribes” from the notoriously corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings. He also accused then-Vice President Biden of pressuring the Ukrainian government to fire him for investigating Burisma, where Hunter was a board member at the time. Shokin was ousted in 2016 when Joe Biden withheld U.S. aid from the nation until the prosecutor was fired. Ukraine’s former top prosecutor made the accusations during an upcoming explosive interview airing on Fox News, excerpts show. At the time of his firing, he was investigating Burisma for corruption but was abruptly fired and smeared by the Bidens as “corrupt.” “I do not want to deal in unproven facts,” Shokin says in the clip of the interview. “But my firm personal conviction is that yes, this was the case. “They were being bribed.” “The fact that Joe Biden gave away $1 billion in U.S. money in exchange for my dismissal – my firing – isn’t that alone a case of corruption?” he adds. WATCH: The full interview will air Saturday evening at 8 pm ET with Brian Kilmeade. The White House responded to the airing of the interview by accusing Fox News of giving a “platform to lies.” In December 2015, then-Vice President Joe Biden delivered a speech to the Ukrainian Rada. During the speech, he touted his anti-corruption efforts in the country and urged an overhaul and reform of the office of the general prosecutor. A few months later in March 2016, Joe Biden is alleged to have threatened to withhold $1 billion in aid to Ukraine if Shokin specifically was not fired for corruption. Shokin was shortly thereafter. Years later, Biden actually bragged about his firing at a Council on Foreign Relations event in 2018. Biden gloated that he withheld a billion dollars in U.S. aid until the Ukrainians agreed to fire Shokin. “I looked at them and said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,'” Biden said. “Well, son of a b****. He got fired,” he continued. House Republicans believe Hunter’s Burisma entanglement and possible influence in Shokin’s firing is evidence of the Biden family’s influence-peddling scheme. As part of a larger investigation, they are seeking records revealing Joe Biden’s use of pseudonyms to discuss his activities related to Ukraine with his son Hunter during his time as vice president. They specifically want an un-redacted document that indicates that then-Vice President Biden took a call with the president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, on May 27, 2016. House investigators found that the document was emailed to “Robert L. Peters.” As Slay News reported, “Robert L. Peters.” is “a pseudonym” the House Oversight Committee has “identified as then Vice-President Biden.” Hunter Biden’s ex-business partner and longtime friend Devon Archer testified before the House Oversight Committee earlier this month. He revealed that Joe Biden’s “brand” protected Burisma because “people would be intimidated to mess with them.” Archer said the “brand” was Vice President Biden and his access to Obama’s White House and Washington D.C. He testified that the Biden family business involves selling this “brand” to the highest foreign bidder. Hunter’s presence on Burisma’s board and access to his father – then vice president – led to the company’s “longevity” because they had the “capabilities to navigate D.C.,” Archer testified, according to the transcript. Hunter’s best friend and business associate sat with him on Burisma’s board beginning in 2014. They also started Rosemont Seneca Partners, an investment advisory firm, together. He confirmed that Hunter put Joe Biden on speakerphone 20 times during business meetings over a 10-year period. Inviting Joe Biden into meetings was a “signal” of “value,” and Hunter used his dad as “defensive leverage” while dealing with foreign business associates. Archer also told lawmakers that Joe Biden sat and had dinner in person on at least two occasions with Hunter and his foreign business partners. Almost immediately after the meetings, the foreign business associates then wired money to Biden-affiliated companies. During a dinner with Burisma executives at the Four Seasons in Dubai in December 2015, Hunter said he would be able to get “help from D.C.” in order to relieve some “government pressure” on the company. Archer testified that Burisma was “getting pressure” and as a result, they “requested Hunter, you know, help them with some of that pressure.” He said it was “government pressure” from the ongoing Ukrainian investigation into the company at the time. This investigation was led by top prosecutor Shokin. “There was constant pressure,” Archer testified. “And it was like it was like whack a mole in regards to the pressures that had to resolve.” link

Joe Biden Says Special Counsel Robert Hur Has ‘No Interest’ Interviewing Him in Stolen Classified Docs Case (VIDEO)
By Cristina Laila Aug. 26, 2023 7:50 pm Joe Biden told reporters on Friday that Special Counsel Robert Hur has not interviewed him yet and has no interest in speaking with him. “Are you planning to sit for an interview with the special counsel looking into the [classified] documents matter?” a reporter in Lake Tahoe asked Joe Biden. Biden implied the special counsel has no interest in interviewing him. “There’s no such request and no such interest,” Biden said. WATCH: Special Prosecutor Robert Hur is having to negotiate with Biden’s lawyers and the DOJ for a *possible interview* with Joe Biden over his stolen classified documents case. Machine gun-toting federal agents descended on Mar-a-Lago last summer to seize lawfully stored documents at Trump’s Florida residence, Jack Smith indicted Trump within months of being appointed special counsel to probe the classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago. Meanwhile, Joe Biden has yet to be interviewed by the special prosecutor investigating the classified documents he stole from a SCIF. Joe Biden STOLE SCIF-designated classified documents and improperly stored them at the Penn Biden Center. Biden also stored classified documents in his garage next to his Corvette where his son Hunter had access to the sensitive materials. Nine boxes of documents were taken from Joe Biden’s lawyer’s Boston office and we have no idea what is in those boxes because the National Archives is covering up for Biden. Joe Biden is also withholding information from the Senate Intel Committee. Merrick Garland appointed Robert Hur as special counsel to investigate the stolen documents in January and Hur hasn’t even interviewed Joe Biden yet! Last month RealClearInvestigations reporter Paul Sperry reported: Special Counsel Rob Hur is having to negotiate conditions with DOJ and Biden’s legal team –including personal attorney Bob Bauer and White House counsel –for a possible interview with Biden over his removing classified documents when he left the White House in 2017. link

The Latest Juicy Nugget in the Biden Bribery Scandal
BY MATT MARGOLIS 10:50 AM ON AUGUST 28, 2023 The evidence that Hunter Biden was selling influence with his father’s full knowledge and participation is already quite substantial. Between bank records, paid FBI informants, IRS whistleblowers, witness testimony, and heck, even Joe Biden’s own braggadocio over the firing of Ukraine prosecutor Viktor Shokin, it’s frankly shocking that Biden hasn’t already been forced out of the 2024 election. And yet, there are more pieces to this puzzle, making the picture even clearer. It turns out that Hunter Biden’s former business partner, Devon Archer, met with then-Secretary of State John Kerry mere weeks before Shokin was fired in 2016, according to a report from Fox News: Former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was fired on March 29, 2016, less than four weeks after Archer met with Kerry at the State Department in Washington, D.C., according to a State Department email. “Devon Archer coming to see S today at 3:00pm – need someone to meet/greet him at C Street,” reads the redacted email on March 2, 2016, which was previously released via the Freedom of Information Act. Fox News Digital can confirm that “S” refers to Kerry, based on multiple other email communications. However, it is unclear what Archer and Kerry discussed at the meeting or whether Burisma came up in conversation. At the time of the meeting, Archer and Hunter Biden had been sitting on the board of Burisma for about two years, and then-Vice President Joe Biden had recently wrapped up a trip to Ukraine where he threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid if Ukrainian officials didn’t fire Shokin, claiming he was too lax on prosecuting corruption. When the email was first released in 2019, Sens. Grassley, R-Iowa and Johnson, R-Wis., expressed concerns about the meeting and sent a letter to then-Secretary of State Pompeo requesting all records from the meeting in addition to other meeting, including Hunter’s 2015 meeting with Blinken. As we know from Archer’s testimony before the House Oversight Committee, Burisma’s leadership called on Hunter Biden, who was sitting on the Burisma board at the time while earning $1 million a year, to help the company, which was under investigation. A call to Washington, D.C., was made two days before Joe Biden visited Kyiv, Ukraine, in December 2015 to request that the Obama-Biden administration do what they can to get Shokin fired. Shokin was ultimately fired due to Biden using a $1 billion loan to Ukraine as leverage, under the pretext that Shokin was not doing enough root out corruption. However, a Department of Justice memo from shortly before Biden’s visit indicated that the position of the Obama-Biden administration was that Ukraine had made sufficient progress implementing anti-corruption reforms and deserved the loan—proving that Joe Biden was acting in his own personal interests, not that of the administration. So, what did Devon Archer and John Kerry discuss? Is it time to bring Archer back in to testify? Perhaps it’s time for John Kerry to testify. link

National Archives Has About 5,400 Emails, Records Linked to Joe Biden’s Email Aliases
WENDELL HUSEBØ 28 Aug 2023 The National Archives (NARA) possesses about 5,400 emails and records linked to President Joe Biden’s email aliases, the House Oversight Committee revealed Monday evening. The email aliases — “Robert Peters,” “Robin Ware,” and “JRB Ware” — were used to share government information and discuss business with Hunter Biden and associates, according to the Southeastern Legal Foundation, which filed a lawsuit to compel the agency to turn over the emails. “All too often, public officials abuse their power by using it for their personal or political benefit. When they do, many seek to hide it,” Southeastern Legal Foundation general counsel Kimberly Hermann told Just the News in a statement. “The only way to preserve governmental integrity is for NARA to release Biden’s nearly 5,400 emails to SLF and thus the public. The American public deserves to know what is in them.” House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) in August requested the Archives hand over all documents and communications in which then-Vice President Joe Biden used pseudonyms such as “Robert Peters,” “Robin Ware,” and “JRB Ware.” “Joe Biden has stated there was ‘an absolute wall’ between his family’s foreign business schemes and his duties as Vice President, but evidence reveals that access was wide open for his family’s influence peddling,” Comer wrote in a statement. “The National Archives must provide these unredacted records to further our investigation into the Biden family’s corruption.” The “Robert Peters” alias raised concerns among Republicans since 2021 as it is unusual for government officials to use an obscure government network with an alias. “I’ve been suspicious ever since my office uncovered this fact back in 2021, and we have unfortunately gotten no response from the White House to the four letters that my office has sent on this matter,” Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) told Breitbart News last week. “It is incredibly worrisome that Joe Biden continues to evade our oversight efforts surrounding his corruption.” The “Robert L. Peters” alias received an email in 2016 that cc’d Hunter Biden about Ukraine. The email, which Comer says the committee already saw, includes an attachment with the vice president’s schedule, indicating that he had spoken by phone to then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. “Hillary’s home-brew ain’t got nothing on Robert Peters government funded money laundering operation,” former Deputy Director of National Intelligence Kash Patel alleged to Breitbart News. “Joe Biden used tax payer dollars, while vice president to set up an ‘offshore’ style email server — based in the White House — to route all of his emails regarding his and Hunter’s business dealings with the Chinese, Ukrainians, and others.” “Robert Peters” alias has a “@pci.gov” domain name, as Breitbart News reported. “PCI” represents the Executive Office of the President and is connected to a Department of Defense network. PCI networks encompass the Secret Service, Executive Office of the President, National Security Staff, and White House Communications Agency (WHMO), According to the White House Communications Agency (WHCA). The networks meet WHCA’s Primary Alternative Contingency Emergency (P.A.C.E) communications requirements. link

Audiotape That Will End Joe Biden’s Career To Be Released To Public Soon: Newsmax Host
David Hawkins August 29, 2023 - 3:50 pm Newsmax host Greg Kelly claimed an audiotape containing “incontrovertible evidence of Joe Biden’s “corruption” exists and will be released to the public in the coming weeks. Kelly said the tape is so bad it will end Biden’s campaign for re-election. And it is so bad it may force him to resign before his term ends saddling the country with Kamala Harris as president. Kelly said: “There is an audiotape by people in the know that shows incontrovertible evidence of Joe Biden’s corruption that is about to be made public. Once it is heard, Biden will have only two options. He will not be able to remain a candidate for the presidency for reelection. It will be over and done with. The tape will be made public after Labor Day and before Halloween. The only thing that he might be able to do but probably not, he may be able to remain as President “They’re worried about it right now at the White House.” GOP Rep James Comer said: “Joe Biden wants to say he’s the most transparent president. “That’s bullcrap. He’s the least transparent president of the United States. If he were innocent, he would be cooperating with this committee and trying to save his good name, but he continues to act like there’s nothing to see here. “We’re very concerned now that Joe Biden was using pseudonyms to hide the fact that he was working with his son to peddle access to our enemies around the world in exchange for wire transfers that we’ve already discovered that went to shell companies or fake companies while he was vice president. “So let’s just think about this … the vice president at the time, Joe Biden, was using fake names in emails and he also was working with his family that set up fake companies to receive wires. “We’re at the point to where we’re probably going to head to court to try to get some more bank records. “But this is an investigation of Joe Biden, and I don’t think the Democrats, you know, they defended Joe Biden for nearly a year now, can they defend these pseudonyms? “Can they defend the payments going to things of value for Joe Biden? “That’s where the Democrats are going to have to have a come to Jesus moment and decide how much longer they could defend the indefensible with respect to Joe Biden. “It happened while he was vice president of the United States. And what we’re concerned is we have no doubt the he is probably the most corrupt vice president in the history of America.” link

Hunter Biden’s Business Partner Met with John Kerry Just before Ukraine Prosecutor Was Fired
David Lindfield August 29, 2023 - 9:24 am Hunter Biden’s former business partner Devon Archer met with then-Secretary of State John Kerry just weeks before Ukraine’s top prosecutor was fired, newly surfaced emails have revealed. At the time, Archer was also a board member at corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings along with Hunter Biden. Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was investigating Burisma when he was abruptly fired in 2016. Shokin, who served as the equivalent of the U.S. attorney general, was fired on March 29, 2016. His firing came in under four weeks after Archer met with Kerry at the State Department in Washington, D.C. The meeting was confirmed in a State Department email that was obtained via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. “Devon Archer coming to see S today at 3:00 pm – need someone to meet/greet him at C Street,” reads the redacted email on March 2, 2016, which was previously released via the FOIA. Fox News confirmed that “S” refers to Kerry. The same codename is used in multiple other email communications. However, it is unclear what Archer and Kerry discussed at the meeting or whether Burisma came up in conversation. At the time of the meeting, Archer and Hunter Biden had been sitting on the board of Burisma for about two years. Then-Vice President Joe Biden had also recently wrapped up a trip to Ukraine where he threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid if Ukrainian officials didn’t fire Shokin, claiming he was too lax on prosecuting corruption. When the email was first released in 2019, Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) expressed concerns about the meeting. The two top Republicans sent a letter to then-Secretary of State Pompeo requesting all records from the meeting in addition to other meetings. The request included information about Hunter Biden’s 2015 meeting with then-Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken. As Slay News reported last week, Shokin spoke out against the Bidens during a Saturday interview with Fox News’s Brian Kilmeade. Shokin said he was fired at Biden’s insistence because of his investigation into Burisma. He also revealed that his investigations found that Joe and Hunter Biden were taking “bribes.” The White House has disputed the claims, however. “I have said repeatedly in my previous interviews that [then-Ukrainian President Petro] Poroshenko fired me at the insistence of the then-Vice President Biden because I was investigating Burisma,” Shokin said in the interview. “[Poroshenko] understood and so did Vice President Biden that had I continued to oversee the Burisma investigation, we would have found the facts about the corrupt activities that they were engaging in. “That included both Hunter Biden and Devon Archer and others.” However, in a statement to Fox News, the White House insists that Shokin was fired because he had been too soft on corruption. The White House also alleges that Shokin’s office had not been investigating Burisma or Hunter at the time of his ouster in March 2016. To support these claims, the White House cites three corporate media reports published within weeks of each other in 2019 by the Washington Post, Associated Press, and New York Times. Those reports defended Biden by claiming Shokin’s office wasn’t investigating Burisma when he was fired. However, Archer said during a closed-door testimony before the House Oversight Committee in July that, amid pressure from Shokin’s office and other entities investigating Burisma, company leaders turned to Hunter for help from then-VP Biden. He went on to say that Hunter and Burisma executives “called D.C.” in December 2015. This call was just days before the vice president’s trip to Ukraine. According to Archer, they asked the Obama administration to help get Shokin fired to protect Burisma. Burisma executive Vadym Pozharsky emailed Hunter Biden, Archer, and fellow Hunter associate Eric Schwerin in early November 2015 about a “revised proposal, contract, and initial invoice for Burisma Holdings” from lobbying firm Blue Star Strategies. Hunter reportedly connected Burisma with Blue Star Strategies to help the energy firm fight corruption charges levied against Mykola Zlochevsky, the company’s owner. Pozharski said in his email that the “ultimate purpose” of the agreement with Blue Star Strategies was to shut down “any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine,” referring to Zlochevsky, who also went by Nikolay. “The scope of work should also include organization of a visit of a number of widely recognized and influential current and/or former US policy-makers to Ukraine in November aiming to conduct meetings with and bring positive signal/message and support on Nikolay’s issue to the Ukrainian top officials above with the ultimate purpose to close down for any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine,” Pozharsky continued. This wasn’t the first time that a Burisma board member met with a top State Department official in the middle of a growing pressure campaign to help protect Zlochevsky and Burisma from investigations. In May 2015, Hunter and then-Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken were exchanging emails about setting up a meeting at the State Department. After the first scheduled meeting, which appeared to have been canceled due to the death of Hunter’s brother, Beau, the pair rescheduled and met in July 2015. Hunter forwarded Archer a couple of the email exchanges between Hunter and Blinken about planning for the first meeting, prompting Archer to respond, “Roger,” in one reply. “12:00-1:30pm- Lunch with Tony Blinken (State Department),” Hunter’s schedule reads. “Enter at main entrance (‘Diplomatic Entrance’), 22nd & C St, NW. Proceed to receptionist area where Kenny Matthews will be waiting to escort you to Tony’s office.” Archer, a longtime Biden family friend and business partner, worked as an adviser to Kerry during his failed 2004 presidential campaign. Kerry now serves as Biden’s special presidential envoy for climate (SPEC). In 2013, Archer exchanged emails with Kerry’s then-chief of staff at the State Department, David Wade, organizing a call between Kerry and then-Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Yerlan Idrisov. “Devon: understand you spoke to the Secretary re having him call Foreign Minister Idrisov today, can you let me know topics Idrisov wants to talk about/any requests he’ll have of the boss, so we can get paper prepared for a call,” Wade wrote. Archer told Wade that Idrisov wanted to speak with Kerry about keeping open a direct line of communication between the two of them as well as brief him on a “subject as it relates to Afghanistan.” Wade went on to advise Hunter on rapid response related to Burisma after leaving the State Department in June 2015. Archer co-founded Rosemont Seneca Partners with Hunter Biden and Kerry’s stepson, Christopher Heinz, his Yale roommate, in 2009. In a 2012 email chain, when then-Sen. Kerry was serving as chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Archer listed him as one of his top references for Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP) after one of the firm’s partners told Archer and Hunter they needed their “bazooka references.” An individual with knowledge of the reference list told Fox News Digital they were not aware of Kerry ever vouching for RSTP or its clients. The individual, who requested anonymity, went on to say that Hunter and Archer’s role was to help navigate Washington but also said they would sever ties with Hunter after he was kicked out of the Navy Reserve for cocaine in late 2014 and that Archer’s position was cut the following year because he wasn’t doing any work for RSTP. link

Biden Gets Bad News About His Time as VP as Comer and Donalds Set Their Sights on Air Force Two
By George C. Upper III August 30, 2023 at 11:40am Two Republican members of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability are looking into official government travel documents that may provide insight into President Joe Biden’s involvement in his son’s business dealings while he was vice president. Committee member Byron Donalds of Florida and Chairman James Comer of Kentucky submitted a letter Wednesday to Archivist Colleen Shogan of the National Archives and Records Administration spelling out exactly what documents they want to see and why. (The letter and a related news release appear in their entirety below.) The day prior, Comer appeared on Newsmax TV’s “National Report” and called Biden “probably the most corrupt vice president in the history of America.” “Joe Biden wants to say he’s the most transparent president,” Comer said. “That’s bullcrap. He’s the least transparent president of the United States. “If he were innocent, he would be cooperating with this committee and trying to save his good name,” he added, “but he continues to act like there’s nothing to see here.” Since Biden continues not to cooperate, Comer and Donalds have requested “information regarding the use of Air Force Two by then-Vice President Biden’s family during the Obama-Biden Administration” from NARA. “We fully expect the National Archives to provide this information to the Oversight Committee so that we can provide the transparency that Americans demand and deserve,” Comer said in a statement. Specifically, the two sought to receive from NARA before Sept. 13, “All documents and communications from the Executive Office of the President(including but not limited to the Office of the Vice President) to or regarding certain Biden family members or associates (Hunter Biden, Eric Schwerin, Devon Archer, or Jeffrey Cooper) and relating to Air Force Two or Marine Two travel from January 20,2009, to January 20, 2017; ll Air Force Two and Marine Two manifests from January 20, 2009, to January 20,2017, that include any Biden family member or associates (Eric Schwerin, Devon Archer, or Jeffrey Cooper); and ll documents and communications referring to or relating to any security incidents on Air Force Two or Marine Two from January 20, 2009, to January 20, 2017.”
Comer told Newsmax that it’s time for Democrats to have a “come to Jesus moment” about whether or not they can continue to stand with Biden as evidence continues to mount against the former vice president, especially his reportedly prolific use of pseudonyms when communicating with his son, Hunter.
“[C]an they defend this [sic] pseudonyms?” he asked on the show. “Can they defend the payments going to things of value for Joe Biden? That’s where the Democrats are going to have to have a come to Jesus moment and decide how much longer they could defend the indefensible with respect to Joe Biden.
“It happened while he was vice president of the United States,” Comer concluded. “And what we’re concerned is we have no doubt [he] is probably the most corrupt vice president in the history of America.”
The news release appears in its entirety below.
WASHINGTON — House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and Representative Byron Donalds (R-Fla.) today are calling on the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) to provide documents, communications, and manifests related to then-Vice President Biden’s misuse of Air Force Two and Marine Two.
“Then-Vice President Joe Biden abused Air Force Two by allowing his son to jet set around the world to sell ‘The Brand’ to enrich the Biden family. This is yet another example of then-Vice President Biden abusing his public office for his family’s financial gain. There must be accountability for this abuse of taxpayer-funded resources. We fully expect the National Archives to provide this information to the Oversight Committee so that we can provide the transparency that Americans demand and deserve,” said Chairman Comer.

Recent reporting indicates Hunter Biden traveled to at least 15 countries with then-Vice President Biden. The Oversight Committee has also learned that then-Vice President Biden met with at least one of Hunter Biden’s associates in Beijing while visiting on official business. NARA is the custodian agency of vice-presidential records, and the Oversight Committee seeks information regarding the use of Air Force Two by then-Vice President Biden’s family during the Obama-Biden Administration.
“The walls are closing in on the Biden Family due to consistent and diligent efforts by House Republicans who’ve followed the money, conducted meticulous interviews and hearings, and uncovered undeniable corruption. I am proud to partner with Chairman Comer on this latest undertaking to expose then Vice President Biden’s gross misuse of Air Force Two and Marine Two to benefit his family’s enterprise. The American people deserve to know how much their former Vice President and current President abused his power to shake down foreign governments and enrich his family to the tune of millions of dollars,” Congressman Donalds [said].

America First Legal Obtains Over 1,000 Emails Between VP Biden and Rosemont Seneca: Mockingbird Media Collusion, Favors for Friends, and More
By Brian Lupo Aug. 30, 2023 7:40 pm It seems more and more evident that Joe Biden flat out lied to the American people on the 2020 debate stage, among other times, when he said he had no association with his son’s business. The Gateway Pundit has previously reported on emails from Hunter’s laptop revealed by Jon Herold of Badlands Media that outlined negotiations between Hunter Biden’s firm, Rosemont Seneca, former Clinton aide Sally Painter’s Blue Star Strategies, and Burisma’s Vadym Pozharskyi in which Pozharskyi expressed his “final goals” for their agreement: “…to formulate a list of deliverables, including, but not limited to: a concrete course of actions, incl. meetings/communications resulting in high-ranking US officials in Ukraine (US Ambassador) and in US publicly or in private communication/comment expressing their “positive opinion” and supportof Nikolay/Burisma to the highest level of decision makers here in Ukraine.“ That email thread also disclosed that Pozharskyi would wire a $60,000 retainer “today” and asked “BS”, likely Blue Star, to countersign their agreement. Just a few weeks later, Joe Biden flew to Ukraine for the infamous “son-of-a-bitch was fired” meeting with then Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. This is, of course, a drop in the bucket of evidence that has come to light suggesting that both Joe and Hunter Biden are acting as foreign agents with their deals between Ukrainian companies, Russian oligarchs and politicians, and the Chinese Communist Party, among others. And now there’s more… Today, America First Legal (AFL) disclosed in a press release that they have obtained “over 1,000 emails between Rosemont Seneca and the Office of the Vice (OVP) President” from the National Archives via a lawsuit. AFL started the thread on X by saying “the sheer volume of emails exchanged between Hunter and his associates at Rosemont Seneca and the Office of the Vice President is telling in itself.” The White House asserted executive privilege to withhold 200 emails because “release would disclose confidential advice between the President and his advisors, or between such advisors.” So the American people cannot know what is in those emails but a private business that has no direct role in the U.S. government is acceptable as a party to these emails? If the emails below are what they could release, we are all dying to know what they can’t! /1BREAKING — We obtained new docs from our lawsuit against the National Archives revealing over 1,000 emails between Rosemont Seneca and the Office of Vice President.
See how Hunter’s private business dealings commingled with the official business of the Obama White House.
— America First Legal (@america1stlegal) August 30, 2023
Party Like a Rock-Star Among the emails involving the name “Rosemont Seneca” was a 2011 guest list for the China State Luncheon where Devon Archer of Rosemont Seneca was in attendance. He was sent a letter by Vice President Biden the next day stating, “I apologize for not getting a chance to talk to you at the luncheon yesterday. I was having trouble getting away from hosting President Hu.” The typed letter included a hand-written post script saying “Happy you guys are together”, likely referring to Archer and Hunter Biden. An article from the Free Beacon in May 2023 revealed that Eric Schwerin of Rosemont Seneca “initiated contact with the vice president’s top aides to get an associate into the 2010 State Department lunch with senior Chinese Communist Party officials.” Other emails obtained by AFL from the lawsuit included “White House events that Hunter Biden attended or requested tickets for guests including the 2011 White House Easter Egg Roll and the June 7, 2011 State Arrival Ceremony for the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Dr. Angela Merkel” and guest lists from the 2009-2011 St. Patrick’s Day White House reception and United Kingdom State Dinner and State visit in March 2012. There were also requests from Hunter for Vice President Biden’s signature on photographs. A Favor for a ‘Guy From Apple’ One of the emails in the documents obtained by AFL revealed that lobbyist Doug Davenport reached out to Rosemont Seneca’s Eric Schwerin for “last-minute tickets for a Christmas White House tour for his ‘guy from Apple.'” Schwerin wrote back to Davenport “yes, you do need it for the public tour if they are going to the front of the line – which is the only way we can get it done.” Rosemont Seneca reached out directly to the OVP to ask for the last-minute “big favor for Hunter” to get their associates into the Christmas White House tour. On another occasion, the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Third Point, a hedge fund founded by Dan Loeb, a Democrat billionaire that Hunter and associates were invested in, reached out for a favor: “my daughter and mother are going to DC on Aug 10-14th. Is there any chance they can see the White House while they are there?” According to AFL, emails on Hunter’s laptop reveal that he was helping Third Point “raise billions of dollars from China’s sovereign wealth fund, CIC.” Mockingbird Media Collusion In one email exchange between Schwerin and Kate Bedingfield from the OVP about a “negative story on Hunter or Joe Biden” from Bloomberg reporter Margaret Talev, Schwerin writes: “I would just urge her (as I know you are doing) that there is no new news there. And even if she uses it – she should avoid getting into past stories (Navy, etc) that have nothing to do with this.” To which Bedingfield responds: “Absolutely — we have had two conversations about it — she will only use if her editors hold a gun to hear [sic] head. She absolutely will not do the second thing.” A Wall Street Journal reporter asked the White House if a story about Hunter Biden being on the board of Burisma was counter to Joe Biden’s anti-corruption message: In response, Schwerin provided the White House with quotes from both Hunter and another member of the Burisma board, former Polish President Kwasniewski. At one point in the ménage trois between Eric Schwerin of Rosemont Seneca, Kate Bedingfield of the OVP and Bloomberg reporter Margaret Talev, Talev assured her “she’s doing everything she can to not use [the interview]”. Bedingfield, in an email to Hunter’s business partner, then said “I will have a transcript soon but my quick notes on his answer are: No one has any doubt about my record on corruption, I don’t talk to my son about his business and my children don’t talk to me about mine..” I guess Eric Schwerin of Rosemont Seneca talking to Kate Bedingfield of the Office of the Vice President discussing potentially damaging stories that they’re trying to squash isn’t “technically” Joe Biden talking to Hunter Biden about business. link

Biden Used Pseudonym to Discuss White House Hire with Hunter, Emails Show
Frank Bergman September 1, 2023 - 8:16 pm While serving as Obama’s vice president, Joe Biden used a pseudonym to discuss a future White House hire with his son, Hunter, emails have revealed. According to 2014 emails from Hunter’s laptop, then-Vice President Biden discussed official White House business with his son and apparently tried to hide the fact. On June 23, 2014, Hunter emailed “Robin Ware” from his company email at Rosemont Seneca Partners. According to the email conversation, Hunter Biden appeared to have a say in the White House’s taxpayer-funded hiring practices. “Before you fill position pls talk to me—– J. McGrail very much wants to serve as detail fr treasury,” Hunter wrote. A response just minutes later from the email account robinware456@gmail.com reads: “Re Johnny call me right away Dad.” According to House Republicans investigating the family’s influence-peddling, “Robin Ware” is one of several pseudonyms Biden used during his vice presidency to discuss government matters with his son. John McGrail was serving as senior counsel at the U.S. Treasury at the time of the emails. According to his LinkedIn profile, McGrail joined the White House as Biden’s deputy counsel two months later. Today, McGrail is back at Treasury as a counselor to the undersecretary for domestic finance. The revelations in the email come after the news broke this week that the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) had sued the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), demanding all Biden vice presidential records and communications related to three email accounts: robinware456@gmail.com, JRBWare@gmail.com and Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov. The SLF said it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in June 2022 for the records but has not seen a single document. NARA appeared to confirm the existence of more than 5,000 potentially responsive documents to the foundation’s FOIA request in a June 2022 email that was revealed as part of the lawsuit. “We have performed a search of our collection for Vice Presidential records related to your request and have identified approximately 5,138 email messages, 25 electronic files, and 200 pages of potentially responsive records that must be processed in order to respond to your request,” reads the email on June 24, 2022. “Please keep in mind that these totals are an estimate and that all material processed may not be applicable to your specific topic,” it continued. “The staff of the Archival Operations Division is currently processing and reviewing FOIA requests that precede your request. “To treat everyone equitably, we have placed your request in our Complex queue by the date it was received in our office.” House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer also sent a letter to NARA this month to request unredacted email communications between Biden and his son related to Ukraine, Burisma, and all documents related to the pseudonyms. “Joe Biden has stated there was ‘an absolute wall’ between his family’s foreign business schemes and his duties as vice president, but evidence reveals that access was wide open for his family’s influence peddling,” Comer said. “We already have evidence of then-Vice President Biden speaking, dining, and having coffee with his son’s foreign business associates,” he said. “We also know that Hunter Biden and his associates were informed of then-Vice President Biden’s official government duties in countries where they had a financial interest. “The National Archives must provide these unredacted records to further our investigation into the Biden family’s corruption.” link

Special Counsel Deals Blow To Biden Crime Family, Will Seek Indictment Of Hunter By End Of Month
David Hawkins September 6, 2023 - 4:20 pm David Weiss, the special counsel appointed to oversee the federal investigation into Hunter Biden will seek a grand jury indictment of the president’s son before the end of September his office said today in a new filing. “The Speedy Trial Act requires that the Government obtain the return of an indictment by a grand jury by Friday, September 29, 2023, at the earliest. The Government intends to seek the return of an indictment in this case before that date,” prosecutors wrote in the filing. Hunter had a sweetheart deal but it imploded when the judge thought it too generous and questioned it in open court. As Hunter already admitted his guilt when he agreed to the plea he has only one defense left, to try to drag his dad into and cause a constitutional crisis. Hunter Biden’s lawyer told prosecutors that if Hunter Biden is charged Hunter would trigger a “Constitutional crisis” and put President Joe Biden on the witness stand according to a shocking new report from Politico. On Feb. 21, 2023, Clark’s team reached out to multiple officials at Main Justice, who passed his request from one person to the next. link

House Oversight Committee Hits DHS Secretary Mayorkas, 5 Others with Subpoenas Over 'Biden Family Coverup'
By Froilan Bersamina September 6, 2023 at 1:12pm House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has issued subpoenas to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and several officials from the Department of Homeland Security and the Secret Service. The subpoenas are part of an investigation into allegations that the Secret Service tipped off the Biden transition team about a planned interview of Hunter Biden in connection with a tax probe in 2020, Fox News reported. In total, six subpoenas were sent out, including one to Mayorkas for documents and five for depositions. Two of these depositions were directed toward Secret Service officials, and the remaining three were aimed at DHS officials, according to the report. The Oversight Committee accused the Department of Justice of initiating a cover-up related to the Biden family and suggested that DHS, under Mayorkas’ leadership, is complicit in this cover-up. “The Department of Justice initiated the Biden family coverup, and now DHS, under the leadership of Secretary Mayorkas, is complicit in it,” the committee said in the post. “IRS whistleblowers provided testimony regarding alleged misconduct during the Hunter Biden criminal investigation, including FBI HQ tipping off Secret Service HQ and the Biden transition team about the planned Hunter Biden interview.” These allegations stem from IRS whistleblowers who provided testimony regarding misconduct during the Hunter Biden criminal investigation, specifically concerning the one involving the Federal Bureau of Investigation and its potential bias. “The Department of Homeland Security is obstructing our investigation by muzzling the Secret Service from providing a response to Congress,” Comer asserted in a news release. “The American people deserve transparency, not obstruction.” Comer’s subpoenas also targeted specific individuals. These include K. Shiek Pal, the director of oversight for DHS’ Office of Legislative Affairs; Zephranie Buetow, assistant secretary to OLA; Stephen Jonas, DHS senior adviser to the general counsel; Vincent Tutoni, assistant director of the Secret Services’ Intergovernmental and Legislative Affairs office; and David McKeown, the acting special agent in charge of the congressional affairs program for the Secret Service. A DHS official responded to these allegations, denying that the agency had obstructed the committee’s investigation and saying that they were working to respond to the committee’s inquiries before the subpoenas were issued, according to Fox News. In a letter addressed to Mayorkas, Comer said, “This is only one example of a systemic problem throughout the investigation that allowed Hunter Biden to avoid accountability and answering difficult questions about the source of his income, the legality of his actions, and the people who worked with and benefitted from his worldwide efforts to peddle access to his father.” Related: McCarthy's Time as Speaker May Be Coming to an End: Report Comer emphasized that the Oversight Committee, along with the Judiciary and Ways and Means Committees, is seeking interviews with key witnesses, including Secret Service employees. The subpoenas follow whistleblower testimonies earlier this year, which alleged that political considerations influenced prosecutorial decisions in the Hunter Biden investigation. Multiple whistleblowers, according to Comer, testified that the Secret Service had been tipped off in December 2020 about the planned interview of Hunter Biden, resulting in the Biden transition team being notified and the interview not taking place. In June, the Oversight Committee, along with other committees, requested interviews with relevant agency employees. However, there was “uncharacteristic delay and opacity” in the Secret Service’s response, Comer said in the letter to Mayorkas. Comer accused the DHS Office of Legislative Affairs of instructing the Secret Service to “withhold” their response, which he considered obstruction of a congressional investigation. Comer detailed the ongoing communication between the committee and the Secret Service, highlighting that responsive documents and testimony were not provided as requested. He raised concerns about discrepancies in the Secret Service’s responses and called for further information regarding the efforts of DHS to block a response from the Secret Service. “DHS OLA’s decision to instruct the Secret Service not to provide this response appears to constitute obstruction of a Congressional investigation, and the attached subpoenas require the immediate and full cooperation of DHS,” Comer wrote in his letter. The DHS official countered Comer’s claims, saying the agency had followed standard procedures for responding to congressional inquiries, while ensuring the protection of law enforcement sensitivities, ongoing investigations, privacy, privilege issues and response consistency, Fox News reported. The official emphasized that these procedures had been used across multiple Congresses and were necessary for accurate and uniform responses. “These reviews are a normal and necessary step in the process to ensure protection of law enforcement sensitivities, matters relating to ongoing investigations, privacy and privilege issues, consistency in our responses, and more,” the official said. The Secret Service, for its part, responded to the committee, saying that it could not identify any current employees with “first-hand knowledge” of the reported advance notice regarding the attempted contact with Biden in December 2020, The Hill reported. The House Oversight Committee’s social media post indicated they plan to continue their probe, despite the roadblocks. “We will continue to fight for transparency and accountability on behalf of the American people,” they wrote. link

Hunter Biden Attended Lavish State Dinners on Taxpayers’ Dime amid Federal Investigation
Frank Bergman September 6, 2023 - 9:39 am Democrat President Joe Biden’s scandal-ridden son Hunter attended several state dinners on the taxpayers’ dime, including during the time he was under federal investigation for shady business practices. During the Obama and Biden administrations, Hunter Biden has attended at least six U.S. state dinners. Hunter Biden attended four taxpayer-funded state dinners during the Obama administration while he was chairman of his now-defunct investment firm. He has also attended two during the Biden administration while being federally investigated over his business dealings with the firm. Meanwhile, President Biden has shown no signs of trying to distance himself from his embattled son. In recent months, the president has appeared alongside Hunter Biden during multiple public events, despite his son’s many legal troubles. Those public events include President Biden’s official state trip to Ireland in April. The president took his son Hunter and his sister Valerie Biden Owens along for the taxpayer-funded trip. On June 22, the first son was seen rubbing shoulders with Washington D.C.’s elite during the state dinner for Indian Prime Minister Modi at the White House. The event for Modi was held just two days after it was announced that Hunter and federal prosecutors had struck a cushy plea deal, which has since fallen apart. The lavish affair came more than six months after Hunter attended his dad’s first state dinner at the White House for French President Emmanuel Macron on December 1, 2022. At the time of the dinners, Hunter was at the center of a years-long federal investigation. The probe into Hunter’s shady business dealings and tax affairs continues today. Hunter attended at least four state dinners during the Obama administration when his father was vice president and he was the founder and chairman of Rosemont Seneca Partners. Hunter attended Obama’s first state dinner on November 24, 2009, for Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The event was five months after he co-founded his firm with Devon Archer and Chris Heinz. Chris Heinz is the stepson of Biden’s “climate czar” John Kerry and an heir to the billionaire fortune of the family food company Heinz. Archer, Hunter’s longtime friend and business partner, recently testified against the Bidens before the House Oversight Committee. On March 14, 2012, Hunter later attended a state dinner for then-British Prime Minister David Cameron. Roughly two years later, Hunter attended a state dinner for French President François Hollande on February 11, 2014. More than two years later on October 18, 2016, Hunter attended Obama’s final state dinner for Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi. During that dinner, Hunter was listed as representing his firm. “Mr. Hunter Biden, Chairman, Rosemont Seneca Advisors,” the official guest list states. Hunter was also invited to multiple State Department luncheons during his father’s vice presidency. Those luncheons included three for China. Hunter Biden and his family have pursued multiple business deals in China, previous reporting has shown. Obama held a state dinner for Mexican President Felipe Calderón on May 19, 2010. During the dinner, Hunter’s Mexican business associate, Carlos Slim, was in attendance. In 2021, the New York Post reported that Hunter and Slim were both invited to a State Department luncheon during Calderon’s visit. The event was hosted by Joe Biden and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The next year, Obama held a state dinner for Chinese President Hu Jintao on January 19, 2011. Hunter and Archer also attended a State Department luncheon earlier on the same day that VP Biden held for Hu. “You are seated at the same table as a guy who looks like he is the #3 at the Embassy,” Schwerin wrote Hunter in an email just before the luncheon on January 19, 2011. “He’d be the guy to ask for Guardian. “Looks like you, Devon, and Paul are all at the same table. “Also Ron Klain and Markell at your table. “All subject to change, per Carlos. “Also, Ann Curry from Today, SB Woo, and John Cooney.” Hunter also used the same event as a networking opportunity to help one of his firm’s clients secure an event at the Chinese Embassy in Washington, D.C. One day after the luncheon for Hu, then-Vice President Biden sent a letter to Archer to thank him for attending the event. “I apologize for not getting a chance to talk to you at the luncheon yesterday,” Biden wrote to Archer on January 20, 2011, according to the letter. “I was having trouble getting away from hosting President Hu. “I hope I get a chance to see you again soon with Hunter. “I hope you enjoyed the lunch. Thanks for coming.” “Happy you guys are together,” Biden included in a handwritten note. Hunter was later invited to at least three more state luncheons during his dad’s vice presidency. Two were for China and one for India. link

“There’s Already Enough Evidence to Point to Joe Being the Ringleader – This Is Very Organized Criminal Activity” – Oversight Chair James Comer on Lou Dobbs Podcast Names Joe Biden as Biden Crime Family Leader (AUDIO)
By Jim Hoft Sep. 7, 2023 2:20 pm Oversight Chairman James Comer, for the first time told Lou Dobbs on Thursday that he believes Joe Biden himself is the ‘ringleader’ of the crime family. Comer is also looking at RICO charges against the Biden Crime family – real RICO charges not the fake ones like the charges Fani Willis threw at President Trump. Oversight Chairman James Comer: This is an investigation of Joe Biden and it’s getting closer and closer to Joe every day. I mean, I could make the argument that there’s already enough evidence to point to Joe being the ringleader of this, not just knowing, not just lying about it, but being the ring leader, Lou. And when I said RICO – you look, this is organized. You don’t create 20 shell companies. You don’t have this mile array of transfers between shells that the banks quickly identified as money laundering. You don’t have an associate, someone that you were in business with to be part of the first wire transfer if you weren’t organized. And the way they used the pseudonyms they did to disguise that Joe Biden was in on the communications. The coordination between the Biden shady business schemes and the government, everything was organized. This is very organized criminal activity. Here is James Comer’s interview with The Great Lou Dobbs from earlier today. (At link)

Actor Jon Voight exposes Biden’s corrupt mob of an administration as having already plunged America into “a war against all of us”

"The administration is a corrupt mob. This is a horror," Voight said in a video he shared on his X, formerly Twitter, account. "What are we to do…. This is now a war, a war against all of us. The Biden administration is a corrupt mob and the [former President Barack] Obama administration fuels the cycle." He further alerted that the current administration's corrupt behavior against Trump "is the most disgusting scheme" to try and keep the former president down. According to him, the system the liberals are operating allows criminals to steal from department stores, and all the government says is to watch and not do anything. "[They say] it is ok to sit and allow these monsters to destroy hard-working designers and retailers, my God," he exasperatedly said on the video. "My fellow Americans this is a civil war, and this is the time we must stand for truths. If we don't see this, you, your children, your grandchildren, sisters, and brothers will all pay the price for this default. He advised the people not to beg and steal, but to allow God's truths to be upon the people, adding, "Let us not hide our pride but allow God's greatest truths to show the way. We must stand up for truths we lost, stand up for the gift that was given to all, the freedom that the American dream stood for. If we allow deceit against President Trump and allow this lie to win, we will all regret this." The National Medal of Arts awardee also said that his only wish is for the public to find the truth that Trump is a man who wants to save America and dreams of the country's freedom. He urged for people not to allow the manipulation of big government to destroy "this land, our purpose, our love our light." The "National Treasure" and "Transformers" star also reminded us that "we are a nation that has been free and now our freedom is being taken away with lies and greed. Stand up now for the only truths that can save us." The August 29 post of the prominent artist got reposted 13,600 plus times and liked by almost 40,000 X users. Lots of them also commented on the said tweet, with one user posting a photo of Obama hiding inside Biden's mask face. It simply implied that the latter's government was actually a "puppet" administration and that the former president was the one who was actually running the country. It was captioned: "If this surprises you, then, you haven't been paying attention." Another one replied to the thread: "This is a 1776 moment. If we let it pass by, we may never get America back." Most of the other comments showed appreciation and support for Voight's message. Other users are also encouraging the people to stand up against the corruption and deep state to start "fixing" the "land of the free." Trump gets charged for multiple cases also committed by Democrats The actor's sentiment is founded on the reports and analysis of the recent course of events. Democrats have long made their highest priority to prevent Trump from being reinstalled as president. During the 2020 election, there were significant undue influences on the election that probably gave the White House to Joe Biden. In a seemingly well-planned move to take down Trump in time for the upcoming presidential polls, ex-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi orchestrated two failed impeach-and-remove campaigns against the former POTUS, and after he left office, Democrat prosecutors have assembled multiple cases against him. They include business counts that would be misdemeanors except prosecutors say they somehow became felonies and claims about his possession of documents from his presidency. Meanwhile, both Former Vice President Mike Pence and Biden were also confirmed to have retained similar classified documents. But no charges have been filed against them. In other cases, Trump made statements that offended leftists during the January 6 events in Washington, and that he tried to question the election results in Georgia. Both of those cases focus on what many consider his First Amendment-protected speech. The Georgia case claims that it was illegal for Trump and his supporters to make telephone calls and hold meetings regarding the possible failings of the election, despite the fact that many Democrats have also challenged election results including Georgia's own Stacy Abrams. link

Matt Gaetz Accuses WH Of “Directly Trying To Threaten Media Outlets From Covering Joe Biden’s Corruption”
David Hawkins September 14, 2023 - 2:50 pm Matt Gaetz dropped a bombshell on Eric Bolling’s show accusing Joe Biden’s White House of trying to threaten the media into not covering the Biden family corruption scandal. Matt said: “The White House is directly trying to threaten media outlets from covering Joe Biden’s corruption. They want no mention of the bank records, travel logs, devices, communications, bribes, and more that builds this massive case for impeachment.” Matt was talking about a memo, titled “It’s Time For The Media To Do More To Scrutinize House Republicans’ Demonstrably False Claims That They’re Basing Impeachment Stunt On,” sent by White House spokesperson Ian Sams to media outlets. The memo says in part: “It’s time for the media to ramp up its scrutiny of House Republicans for opening an impeachment inquiry based on lies. When even House Republican members are admitting that there is simply no evidence that Joe Biden did anything wrong, much less impeachable, that should set off alarm bells for news organizations. “For years, Republicans in Congress have tried to muddy the waters by attracting media coverage of their allegations, and as they choose to move forward with impeachment, it is the responsibility of the independent press to treat their claims with the appropriate scrutiny. “Covering impeachment as a process story – Republicans say X, but the White House says Y – is a disservice to the American public who relies on the independent press to hold those in power accountable. “And in the modern media environment, where every day liars and hucksters peddle disinformation and lies everywhere from Facebook to Fox, process stories that fail to unpack the illegitimacy of the claims on which House Republicans are basing all their actions only serve to generate confusion, put false premises in people’s feeds, and obscure the truth. “House Republican leaders should be held accountable for the fact that they are lurching toward impeachment over allegations that are not only unfounded but, in virtually all cases, have been actively disproven – including by witnesses and documents in their own investigations, as well as years-old congressional probes and even the former President’s first impeachment inquiry. “As you begin to cover the House GOP’s impeachment push more intensely, enclosed you will find a 14-page appendix that comprehensively addresses the 7 key lies House Republicans are suggesting they are basing an impeachment on. “We hope this document helps provide you with factual information useful in your reporting on their unprecedented, unfounded claims underlying an impeachment inquiry without any evidence of wrongdoing,” the letter says. link

GOP Reps Release 22 Examples of Biden's 'Influence Peddling' After Dems Claim There's No Evidence
By Froilan Bersamina September 15, 2023 at 6:13am House Republicans on Wednesday presented a dossier of 22 instances they argue demonstrate President Joe Biden’s involvement in his family’s alleged “influence peddling schemes.” The move came in direct response to claims from Democrats and their allies in the liberal media that there is no evidence supporting the impeachment of Biden. On Tuesday, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced the impeachment inquiry into the president, saying investigators had found a “culture of corruption” surrounding Biden and his family related to son Hunter Biden’s business dealings. Coverage of the move by left-wing outlets suggested GOP lawmakers had no basis for the action. The Associated Press, for example, declared in a social media post that House Republicans claimed “without evidence” that Biden and his son had engaged in influence peddling. On Wednesday, the House Oversight Committee issued a news release showing otherwise. “There is mounting evidence that Joe Biden was involved in his family’s influence peddling schemes, including while he served as Vice President,” the panel said. “However, Democrats and their corporate media allies continue to ignore this overwhelming evidence as they seek to distract the American people from the Biden family’s corruption. Below are over 20 examples of Joe Biden’s involvement.” One of the examples in the memo is the testimony of former Hunter Biden business associate Devon Archer, who detailed at least 20 instances during Joe Biden’s vice presidency when he conversed with his son’s foreign business associates, raising questions about the nature and purpose of these interactions. Archer directly implicated the president as “The Brand,” citing his role in transmitting “signals of power, access, and influence” that enriched the Biden family from foreign players, the release said. In February 2014, Joe Biden was reported to have dined with oligarchs from Russia and Kazakhstan who were connected to substantial financial transactions involving Hunter Biden and his associates, according to the memo. This suggests a direct link between Biden’s official duties and his family’s business interests. Another example occurred in April 2015 when he dined with his son’s foreign business associates, including Vadym Pozharsky, an executive at Ukrainian company Burisma, which was under investigation for corruption at the time. “Then-Vice President Biden had coffee with Hunter Biden’s Chinese business associate, Jonathan Li of BHR, in Beijing and wrote a college letter of recommendation for his daughter,” the release said. These revelations contradict Joe Biden’s repeated denials of ever speaking with Hunter Biden about his business interests, as reported by the New York Post. The committee’s release highlighted a gathering at the official residence of the vice president in 2015. This gathering, attended by Hunter Biden, Archer and other business associates, raised questions about the influence they aimed to wield in filling a United Nations position, further revealing their connections within government circles. It also revealed that Joe Biden used the pseudonym “Robert L. Peters” and was aware of a call with the president of Ukraine in 2016 that included Hunter, who was a member of the board of Burisma. One notable incident cited in the release occurred on Dec. 4, 2015, when Biden business associate Eric Schwerin corresponded with Kate Bedingfield in the Office of the Vice President. They discussed media responses concerning Hunter Biden’s role in Burisma, with Bedingfield noting that the “VP signed off on this.” The release also included an email from May 2017 in which James Gilliar, a Biden family associate, outlined how profits from a deal with CEFC, a Chinese Communist Party-linked energy company, would be divided, with Joe Biden allegedly set to receive 10 percent. Furthermore, it highlighted a pattern of concealment, with Gilliar advising another Biden associate, Tony Bobulinksi, not to mention Joe Biden’s involvement except when in person. A Sept. 21, 2017, email from Hunter identified Joe Biden “as his business partner and provided Joe Biden’s personal cell phone” number for verification, indicating a level of collaboration, according to the release. Other emails suggest Hunter Biden’s attempts to leverage his father’s position for personal gain, including a 2017 message in which he demanded money from Chinese business associates while claiming Joe Biden was nearby. According to the committee, his threat read: “if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you….I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direct.” The release also raised questions about Hunter’s dealings with Chinese investors, with one email from September 2011 emphasizing that his value to them was tied to his “last name.” Other pieces of evidence the House GOP listed in the release include: Hunter’s statement in 2017 suggested the Bidens’ effectiveness in fulfilling Chinese Chairman Ye Jianming‘s desires and CEFC China’s vision. Rob Walker’s FBI interview in 2020 indicated Joe Biden’s attendance at a CEFC meeting. Joe Biden’s decision to have Hunter accompany him on Air Force Two during international trips that potentially benefited the Biden family. More than 80 visits by Hunter’s associates to the White House during Joe Biden’s vice presidency. Joe Biden’s meeting with Hunter’s Mexican business associates at the White House in 2014. Hunter’s video call with his father and Mexican partners in 2015, followed by a visit to the vice president’s residence. Hunter and an associate’s travel to Mexico on Air Force Two for business in 2016. The FBI’s 2020 FD-1023 form containing allegations of Joe Biden’s involvement in an extortion scheme. Hunter’s 2019 text suggesting different financial expectations within the family compared with his father. Rep. James Comer of Kentucky, chairman of the Oversight Committee, said in a statement Thursday that the panel “is working to follow the facts and hold President Biden accountable.” “I want to go back to where we were in January when we started this investigation,” Comer said. “This was the narrative: the President’s son’s laptop was Russian disinformation; Hunter Biden was a legitimate business guy, just like Jared Kushner; No Biden ever took money from China — that’s what Joe Biden said; No money ever changed hands while Joe Biden was Vice President; Joe knew nothing about his son’s dealings; And Joe never met with or spoke with any of the foreign nationals who had wired the family money,” the congressman said. “All of those things have been proven wrong because of the Republican majority and our investigation,” he said. link

Joe Biden Met with Foreign Bank Official & Hunter’s Business Partner, Testimony Alleges
David Lindfield September 17, 2023 - 9:13 am Democrat President Joe Biden held a meeting in 2015 with a foreign bank official and his son Hunter’s business partner to discuss expanding deals in Kazakhstan, a key testimony has alleged. Then-Vice President Biden allegedly discussed expanding his family’s overseas influence-peddling business deals during an in-person meeting at his Washington, D.C., mansion in 2015. Also in the meeting was Hunter Biden, former Burisma board member Devon Archer, and a Kazakhstan banker Archer testified behind closed doors in front of the House Oversight Committee in July and blew the whistle on the Bidens’ influence-peddling schemes. During his testimony, Archer claimed Biden was on speakerphone with his son during more than 20 calls relating to foreign business deals dating back to 2014. According to Archer, Hunter’s longtime business partner, the family was selling then-VP Biden’s access to Obama’s White House to the highest foreign bidder. But in the 2015 meeting, Archer said he met with the Bidens for an exclusive breakfast meeting at the vice presidential residence at the U.S. Naval Observatory with Marc Holtzman, chairman of Kazakhstan’s largest bank, Kazkommertsbank. The discussion revolved around Holtzman lobbying then-Vice President Biden to use his influence to help then-Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov. Massimov is currently serving 18 years in a Kazakhstan jail after authorities convicted him of high treason and other crimes. Holtzman wanted Joe Biden to help Massimov become Secretary-General of the United Nations, according to Archer. “It was about who was going to be the next U.N. Secretary-General … Marc Holtzman was lobbying for Karim Massimov,” Archer said during his testimony. “But it was, obviously, that didn’t happen.” Archer added that the meeting also occurred to further Burisma’s energy deal in Ukraine. “The other reasons for Massimov were Burisma Eurasia, because he was the Prime Minister, and Burisma was trying to expand its businesses, so I leveraged the relationship to introduce him to the company — the country and new equipment and technology and clean drilling,” Archer said. “So that was — that was probably some of the effort.” However, the deal was reportedly never made. Biden has repeatedly claimed he never spoke with his son about foreign business dealings. On Wednesday, House Republicans released a dossier of more than 20 examples of evidence alleging President Joe Biden’s past involvement with his family’s foreign business dealings, as Slay News reported. GOP lawmakers accused “Democrats and their corporate media allies” of ignoring the “mounting evidence.” The evidence uncovered so far by congressional investigators indicates that Biden and his family made millions of dollars from payments by overseas business interests. Bank records show money flowing into Biden family accounts from an energy company in Ukraine, a private equity firm in China, and consulting for a Romanian real-estate magnate. The investigation has also alleged Hunter pulled in an estimated $20 million through 20 shell companies and fake accounts while his father served as vice president. Archer told lawmakers that “Biden was used as ‘The Brand’ and to send ‘signals’ of power, access, and influence to enrich the Biden family from foreign sources,” the committee wrote in the news release. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) directed the House committees to open a formal impeachment inquiry into President Biden. The move came after months of House Republicans uncovering “serious and credible” allegations into President Biden’s conduct that he referred to as a “culture of corruption,” according to McCarthy. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), who is part of the House Oversight Committee leading the impeachment inquiry into President Biden, told Just the News on Wednesday that the alleged 2015 meeting in Washington, D.C., could prove Biden’s direct involvement in his son’s foreign business dealings. “That has full-blown access and participation by then-Vice President Joe Biden,” Greene said. “The American people need to know about all of this,” she added. “And that’s what our impeachment inquiry will produce — the evidence . . . “This is exactly why we are leading the impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden, because he has participated at the highest level in his son Hunter Biden’s business deals, and we’re going to show that to the country.” link

‘Devastating’ Video Emerges of Joe and Hunter Biden Discussing ‘Business’ with Potential Client
David Lindfield September 18, 2023 - 8:25 am Republicans on the House Oversight Committee have just published a video from 2005 that shows Joe and Hunter Biden discussing “business” with a potential in front of the camera. The news is a major blow to the Democrat president who has repeatedly claimed that he never spoke about business with his son. The video has emerged as congressional investigators continue to uncover more evidence against the Bidens. As Slay News reported earlier, the House GOP just released documents showing that Joe Biden held a meeting in 2015 with a foreign bank official and his son Hunter’s business partner to discuss expanding deals in Kazakhstan. A key testimony alleges that then-Vice President Biden allegedly discussed expanding his family’s overseas influence-peddling business deals during an in-person meeting at his Washington, D.C., mansion in 2015. Also in the meeting was Hunter Biden, former Burisma board member Devon Archer, and a Kazakhstan banker Now, the House Oversight has just dropped a new video that sinks Biden’s claims about his son’s business deals. The video shows Newsmax’s Greg Kelly commenting on a C-Span video from April 22, 2005. In the clip, Joe and Hunter Biden are in attendance at the Jefferson-Jackson Dinner thrown by the South Carolina Democratic Party. During such events, politicians would take their spouse as a guest. However, Joe Biden, the keynote speaker at the dinner, took along his son Hunter. Joe Biden is seen working the room and introduces Hunter to various people. In the footage, the Bidens are seen talking with two people who appear to be a husband and a wife. During the conversation, then-Senator Biden (D-DE) is heard saying: “Maybe we can work something out.” “Yeah, yeah, that is what we will do,” the woman responds. The man then adds: “Hunter was just telling me about his law firm in Washington, his law firm.” “Yeah,” Joe Biden acknowledges him. “Do you have a card by any chance?” the man queried Hunter. Hunter claims he gave all his cards away during the event. The man then offers to give Hunter his card. Then, in an almost choreographed maneuver, Hunter and the man step aside to talk business. Joe Biden, having made the critical connection for Hunter, continues to speak to the wife about pleasantries. “Watch the men step away separately to conduct business,” Kelly explained. “That’s how it worked!” “Circumstantial but devastating,” Kelly termed it. WATCH: It is unclear what came to interaction or who the potential clients are. However, the meeting and the business discussion couldn’t have happened without Joe Biden. The video shows the Bidens expertly working the room in a way that clearly wasn’t a one-off. As Kelly noted, you can see how it works seamlessly. link
