Corrupt DOJ Requests Court to Order Devon Archer’s Surrender for Imprisonment PRIOR to Testimony on Biden Crime Family (VIDEO)

In an unprecedented move, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued a letter to a federal judge in the Southern District of New York, suggesting that Devon Archer, a business associate of Hunter Biden, be ordered to surrender and begin his term of imprisonment.



This development comes amidst Archer’s ongoing appeal and just before his scheduled testimony about the criminal activities involving the Biden crime family.



The letter requests Judge Ronnie Abrams to set a date and time for Archer to report to a facility chosen by the Bureau of Prisons.



“In light of the foregoing, the Government respectfully requests that the defendant be ordered to surrender, at a date and time determined by the Court, to a facility designated by the Bureau of Prisons to commence his term of imprisonment,” the letter read.


“The Government has conferred with counsel for the defendant about this request and asked that counsel propose a date for the defendant’s surrender,” it added.



However, Archer’s counsel responded, “Mr. Archer believes it is premature to set a report date in light of his anticipated continuing appeal as well as the newly-discovered sentencing error that the government has now conceded. Counsel for Mr. Archer will put in a response to the Government’s request by Wednesday.”



Despite this opposition, the DOJ continues to push for Archer’s surrender date to be set, as stated in the letter, “The Government disagrees with counsel’s position that a report date should not be set, and respectfully requests permission to respond to any arguments made by the defendant.”



On Sunday, Rep. James Comer joined Maria Bartiromo on her program, Sunday Morning Futures, and expressed his concern over the timing and the implications of the DOJ’s actions.



Comer suggested that the move is an attempt to obstruct Archer’s upcoming testimony before the House Oversight Committee regarding Biden family crimes.



“I have in my hand a letter from the Department of Justice that was sent to the Southern District of New York on Saturday. By the way, Devin Archer is testifying on Monday, do you ever see do you usually see the DOJ send letters like this out on a Saturday?” Bartiromo asked.



“Never, never,” Comer replied. “This is the first time I’ve ever heard of the Department of Justice doing anything on a Saturday.”



Rep. Comer explained the DOJ’s motivation behind the letter, saying, “The Department of Justice is trying to nudge the judge to go ahead and sentence Devon Archer for something unrelated to what we’re going to be talking to him about tomorrow.”



The representative then criticized the DOJ’s move, linking it to an effort by the Biden legal team to impede their investigation. According to Rep. Comer, the Biden team has made numerous attempts to intimidate witnesses, to cooperate with the DOJ, and to interfere with the House Oversight Committee’s investigation. He believes these actions amount to a violation of the law, possibly even constituting obstruction of justice.



“It’s odd that it was issued on a Saturday, and it’s odd that it’s right before he’s scheduled to come in to have an opportunity to speak in front of the House Oversight Committee and tell the American people, the truth about what really went on with Burisma,” said Comer.



“I don’t know if this is a coincidence, Maria, or if this is another example of the weaponization of the Department of Justice. But I can tell you this, the lengths to which the Biden legal team has gone to try to intimidate our witnesses, to coordinate with the Department of Justice, and to certainly coordinate with the Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, to encourage people not to cooperate with our investigation, to encourage banks not to turn over bank records, to encourage Treasury not to let have access to those suspicious activity reports, It’s very troubling. I believe that this is another violation of the law. This is obstruction of justice,” Comer added.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Devon Archer lost on all issues brought in his appeal to the United States Court of Appeals Second Circuit on Wednesday.



Archer had previously been released while awaiting judgement regarding the securities fraud case he was convicted in with co-defendant John Galanis.


Last month, and again earlier this week, it was announced that he would be testifying in front of the House Oversight Committee. Many have predicted that he would testify about at least 24 instances of Joe Biden’s engagement with Hunter’s foreign business partners over the phone.



Archer’s year-long prison sentence was upheld, but it is not clear when he will turn himself in and whether or not he will still testify.



It was also reported that Archer is now ‘in hiding’ after receiving ‘threats’.”



Hunter’s Yale buddy and John Kerry’s former campaign manager Archer has been “forced to flee both his Long Island and Brooklyn homes, he told friends – but still plans to testify to the House Oversight Committee on Monday. “



“There were reports that he was canceling his appearance. They’re not true, he’s not canceling. But he has gotten threats, and he’s concerned about the threats,” the source told the Daily Mail, seeming to imply the Biden Crime Family is behind the threats: “His family has received threats. He doesn’t know who from. But you don’t have to be Dick Tracy to figure that out.”



A different source denied Archer was “in hiding” but confirmed he received threats. Archer’s wife Krista told the Daily Mail, “He’s not here. He’s not at our other home. He’s not in D.C.”, but wouldn’t reveal his location.

Devon Archer’s Legal Counsel Responds to DOJ Intimidation – Will Attend Monday’s Hearing as Planned

In response to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York’s weekend request for Devon Archer to report to prison and the DOJ’s intimidation, Archer’s legal counsel clarified speculations.



On Saturday, the Attorney’s Office asked trial Judge Ronnie Abrams to schedule a date for Archer’s reporting following a decision by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals to uphold his one-year sentence.



Archer was found guilty of two felony charges in his involvement in a scheme to defraud the Wakpamni Lake Community Corporation of the Oglala Sioux Tribe.

The Gateway Pundit reported earlier Sunday that the letter requested that the court set a date and time for Archer to report to a facility chosen by the Bureau of Prisons.



Assistant U.S. attorney Negar Tekeei revealed in a one-page letter that the prosecutors had previously asked Matthew Schwartz, Archer’s attorney, to propose a reporting date, given the Second Circuit ruling.



Schwartz, however, dismissed this as “premature,” indicating that Archer was contemplating additional appeals and had concerns about an “error” in the sentencing process. He has committed to responding to the U.S. attorney’s request by Wednesday.



Despite this opposition, the DOJ continues to push for Archer’s surrender date to be set, as stated in the letter, “The Government disagrees with counsel’s position that a report date should not be set, and respectfully requests permission to respond to any arguments made by the defendant.”

However, the court is not expected to make a decision before the scheduled meeting with the House Oversight Committee, and Matthew Schwartz has confirmed that Archer will proceed with his planned appearance on Monday.



Archer’s position, according to Schwartz, is that the timing of the DOJ’s request and his meeting with the Committee are unrelated.



In a strong statement, Schwartz put a lid on speculations surrounding the DOJ’s request.



“We are aware of speculation that the Department of Justice’s weekend request to have Mr. Archer report to prison is an attempt by the Biden administration to intimidate him in advance of his meeting with the House Oversight Committee on Monday,” Schwartz said in a statement.



“To be clear, Mr. Archer does not agree with that speculation. In any case, Mr. Archer will do what he has planned to do all along, which is to show up on Monday and to honestly answer the questions that are put to him by the Congressional investigators.

Trump Bashes ‘Mobsters’ in Biden ‘Crime Family,’ Praises Judge for Blocking Hunter Biden’s ‘Beyond Sweetheart’ Plea Deal

BEDMINSTER, New Jersey — Former President Donald Trump praised the Delaware judge who picked apart a plea deal that Trump said was “beyond sweetheart” for President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden last week, while also ripping Biden’s “crime family” as a bunch of “mobsters.”



Trump’s comments came in his latest exclusive on-camera interview with Breitbart News last Thursday evening, where the former president and leading GOP candidate for the presidency sat for nearly an hour and discussed many topics.



“They gave him a traffic ticket for which other people suffered greatly, many other people with the same kind of thing,” Trump said of the deal prosecutors tried to offer Hunter Biden. “I don’t think there’s ever been anything like this because there’s so many different elements but he was given a traffic ticket and the judge was—she is a brilliant woman and she was, I think, very indignant about it. I don’t think she was happy about it.”



Trump appointed Judge Maryellen Noreika—who was backed by both of Delaware’s Democrat U.S. Senators, Chris Coons and Tom Carper—in 2017. She was confirmed by the U.S. Senate by voice vote in 2018. Now she finds herself at the center of one of the biggest legal proceedings in U.S. history as she oversees federal charges against Hunter Biden on tax issues and firearm problems. Prosecutors had attempted to offer the president’s son a plea deal that Noreika picked apart during court proceedings last week, leading to Hunter Biden pleading not guilty in the end as the whole process has now been delayed.



During questioning from the judge, prosecutors from the Justice Department admitted that the deal they offered Hunter Biden was unprecedented. Asked about this, Trump told Breitbart News that the stunning admission from prosecutors proves the proposed deal—that for now has blown up—was “beyond sweetheart.”



“That speaks for itself that they actually admitted there’s never been a deal like this one before,” Trump said. “Yeah, I mean, sweetheart—it’s beyond sweetheart. Nobody even understood the deal. The judge was the one that really figured out the deal. They were not telling the judge. I think the prosecutors and the others, they may or may not have understood it together but they certainly seemed to have a different take on it. But the judge understood it better than they did. She wasn’t happy about it.”



Trump also reacted during the interview to the release by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) of an FBI document alleging both Joe and Hunter Biden received $5 million bribes when Joe Biden was Vice President back during now-former President Barack Obama’s administration.



“I think it’s terrible. There’s never been a time like this in our country,” Trump said when asked for his thoughts on the FBI document’s release. “They go around indicting me for nothing—for really—political interference or election interference is what they’re practicing, at a level nobody’s ever seen. This is a crime family. That was like mobsters, the way they spoke on the phone—the way he spoke on the phone about his father sitting there. And he was sitting there. Does anyone have a doubt about that? No, this is a thing that this country has never seen before—and nothing happens to them.”



Asked what he would do to the Bidens if he wins next year’s election—if he would order an investigation or appoint a special prosecutor or take some other kind of action—to level the scales, Trump said it is a “little early” to say but that something must be done. Trump also suggested the reason why the Biden administration has been favorable to Ukraine and to China is because the Bidens have raked in a “fortune” from those countries.



“I probably shouldn’t talk about that now. It’s a little early,” Trump said. “But you can’t allow this stuff to go on—this is terrible what’s happening and so bad for our country. Getting money from other countries—Ukraine, China, and many other countries. Then you wonder why are we putting up all the money in Ukraine? Why isn’t Europe putting up the money? The European Union is putting up just a tiny fraction of what we’re putting up and it affects them much more. Maybe, is this the reason why? Because they’re getting a fortune from Ukraine? They’re getting a fortune from China. Look at the money that they’re being paid by China—and this all being found out by the Republican Congress, the committees. This is peanuts compared to what they seem to be ready to find out.



“No, this is terrible that a thing like this could happen and yet they go after the Republican. Since the day I came down the escalator, they’ve been doing this stuff, whether it’s Russia, Russia, Russia, the Mueller witch hunt which turned out to be totally no collusion after two years. No, it’s a very sad thing. What they do and what they’re doing to our country is very, very sad. But it’s actually a crime family. I have such respect for the judge because she called it out. I mean, a lot of people, they always said it’s a rubber stamp, it’s a rubber stamp whoever gets it. She didn’t view it as a rubber stamp and I just have such respect for her.”

Devon Archer Testimony Shows That Joe Biden Lied About Hunter’s Foreign Business Calls

During a closed-door hearing on Monday, Hunter Biden’s former business partner Devon Archer reportedly confirmed to the House Oversight Committee that Joe Biden participated in over twenty calls with Hunter Biden and his foreign business partners — contradicting repeated denials from Joe Biden and the White House.



However, Rep. Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.), the only Democrat who participated in the hearing, insists it was all innocent. He claimed that Archer “indicated that Hunter spoke to his father every day, and approximately 20 times over the course of a 10-year relationship, Hunter may have put his father on the phone with any number of different people, and they never once spoke about any business dealings.”



Goldman, who served as lead counsel in the first Trump impeachment, also claimed (and bizarrely expects us to believe) that Joe Biden only exchanged “niceties” with Hunter’s business partners, and that Joe Biden was oblivious to the people he was talking to.



“There was no indication that he had any idea who was at dinner with them. It was just to say, ‘Hello I’m at dinner’ and there was nothing related to his business dealings.”



However, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) heard things much differently. She told The Daily Mail that Archer, who served on the board of Burisma with Hunter Biden, said, “the Bidens were in the actual business of influence peddling.”



“We have Devon Archer coming out and telling the truth that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden spoke over 20 times about his business deals — not about the weather, not about what was for lunch — about his business deals,” she said.



Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) revealed that Archer testified that Hunter was only on the Ukrainian energy firm board because of the Biden family “brand” and that Joe Biden added “value.”

Biggs said Archer testified that “Burisma would have gone out of business sooner if the Biden brand had not been invoked. People would be intimidated to really mess with Burisma because of the Biden family brand.”



Joe Biden has long denied having any involvement in Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings. “I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else, anything having to do with their businesses, period,” Biden claimed in 2019.



“I don’t discuss business with my son, and — because I don’t discuss things with my son or my family because I don’t want to have any knowledge of any — I don’t want to be accused of ‘well you talked with your son, or you talked with your whomever,’” Biden said another time.



However, the White House has shifted its rhetoric in recent weeks. Last month, the White House counsel’s office stopped denying Biden ever spoke business with his son, instead saying he “was not in business with his son.”



Last week, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre echoed that narrative.



“So, I’ve been, I’ve been asked this question a million times. The answer is not going to change. The answer remains the same. The president was never in business with his son. I just don’t have anything else to add.”

Devon Archer Testifies Joe Biden Was on Speakerphone for 20 Calls

Hunter Biden’s best friend in business, Devon Archer, told House investigators that Hunter Biden included then-Vice President Joe Biden on speakerphone over 20 times with business associates to sell “the brand.”



Archer testified that one of those calls included a dinner in China with Jonathan Li of Bohai Harvest RST (BHR). Hunter Biden and Archer held their interests in the company through a shell company called Rosemont Seneca Thornton.



Archer confirmed Joe Biden attended a business dinner with Hunter Biden and business associates at Café Milano in Washington, D.C., in 2014. Yelena Baturina, the billionaire ex-wife of Moscow’s longtime mayor, also attended the dinner.


Republican investigators revealed Baturina transferred $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton on February 14, 2014.



The Biden Administration’s sanctions list excludes Russian oligarch Baturina, as Breitbart News reported.



In 2014, Archer and Hunter Biden both joined the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company with legal challenges, as it was under investigation for wrongdoing. Burisma paid Hunter Biden $83,000 a month to sit on its board.



Archer also testified that in December 2015, the co-founder of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky, and Vadym Pozharski, an executive of Burisma, put pressure on Hunter Biden to get help from Washington, D.C., regarding the Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma for corruption.

Years later, in 2018, Joe Biden bragged about the firing of prosecutor Viktor Shokin during an official visit to Ukraine in 2015. During the visit, he met with former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in Kyiv about Ukraine’s corruption.



Archer said that Hunter Biden, along with Zlochevsky and Pozharski, “called D.C.” to speak about the legal situation. Biden, Zlochevsky, and Pozharski stepped away to take make the call.



“Devon Archer’s testimony today confirms Joe Biden lied to the American people when he said he had no knowledge about his son’s business dealings and was not involved,” House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) said in a statement.

NY Times Changes Tune as Evidence Mounts: It’s ‘Long Been Known’ That Biden ‘Interacted’ with Hunter’s ‘Business Partners’

The New York Times is now changing its tune as the narrative from the White House crumbles regarding Democrat President Joe Biden’s role in his family business.



The NY Times is now claiming that it “has long been known” that the president “interacted” with his son Hunter Biden’s “business partners.”



The gaslighting shift in position from the corporate media outlet comes after Hunter’s longtime friend and business partner Devon Archer gave an explosive whistleblowing testimony against the Bidens before Congress on Monday.



Archer was called to testify before the House Oversight Committee on the Biden family business.



He confirmed to congressional lawmakers that Joe Biden played a key role in the family’s business deals.



He said it was Joe Biden’s job to sell “the brand” – access to the White House – to foreign oligarchs.



Archer testified that he was involved in at least 20 meetings where Joe Biden spoke with business associates.



As the evidence now become irrefutable, the corporate media appears to be shifting its handling of the scandal.



In response to Archer’s testimony, the NYT tried to downplay the news by arguing that “It has long been known that the elder Mr. Biden at times interacted with his son’s business partners.”



The claim led to widespread mockery and allegations that the left-wing newspaper is “gaslighting” its readers.



“I’m guessing most NYT readers did not know this,” Washington Free Beacon investigative reporter Chuck Ross said in a Twitter post alongside a screenshot of the passage.

New York Post columnist Miranda Devine replied, “This takes the cake!


“Something Joe Biden denied for three years and the NYT defended him on.



“Now it’s old news. You have to laugh.”

Archer told the House Oversight Committee that Hunter Biden put his father — then the vice president — on speaker phone roughly 20 times during meetings with business associates to sell the “brand” and the “illusion of access.”



For years, Joe Biden claimed to have never spoken to Hunter about his business dealings.



However, the White House has also recently changed its story on the Biden family business, as Slay News reported.



The White House has changed its language, now claiming the elder Biden was “never in business” with his son.



It seems to be a major U-turn that The New York Times is now claiming that it has “long been known” that the elder Biden had exchanges with his son’s business partners.



“Folks, just look at this sentence from the NYT,” Fox News contributor Guy Benson said on Twitter.



The verified account for the House Judiciary Committee GOP shared a meme of people moving a soccer goalpost.

“‘It has long been known. We just hid it from you,’” Christina Pushaw, Ron DeSantis’s 2024 presidential campaign aide, quipped in response.



“As others have pointed out, the progression is perfect,” said Republican operative Matt Whitlock.

At one point Archer admits putting Joe Biden on the speakerphone during business meetings was an ‘abuse of soft power.’ He told Tucker they needed Hunter on the team because they needed a guy who knew the guy who could get things down in DC.



Devon said Huner mainly worked on the regulatory side of the business but when Tucker asked if Hunter had any experience with complex regulations, Archer laughed and said, “Hunter headed a team that did.”

Archer, who testified that Hunter Biden included then-Vice President Joe Biden on speakerphone more than 20 times with business associates to sell “the brand,” also told Goldman the Bidens intimidated people into not legally probing the family’s business activities.



Archer told Goldman that Hunter Biden was able to survive on the board of Burisma Holdings because of the Biden brand.



“I don’t understand. How does that have an impact?” Goldman asked.



“The capabilities to navigate D.C. that they were able to basically be in the news cycle. And I think that preserved them from a longevity standpoint. That’s like my honest — that’s like how I think holistically,” he replied.



“But how would that work?” Goldman asked.



“Because people would be intimidated to mess with them,” Archer stated.



“In what way?” Goldman pressed.



“Legally,” Archer replied.

Hunter Biden Raked In Millions Amid 'Nonstop Debauchery'

For two years, as Hunter Biden slid deep into substance abuse and prostitutes, he raked in $4 million from a Chinese private equity firm, a Ukrainian energy company, and other sources, according to a proposed plea agreement to federal tax charges, Bloomberg reports.


The agreement, made public Wednesday after US District Judge Maryellen Noreika ordered it unsealed following media requests, would see Hunter Biden plead guilty to misdemeanor charges, serve no jail time, and gave the First Son de facto immunity from prosecution for future crimes outside the scope of the current cases.



An exhibit incorporated into the agreement between Biden and federal prosecutors in Delaware sets out in some detail his earnings in 2017 and 2018, two years for which he failed to pay income tax. Republicans, who have criticized the proposed plea as a sweetheart deal, have seized upon the millions Hunter Biden made to argue that his father must also have benefited. -Bloomberg



In 2017, Hunter pulled in over $2.3 million - with $1 million of that coming from a company he formed with the CEO of a Chinese conglomerate. He also took in $664,000 from a Chinese infrastructure investment firm, $500,000 from a Ukrainian energy company (we assume to be Burisma), $70,000 from a Romanian business, $48,000 from an international law firm, and $666,000 from domestic business interests.



Biden has admitted ties to Chinese energy company CEFC, Ukrainian energy giant Burisma, and the law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner.



In 2018, Hunter made over $2.1 million according to the plea deal - which came as his drug addiction went critical. According to Biden's memoir, cited by the document, that year saw "a spring and summer of nonstop debauchery."



According to the agreement, Biden was well aware of his tax liabilities from an accountant he hired. The accountant prepared Biden’s returns and sent them to him for review and signature. Despite repeated encouragement by his accountant, Biden never signed or submitted his returns.



According to the agreement, Biden failed to pay his taxes despite having the money to do so. By October 2021, Biden's tax liabilities for 2017 and 2018 had grown to $955,800 and $956,632 respectively - and were paid for by an unidentified third party. That personal also covered $45,661 and $197,372 to resolve outstanding tax issues from 2016 and 2019.



Earlier this year, the NYT reported that Hollywood entertainment lawyer Kevin 'bong rip' Morris lent over $2 million to Biden to help with his taxes.



Of note, an IRS whistleblower from the agency's criminal investigations unit told the House Ways and Means Committee in June that Hunter Biden illegally deducted tens of thousands of dollars spent on prostitutes and a sex club from his taxes, according to testimony from June 1 which was released by House Republicans.



"So some of the items that he deducted were personal no-show employees. He deducted payments that were made to who he called his West Coast assistant, but she was essentially a prostitute," said the whistleblower, who worked directly on the IRS's investigation into Hunter's tax issues, speaking of the younger Biden's 2018 return.



Another whistleblower, IRS supervisory agent Gary Shapely , told the committee on May 26 that he found several instances of Hunter expensing flights for prostitutes.



"There were multiple examples of prostitutes that were ordered basically, and we have all the communications between that where he would pay for these prostitutes, would book them a flight where even the flight ticket showed their name. And then he expensed those," said Shapely , who noted that they were expensed to Biden's consulting firm, Owasco, PC.



What's more, Hunter expensed a deposit for an elite Los Angeles sex club (which he was kicked out of for 'grabbing women's asses' and 'acting like a spoiled child').


"He made payments – there’s an $18,000 wire that is made to one of these individuals, and on the wires they say $8,000 in wage and $10,000 in golf – $10k golf club member deposit. And we know that that $10,000 went to pay for a sex club," the anonymous IRS investigator testified.



"He went to a sex club, and we’ve talked to the person that owned that sex club, and they confirmed that he was there. And the guy has to pay $10,000, and the girl – whoever is referring him there doesn’t have to pay anything. So that was deducted on the tax return," he continued.


According to Shapely , on his 2018 return, Hunter paid "one of his girlfriends" and recorded it as a "golf membership."



"We went out and followed that money, it was for a sex club membership in LA," said Shapely.

House Oversight Committee Releases Full Devon Archer Transcript - Page 45 Looks Bad for Biden

Since the 2020 presidential campaign, Joe Biden has insisted that he was not involved in his son Hunter Biden’s business dealings.



But a transcript of former Hunter business partner Devon Archer’s closed-door testimony before the House Oversight Committee on Monday suggests otherwise.



Archer confirmed that Joe Biden attended at least two dinners with Hunter’s business associates, including one in April 2015 at which Vadym Pozharsky, an executive with the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings, was present.



The discussion is on Page 45 of the transcript.



Archer later stated that the elder Biden stayed for the meal and that there was some talk about the United Nations World Food Programme. He explained that Hunter was on the board of the World Food Program USA at the time.

Archer recounted that in December of that year, he and Hunter traveled to Dubai to participate in a Burisma board meeting. Pozharsky and Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky were also in attendance.



At one of the meetings, Archer said the Burisma executives asked Hunter to “call D.C.” in relation to the heat they were feeling from Ukrainian prosecutors.



“They requested Hunter, you know, help them with some of that pressure,” Archer said. “You know, government pressure from Ukrainian government investigations into Mykola.”

Fox News reported that “on Nov. 2, 2015, just weeks before the board meeting in Dubai, Pozharskyi emailed Hunter Biden, emphasizing that the ‘ultimate purpose’ of the agreement to have Hunter on the board was to shut down ‘any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine,’ referring to Zlochevsky, who also went by Nikolay.”



“The request is like, ‘Can D.C. help?'” Archer recalled, adding that the Burisma executives did not specifically ask Hunter to get his father involved. “It was always this amorphous, ‘Can we get help in D.C.?'”



Hunter did make a call to D.C. from Dubai, according to Archer. However, he was not privy to what was said.



“I was left out of these, you know, black box D.C. types of conversations,” Archer explained.

But five days after the phone call, then-Vice President Joe Biden gave a speech in Ukraine, saying, “The office of the general prosecutor desperately needs reform.”



That office was led by Viktor Shokin, who was investigating potential corruption at Burisma at the time.



Joe Biden was the Obama administration’s point man on Ukraine while Hunter served on Burisma’s board, earning $1 million per year.



The elder Biden eventually demanded then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko fire Shokin or forfeit $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees.



At a Council on Foreign Relations meeting in January 2018, Joe Biden spoke proudly about what transpired.



“I said, ‘I’m telling you, you’re not getting the $1 billion. … I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’” he recalled telling Poroshenko.



“Well, son of a b****, he got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time,” he added.

Fox reported, “Biden allies maintain the then-vice president pushed for Shokin’s firing due to concerns the Ukrainian prosecutor went easy on corruption and say that his firing was the policy position of the U.S. and international community.”



Archer testified Monday that he was told by “various [members] of the D.C. team that the firing of Shokin was bad for Burisma because he was under control.”



Archer was also asked about the accusation made by a confidential FBI source in 2020 that Joe and Hunter Biden each received a $5 million bribe from Zlochevsky to make Shokin’s investigation go away.



Archer responded that he was not aware of any $5 million payments made to the Bidens, saying Zlochevsky may have been bragging to the source to send a signal that he had special access to the then-vice president.

An old video of Viktor Shokin, the Ukrainian prosecutor who was removed from office under pressure from then-U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, is making the rounds online again following the damning testimony of Devon Archer. This video was removed on Youtube.



In a detailed and extensive interview, Shokin has responded to allegations from the Biden regime, laying out his side of the story regarding the investigations into Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company that once employed Hunter.



It is unclear when this video was recorded or published but includes his reaction to Biden’s accusations.



At the time of Hunter Biden’s appointment, Viktor Shokin was Ukraine’s Prosecutor General, and there were investigations into Burisma’s owner.

Shokin’s video addressed a variety of points, from accusations that the investigation into Burisma was dormant to allegations of his corruption and his eventual removal as prosecutor.



In a lengthy, detailed response, Shokin refuted the notion that his investigations were “dormant” and explained how they were active, even leading to seizures of assets from Burisma’s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky.



Viktor Shokin was removed as Ukraine’s Prosecutor General in 2016 due to pressure from Western governments (Joe Biden) and allegedly international institutions like the EU and IMF. His dismissal was part of a “larger anti-corruption effort,” as Shokin’s office had been criticized for not “adequately pursuing corruption investigations.”



“As for the assertion that these investigations were supposedly “dormant,” then I can give very striking examples, namely our actions after the ban on 23 million Zlochevsky was lifted in the UK,” said Shokin.



“I appointed an internal investigation, opened a criminal investigation into how-and why- the money that been seized was released in the UK. What is more, 10-12 days before my resignation, on February 2, 2016, the court seized assets, his personal savings, property, cars, and so on,” he added.



Shokin said that the U.S. intelligence agencies had been closely watching the investigation process, and he was confident that Biden was aware of the progress. Shokin added that he believed Biden acted behind the scenes to have him removed, fearing that the investigation could negatively affect his son and others close to him.



“I understand very well that the United States has one of the strongest intelligence agencies in the world… Apparently, Mr. Biden was informed that we are approaching the moment when the interrogations of his son and other persons began,” Shokin said.



Shokin maintained that the real motivation behind Biden’s push for his removal was to protect his personal and family interests rather than the interests of the American people.



It can be recalled that owner Mykola Zlochevsky and executive Vadym Pozharski of Burisma placed constant pressure on Hunter Biden to lobby Washington, DC, for assistance in dealing with Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin.



Hunter was hired by Burisma to serve on the board in exchange for $83,000 per month to have access to his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden. It was reported that it was for “consulting services.”



Burisma sought assistance from Joe Biden in halting an investigation led by Viktor Shokin. In return, Joe Biden received a $10 million bribe from Burisma for his assistance in stopping Shokin’s investigation, as shown in the FD-1023.



Biden then threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid to Ukraine unless Shokin was fired. Who can forget Joe Biden bragging about it on video?



After leaving office in 2017, former Vice President Joe Biden Bragged about strong-arming the government of Ukraine to fire its top prosecutor Viktor Shokin.



“I looked at him and I said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a b*tch. He got fired,” Biden said in 2018.







Devon Archer has testified under oath and confirmed that Burisma pressured Hunter Biden to convince Joe Biden to shut down Viktor Shokin’s investigation.



In 2020, Shokin filed an official complaint against Joe Biden for interference in Ukraine’s legal proceedings. In the same month, Shokin claimed he had been poisoned with “mercury five months ago during his stay in Greece,” according to Interfax.



“I don’t have any obvious enemies whom I can blame for this. Of course, one of the versions, but this version requires investigation, is that Biden was somehow involved in some way in these issues. I officially addressed the Greek law enforcement authorities on this and asked them to investigate… Officially, I haven’t received an answer yet, although I contacted them quite a while back about opening criminal proceedings in connection a premeditated attempt to murder me,” Shokin said.



Then on February 2020, Ukraine launched criminal proceedings against former Joe Biden on allegations he pressured authorities into forcing the resignation of Ukrainian Prosecutor-General Viktor Shokin.



In May 2020, Shokin made an appeal to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, urging him to take action regarding the unwillingness of Ukrainian law enforcement to investigate illegal acts committed by Joe Biden.



Shokin went on to say in the interview that no criminal investigation was initiated against Hunter Biden. He insisted that the case was related to the violation of the law by Burisma. He claimed that as they delved deeper into the investigation, they began to suspect that the directors of the company, including Hunter Biden, might also be involved.



“When we began to actively move forward with the aim of clarifying this crime and finding who had been guilty of violating Ukrainian laws at Burisma. We ended up discovering that the administrators recruited in May-June 2014 were probably involved. These were Devon Archer, Hunter Biden, and others. Joe Biden had reason to fear that all this would eventually fall on his son,” said Shokin.



When asked for his reactions regarding the notion that it was not only Biden who wanted him to leave but also other institutions such as the IMF or the EU, Shokin responded:



“First, I don’t remember a single time, not a single one, when Biden formally asked for my dismissal while I was a Prosecutor General. I think and I have reason to think that this is all a deception. I asked them: Give me one example that proves that I am corrupt – one any wrongdoing that I may have committed. No one has yet managed to do this, including Biden,” said Shokin.



“I am not a politician and I have never pursued a political goal in any investigation including the Burisma investigation. I have often met Ambassador Pyatt as well as other ambassadors and I have never been told that my work was poor or bad. What is more, these same ambassadors already said to me in autumn [2015]: “Viktor, hold on! We understand that this is all slander. We don’t know where it came from. Nothing was done officially. All this is unofficial and takes place behind the scenes,” Shokin recounted.



In 2015, People’s Deputy Serhii Leshchenko commented on his decision to vote for Viktor Shokin’s candidacy for the post of Prosecutor General. He said Shokin is the best prosecutor in the last 20 years.



“I remember Shokin, who initiated cases against Pukach, Kolesnikov, Kushnaryov and Kolomoiskyi. And as a person who communicates with some investigators of the General Prosecutor’s Office, I have insider information about how Shokin behaved in office. According to them, this is the best of the proposals for the post of Prosecutor General in the last 20 years,” Leshchenko wrote.



This serves as further evidence that the claim that Shokin is corrupt is without merit.

“If my corruption had been proven, Biden and other politicians would have said everything out loud officially, for the Parliament, and in the media. They would have given specific examples of my corruption and dishonesty. You can check its very simple. I worked for a year as prosecutor general. My work has been reviewed in the press and it turns out that my results were better than those of the previous prosecutors. It’s easy to verify, because these figures are factual.”



Shokin mentioned that he wrote a letter to the U.S. Secretary of State and received a positive reply.



“I have already told you that I wrote a letter to the United States Secretary of State and received an answer through Ms. Nuland. And her appreciation was very positive. She told me that the current organization of Prosecutor General’s office was fine and that it would investigate and resolve cases related to corruption and other crimes in an efficient and transparent manner. This was the situation before Joe Biden started to persecute me and put pressure on President Poroshenko over my dismissal,” said Shokin.






Shokin received a letter from Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs of the United States, Victoria Nuland.

Shokin’s comments extend to strong criticism of how the Obama regime treated Ukraine during his time in office, suggesting that Biden and other officials regarded Ukraine as a “fiefdom.”



“You know a lot of things seem strange to me about this period of Obama’s presidential mandate over Ukraine. In my opinion, they believed that Ukraine was their fiefdom. Mr. Biden humiliated Ukraine and the President. He demonstrated to the whole world how he was the boss in Ukraine.”



“In my opinion, this man has no right, moral or otherwise to stand for the presidency of USA, the most democratic country in the world, or even to think about it. This man insulted my mother using obscene insults you know that. He insulted all mothers in the world, even his own mother. It is unworthy to call mothers this way [b*tch],” Shokin said, referring to a video where Joe Biden bragged about firing him and called him a son of a b*tch.

Shokin: Under the Obama presidency, it seemed to be the case. The most shocking thing is that all the appointments were made in agreement with the United States and with Biden in particular even at the level of the deputy Prosecutor General that I know for sure.



Question: If Joe Biden were in front of you, what would you tell him?



Shokin: I wish him luck, because he will need it. In my opinion, his moral and individual qualities are very low and to continue living normally in the United States or in another country he will need to be lucky. First Democrat Admits Hunter Biden ‘Diverted Money’ to Family Members as Walls Close In

The walls are closing on President Joe Biden after Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) became the first Democrat official to admit that Hunter Biden “diverted” money to the bank accounts of his other family members.



Raskin came clean on Chris Cuomo’s new show where he said the investigation into Hunter should proceed.



Raskin said: “As far as I know, Hunter Biden made a bunch of business deals, which is lawful, which a lot of family members have done, Republican, Democrat, other political families, they’ve done the same thing.



“And he had it — the money diverted into different funds.



“I don’t know there’s an allegation of any crime there, but what is the crime that’s being asserted?”



Cuomo asked, “Well, you don’t find it curious that multiple members of the Biden family — allegedly, again, because I haven’t been able to get to the bottom of any of it — received payments from corporations, foreign corporations, when we don’t know whether or not they’re in any kind of consulting business, isn’t that of concern?”



Raskin said: “The only ones I’m aware of being alleged are ones where Hunter Biden got payments.



“He was able to insinuate himself into a situation where he was getting paid and then he had the payments directed to different accounts and in the names of different people, including children or babies.



“I don’t think those babies were involved in political corruption.



“I think Hunter Biden was obviously trying to divert the different kinds of money that he had coming in.



“That’s my best understanding of that situation.

Legal scholar Jonathan Turley caught Joe Biden lying to the American public and warned that evidence now proves that the Democrat president is guilty.

“The Biden team and its media allies went into full crisis mode,” Turley notes.



“Andrew Bates, who was still with the communication team of Biden’s 2020 campaign, assured the public that it was false.


“Politico reported that he had ‘reviewed Joe Biden’s official schedules from the time, and no meeting, as alleged by the New York Post, ever took place.’



“It also reported that Biden’s campaign was ‘punching back’ on the Post’s story as false.



“Biden associate, Michael Carpenter, denounced it as part of “a Russian disinformation operation” and added “I’m very comfortable saying that.”



“You will recall that they said the same thing about the Hunter Biden laptop before the election … which the media also unquestioningly accepted.



“A later Washington Post article in 2021 acknowledged that Joe Biden might have stopped by despite the prior denials.



“However, it reported that a “White House individual with knowledge of Joe Biden’s schedules said the decision to see Father Alex [Alex Karloutsos]” at the dinner was made late that day after the schedule was completed but Biden “didn’t even sit down” and that he “was not part of the dinner or part of the dinner discussion.”



“Again, problem solved.



“Not quite. Former Biden associate Devon Archer just told Congress Joe Biden did attend, did sit down, and did engage all of their clients, including “Vadym P. from Burisma.”



“Archer said that, when Biden arrived, Biden “shook everybody’s hand” and joined their conversation. Moreover, emails show that it was long known that Karloutsos would be there in attendance.



“Archer’s account supports an April 2015 email from Burisma board adviser Vadym Pozharskyi, who wrote Hunter Biden the day after the dinner to thank him for allowing him to meet his father and spend “some time together.”



“It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure.” Pozharskyi added, “as we spoke yesterday evening, would be great to meet today for a quick coffee,” he continued. “What do you think? I could come to you [sic] office somewhere around noon or so, before or on my way to airport.”



“A month before the dinner, Hunter and Archer discussed the dinner guests, including “Pozharskyi,” who was listed as “Vadim” and “Vadym.”



“Archer added “Obviously save a seat for your guy,” Turley wrote.

Jim Jordan Catches Biden Engaging in Illegal Quid Pro Quo, Threatening American Companies

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) has caught Democrat President Joe Biden engaging in an illegal quid pro quo.



Jordan also revealed evidence that Biden has been threatening American companies, in direct violation of the Constitution.



The evidence was released by Jordan in the latest installment of his “Facebook Files” based on internal communications files that were handed over to Congress by Mark Zuckerberg’s Big Tech company.



Journalist Michael Shellenberger broke down what the GOP discovered:



“Many insist it wasn’t illegal for the White House to demand greater censorship by Facebook, but it was.



“Not only did Biden threaten Facebook’s legal (Sec. 230) status, Facebook desperately needed Biden to force Europe to allow data flows into the US, which he did. Quid pro quo.



“A lot has come out about Facebook’s censorship, so our new scoop may seem like old news, but it’s not.



“What we discovered is that White House exercised a different form of leverage over Facebook, one as powerful, and maybe more so, than threatening its legal existence.



“Until now, critics of censorship have focused on Biden’s threat to revoke Facebook’s Section 230 liability protection.



“The new emails reveal a new form of White House leverage: its conditional willingness to stop the EU from demanding Facebook halt data flows to the US.



“As context, about 10% of Facebook’s ad revenue, $1.2 billion, comes from selling ads in the EU.



“Doing so depends on ‘data flows’ from EU to US,” Shellenberger explains.


“The EU has demanded an end to those data flows and in May fined Meta, Facebook’s parent company, a record $1.3B for refusing to do so.

“What matters now is understanding that when Biden officials demanded greater censorship by Facebook executives, those same execs were worried WH might not support them against the EU.

“He tells his staff to carry out White House censorship demands because of ‘the bigger fish we have to fry with the Administration — data flows etc…’ [from EU to US]



“A potential end of EU-to-US data flows is an even more urgent threat to Facebook’s business than White House threats to Section 230.

House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has just released bank records of Democrat President Joe Biden and his family, exposing millions of dollars in payments from shady foreign nationals.



The documents detail new information obtained in the Committee’s investigation into the Biden family’s influence-peddling schemes.



The bank records show the Bidens and their business associates receiving millions from oligarchs in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine.



The payments were received during Joe Biden’s vice presidency.



After Hunter Biden received millions of dollars in payments, then-Vice President Biden dined with his son’s foreign associates in Washington, D.C.

Below is a summary of the records per the House Oversight Committee. 

Committee Staff is Releasing Payments from Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine that Occurred During Joe Biden’s Vice Presidency: The Committee has now identified over $20 million in payments from foreign sources to the Biden family and their business associates.



Hunter Biden and Devon Archer Used Rosemont Seneca Entities to Bring in Millions from Oligarchs in Europe and Asia: Using accounts nominally tied to Devon Archer (but using the familiar “Rosemont Seneca” branding), Hunter Biden received incremental payments originating from foreign sources, attempting to hide the source and size of the payments.



In February 2014, a Russian Oligarch Sent $3.5 Million to a Shell Company Associated with Hunter Biden and Devon Archer: Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina transferred $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton, a shell company.



Approximately $1 million was transferred to Devon Archer, and the remainder was used to initially fund a new company account, Rosemont Seneca Bohai, which Devon Archer and Hunter Biden used to receive other foreign wires.



In Spring 2014, a Ukrainian Oligarch Placed Archer and Biden on the Burisma Board of Directors and Agreed to Pay them $1 Million Each per Year: Burisma Holdings’ (Burisma) corporate secretary, Vadym Pozharsky, worked on behalf of the Ukrainian oligarch and owner of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky.



Hunter Biden was initially hired by Burisma to work as counsel for the company, and Pozharsky and Zlochevsky met with Hunter Biden at a conference in Lake Como in Italy where they decided Hunter Biden would work on the board of directors with Devon Archer.



Then-Vice President Joe Biden visited Ukraine soon after their first payments. Payments from Burisma for both Devon Archer and Hunter Biden were wired to Rosemont Seneca Bohai. Payments were transmitted in incremental amounts to Hunter Biden’s different bank accounts.



In April 2014, a Kazakhstani Oligarch Wired the Exact Price of Biden’s Sportscar to a Bank Account Used by Archer and Biden: In February 2014, Hunter Biden met with Kenes Rakishev at a Washington, D.C. hotel. Rakishev worked closely with the prime minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Massimov.



In April, Rakishev, a Kazakhstani oligarch, wired $142,300 to Rosemont Seneca Bohai.



The next day, a payment was made from Rosemont Seneca Bohai for a sportscar for Hunter Biden in the amount of $142,300.



Archer and Biden then arranged for Burisma executives to visit Kazakhstan in June 2014 to evaluate a three-way deal among Burisma, a Chinese state-owned company, and the government of Kazakhstan.



Hunter Biden received millions of dollars in payments from Yelena Baturina, Burisma, and Kenes Rakishev.



Vice President Biden had dinner with them in the spring of 2014 and 2015 in Washington, D.C.

Fox News reporter Peter Doocy caught up with Joe Biden after his speech and confronted him about Devon Archer’s testimony to the House Oversight Committee tying Biden to his son Hunter’s overseas business deals.



Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s longtime friend and business associate, appeared before the House Oversight Committee a couple of weeks ago to testify on the Biden Crime Family – and he did not disappoint!



Here are some key takeaways from Devon Archer’s testimony per the House Oversight Committee:



When Joe Biden was Vice President of the United States, he joined Hunter Biden’s dinners with his foreign business associates in person or by speakerphone over 20 times.


Devon Archer testified that the value of adding Hunter Biden to Burisma’s board was “the brand” and confirmed that then-Vice President Joe Biden was “the brand” and that the 20 phone calls were to sell “the brand.”


Devon Archer admitted that “Burisma would have gone out of business if ‘the brand’ had not been attached to it.” Because of the Bidens’ involvement, people would have been intimidated to mess with Burisma legally.


In December 2015, Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma, and Vadym Pozharski, an executive of Burisma, placed constant pressure on Hunter Biden to get help from D.C. regarding the Ukrainian prosecutor, Viktor Shokin. Shokin was investigating Burisma for corruption.


Hunter Biden, along with Zlochevsky and Pozharski, “called D.C.” to discuss the matter. Biden, Zlochevsky, and Pozharski stepped away to make the call. This raises concerns that Hunter Biden was in violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act.


Joe Biden was dialed into a dinner in Paris with a French energy company and in China with Jonathan Li, the CEO of BHR. Then-VP Biden also had coffee with Li in Beijing and even wrote a letter of recommendation for college for Li’s daughter.


Archer confirmed Joe Biden was referred to as “my guy” by Hunter Biden.

In 2014, then-VP Biden attended a business dinner with Hunter & his associates at Café Milano in D.C. Elena Baturina, a Russian oligarch who is the widow of the former mayor of Moscow, was an attendee. Notably, the Biden Admin’s public sanctions do not contain Baturina.


It should also be noted the Burisma founder held 17 audio tapes, 15 with Hunter and 2 with Joe Biden, he kept as an insurance policy.



Doocy asked Biden about Devon Archer’s claims he was on speakerphone a lot with Hunter’s foreign associates.



“Your son’s former business associates is claiming that you were on speakerphone a lot with them talking business?” Peter Doocy said to Joe Biden.



Biden snapped.



“I never talked business with anybody! I knew you’d have a lousy question,” Biden said.



“Why is that a lousy question?” Doocy asked.



“Because it’s not true!” Biden said as his handlers whisked him away.

Comer: House GOP Will Subpoena Biden Family

House Oversight and Accountability Committee chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) said Thursday on Fox Business Network’s “Mornings With Maria” that his committee would subpoena the Biden family.



Comer said, “This is always going to end with the Bidens coming in front of the committee. We are going to subpoena the family. We are putting the case together to win in court.”



He continued, “We know that this is going to end up in court when we subpoena the Bidens. So we’re putting together a case, and I think we’ve done that very well. We’ve shown the bank records. If I had subpoenaed Joe and Hunter Biden the first day I became chairman of the committee, it would have been tied up in court and the judge would have eventually thrown it out.”



He added, “We have put together a case that I think would stand up in any court of law in America and we hope to hear from the Bidens soon.”



Anchor Maria Bartiromo asked, “When are you expecting to subpoena Joe and Hunter Biden?”



Comer said, “We want to talk to about three or four more associates first. We’ve been communicating with a couple of them. We’re trying to bring them in just like we did Devon Archer for a transcribed interview. If they don’t come in voluntarily, then they’ll be subpoenaed.”

House Republican Conference Chair Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., found a “damning photo” of then-Vice President Joe Biden aboard an Air Force Two flight during a trip to Ukraine that she says is more evidence that he is compromised.



She said: “This damning picture of then Vice President Joe Biden on Air Force Two en route to Ukraine talking with Amos Hochstein is just further evidence that Biden and senior officials in the Biden Administration not only knew of Hunter Biden’s corrupt foreign business dealings, but also that Joe Biden was intimately involved while Vice President.



“At the time of this photo, Hochstein was in communication with Hunter Biden and Burisma where Hunter served on the board.



“We also know that this photo was taken on Air Force Two ahead of Joe Biden’s now infamous meeting with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, where Biden threatened to have aid withheld if a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma was not fired.



“All evidence points directly to Joe Biden being deeply compromised.



“House Republicans will leave no stone unturned in our investigations into Biden’s involvement in his family’s influence peddling scheme.”



According To Fox News:



Hochstein, who served as special envoy and coordinator for international energy affairs under the Obama-Biden administration, was tapped as Biden’s special coordinator for global infrastructure and energy security in August 2021, and he was made special presidential coordinator to Biden in February 2022.



Fox News Digital reported in June that in the summer of 2014, shortly after joining the board of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings, Hunter and his associates at Burisma and his now-defunct Rosemont Seneca Partners discussed speaking with Hochstein for contacts who could help navigate a new tax in Ukraine on private energy companies.



…On Nov. 13, 2014, seven weeks after Pozharskyi said he would forward Burisma’s response to the Ukrainian tax hike to Hochstein’s office, Hochstein attended a meeting at Biden’s Naval Observatory residence, according to White House visitor logs.


The next day, Eric Schwerin, the then-president of Rosemont Seneca Partners, sent Hunter a link, without comment, to Hochstein’s biography on the State Department’s website.



Three days later, on Nov. 17, 2014, Hochstein met with Kathy Chung, according to the White House visitor logs. Chung was Biden’s executive assistant at the time and now serves as the Pentagon’s deputy director of protocol.



A few days later, Hunter asked Schwerin to send Hochstein’s contact information to Archer, Hunter’s fellow Burisma board member and a co-founder of Rosemont Seneca Partners.



A couple of weeks later, on Dec. 11, 2014, Hochstein met with Biden and Chung in two separate meetings and later attended a holiday party at Biden’s residence that same day. Four days later, Hochstein attended a “meeting” at the vice president’s residence, according to White House visitor logs.



Four months later, on April 16, 2015, Hochstein met with Biden in the West Wing of the White House, the visitor logs show.

Special Counsel Robert Hur Still Negotiating with Biden’s Lawyers Over Terms of His Interview in Stolen Classified Docs Case

NBC News on Friday *exclusively* reported Special Counsel Robert Hur is still negotiating with Biden’s lawyers over terms of a possible interview in the stolen classified documents case.



Per NBC News:



Attorneys for President Joe Biden and the special counsel appointed to investigate his handling of classified documents have been negotiating for about a month over the terms under which he would be interviewed, two people familiar with the matter said.



Discussions between Biden’s lawyers and special counsel Robert Hur’s office are focused on how, when and where the interview might take place, as well as the scope of the questions, these people said. They stressed that the negotiations are ongoing and that no agreement has been reached.



The back-and-forth suggests that the probe — now in its eighth month — may not be wrapping up imminently. But an interview with the person at the center of an investigation typically takes place near the end of the process.

Abbe Lowell absurdly claimed there’s no chance Hunter Biden’s foreign business “crossed the line.”



“[Hunter Biden] also had income from a Chinese business conglomerate, an infrastructure investment company, a Ukrainian energy company, a Romanian business. Is there any chance any of this crossed the line?” Face the Nation host Margaret Brennan asked Hunter’s lawyer.



“Five years, thorough investigation!” Lowell said before repeating old, tired talking points that a Trump-appointed prosecutor (Weiss) investigated Hunter.

In July 2017 Hunter Biden sent a Chinese business associate a threatening WhatsApp message invoking his father Joe’s name:



“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my directions. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”



A few weeks later Hunter Biden received a $5 million wire from a Chinese firm.



Last Wednesday the House Oversight Committee released bank records on Hunter Biden’s payments from Russia and Kazakhstan officials.



The report mentions payments from Burisma Holdings, Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina, and Kazakh oligarch Kenes Rakishev.



The payments totaled $20 million to the Biden Crime Family.



In May James Comer identified the NINE Bidens implicated in corruption.



“Joe Biden’s son. Joe Biden’s brother. Joe Biden’s brother’s wife. Hunter Biden’s girlfriend/Beau Biden’s widow, Hunter Biden’s ex-wife. Hunter Biden’s current wife. And 3 children of the president’s son and the president’s brother. So we’re talking about grandchildren – a grandchild. That’s odd. Most people that work hard every day a grandchild doesn’t get a wire from a foreign national,” Comer said.

Morris said while Hunter Biden was “important,” he acted on President Joe Biden’s behalf as a “bag man.”


“Emma, you were at this from the start, one of the first reporters to break open that laptop story wide open,” host Maria Bartiromo said. “You were censored. Give us the specifics on what we know now. We are talking about allegations of bribery. What are the most damning stories out of this Hunter Biden-Joe Biden investigation, from your standpoint, based on the evidence?”



“Yes — well, so if you look at my reporting all the way back to 2020, my focus has always only been on Joe Biden. Hunter Biden obviously is important in that just that he’s a bag man for what I think is a family business that leads back to Joe,” Morris replied. And so I’m less concerned about what they’re finding in terms of Hunter and how he’s distributing money. I mean, it’s important as part of a broader picture. But, really, like, I think that the most damning thing that we have seen since my reporting has been the alleged FBI — well, it’s not alleged, actually. It’s been released, the FBI file that shows that Joe Biden accepted a $5 million bribe on Burisma.”

During an appearance on this week’s broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” Breitbart News politics editor Emma-Jo Morris made the case that newly appointed special counsel David Weiss should recuse himself given what has been uncovered by the House Oversight Committee.



As the U.S. Attorney prosecuting the Hunter Biden case, Weiss had offered Biden what some called a “sweeheart deal,” which had called Weiss’ credibility into question.



“Do you believe that, now that we have a special counsel, will that shut down information flow to the congressional lawmakers, the House Oversight Committee, who’ve uncovered so much in terms of the Biden bank records?” host Maria Bartiromo said.



“Yes, well, first of all, I think that it’s probably fair to say that David Weiss should recuse himself. I mean, after what we have seen with the investigation that he’s been doing over the past few years, what he’s come up with from that, and then his credibility just being destroyed in the eyes of the American people by these whistleblowers, I think that that would probably be appropriate,” Morris replied.



“And as far as going for — being able to obtain more documents by the House, I think know my colleague Joel Pollak, he’s a Harvard-educated lawyer, very smart guy, and he’s been talking about an impeachment inquiry, not necessarily knowing that we’re going to impeach Joe Biden, but just allowing the House stronger subpoena power, because that would take it from — the subpoenas from a legislative purpose to kind of acting more like a prosecutor,” she added. “And I think that that would allow the House to obtain the documents and really get to the heart of this issue, which is what we have all been wondering and why John and I and you are sitting here right now, which is, what is Joe Biden’s involvement in the business.

House Republicans to Investigate Biden Administration for Allegedly Giving Out Billions in ‘Corrupt Bargain’ Border Contracts

House Republicans will now investigate claims from a Biden official after he reportedly said he made backroom deals with federal agencies, calling the migrant crisis a “boom for business.”



House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Green (R-TN) told the Washington Examiner:



The alarming allegations of Mr. [Andrew] Lorenzen-Strait’s corruption and his recently recorded statements only further justify the Homeland Security Committee’s continued oversight of ICE’s suspect contract procurement processes. Awarding massive, sole-source contracts for illegal immigrant services to ill-equipped non-profits such as Endeavors, possibly because of connections to President Biden’s 2020 transition team, could prove to be an unacceptable abuse of taxpayer funds, and ICE must answer for these allegations.




Homeland Security Subcommittee on Border Security and Enforcement Chairman Clay Higins (R-LA) and Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Accountability Chairman Dan Bishop (R-NC) echoed Green’s call to have Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) hand over communications about an $87 million deal to house migrants at the border in hotels instead of government-owned residential centers.



The issue surrounding the contract resurfaced last week after Project Veritas said reported that Biden transition official Andrew Lorenzen-Strait bragged about how he made backroom deals with federal agencies and called the migrant crisis a “boom for business.”


The Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General responded by launching an investigation into the $87 million deal with Endeavors. The inspector general’s office found that the contract was unjustified and Endeavors took $17 million of the funds it did not use.



The Examiner continued:



The inspector general also concluded that ICE had never put out a notice to contractors that it needed to rent space to house immigrant families. Endeavors sent ICE a proposal that stated it could house immigrants, an unusual offering given that ICE had not disclosed any need for housing.



Lorenzen-Strait’s prior work was a conflict of interest, the inspector general found, because he had crafted ICE policy as a transition team official while simultaneously advising Endeavors.



Lorenzen-Strait publicly signed on with Endeavors as a senior employee on Biden’s first day in office and shortly after locked down the $87 million backdoor deal and a $530 million noncompete contract to shelter unaccompanied immigrant children for the Department of Health and Human Services.

Green, Higgins, and Bishop wrote to acting ICE Director Patrick Lechleitner, “Mr. Lorenzen-Strait referred to what appears to be the Endeavors contract as a ‘corrupt bargain.'”



“He further discussed ‘brokering’ a deal that won Cherokee Federal, a team of tribally owned federal contracting companies, a nearly $2 billion contract with the federal government to provide services to unaccompanied alien children,” they added.

“Despite clear conflicts of interest and prior scrutiny, Mr. Lorenzen-Strait may be influencing ICE’s contracts for migrant services with non-governmental and non-profit organizations,” the lawmakers added.
