Idiot Democrat Rep. Shontel Brown (D-OH) tried her hardest to play the race card at today’s House Hearing on the Biden Crime Family’s financial crimes.

This comes after the House Oversight Committee produced $17 million in bank receipts and witness testimony in the Biden Family bribery, corruption, and influence peddling schemes with foreign officials.

The witnesses, two Democrat IRS agents with impeccable careers, brought forward testimony and financial receipts that pinned the crimes directly to Joe and Hunter Biden and their associates.

In response to the damning testimony that would force any president from office in normal times, Democrat Rep. Shontel Brown blamed played the race card.


Rep. Brown: “Mr. Chairman what if we spoke about the other two-tiered justice system in this country? The one where people of color are subject to a deliberately harsher system at every turn.”

Of course, Rep. Shonell Brown is completely oblivious to who she is defending.

As Burisma Bombshell Breaks, NY Post Adds to Hunter's Very Bad Thursday by Informing World What FBI Knew

Well, here’s a shocker: On the same day that Twitter censored reporting on the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop, the FBI reportedly told the social media giant that the contents of it were accurate.



I know, you would think, given that information, the platform wouldn’t have suppressed sharing of reportage on the scandal. But then, you would be surprised how willing and able our media are prepared to be in service of the Biden family. It was something to keep in mind as the events of Thursday unfolded.



In case you missed it, the latest bombshell about the laptop — fittingly reported by the New York Post, the same paper that originally broke the laptop scandal in October 2020 — was part of an astoundingly bad afternoon for President Joe Biden and his son.



Not much earlier, Republicans on the Senate Oversight Committee, led by Iowa GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley, released a document from an FBI informant who alleged Burisma executives told him that the Ukrainian energy conglomerate had paid $10 million in bribes to the Bidens.



While Hunter Biden’s strange dealings abroad had long been reported in the conservative media, it was the messages from Hunter’s laptop — left at a Delaware repair shop in 2019 and then never picked up — that began to drive home the point that the president’s only living son had been trading off his father’s name in an exceptionally untoward way for some time.



“Among them,” the Post notes, “was the revelation that Joe Biden — referred to as the ‘big guy’ — was penciled in for a 10% cut of proceeds from son Hunter and brother James Biden’s partnership with Chinese government-linked CEFC China Energy.”



Not only that, but if the laptop were genuine, his father had been dissembling about just how much he knew regarding his son and his international business dealings — which was, to hear Joe tell it, absolutely nothing.



Granted, his claim that he’d never talked to Hunter about what he was doing with overseas business dealings had a whiff of Captain Renault insisting he was shocked — shocked! — that gambling was going on in here, but the information on the laptop drove that home.



However, if you were on Twitter, generally the most important network in terms of disseminating news and views on American politics, you couldn’t distribute the article for two days.

That’s because the social media giant blocked distribution of the story for two days and locked the paper out of its account for two weeks in a standoff over whether information from the computers were “hacked materials.”



On Oct. 15, then-Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said the company’s “communication around our actions on the @nypost article was not great. And blocking URL sharing via tweet or DM with zero context as to why we’re blocking: unacceptable.”


In March 2021, he also told Congress the company doesn’t have a “censoring department” and the decision to curtail sharing of the reporting just before the 2020 election was a “total mistake.” Locking the Post out of their account was merely a “process error,” Dorsey said. But, as the paper noted, he wouldn’t attribute those mistakes or errors to anyone in particular.

That story gains an additional wrinkle with the news that, on Monday, Laura Dehmlow — section chief of the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force — told the House Judiciary Committee that Twitter was informed on the day that they started censoring the reporting on Hunter Biden’s laptop that its contents were genuine.



“Somebody from Twitter essentially asked whether the laptop was real,” Dehmlow said in closed-door testimony Monday, according to the Post.



“And one of the FBI folks who was on the call did confirm that, ‘yes, it was,’ before another participant jumped in and said, ‘no further comment,’” she continued.



Not that they were going to share that information with the American public, mind you. As the Post noted, “The FBI’s non-public verification of the laptop occurred on Oct. 14, 2020, hours after The Post published a story detailing how an email showed Joe Biden met while vice president with an executive at Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings — contradicting his claims that he ‘never’ discussed foreign business dealings with his relatives.”



Now, of course, every major media organization worth its salt recognizes the contents of the laptop as genuine.



And at the same time, they all pretended, by the time they got around to “verifying it” — a few years after the FBI did, mind you — that it was no big deal.



None of these media organizations is going to do any self-reflection on the fact it whiffed so badly on branding the laptop disinformation (assuming it wasn’t intentional), nor are they going to seriously start asking Joe Biden about his claim during the Oct. 22, 2020, debate that the laptop was a “Russian plant,” referring to a letter signed by 51 former intelligence officials saying that the information on it had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.” Because, again, all of this is no big deal to them.



Naturally, too, the same people who were crowing over the contents of the laptop being shared on social media are going to be crowing about the Republican members of the Senate Oversight Committee releasing a document detailing a conversation with an FBI informant who said the CEO and founder of Burisma — the energy giant that once had Hunter Biden on its board despite Hunter’s complete lack of experience with Eastern Europe or the energy sector — bragged about buying off two Bidens. During the conversations, the FBI informant expressed concern to Burisma CEO Myopia Zlochevsky that wire transfers to the Bidens might set off alarm bells in the United States. The source said Zlochevsky balked at any chance of being caught, saying he “did not send any funds directly to the ‘Big Guy‘ (which [the informant] understood was a reference to Joe Biden).”



The informant said Zlochevsky insisted that “it would take them (investigators) 10 years to find the records (i.e. illicit payments to Joe Biden).”



The kind of reporting that got? Take this headline in The Hill (which, unlike many establishment outlets, at least had a story about it): “Republicans release FBI form with unverified Biden-Burisma allegations.” An hour later, same publication: “FBI ‘expressly’ opposed GOP release of unverified Biden tip.”



Because the FBI and the media have never steered us wrong on the Bidens and their business dealings, right?



Thank heavens for our national big-government deep-state apparatus — and the media gatekeepers who stand watch with them to make sure that unverified, hacked, stolen, errant misinformation doesn’t fall into our hands without at least a smirking headline and a dismissive wave.

'Broke' Hunter Biden Says He Can't Pay Child Support, But Look Where He Was Caught During His Very Bad Day

I don’t know how your Thursday went, but it had to be better than Hunter Biden’s.



For instance, Senate Oversight Committee Republicans released a form documenting an FBI informant’s allegations regarding Biden’s work with Ukraine energy giant Burisma; during the interview, the informant alleged that Burisma founder and CEO Mykola Zlochevsky paid $10 million in bribes to Hunter and father Joe Biden and thought Hunter was stupider than his dog but necessary to smooth things over in Washington.





Later in the day, the New York Post reported that on the same day it started its series of reports into the contents on Hunter Biden’s laptop back in October 2020 — and was subsequently locked out of its Twitter account and censored by the social media giant — a senior FBI official confirmed the contents of the laptop were genuine to Twitter officials.


As the Post noted, that was “the first article in its bombshell reporting series on documents linking President Biden to his son’s foreign business deals” — among them Burisma.



So, all in all, a bad day — and to hear Hunter Biden tell it, he’s pretty much broke now, having assumedly squandered what he made on drugs, late taxes and sex workers.



But at least he’s broke in style, if the Post’s reporting is correct.


According to the first son’s favorite Gotham-area paper, Hunter “was spotted Thursday enjoying a lavish lunch at Malibu hotspot Nobu as news swarmed of the newly unveiled bombshell FBI informant file describing a $10 million bribery allegation against him and his presidential father.” (Subscribe to The Western Journal to read our full breakdown of the document in its entirety.)



“The scandal-riddled first son appeared unbothered leaving the swanky beachside spot that’s co-owned by Robert De Niro — and Japanese A5 Wagyu sells for $38 an ounce, king crab tempura goes for $58 and a lobster shiitake salad will set diners back $72,” the report said.



“Biden hid behind a pair of aviators and a camouflage baseball cap bearing the emblem from the California state flag,” it said.

Well, one understands the need for indulgences when one is having a bad day — but perhaps a chocolate bar might have done better than, say, eating at one of Malibu’s most famous restaurants.



This is especially true given 1) the price of what’s on the menu and 2) another one of Hunter’s scandals, this one relating to how much child support he pays.



As you may know, Hunter Biden is the rather unwilling father of a child named Navy Joan Roberts, born in 2018. He very reluctantly submitted to a DNA test that proved he was the father and later claimed in his autobiography that he was so far gone on drugs he didn’t even remember the sexual encounter that led to her siring.



The president has refused to refer to Navy Joan as his grandchild on occasion after occasion — which is better than Hunter, who acknowledges her only because a court and genetic testing force him to do so, and whose upbringing he would like to pay as little as possible into.



In September 2022, Hunter asked a court in Arkansas to reduce his monthly payments to Lunden Roberts, 4-year-old Navy Joan’s mother, citing a “substantial material change” in his financial situation.



Instead, the judge insisted he submit tax information to the court, including the money he’s earned from his ludicrous new gig as a painter.

“The ability to redact is being somewhat abused,” Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer said during a May hearing. “This cryptic hide-the-ball game isn’t going to cut it when we get to trial.”



Nor, indeed, is this the first time he’s pleaded poverty: “I am unemployed and have had no monthly income since May 2019,” Hunter claimed via a November 2019 court filing, also citing “significant debts” as a factor that should be used to determine the child support.



However, at the very least, “broke” Hunter gets by with a little help from his friends.



Later in May, the Post reported that he’d been flown to Arkansas via a private jet owned by Hollywood billionaire Kevin Morris: “The 7,326-mile round trip likely cost between $55,000 to $117,000 all in — or the value of up to six months in child-support payments to Hunter Biden’s baby mama,” an aviation expert told the paper.



If that money had simply gone to the mom and he’d taken JetBlue like the rest of us, this wouldn’t be an issue — but no, of course he was flying private.



So, how many pairs of shoes or sets of baby clothes could a lunch at Nobu buy a kid?



I know it was a pretty bad Thursday for the first son, and I hate to be a bother; I’m merely asking on behalf of a 4-year-old whom Hunter Biden has never met and his father won’t even acknowledge.



Maybe if she’d been named “Burisma” instead of “Navy Joan,” she’d have gotten the Bidens’ attention.

'Ultimate white privilege guy’ Hunter Biden could be hit with 10 criminal referrals

There needs to be a new song called “Hunter Biden is NOT pretty fly for a white guy.”



After Democrats charged Republicans with stealing the phrase “two-tier justice system” from the civil rights struggle during a congressional hearing on Wednesday, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer remarked on Thursday that Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden is the “ultimate white privilege guy.”



Comer also stated that the moment his congressional panel’s inquiry into the Biden family is finished, he anticipates submitting “between six and 10 criminal referrals” to the Justice Department involving the younger, “former” crack-head, Biden. These referrals will include proof that Hunter broke the Mann Act, a federal statute that forbids the transportation of women across borders for the intent of prostitution.



“The Democrats kept saying, ‘Oh, we don’t have any evidence. You don’t have any evidence.’ Well, [Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene] showed them evidence,” Comer relayed to Fox Business yesterday.



“She showed them evidence of the president’s son committing a crime, violating the Mann Act. She showed the plane tickets, she showed the pictures, she showed the evidence. You know, there’s no question he violated it. That’s another thing that he could have been charged with.”


Comer asserted that the evidence that Taylor Greene made available would support Hunter’s criminal prosecution.



Comer said, “You know, at the end of the day, when we wrap up this report, Hunter Biden’s gonna have between six and 10 criminal referrals.”



Comer went on: “He violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act. He was laundering money. He was racketeering. He committed wire fraud. He violated the Mann Act. The list goes on and on and on. But yet he gets a slap on the wrist and the Democrats want to talk about, ‘Oh, the two-tier system of justice is racist in America.’ Well, Hunter Biden is the ultimate white privilege guy here.”



Additionally, according to Comer, the evidence is “pretty overwhelming” that the 80-year-old president participated in the $10 million bribery plan that an FBI informant allegedly claimed in a bombshell dossier made public for the very first time on July 20.



The House Oversight Committee chairman damningly stated that “The evidence here is pretty overwhelming that Joe Biden did something for the CEO of Burisma. And what the form also says is that investigators would have a hard time – it would take them 10 years to determine how they got the money because of the way they transferred the money through so many different bank accounts.”



Comer continued by stating that the claims made in the informant document on the difficulties encountered while sending the alleged bribe to the Bidens “fit a pattern” of what his committee has already discovered “in Romania in China.”



“The business model was Hunter Biden would go in, he would tell these people, ‘If you need anything for the United States, if you want your foreign aid, if you want some type of sweetheart policy decision that would benefit you at the expense of the United States then you better pay me off because if you pay me off, you’re paying my dad off,’ and that’s how they operated, and more and more evidence comes forward every day to corroborate that,” Comer explained.


New shocking details of the criminal activity of the Biden crime family have surfaced in DC and parties are scrambling to explain to the American people about a previously undisclosed email chain from 2015, when Democrat Joe Biden was Vice President and on his way to Ukraine for an official visit- with his son, Hunter Biden curiously in tow.



Media reports show that this previously ignored email chain revealed the motive and “ultimate purpose” behind Hunter Biden’s affiliation at the time with a Ukraine energy company named- Burisma Holdings.



The new information gives a new understanding of Joe Biden’s actions when demanding the removal of a Ukrainian prosecutor from a Ukrainian case that we now know involved Hunter Biden:

Fox News reported that, in the month leading up to former Vice President Joe Biden’s visit to Ukraine, during which he issued a threat to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid unless Ukrainian leaders dismissed their top prosecutor, there were discussions between Hunter Biden and Burisma executives regarding a potential contract aimed at countering any federal investigations concerning Burisma’s founder and then-president, Mykola Zlochevsky.



“The sequence of events that led to the firing of Viktor Shokin, and the subsequent comments by then-Vice President Biden, raise serious concerns as to what machinations were really at play — and were purposefully concealed from the American people,” Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-N.C., a member of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, told Fox News Digital.



“No matter how you slice Hunter Biden’s involvement, it screams public corruption at the highest levels and must be fully investigated,” she added.



“The calm, judicious, steady reveal of incredibly condemning evidence that clearly incriminates the Biden crime family will eventually alarm even the most ardent supporters of this WH occupier,” added Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La., who also sits on the committee.



“Our President is compromised, he should resign and be forever condemned, and the Democrat Party should begin rebuilding itself,” he noted further.

Former New York City Mayor and federal prosecutor Rudy Giuliani joined Steve Bannon on The War Room on Friday evening.



Giuliani, the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York from 1983 to 1989, is famous for taking down the Five Families of the mafia in remarkable fashion.

Giuliani indicted 11 organised crime figures, including the heads of New York’s so-called “Five Families”, under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organisations Act (RICO) on charges including extortion, labour racketeering, and murder for hire.



It was dubbed as “the most significant assault on the infrastructure of organised crime since the high command of the Chicago Mafia was swept away in 1943” by Times Magazine – who quoted Giuliani’s stated intention: “Our approach is to wipe out the five families.”



Gambino crime family boss Paul Castellano evaded conviction when he and his underboss, Thomas Bilotti, were murdered on the streets of Midtown Manhattan in 1985.



However, three heads of the Five Families were sentenced to 100 years in prison on January 13, 1987.



On Friday night Rudy Giuliani told Steve Bannon the US government has more evidence to indict the Biden Crime Family than he did against the Five Families in the 1980s.


This comes after Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) released an FBI 1023 document that proves that Joe and Hunter took $5 million each from the Burisma founder to push the Ukrainian president to fire the prosecutor investigating Hunter Biden and the Burisma company.

It’s been verified by about three years of disclosures, including actual testimony that people have seen or can see that’s been tape recorded. I mean, Shokin has testified, the guy who was fired… Biden confessed to it when he was in front of the Atlantic Council. The hard drive contains at least five texts that would be used as admissions in the trial. The best one being that Hunter texts his daughter straight out saying, “I’ve had to give half my income for the last 30 years to pop.” They say, well, there’s no evidence that money went to pop. Yeah, how about his son says he gave it to him? I’ve never had better evidence than that. Steve this is like Alice in Wonderland.

DC Judge Refuses to Force DOJ to Turn Over Records Showing Biden-Garland’s Obstruction of Hunter Biden Prosecution

Back in March, The Heritage Foundation requested documents from the DOJ using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regarding the government’s investigation of Hunter Biden. Unsurprisingly, the DOJ refused.


Then, on June 20th, after several years of government investigations, Hunter Biden was charged with multiple, watered-down offenses.


The charges were so weak they created a presumption of corruption at the DOJ. This was doubly true because it was announced that Hunter would be pleading out to the joke charges on July 26, 2023, in a rapid fire, “nothing to see here” prosecution.



Six days later, the Heritage Foundation filed a FOIA lawsuit in Washington, D.C. (good luck getting a fair shake there) and requested the court force the DOJ to disclose critical records about the Hunter Biden investigation which would demonstrate that the Biden Administration and corrupt Attorney General Merrick Garland were obstructing the prosecution. Heritage argued that the judge in Hunter’s criminal case needed to see the records so that the sham prosecution would be exposed, and Hunter would not get a lenient judgment due to third-world level rank corruption.


Predictably, the far left federal judge, Dabney Friedrich denied Heritage’s request. The judge explained that DOJ couldn’t be asked to turn over the records because it was too busy responding to records requests about the January 6th riot. [SNORT]. Right, as if anyone has ever been granted any documents from the DOJ relating to January 6th. Ask us how we know…. What a sad joke.



The same day this honorable judge Friedrich denied Heritage’s request, IRS investigator whistleblowers testified:



They were blocked from searching Hunter Biden’s home;

They were prevented from speaking with Biden’s family members;

That the DOJ refused to impose felony tax charges – even though the investigators (who were Democrats, by the way) strongly recommended them;

That the US Attorney leading the investigation had personally told them – contrary to his public statements – that Biden and Garland had obstructed his ability to conduct his investigation AND curtailed his ability to bring the charges he wanted to bring.

The IRS whistleblowers strongly advocated for the appointment of a special counsel because of the lack of impartiality in Hunter’s investigation and prosecution.



This request to produce documents was filed by The Heritage Foundation on Thursday.


On Monday The Gateway Pundit has information that new filings will take place to stall Hunter Biden’s lenient punishment by the highly corrupt Biden Department of Justice.

The FBI has information that confirms evidence that the Biden’s took $10 million from Ukraine to remove the prosecutor investigating Burisma, the firm that hired Hunter to their Board.



Last week, after FBI whistleblowers shared evidence that the Bidens made $17 million in Ukraine, Senator Grassley shared evidence that the Bidens made $10 million for removing an investigator investigating Burisma, the firm that hired Hunter to its Board.



Rudy Giuliani said yesterday that this is the strongest case he has ever seen.

The DailyMail reports that the FBI has information that corroborates the $10 million to the Bidens.



The FBI corroborated parts of a trusted informant’s story that a Ukrainian oligarch bribed Joe Biden and his son Hunter with $10 million, a source close to the investigation has revealed to DailyMail.com.



On Thursday, Congress published an FBI agent’s write-up of a 2020 interview with a secret long-time informant, who claimed Mykola Zlochevsky, owner of the allegedly corrupt Ukrainian gas firm Burisma, told them of his scheme to bribe the President and First Son.



The bombshell information was first unearthed by the Pittsburgh FBI office, which was tasked in 2020 with investigating potential Biden family corruption.



It appears clear that former AG Bill Barr allowed the many crimes committed by the Bidens to be swept under the rug.

Oversight Chair: 'Cash Strapped' Biden Sold Access for Decades, Says Clues Point to Alleged Corruption

House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer of Kentucky has leveled a new charge against President Joe Biden.



“Joe Biden has been selling access to our enemies for decades,” the Republican congressman said on the podcast “Verdict” hosted by Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas.



Comer said he thinks Joe Biden’s activities pre-date even those of his son, Hunter Biden.



When Cruz asked the basis for the claim, Comer said he has the research to back it up.



“Basis is, you know, if you studied Joe Biden like I have, he’s always been cash-strapped,” the Kentucky Republican said.



“He’s never had a successful career in investing or anything like that. Then you look at the assets he’s accumulated on a Senate salary? It’s pretty, pretty impressive when you look at the upkeep to those assets. I believe that, if we, you know …” Comer said.



“So you are saying a classic Corvette doesn’t buy itself,” Cruz said.



“No,” Comer replied.



“We’re finding that these toys that Hunter had were purchased by foreign nationals, so that’s a whole other element,” he said.







Cower said Biden’s activities were known to a previous occupant of the White House.



“I think that Obama knew this was going on towards the end,” Comer said. Biden was vice president to former President Barack Obama from January 2009 to January 2017. “And that Obama didn’t want Biden to run for president.”

On Wednesday, Comer delivered an overview of his investigation into the financial dealings of the Biden family.



“The Bidens created over 20 shell companies – most of which were created when Joe Biden was Vice President,” Comer said Wednesday, according to a transcript of his remarks posted on the House Oversight Committee’s website.



“Bank records so far show the Biden family, their business associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals and their related companies. A lot of this money poured in while Joe Biden was Vice President,” he said.



“After foreign companies sent money to business associates’ companies, the Bidens then received incremental payments over time to different bank accounts,” he said.


“These complicated financial transactions were used deliberately to conceal the source of the funds and total amounts. No normal business operates like this.”



Comer then explained what he believes was the nature of the Biden family’s enterprise — a “business” with only one product on offer to potential customers.



“What were the Bidens selling? Nothing but influence and access to the Biden network. This is an influence-peddling scheme to enrich the Bidens,” he said. “We need to know whether Joe Biden is compromised by these schemes and if our national security is threatened.



“The White House and Democrats would have Americans believe that our investigation is based on five years of conspiracy theories. But we have facts. And new evidence continues to be uncovered by our committee revealing the first family’s corruption,” he said.



Comer then delivered his summation: “The Bidens have put themselves first and America last.”

Hunter Biden's former business partner and friend is set to testify that Hunter called then Vice President Joe during meetings with clients, reports say.



Devon Archer, 48, was subpoenaed on June 12 by the House Oversight Committee, which is investigating Hunter's businesses and whether he and other members of the Biden family improperly traded on their connections.



Archer has so far canceled his scheduled depositions three times, The Washington Examiner reported, but still intends to speak to the committee. They go on recess for the summer break in August.



On Sunday, The New York Post reported Archer is expected to tell the committee Joe spoke to Hunter's business associates, including those at Burisma, at least 24 times.


Archer and another business associate, Tony Bobulinski, have both said Joe Biden offered brief greetings and platitudes rather than concrete agreements to Hunter's business partners.



But Archer's testimony will further challenge the White House's insistence that Joe Biden never had any knowledge of or involvement in his wayward son's business affairs.



'We are looking forward very much to hearing from Devon Archer about all the times he has witnessed Joe Biden meeting with Hunter Biden's overseas business partners when he was vice president, including on speakerphone,' said James Comer, a Republican for Kentucky who serves as the committee chairman.



Joe Biden, who was vice president from 2009-17, spoke to Hunter's partners on the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma in December 2015.



Hunter and Archer were in Dubai, Archer will reportedly testify, and Hunter told fellow Burisma board members they could speak to his father on the phone.



Hunter connected his father with Mykola Zlochevsky, Burisma's owner, and Vadym Pozharskyi, a senior Burisma executive, and while they gathered around the phone, Hunter told Joe that the Ukrainian businessmen 'need our support'.



Archer is also expected to say that Joe Biden only spoke vaguely during the brief call to greet the two businessmen.


Comer and the committee are interested in the communications because, at the time, Joe Biden was serving as President Barack Obama's 'point person' on Ukraine, and U.S. efforts to discourage corruption.



Burisma was being investigated for corruption, and in an email to Hunter and Archer in November 2015 - one month before the speakerphone call - Pozharskyi demanded that they use their influence to 'close down' the criminal investigation against Burisma, The New York Post reported.



Archer will also tell the committee, the paper said, about a dinner at a restaurant in the French capital, where Hunter took out his phone and called his father, in a bid to impress potential investors.



Archer will say that Hunter would introduce his father to the people on speakerphone in about one in four calls.



At other times, he would speak to his father without telling him he was on speakerphone - leaving open the possibility that Joe did not know his son was trading off his access.



Joe Biden is known to speak to his son and his grandchildren regularly: Hunter Biden in 2021 told CBS News they speak every night.



A close associate of Archer told the New York Post he is testifying about his time working with Hunter because he believes it is his 'civic duty.'



Archer was sentenced to one year and a day in prison in February 2022 for defrauding a Native American tribal entity and various investment advisory clients of tens of millions of dollars, in connection with the issuance of $60 million in bonds.



Archer's associate said he felt the fraud case was a way to silence him.



He has 'nothing to hide, no revenge to enact nor anyone to protect other than his family and he feels he has been handcuffed by the absurdly bogus [fraud] case into remaining silent,' the source told The Post.



'In a forum where he has immunity he can at least start to speak truth.'

Report: Devon Archer, Key Biden Associate, Cancels Congressional Testimony a Third Time

Devon Archer, a Biden family business associate and Hunter’s “best friend in business,” reportedly backed out of his scheduled appearance on Monday before the House Oversight Committee, canceling for a third time.



House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) reportedly told Fox News that Archer canceled his Monday deposition with the committee. Archer is under subpoena from the committee but has reportedly canceled scheduled appearances three times.



A person familiar with Archer’s expected testimony told Breitbart News the outstanding date remains under negotiation with his lawyer. Reports indicate the committee hopes to compel his testimony on July 31.



The committee initially subpoenaed Archer in June. They want to speak with him about the Biden family business.



The committee “identified Mr. Archer as possessing information relevant to its investigation and seeks your client’s testimony regarding these and other related topics,” it wrote in a statement:



[T]he Committee has reviewed and public reporting indicates that Mr. Archer played a significant role in the Biden family’s business deals abroad, including but not limited to China, Russia, and Ukraine. Additionally, while undertaking these ventures with the Biden family, your client met with then-Vice President Biden on multiple occasions, including in the White House.



Archer was by Hunter’s side for decades. They attended Yale together in the late 1990s. Archer went on to become the vice chairman of finance for John Kerry’s failed 2004 presidential campaign, where he connected with his college classmate Chris Heinz, Kerry’s stepson and another Biden family business partner.



Archer was an important member of the Biden family business. He was photographed playing golf with then-Vice President Joe Biden in Southhampton, New York, in 2014.



In 2014, Archer served with Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma Holdings, a Ukraine-based energy company. Archer resigned from Burisma’s board after his arrest in 2016. Authorities convicted Archer for defrauding a Native American tribal entity in 2022 and was ordered to pay a $43,954,416.75 judgment to the victims.



Some of Archer’s largest deals involved Bohai Harvest, an entity controlled by Chinese state-owned interests.

A little backstory: In December 2013, Hunter Biden helped start a Chinese private equity fund called Bohai Harvest RST (BHR). The American partners held their interests in the company through a shell company called Rosemont Seneca Thornton. Senate investigators later revealed that Yelena Baturina, the billionaire ex-wife of Moscow’s longtime mayor, transferred $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton on February 14, 2014, raising concerns about Hunter Biden’s possible relationship with the Russian oligarch.


In 2019, Hunter Biden told Archer he was a part of the Biden family and that the price of power was persecution.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. changed his tune Sunday and called for an investigation into the alleged Biden bribery scheme.



Speaking with Fox News, the Democrat presidential candidate said allegations surrounding President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden about allegedly accepting $5 million in bribes are worth “a real investigation.”


“I think the issues are now coming up are worrying enough that we really need a real investigation of what happened,” Kennedy said. “I mean, these revelations about the, where you had Burisma, which is, you know, a notoriously corrupt company that paid out, apparently, $10 million to Hunter and his dad. If that’s true, then it is really troubling.”

“So, I think that that needs to be investigated,” he added.


House Judiciary Committee

Kennedy’s statement is a dramatic course correction from just last week when he refused to attack President Joe Biden on his family’s alleged corruption, despite polling that shows overwhelming concern about the scandal.



“What I’ve tried to do in this campaign is to focus on issues and focus on the values and not focus on ad hominem attacks on people,” Kennedy told Fox News when asked about the scandal.



“Isn’t alleged corruption an issue that voters should be concerned about?” Fox News pressed.



“I think on every side it’s something that people should be concerned about, but it’s not something that I’m making a spear tip to my campaign,” Kennedy replied.

The course correction comes after Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) released an FBI information record that alleged President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden each received $5 million from Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of Burisma Holdings, after Joe Biden threatened to withhold aid to Ukraine until then-President Petro Poroshenko fired a prosecutor investigating Burisma.



Kennedy’s opinion now aligns with polling that shows a majority of independents want congressional investigations into the Biden family business prioritized. Another majority of registered voters believe Joe Biden’s family received millions of dollars from Chinese government-linked sources. Moreover, 61 percent of Americans believe Hunter Biden received “special treatment” in his plea deal with U.S. Prosecutor David Weiss.

Look, the implications for this are huge, Jesse.



If you look at that 1023 form that the FBI released, if that document is true, that document reveals that one of the people that was at those meetings that heard the conversations about bribing the Bidens worked for – President Zelensky. Who really wants to believe, if that meeting took place and that document is accurate, that that individual did not go and report to President Zelensky what he heard?



And again, if that document is true, who wants to believe that President Zelensky and his administration have not used that as leverage over Joe Biden when it comes to negotiations on Ukraine policy?



We may all have to start learning the Ukrainian word for compromise because this is a very clear indication of how this has shaped this administration’s policy towards Ukraine and also towards China.



It is also convenient for Zelensky that there is not a team of US auditors in his country tracking where all of this money went.

McCarthy has been slow to invoke the idea of impeachment for Biden, but he finally mentioned it tonight and signaled that he is coming around to it.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy broached the “I-word” Monday night regarding the foreign-money corruption accusations involving President Biden and son Hunter.



In an appearance on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” the California Republican said recently unearthed FBI documents about possible foreign bribery and supporting bank records are a game changer.



“This is rising to the level of impeachment inquiry,” he said.



Mr. McCarthy also invoked the specter of the first, and to date only, U.S. president to resign from office under a cloud of corruption and abuse of power.



“This president also has used something we have not seen since Richard Nixon … used the weaponization of government to benefit his family and deny Congress the ability to have the oversight” needed to investigate corruption claims, he said.

Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) stated that the investigation around the conduct of the Biden family and President Joe Biden “is rising to the level of [an] impeachment inquiry,” and noted that the informant who provided the basis for the 1023 form on the Bidens has been assessed to be credible by the FBI.



McCarthy said, “Well, this alleged 1023 that claims that they bribed the Bidens, this was given to the FBI. When Bill Barr finally found out about it, he sent it to his office in Philadelphia. They actually said that this was very credible. The FBI kept this from the IRS…so, not only do they claim that they were bribed, we now find information that 16 out of 17 payments from Romania were provided to the Biden shell companies while he was vice president. When President Biden was running for office, he told the American public that he’s never talked about business. He said his family has never received a dollar from China, which we now proved is not true. We now have some of the most credible whistleblowers, these ten-year IRS agents who have come forward, said that the Biden family has been treated differently, that what Weiss has told us is different than what Garland and Weiss [have] told the public. And you’re sitting here today, where now you have found millions [of dollars] of foreign money, just what the 1023 alleges they did to Biden’s family, now, we found that it has funneled through shell companies.”



He added, “This is rising to the level of [an] impeachment inquiry, which provides Congress the strongest power to get the rest of the knowledge and information needed. Because this President has also used something we have not seen since Richard Nixon, used the weaponization of government to benefit his family and deny Congress the ability to have the oversight.”



McCarthy concluded, “I believe we will follow this all the way to the end, and this is going to rise to an impeachment inquiry, the way the Constitution tells us to do this, and we have to get the answers to these questions.”

Report: FBI Told David Weiss It Partially Corroborated Biden Bribery Allegations

The FBI reportedly told U.S. Prosecutor David Weiss the bureau partially corroborated the claims that Burisma Holdings founder Mykola Zlochevsky bribed then-Vice President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden with $5 million each.



The Pittsburgh FBI field office corroborated several details contained in the FBI informant record as a part of the intake process that former Attorney General William Barr established, a source with knowledge of the process told the Federalist.



The FBI’s Pittsburgh office was the clearinghouse for the information originating from Ukraine to root out “any potential disinformation.”



The Pittsburgh FBI office reportedly told Weiss about their corroborated facts stemming from the informant’s FD-1023 form, including the travel records the FBI informant detailed in the form and various times the informant claimed to visit cities in Ukraine, England, and Austria to gather the intelligence.



The source also told the Federalist the FBI informant’s handler corroborated the informant’s claim of meeting with Oleksandr (a.k.a. Alexander) Ostapenko, a man who allegedly witnessed conversations between Zlochevsky and the FBI informant. Ostapenko “introduced” the informant to Zlochevsky and “works in some office for the administration of [Ukrainian] President [Volodymyr] Zelensky,” the form stays.

The impeachment inquiry has been initiated following a whistleblower complaint over allegedly dealings of US President Donald J. Trump with Ukraine. The whistleblower report claimed that President Trump had "pressured" Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky during a July 2019 phone call to launch investigations into the actions of former vice president and 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden and involvement of his son Hunter Biden in the Burisma Holdings Company. In 2014 Hunter Biden , the son of then-US vice president Joe Biden was appointed to the board of Burisma Holdings, as Wikipedia webpage reported. 

Weiss was also aware that the FBI informant had a scheduled meeting with Ostapenko, according to the source. The upcoming meeting was reportedly corroborated by one of the visits the informant claimed in the form to have conducted with Ostapenko.



Because the FBI’s Pittsburgh office was only the clearinghouse for the information originating from Ukraine, the Pittsburgh office reportedly lacked Weiss’ authority of subpoena power to fully confirm the FBI informant’s report.



It appears Weiss never followed up on the informant’s report in his investigation of Hunter and Joe Biden, although he admitted in July the FBI informant form alleging the Biden family bribes is part of an ongoing investigation.

The president's son is reportedly under investigation for tax fraud, money laundering, and gun and foreign lobbying violations by Trump-appointed United States Attorney David C. Weiss.

IRS whistleblowers claim the Justice Department politically interfered in the investigation. In June, Hunter Biden agreed to plead guilty to two tax charges and one gun charge.



The whistleblowers allege Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf refused to allow investigators to ask about Joe Biden being “the big guy.” Wolf also allegedly cautioned the investigation team from searching Joe Biden’s guest house in Delaware for evidence against Hunter Biden because of “optics.”



Moreover, Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) violations were a part of the Hunter Biden criminal probe, warranting a special counsel, IRS Agent whistleblowers testified Wednesday. “We are not a part of the investigation anymore,” IRS Agent Joseph Ziegler told lawmakers. “That’s our whole point of a special counsel.”



“I still view that a special counsel for this case would have cut through the toughest problems that continue to make problems for this case,” Ziegler added.

A major Democrat donor and Biden-appointed commissioner was revealed as a buyer of Hunter Biden’s artwork.

According to Business Insider, Hunter Biden learned the identity of at least two of his buyers – and one of the buyers got a favor from the Biden White House!



One buyer, identified as Los Angeles real estate investor and major Democrat donor, Elizabeth Hirsh Naftali, was appointed to a prestigious commission by Joe Biden.



According to Insider, in July 2022, 8 months after Hunter Biden’s art debuted in a SoHo gallery, Joe Biden appointed Naftali to the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad.



It is unclear if the appointment occurred before or after Naftali purchased Hunter Biden’s art.

On the campaign trail, President Joe Biden pledged that there would be an “absolute wall” between his official duties and his family’s private business interests. The Biden White House repeatedly made reference to that wall when responding to questions about the fledgling art career of Hunter Biden, the president’s son. In 2021, when a New York art gallery debuted Hunter Biden’s paintings with asking prices as high as $500,000, the White House said that Hunter Biden’s team had a process for carefully vetting buyers, and that their identities were known only to the gallery, and not to Hunter Biden himself. The messaging seemed to suggest that Hunter Biden’s art patrons came from a rarified universe of collectors who had nothing to do with the hurly burly of politics.



Neither of those things has turned out to be the case. Hunter Biden did in fact learn the identity of two buyers, according to three people directly familiar with Hunter Biden’s own account of his art career. And one of those buyers is indeed someone who got a favor from the Biden White House. The timing of their purchase, however, is unknown.



That buyer, Insider can reveal, is Elizabeth Hirsh Naftali, a Los Angeles real estate investor and philanthropist. Hirsh Naftali is influential in California Democratic circles and is a significant Democratic donor who has given $13,414 to the Biden campaign and $29,700 to the Democratic National Campaign Committee this year. In 2022, she hosted a fundraiser headlined by Vice President Kamala Harris.



Insider also obtained internal documents from Hunter Biden’s gallery showing that a single buyer purchased $875,000 of his art. The documents do not indicate the buyer’s identity, which is also unknown to Insider at this time.



Joe Biden was also allegedly involved in a $10 million bribery scheme with Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky.



Despite a mountain of evidence showing Joe Biden was involved in pay-to-play schemes, House Republicans refuse to start an impeachment inquiry.

'Instead of responding to my request, the White House has thus far refused to address my questions surrounding their new position and why they lied to the American people,' Stefanik said Tuesday.



In the letter, the Republicans reference a June 29 statement from White House spokesperson Ian Sams, who said the president 'was not in business with his son.'



'This statement deviates from previous White House statements and brings forward concerns that the President knew of his son's foreign business deals,' the GOP leaders wrote to Delery.



Ian Sams and Jean-Pierre's latest denials have diverged from earlier White House responses, including a flat-out denial by President Biden back in 2019 when he was seeking the presidency.



'I've been asked this question a million times,' Jean-Pierre responded Monday. 'The answer is not going to change. The answer remains the same: The President was never in business with his son. I just don't have anything else to add,' she continued.



Biden told reporters on the campaign trail in 2019 that he had never talked to his son about his business.



'I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,' Biden told said 2019.



Two IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler testified under oath that the uncovered WhatsApp messages between Hunter and a Chinese energy official appear to be evidence of a 'direct contradiction to what President Biden was saying about not being involved in Hunter's overseas business dealings.'



The president's son was staying at the guest house of Biden's Delaware home when he wrote to Communist Party official Henry Zhao on July 30, 2017 on WhatsApp, threatening him to follow his 'orders'.



'I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.' Hunter wrote in 2017 according to testimony by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley released by the GOP.

The Republicans say that based on the WhatsApp messages and the 'clear shift in response from the White House,' they need more information.



But Stefanik told DailyMail.com they are still waiting on a response.



Hunter's ex-partner Devon Archer plans to say that Joe spoke to Hunter's business associates, including those at Burisma, at least 24 times directly contradicting the White House's insistence that Joe Biden never had any knowledge of or involvement in his wayward son's business affairs.



Archer and another business associate, Tony Bobulinski, have both said Joe Biden offered brief greetings and platitudes rather than concrete agreements to Hunter's business partners.



'We look forward to speaking soon with Devon Archer about Joe Biden's involvement in his family's business affairs,' House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said in a statement to DailyMail.com on Monday.



Republicans have been laser-focused on churning out evidence to prove that Hunter Biden used his father's status to profit off his last name - and Joe Biden was complicit in the deals.



Last week, Sen. Chuck Grassley released an unverified FBI document where a confidential human source recounted a conversation with Mykola Zlochevsky, the CEO of Ukrainian energy company Burisma, who claimed Joe and Hunter had each been paid $5 million when Joe was vice president in exchange for policy outcomes.



The document accuses then-VP Joe Biden of pressurring Ukraine to fire prosecutor Viktor Shokin for corruption as Shokin was investigating Burisma.

‘Highly credible’ FBI source provides GOP lawmakers with evidence Joe Biden accepted ‘millions’ in bribes

According to a document made public on July 20, a confidential source provided information to the FBI in 2020, alleging that then-presidential candidate Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden were allegedly bribed to influence Ukraine to remove a prosecutor who was investigating Burisma, the Ukrainian company where Hunter Biden was employed.

As reported by The Epoch Times, the source said he visited Burisma's office in Ukraine in either 2015 or 2016, accompanied by a man named Oleksandr Ostapenko. During the meeting, Vadim Pojarskii, the chief financial officer of Burisma, allegedly informed the source that the company hired Hunter Biden with the intention to safeguard themselves, through his father, from various potential issues and challenges.



Burisma reached out to the source seeking assistance in acquiring a U.S. company to merge with, with the aim of potentially going public in the United States, the report continued.



Following the disclosure of an investigation into Burisma by Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin in 2016, the source informed Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma, that the revelation could negatively impact the company's potential initial public offering. In response, Zlochevsky allegedly stated that Hunter Biden would handle all the issues through his father.



"Zlochevsky was also cited as saying that it cost $5 million to pay one Biden and $5 million to pay another Biden," The Epoch Times noted, citing the source.



According to the document, the source responded by expressing concerns that payments to the Bidens could complicate the situation, as neither of them had experience in the oil and gas sector. In response, Zlochevsky acknowledged his low opinion of Hunter Biden's intelligence but emphasized the necessity of keeping him on the board “so everything will be okay.” He further stated that both Bidens had informed him that Hunter Biden should continue to be a part of the board.



Around that time, Joe Biden, then-vice president to President Barack Obama, was threatening to withhold $1 billion in foreign aid to Ukraine if then-President Petro Poroshenko didn't fire Shokin. He did, and Biden released the loan guarantee.



“We’re leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor’s not fired, you’re not getting the money,'” Joe Biden said at a public event about the interaction, referring to a $1 billion loan guarantee he threatened to withhold. “Well, son of a [expletive]. He got fired.”



Shokin has asserted that the threat of withholding financial aid was cited as the reason for his ousting. In a sworn statement, he claimed that then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko requested his resignation due to "pressure from the U.S. presidential administration, in particular from Joe Biden."



As per the FBI source, during the conversation, it was apparent that payments had already been made to the Bidens, presumably as an arrangement to handle Shokin, The Epoch Times continued.



The document, dated July 30, 2020, was a summary of conversations between the FBI and the source. After receiving a copy from the FBI, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) released it with redactions. The FBI initially declined to provide the document, but after the House moved to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt, the bureau eventually handed it over.



During a House hearing this week, IRS agent Gary Shapley, another whistleblower involved in a criminal investigation of Hunter Biden, stated that he had never been shown the form.



“There were investigative steps that involved President Biden that were not allowed to be taken. Information like this would have been really helpful to have from investigators … when we received any pushback. When we were asked to take names out of document requests and search warrants, it would’ve been nice to have information that showed why, that helped prove why those names need to be in those requests,” Shapley said.

Hunter Biden Admits in Court He Made $664K from CEFC China Energy, Contradicting Joe Biden’s Claims

Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Chris Clark, admitted in court Wednesday the president’s son received $664,000 from CEFC China Energy Co. in 2017, contradicting President Joe Biden’s claim Hunter Biden never received money from a Chinese entity.



During a hearing before U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, Clark revealed Hunter made over one million dollars in foreign business transactions, including $664,000 from CEFC, a company linked to the CCP and Chinese intelligence.



“During calendar year 2017, Biden earned substantial income, including: just under $1 million from a company he formed with the CEO of a Chinese business conglomerate [BHR Partners]; $666,666 from his domestic business interests; approximately $664,000 from a Chinese infrastructure investment company[CEFC]…” Clark told the judge, according to the court transcript obtained by not-for-profit Marco Polo.

Clark confirmed additional income from Hunter Biden’s business ventures, including $500,000 in director’s fees from his ventures with Burisma Holdings, a company whose executive told an FBI informant he bribed Hunter and President Joe Biden each with $5 million:



From 2017 to 12 2019, he served on the board of a Ukrainian energy company and a Chinese private equity fund. He further negotiated and executed contracts for business and legal services that paid millions of dollars of compensation to him and/or his domestic corporations, Owasco, PC and Owasco, LLC. Through at least early 2017, he also was employed by a prestigious multi-national law firm in an ‘of counsel’ capacity. For this work, he earned substantial income, totaling more than $2.3 million in 2017 and $2.1 million in 2018.



Clark also said the younger Biden made” $70,000 relating to a Romanian business; and $48,000 from the multi-national law firm.”



The money received by Hunter Biden contradicts Joe Biden’s claims his son never received money from a Chinese entity.



“Hunter Biden’s business associate sent over a million dollars to three of your family members. Any reaction to that?” a reporter asked Joe Biden in March.



“That’s not true,” the president said.



In the 2020 election cycle, the president told voters on the debate stage he nor his son ever made money from a Chinese entity. Instead, Biden accused former President Donald Trump of making money from China.



“My son has not made money in terms of this thing about, what are you talking about, China,” Biden said. “The only guy who made money from China is this guy [Donald Trump]. He’s the only one. Nobody else has made money from China.”


The House Oversight Committee James Comer (R-KY) revealed the Biden family business, over the course of several years, received over $10 million from business schemes in Romania and China in return for what appears to be influence peddling. In addition, Burisma paid the Biden family business $7.3 million over the course of many years, including when Joe Biden was vice president, IRS agent Joseph Ziegler told Congress last week.



Suspicious Activity Reports obtained by the committee revealed a Biden associate, Rob Walker, received a $3 million wire transfer from CEFC China Energy Co. In turn, four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie, and an unidentified “Biden” — received a collective $1.3 million cut from the $3 million wire transfer.



The committee is investigating the entities that accepted and passed money through to the Biden business. The Biden business opened more than 20 shell companies to hide payments and launder money, Comer said in July.

James Comer Raises Concerns of Biden Racketeering

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) raised concerns that the Biden family could be involved in racketeering, the act of operating a business with illegally derived income through money laundering.



Speaking on the Verdict with Ted Cruz podcast this week, Comer revealed the Biden family business caused six banks to flag over 170 “large” amounts of money in Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the treasury for review, 20 more than previously known. SARs “often contain evidence of potential criminal activities, such as money laundering and fraud,” according to a 2020 Senate report.



Comer, who is a former bank board member of ten years, said from his experience that just two SARs would make it difficult for an average citizen to open a bank account. SARs occur very seldom, Comer explained.



“How many [SARs] were issued concerning Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, the Biden family?” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) asked Comer.



“Over 170,” he replied.



“You were on a bank [board for ten years], and they issued two [SARs]?” Cruz asked.



“If you had two SARS against you, it would be hard for you to open an account somewhere,” Comer explained. “There wouldn’t be any bank that would want to have you as a customer because it’s not worth the paperwork.”



“Remember, when the bank files one of these [SARs] — you could understand this, appreciate this, senator — that’s inviting the regulators to come in and regulate [the bank]. That’s the last thing the bank [wants].”



“What triggers it?” Cruz asked. “You’re a banker. What is it that makes you say, ‘We ought to file a SAR?'”



“A large transaction that comes out of the blue,” Comer replied. “I’ll use the Robinson Walker account [for example] because that was the first bank account we subpoenaed.”



Rob Walker is a Biden associate who Comer says funneled money from China and Romania. In March, Comer obtained SARs on Walker, who received a $3 million wire transfer from CEFC China Energy Co. in 2017. In turn, four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie, and an unidentified “Biden” — received a collective $1.3 million cut from the $3 million wire transfer.



“Now remember, this account never had much activity in it over the course of 10 years. [It] maintained around a $40,000 or $50,000 balance. Then one day, out of the blue, they get a $3 million wire from China,” Comer explained. “And he’d never gotten a foreign wire before … then, all of a sudden, a $3 million wire.”



Comer believes the Biden family opened more than 20 shell companies to hide payments and launder money.



“Just after 24 hours, the next day, they [the Bidens] start wiring incremental payments to different Biden shell companies,” Comer said. “When you set up a bunch of shell companies for the sole purpose to launder money, that is called racketeering.”



According to legal experts, the law defines 35 offenses that constitute racketeering, including gambling, murder, kidnapping, arson, drug dealing, and bribery. In 1987, former United States Attorney Rudolph Giuliani indicted the heads of New York City’s “Five Families” under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). Eight of them were convicted under RICO.

Democrats, media running out of “maneuvering room” to hide Biden scandals: “almost a panic setting in”

The establishment is working overtime trying to bury scandal after scandal involving the Biden regime and the Biden crime family, but there are now so many scandals receiving so much attention all at once that it is a losing battle.

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley commented recently that Democrats and their media lapdogs are running out of "maneuvering room" to squirm their way out of the bribery allegations involving the fake president.



"I think that there is almost a panic setting in the media," Turley told John Roberts of "America Reports." "They all want to move on because the alternative is to recognize one of the most significant corruption scandals in modern history, but it's something the media played a role in suppressing, so they want everyone to move on."



"That's just not going to happen. The evidence is mounting. You had these two whistleblowers testify in Congress and you'll notice the Democrat members asked very little about their specific allegations."



One of them, Rep. Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.), attempted to question one of the whistleblowers, only to have said whistleblower completely destroy Biden within minutes.



"He ended up demolishing the Biden defense in less than five minutes," Turley explained about the whistleblower's testimony. "He got the witness to confirm that Joe Biden did in fact speak to his son about business dealings."

Joe Biden lied under oath; time to IMPEACH

The exchange between Goldman and the whistleblower centered around a WhatsApp message that Hunter Biden sent to a Chinese businessman in which Hunter told said businessman that his father Joe was sitting right next to him.



"Bribery is the second crime mentioned in the impeachment clause," Turley said.



"Whenever you see that word, it raises very serious implications for a sitting president. And what's really troubling, John, is that these denials by the president were not only made when he was running for the presidency, but have continued during the presidency."



The media has been running cover for the Biden crime family ever since the New York Post reported on the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop, which was dropped off at a Delaware computer repair shop where emails related to illicit business dealings were found on its hard drive.



Big Tech did everything it could to suppress the story, as did the corporate-controlled media. As far as the establishment was concerned, the laptop story was "fake," and we were all supposed to just accept that claim and move on.



When nobody moved on and people continued to probe for the truth about the Biden crime family, the media and Democrats became more desperate. They involved the FBI and other three-letter agencies in cracking down on those drawing attention to the laptop, including the Post itself which saw its Twitter account locked as punishment.



Then-White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany also had her Twitter account silenced simply for sharing the report. Despite all this, it was confirmed that the emails were, in fact, authentic, and that Hunter and "the big guy," his dad, were involved in illegal dealings with rogue foreign nations.



"Hunter provided Burisma an analysis of geo-political conditions that closely looked like a version of a classified report," one commenter wrote about the matter. "The analytic judgments outlined were identical to those in the classified version. Hunter had zero experience in the analytics provided."

Fox News host Jesse Watters said sources confirmed to “Primetime” that whistleblowers have proof the Bidens have offshore bank accounts.

“These IRS whistleblowers have been asked to produce the documents relating to Biden’s offshore bank accounts relating to the House Ways and Means Committee,” Watters said.



“Now, these documents can’t go to Comer. They have to go to House Ways and Means because they’re the only committee permitted to see it. Sources tell “Primetime” they have not seen the documents yet, but when they do, it goes through a vote and then the documents will be released,” Watter continued.



Jesse Watters said Joe Biden has never worked in the private sector so why the hell does he receive money through shell companies from his son Hunter.



“Joe Biden bragged for decades that he was the poorest man in the Senate. Joe Biden has never had a job in the private sector, number one. Why would Joe Biden receive money through shell companies from his son and why would Joe Biden have an offshore bank account? We’re talking about pay-your-fair-share, Amtrak Joe, the kid from Scranton, has foreign bank accounts? Comer: 6 Major Banks Filed 170 Suspicious Activity Reports on Bidens for Money Laundering, Human Trafficking, Fraud

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has dropped a bombshell by revealing that six major American banks have filed over 170 suspicious activity reports (SARs) against Democrat President Joe Biden’s family.



According to Comer, the banks, including JPMorgan, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, filed the SARs with the Treasury Department regarding alleged serious criminal activity involving the Bidens.



Comer, who served as a bank director for a decade, revealed that the reports were related to activity involving money laundering, human trafficking, and tax fraud.



Speaking during an appearance on Sen Ted Cruz’s (R-TX) podcast show, Comer explained that a SAR is essentially a red flag raised by a bank when it suspects that a client may be involved in illegal activities.



Despite misconceptions to the contrary, Comer clarified that SARs are very rare and not issued lightly by banks.



For a comparison, Comer revealed that the bank he directed only issued two SARs over the ten years he worked there.



For multiple banks to issue over 170 SARs against one family is incredibly unusual, Comer explained.



“In the banking industry, if you had two SARs against you, it would be hard for you to open an account somewhere,” Comer said.



“There wouldn’t be any bank that would want to have you as a customer, because it’s not worth the paperwork.”



The Oversight Committee chair then stated that the Biden family had been subjected to a staggering number of SARs.



These reports raised suspicion of money laundering, human trafficking, and tax fraud, all connected to different members of the Biden crime family.



Comer illustrated the nature of these suspicions by using the example of a $3 million wire transaction from China to an associate of the Biden family.



The payment was subsequently funneled through various shell companies within 24 hours.


“Now, remember, this account never had much activity in it over the course of ten years, maintained around a $40,000 balance,” said Comer.



“Then one day, out of the blue, they get a $3 million wire from China.”



“He’d never gotten a foreign wire before, and there’s $3 million in an account that’s never had more than 50,000,” Comer added.



“Some months, it had a $10,000 balance, but never more than 50,000.



“Then all of a sudden, a $3 million wire.”



Comer further detailed the alleged set-up of approximately 20 shell companies associated with the Biden family, all allegedly involved in money laundering schemes.



These companies, he stated, had no legitimate business operations and existed purely as legal entities on paper – no factories, no machinery, no products, no real estate, no business cards, no storefront.



“Money laundering is hiding money. You’re hiding the source of the money, and you’re deceiving the Internal Revenue Service to try to evade taxes,” Comer explained.



“So if Hunter Biden was doing something legitimate for China, they could have just wired the money to Hunter Biden. But they didn’t,” said Comer.



“They sent it to a company called Robinson Walker.



“Then they wired it to a company called Owasco,” he added.



“Then they wired it to another company called Bohai.



“These companies don’t do anything with the money.”



Cruz responded, “It’s just a bucket to pour the water in, then a bucket to pour it into somewhere else?”



Comer replied, “That’s exactly what it is and it was organized.



“This is like organized crime.”



Cruz emphasized the credibility of the banks involved in filing these reports.



He noted that they are major institutions with knowledgeable legal teams.



All of the banks mentioned are known to be reliable political donors to the Democrats, further deepening the significance of these reports.



“So these are all banks that are reliable political donors to the Democrats that are nonetheless looking at reports saying, wow, this is really concerning,” said Cruz.

This DOJ deal would have also granted protection to the First Son from any future prosecution related to illegally obtained money from foreign nations as an unregistered foreign agent.



What is more corrosive and destructive to our nation than a politicized Justice Department that applies different legal standards depending on whether one’s last name is Trump or Biden?

Dem Congressman Turns on Biden Family, Says It 'Clear' Hunter Broke the Law and Must Be Held Accountable

In a sign that some Democrats are starting to see Hunter Biden as a liability for the party, a Connecticut Democrat is now saying that if Hunter has perpetrated crimes, then he should be held accountable.



Rep. Jim Himes used Hunter Biden to take a swipe at Republicans, but in doing so also revealed that he is not one whose knee-jerk reaction is to proclaim Hunter’s innocence.



“Let me say something that you never heard a Republican member of Congress say in the four years of the Trump administration, which is that if Hunter Biden broke the law, he should be prosecuted,” Himes said on MSNBC, according to Fox News. “And it is clear that he broke the law with respect to taxes and possibly the ownership of a handgun. He should be held accountable for that.”



Even as Himes was trying to turn the tables on Republicans for not criticizing former President Donald Trump loudly enough, he also acknowledged that Hunter is not above the law.



“If he traded on his father’s influence, he should be held accountable for that. And I’m emphasizing this because you never, ever heard a Republican say the same thing about Donald Trump or his family,” Himes continued.

Himes did insist that there is “no evidence” that the president colluded with Hunter, but added that all evidence should be taken seriously.



“Now, to the question about impeachment, there is today zero evidence, zero evidence that Joe Biden, the president of the United States, knew about what his son was doing. If, if he did know about it, if he participated in that, then that is a very different conversation,” he exclaimed.



Himes is clearly mistaken — or purposefully blind — to the growing amount of evidence showing that Joe Biden has misled Americans about his part in Hunter’s shady business deals, though.



For instance, Joe has said he never knew anything about Hunter’s business deals, but whistleblower evidence presented last month in Congress shows that Hunter told his associates that his dad was right in the room with him as he asked for money from a Chinese business associate.


Then there is the photographic evidence showing that Hunter had access to his dad’s garage where classified documents were illegally stored, despite the president claiming Hunter was never there when the documents were stored at his Connecticut home.



But that is nothing compared to the extensive banking records that show a large number of suspicious activities connected to the Bidens, records that show money that doesn’t seem to have ended up being declared as income.



Then there is the mysterious $10 million in income that showed up on Joe and Jill Bidens’ income taxes from 2017 that doesn’t seem to have a clear source. The disclosure statements claim that the money is from “book sales,” but the tracing does not seem to prove that the money came from such a source.



Kentucky Republican and chair of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee James Comer is also asking why the Bidens have dozens of shell corporations in their name passing money to them.



“The Bidens created over 20 shell companies — most of which were created when Joe Biden was Vice President,” Comer said in a July 10 press release. “Bank records so far show the Biden family, their business associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals’ and their related companies.”

“These complicated financial transactions were used deliberately to conceal the source of the funds and total amounts,” Comer wrote, adding, “No normal business operates like this.”



Meanwhile, as the heat has been turned up on Hunter and his shady dealings, his sweetheart plea deal blew up in his face and was rejected in a Delaware court.



Judge Maryellen Noreika of Federal District Court in Wilmington rejected the outrageous deal that the Biden Dept. of Justice was hoping to slip by the courts in which Hunter was given the lightest sentence suggestions possible for tax evasion and gun crimes as well as being handed blanket immunity for all future prosecution “in perpetuity.”



With all this piling up on Hunter and Joe Biden, it seems that Democrats are finally starting to get a bit uneasy about where this could all end up and how it will redound on the Democratic Party just as we are headed into the 2024 campaign season.



If even Democrats are now starting to show cracks in their former wall of silence on accusations of Biden family crimes, this can’t be what the Biden administration is hoping to see as the walls really do seem to be closing in on them.
