House Oversight Committee Busts Joe Biden, Says Unearthed Emails Show Joe ‘Lied’ About Hunter’s Business

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer claimed that newly released emails between Hunter Biden and his business associates with the Obama White House cast doubt on President Joe Biden’s claims that he was unaware of his son’s business dealings when he was serving as the vice president.



Comer said: “We know Hunter Biden’s business associates visited the White House numerous times during the Obama-Biden administration, and now-unearthed emails reveal Hunter Biden and his associates sought access to the White House and official government events.



“The House Oversight Committee will continue to follow the Bidens’ complex financial transactions to determine the extent of their influence peddling schemes to determine if President Biden is compromised and our national security is threatened.”



House Oversight Committee ranking member Jamie Raskin (D-MD) said:



“What we’re talking about here is second-hand hearsay, and they did whatever investigative due diligence was called for in that assessment period, and they found no reason to escalate it from an assessment to a so-called preliminary investigation.”



Comer said earlier: “Today, FBI officials confirmed that the unclassified, FBI-generated record has not been disproven and stated several times the information contained within it is currently being used in an ongoing investigation.



“The confidential human source who provided information about then-Vice President Biden being involved in a criminal bribery scheme is a trusted, highly credible informant who has been used by the FBI for years.



“These are facts and no amount of spin, and frankly lies, from the White House or Congressional Democrats can change this information.



“At the briefing, the FBI again refused to hand over the unclassified record to the custody of the House Oversight Committee and we will now initiate contempt of Congress proceedings.



“Given the severity and complexity of the allegations contained within this record, Congress must investigate further.



“Americans have lost trust in the FBI’s ability to enforce the law impartially and demand answers, transparency, and accountability.



“The Oversight Committee must follow the facts for the American people and ensure the federal government is held accountable.




“The investigation is not dead. This is only the beginning.”

Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) said Tuesday in an exclusive interview with SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily that an FBI document that has been reviewed by House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (KY) leaves “no doubt” that President Joe Biden was involved in a bribery scheme, but that the media will “ignore it.”



“I talked with the chairman yesterday, Chairman Comer, he relayed [exactly] what was in the document. And from their view, there’s no doubt about it that Joe Biden was involved in his bribery scheme, and that he knows full well what his brother and his son have been doing. I think that’s very easy for us to be able to present and to document,” Donalds told host Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow.



“But the issue we’re going to have — and I just want to be very clear on this — is the Democrats are going to dissemble, the media is going to ignore, and I think that where conservatives and Republicans get upset — and rightfully so — is, in my view, we already have smoking guns on this family. But we have large parts of our media that just ignore it,” Donalds said.



“We’re providing the information, but you know, it’s similar to like the tree falling in the forest…if the media chooses to ignore it, does it really make a sound? And that’s what’s happening right now. They’re just choosing to ignore it,” he said.



“If the Democrats had this level of information on Donald Trump or Mitt Romney, or George W. Bush, or Ron DeSantis, or whoever, they will be wall-to-wall coverage with this stuff, it would be non-stop, because the desired impact is politics, and to undermine Republican politics. And this is what their game plan is going to be. They’re going to try to ignore this as much as we can. We’ve really provided a lot of information already demonstrating how much scandal is surrounding this president,” he added.




Donalds also discussed his endorsement of Donald Trump for the 2024 presidential election.



“The next president is going to have to hit the ground running day one to unwind all of this foolishness that Joe Biden has done to the country,” he said. “No disrespect to any of the other people running, but Donald Trump has done this job. He did the job for four years.”



“And now we know after looking at the Durham report, and especially with what was happening during the Mueller investigation and the impeachments, is that this president — Donald Trump — was under heavy assault from the administrative state and from the media and from the outside groups, in a way no president has been under assault,” he said.



“And people in our party will say, ‘Oh, well, you know, we don’t know if he can win in November. He’s turned off a lot of people.’ And I argue to them, if any American was under the assault that Donald Trump was, you would have turned off people too in an election. Because the level of corruption with these investigations — and I use the word corruption — was is unfathomable, and the fact that he was still able to be a successful president, despite all the obstacles, is really a testament to his ability to lead and get things done. So I support him. I’m gonna support him for reelection, and I think we have a great chance at winning,” he said.

New information about the key document the FBI is hiding detailing Biden’s bribery scheme emerged Tuesday evening.



House Oversight Chairman James Comer told “Just The News” founder John Solomon that the bribery allegations involve a business person from Ukraine who sent a “substantial bribe” to then-VP Joe Biden.



The Ukraine-Biden-bribery evidence was first presented to the FBI by a trusted, highly credible, well paid informant back in 2017.



Meanwhile Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden enjoyed a highly lucrative position as a board member of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas company.


Chairman Comer has reviewed the key document and asked the FBI to hand over the record to the custody of the House Oversight so others can review it as he continues his investigation into the Biden crime family.



The FBI confirmed the unclassified document alleging Joe Biden engaged in a $5 million bribery scheme is from a highly credible informant.



Comer on Tuesday evening dropped another bombshell: The bribery allegations against Joe Biden involve Ukraine.



“This form 1023 involves a business person from Ukraine, who allegedly sent a bribe, a substantial bribe to then Vice President Joe Biden,” Comer told Just The News.



John Solomon asked Comer if the bribery allegations involved Mykola Zlochevsky, the Ukrainian oligarch who hired Hunter Biden to serve on the board of Burisma Holdings.



Comer opted not to tell Just The News and said the name of the Ukrainian involved is redacted.



“I probably better punt on that question. The name was redacted,” Comer told John Solomon.

Comer made the bombshell revelation just a day after reviewing an FBI FD-1023 form that memorialized the informant’s allegations, and two days before he plans to hold a vote in Congress to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt for failing to provide a copy to his committee as demanded by a subpoena. He said the version of the informant report he was allowed to review by Wray had about 10% of information redacted and made clear the allegations were first reported to the FBI back in 2017 as Donald Trump was beginning his term as president.

“This first started in 2017,” he said, citing footnotes in the informant report he reviewed that listed two prior reports. “There are two notes, or footnotes, whatever you want to call them. They listed them as notes. I will say footnotes for better explanation, that reference 2017. And it was either 2018 or 2019. So this wasn’t the first time that the informant had mentioned a bribery scheme pertaining to Joe Biden to the FBI.

Bill Barr Dooms Biden, Breaks Silence on $5M Bribery Case

Former Attorney General Bill Barr has doomed Joe Biden while breaking his silence about the $5 million bribery case involving the Democrat president.



Barr contradicted Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) who tried to claim the ex-AG and his “handpicked prosecutor” had ended an investigation.



Raskin said: “What I learned was that Attorney General Barr named Scott Brady, who was the U.S. attorney for Western Pennsylvania, to head up a group of prosecutors who would look into all the allegations related to Ukraine.



“After Rudy Giuliani surfaced these allegations Brady’s team looked into the FD-1023 and in August determined that there was no grounds to escalate from an initial assessment to a preliminary investigation and so they called an end to the investigation.



“Under Attorney General William Barr and his handpicked prosecutor Mr. Brady, who was a Trump appointee, they were the ones who decided there were no further grounds for investigation.



“If there is a complaint, it is with Attorney General William Barr, the Trump Justice Department, and the team that the Trump administration appointed to look into it.”



Barr said: “It’s not true. It wasn’t closed down.



“On the contrary, it was sent to Delaware for further investigation.”

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) made a Senate floor speech Monday afternoon on the controversy about the FD-1023 FBI document that contains credible allegation that Joe Biden received a $5 million bribe from an executive with the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma while vice president. In the speech Grassley said the the version of the FD-1023 shown the House Oversight Committee last week was heavily redacted, but that Grassley had seen one with far fewer redactions. He then revealed that the foreign national behind the bribe said he kept audio recordings of conversations with Joe Biden (2) and Hunter Biden (15). There is also an allegation that Joe was involved in Burisma hiring Hunter. Grassley is calling for the public release of the FD-1023 “without unnecessary redactions.”

The Biden Justice Department and FBI Continue to Hide Information from Congress and the American People

Last week, I came to the Senate Floor to give a speech about the Biden Justice Department and FBI playing games with the American people by hiding the FBI-generated 1023 document from Congress.



Director Wray was going to be held in contempt for refusing to produce the 1023 that I told Chairman Comer about. Then, instead of contempt, the FBI committed to showing the 1023 and related documents to Congress.



So, the FBI showed but didn’t provide possession of that 1023 to the House Oversight Committee last week.



As the public knows that 1023 involves an alleged bribery scheme between then-Vice President Biden, Hunter Biden and a foreign national. The same allegations that Chairman Comer and I made public on May 3 of this year.



And on the same day that the FBI provided a redacted version of the 1023 to the House Oversight Committee, the Justice Department announced that former President Trump had been indicted and charged with 37 crimes relating to his alleged mishandling of classified records.



Attorney General Garland signed off on prosecuting Trump for conduct similar to what Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton engaged in. Two standards of justice in this country will turn our constitutional Republic upside down. Thanks to the political infection within the Biden Justice Department and FBI, we’re well along the road for that to happen.



This senator will do all that he can to fight that political infection. And you fight it by bringing transparency to what the government does. The public’s business ought to be public. Transparency brings accountability.



With respect to the 1023 shown to that House Committee, from what I’ve been told by folks who’ve reviewed it, it’s filled with redactions. So, Director Wray placed redactions on a document that’s already unclassified.



More than that, the FBI made Congress review a redacted unclassified document in a classified facility. That goes to show you the disrespect the FBI has for Congress. On a previous time on the Senate Floor, I asked my fellow senators what’s so unusual about an unclassified document being given to the public, when on May 18 of this year, there was leaked to the New York Times a classified document and even the name of a confidential human source. So, we’re kind of in a strange situation here. A classified document can be leaked to the New York Times, but an unclassified document can’t be made public to 300 million Americans.



Accordingly, Congress still lacks a full and complete picture with respect to what that document really says. That’s why it’s important that the document be made public without unnecessary redactions for the American people to see.



Let me assist for purposes of transparency.



The 1023 produced to that House Committee redacted reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them. Seventeen total recordings.



According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses fifteen audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden. According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then-Vice President Joe Biden. These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the foreign national in case he got into a tight spot. The 1023 also indicates that then-Vice President Joe Biden may have been involved in Burisma employing Hunter Biden.



So, as I’ve repeatedly asked since going public with the existence of the 1023, what, if anything, has the Justice Department and FBI done to investigate?



The Justice Department and FBI must show their work. They no longer deserve the benefit of the doubt. It’s clear that the Justice Department and FBI will use every resource to investigate candidate Trump, President Trump and former President Trump.



Based on the facts known to Congress and the public, it’s clear that the Justice Department and FBI will use every resource to investigate candidate Trump, President Trump and former President Trump. Based on the facts known to Congress and the public, it’s clear that the Justice Department and FBI haven’t nearly had the same laser focus on the Biden family.



Special Counsel Jack Smith has used a recording against former President Trump. Well, what’s U.S. Attorney Weiss doing with respect to these alleged Joe and Hunter Biden recordings that are apparently relevant to a high-stakes bribery scheme?



Getting a full and complete 1023 is critical for the American people to know and understand the true nature of the document and to hold the Justice Department and FBI accountable.



It’s also important for asserting constitutional congressional oversight powers against an out-of-control Executive Branch drunk with political infection. Remember, Congress has received 1023’s in the past and they’ve been made public. So asking for this 1023 to be turned over to the American people to read is not unusual.



Congress owes it to the American people and the brave and heroic whistleblowers to continue to fight for transparency in this matter and make this document public without unnecessary redactions.

Comer Says More FBI Documents Detailing Biden Bribery Scheme Exist (VIDEO)

House Oversight Chairman James Comer Sunday evening told Fox News host Trey Gowdy that other FBI documents detailing Biden’s bribery schemes exist.



Last week GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene revealed some of the details from the FBI form 1023 related to Biden’s bribery scheme.



The Ukraine-Biden-bribery evidence was first presented to the FBI by a trusted, highly credible, well paid informant back in 2017.



According to MTG, the bribery allegations appear to involve Mykola Zlochevsky, the Ukrainian oligarch who hired Hunter Biden to serve on the board of Burisma Holdings.


“He [Burisma owner] paid $5 million to one Biden and he paid $5 million to another Biden and it was all a bribery to get Shokin fired and end the investigation into Burisma,” MTG said.



According to Marjorie Taylor Greene, the informant said the Burisma owner claimed to have two pieces of evidence showing proof of payment to Hunter and specifically Joe Biden.



Chairman Comer said there are more FBI documents alleging Biden family bribery schemes.



“We had whistleblowers approach Senator Grassley about their concern that there was this form 1023 in existence and the FBI had never investigated it,” Comer said. “Senator Grassley and I got on the phone with Director Wray, and Senator Grassley told Director Wray that both Senator Grassley and myself had already read the form 1023 from a whistleblower, so we knew darn well it existed.”



Comer said he realized there were two footnotes in the 1023 form that referenced other 1023s.



“Once the FBI allowed me and Jamie Raskin, my counterpart on the House Oversight Committee, to go in and look at it, I read it again and then realized that there were two footnotes in there that referenced other 1023s,” he said.



“This is going to turn out, I think, a lot like the suspicious activity reports that the Treasury Cabinet had on the Bidens,” Comer said. “There are a lot more of these than what the federal government wants to admit, and the question is, why hasn’t the federal government done anything about it?”



There are at least 20 shell companies in Biden’s orbit that were laundering money from foreign nationals.



“Here’s what we know. There are 20 shell companies at least, and probably more, that were laundering money from foreign nationals, including Romania, and money was being sent less than two weeks after Joe Biden left there as vice president, delivering foreign aid and talking about foreign policy. This form 1023 alleges the exact same thing happened in Ukraine,” Comer said.

Trump Attorney General William Barr Reveals He Had Intimate Knowledge of Biden Ukraine FD-1023 Investigation in Summer 2020; Failed to Tell American People Joe Biden Was Credibly Accused of Taking $5 Million Foreign Bribe as Vice President

Trump Attorney General William Barr revealed in an interview with Fox News Sunday host Shannon Bream on Sunday that he was intimately involved in the Biden Ukraine bribe FD-1023 investigation in the summer of 2020. Bream did not press Barr on why he failed to inform the American people in the months leading up to the presidential election that Joe Biden had been credibly accused of taking a $5 million bribe from the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma when he was vice president to influence U.S. foreign policy in Ukraine and get a prosecutor who was investigating Burisma fired at the time Biden’s son Hunter was serving on the board of Burisma.



The apparent purpose of Bream’s interview was to have Barr attack President Trump over the classified documents prosecution. The questions about the FD-1023 were an afterthought at the tail end of the interview with Bream not mentioning that Joe Biden himself was accused of taking a $5 million bribe or that it involved Burisma.


However, Barr, without naming Joe Biden, revealed the information alleging Biden was bribed was so credible that after a vetting process by the Pittsburgh U.S. Attorney’s office it was farmed out to several offices in addition to the Delaware U.S. Attorney.



Barr repeated his statement made last week that the Pittsburgh U.S. Attorney’s office did not shut down the Biden bribery investigation. Barr also said it was the Pittsburgh U.S. Attorney’s office that “developed” the FD-1023 form that FBI Director Christopher Wray has fought to keep out of the hands of House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY).


Barr also said that the information in the FD-1023 did not come from Rudy Giuliani.



Barr’s statements detail a real-time intimate knowledge of the allegations and handling of the FD-1023 in the summer of 2020:



“…the Pittsburgh office vetted it. They did some great work. They actually went back and developed more, more information that apparently had been overlooked by the FBI and they developed this 1023 that, that has a lot of detail. And then they, they took it to the, uh, Delaware and to other offices and briefed them on it for, for their use and for follow-up.”



“…this did not come from Rudy Giuliani, it actually came from the FBI.”

Shannon Bream: …”I want to make sure while we have you here though to ask you about this uh, FBI document that the House GOP has been warring with the FBI over, this 1023. Um, Jamie Raskin the top Democrat on House Oversight has said, ’cause he’s seen it too, that there was something there that under your uh, administration, that it was closed out. He said it’s linked to Rudy Giuliani. You guys have had some back and forth. This is what he says now: “I stand one hundred percent by my statements that we were told by the FBI team that visited us on Monday, June 5th that the Department of Justice team of prosecutors and FBI agents under U.S. Attorney Scott Brady determined that there were no grounds to escalate the probe from an initial assessment of the allegations surfaced by Rudy Giuliani to a preliminary or full-blown investigation and that was therefore closed down.” So, was it closed down? Was Rudy Giuliani connected to any…?”



William Barr: “The, the investigation of the allegations made in that document was not closed down. As I’ve repeatedly said, I set up a process at the beginning of 2020 to vet evidence before it went to the open pending investigations. Further example, there was one in Delaware–apparently there still is one in Delaware.”



Bream: “With Hunter Biden.”



Barr: “Yes, and, and the financial transactions and so forth. And we were worried because a lot of stuff was coming in, that we wanted to make sure what the source was, whether there was obvious disinformation, before it was disseminated to investigations, ’cause we wanted to protect the Integrity of those investigations. So the Pittsburgh office vetted it. They did some great work. They actually went back and developed more, more information that apparently had been overlooked by the FBI and they developed this 1023 that, that has a lot of detail. And then they, they took it to the, uh, Delaware and to other offices and briefed them on it for, for their use and for follow-up. The reason the Pittsburgh people didn’t escalate it is because they weren’t authorized to start a new investigation. They were simply performing a unique and limited task of vetting information that would then go to pending, already open investigations.”



Bream: “Um, and again this is about allegations that a source came to the FBI saying they had information about payments to the Biden family from foreign executives. Um, but quickly on the Rudy Giuliani point, true or false? I mean…”



Barr: “My recollection is false. I don’t think this came, this did not come from Rudy Giuliani, it actually came from the FBI.”



Bream: Okay, um, Mr. Attorney General, always great to have your expertise. Thank you for coming in today.”



Barr: “Thank you.”

By the summer of 2020, Attorney General Barr had credible information from two sources: Rudy Giuliani’s Burisma informant and the FBI’s confidential human source that Joe Biden was involved in a foreign bribery/money laundering operation involving Burisma.



Barr also had Hunter Biden’s laptop detailing Joe Biden’s involvement with Hunter’s foreign business transactions: ‘Ten percent for the Big Guy.’



The information on Biden family corruption was backed-up by over a hundred Treasury Department Suspicious Activity Reports involving the Biden family generated by banks during the Trump administration who were concerned that the Biden family was laundering foreign money transactions.



Barr knew that the Democrats had impeached President Trump for trying to get the Ukraine government to investigate whether Joe Biden was involved in corrupt dealings in Ukraine.



There was publicly available video of Joe Biden bragging in 2018 about blackmailing Ukraine into firing the prosecutor when he was vice president.



Yet with all this evidence accumulated by the summer of 2020, Barr did not go before the American people and inform them that Joe Biden had been credibly accused of bribery involving Ukraine and Burisma. Instead, Barr remained silent.

Last week Reps. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) and Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) disclosed that Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky allegedly told an FBI source that he paid $5 million apiece to Hunter and then-Vice President Joe Biden in an attempt to shake off a corruption investigation.

Poll: Majority of Voters Say Biden Family Received Payments from Foreign Nationals to Influence Policy

A majority of voters believe the Biden family received payments from foreign nationals to influence policy, according to Trafalgar and Convention of States polling exclusively revealed to Breitbart News.



The pollster asked respondents, “As a result of the ongoing Congressional investigation into Hunter Biden, do you believe the Biden family received payments from foreign nationals to influence policy in Washington, DC?”



Fifty-three percent said yes, while just 31 percent said no. Another 15 percent were unsure.



Among unaffiliated voters, a majority of voters believe the Biden family received payments to influence policy (50.7 — 29.8 percent).



Nearly 90 percent of Republicans agreed with the majority of unaffiliated voters, while 11 percent of Democrats said the same, although nearly a quarter of Democrats were unsure.



The poll surveyed 1088 voters from June 6-9 with a 2.9 margin of error.



The poll comes after an FBI informant document alleged that President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden accepted $5 million each from the founder of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company.



Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) said Monday the document also says the founder of Bursima who allegedly paid President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden kept 17 audio recordings of his conversations of them as an “insurance policy.”



In March, the House Oversight Committee identified three Biden family members who collectively received $1.3 million, wired through a Biden associate from a Chinese energy company two months after President Joe Biden left the vice presidency.



In May, it also found the Biden family business over the course of several years received at least $10 million from business schemes in Romania and China in return for what appears to be influence peddling. In total, nine Biden family members received payments from the family foreign business ventures, including two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren.

Biden Insider Who Played Key Role in Business Deals Subpoenaed: 'He Has Significant Information'

The House Oversight Committee has subpoenaed a former business partner of Hunter Biden’s who is heading off to prison over a scheme that failed.



In a Monday letter, the panel subpoenaed Devon Archer to be deposed as part of its investigation into what the letter called “the national security implications of a Vice President’s or President’s (and candidates for such offices) immediate family members receiving millions of dollars from foreign nationals, foreign companies, or foreign governments without any oversight.“



As noted by the New York Post, Archer served on the board of the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma along with Hunter Biden.



The subpoena comes not longer after Archer lost his appeal of a prison sentence that followed his conviction on charges of convicted by a jury of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and securities fraud.



A tweet posted by the committee said Archer will be deposed on Friday.



“Mr. Archer’s testimony is critical to the Committee’s investigation as he was Hunter Biden’s business partner in a number of transactions involving foreign nationals and foreign companies. Mr. Archer is associated with corporate entities that the Committee has identified and the Biden family’s role in each of them,” the panel’s Twitter post said.



“Furthermore, he has significant information regarding the purpose of these companies and knowledge of relevant documents related to the Committee’s investigation,” the post said.

The letter to Archer’s lawyer said it is “investigating foreign nationals’ attempts to target and coerce high-ranking U.S. officials’ family members by providing money or other benefits in exchange for certain actions, adding, “The Committee has identified Mr. Archer as possessing information relevant to its investigation and seeks your client’s testimony regarding these and other related topics.”



“Both information that the Committee has reviewed and public reporting indicates that Mr. Archer played a significant role in the Biden family’s business deals abroad, including but not limited to China, Russia, and Ukraine,” the letter said.



“Additionally, while undertaking these ventures with the Biden family, your client met with then-Vice President Biden on multiple occasions, including in the White House. Mr. Archer’s testimony is critical to the Committee’s investigation,” the letter said.



“Mr. Archer was Hunter Biden’s business partner in a number of transactions involving foreign nationals and foreign companies. Mr. Archer is associated with corporate entities that the Committee has identified and the Biden family’s role in each of them. Furthermore, he has significant information regarding the purpose of these companies and knowledge of relevant documents related to the Committee’s investigation,” the panel said.



In a May Op-Ed in the New York Post, Mirada Devine explained why Archer’s story might matter.

“Archer was present at meetings Hunter arranged for his foreign business partners to meet with his father or talk to him on the phone. He famously was photographed meeting the VP in his White House office weeks before Archer and Hunter joined the board of the corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma,” she wrote.



In 2022, Archer was sentenced by Manhattan Judge Ronnie Abrams in February 2022 to one year and one day in prison, according to the New York Post.



Archer was convicted of defrauding the Wakpamni Lake Community Corporation, a Native American tribal group, and other investors out of several million dollars, the Justice Department announced in a news release.



He was also ordered to forfeit $15,700,513 and to make restitution in the amount of $43,427,436 due to the financial scheme in which the Justice Department said Archer and his associates “were deceptively causing clients of asset management firms” to purchase bonds issued by the tribe “which the clients were then unable to redeem or sell because the bonds were illiquid and lacked a ready secondary market.”



Hunter Biden was not charged in connection with the scheme.

Biden Whistleblower with ‘Smoking Gun’ Evidence Dies in ‘Suspicious Circumstances’

A whistleblower, who reportedly came forward with “smoking gun” evidence of a bribery scheme involving Democrat President Joe Biden, has died in “suspicious circumstances.”



The shocking fate of the informant was revealed by former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.



According to Giuliani, who first exposed Hunter Biden’s infamous “Laptop from Hell,” the whistleblower was the chief accountant at the notoriously corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma.



While Joe Biden served as Obama’s vice president, Burisma paid Hunter tens of thousands of dollars a month to sit on the company’s board, despite having zero experience in the energy industry.



At the time, then-VP Biden withheld U.S. aid from Ukraine to pressure the government to fire top prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma and its owner for fraud.



Giuliani, who previously served as President Donald Trump’s attorney, says he offered to give a U.S. attorney information about the whistleblower.



He told the prosecutor that the woman had access to “smoking gun” evidence exposing Biden’s involvement in an international bribery scheme.



However, Giuliani says he was ignored and she later died under “suspicious circumstances.”



Giuliani dropped the bombshell about the now-deceased whistleblower during an interview on Newsmax’s “Saturday Report” with Rita Cosby.



He revealed that the Pittsburgh attorney general had initially been investigating the case.



But the investigation was later transferred to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware, under former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr.



Giuliani claims the Delaware office buried the case, despite the whistleblower being under threat of death.



He says the whistleblower had evidence that included offshore bank account information that showed millions of dollars in bribes flowing to the Biden family and “other crooked politicians.”




Despite the explosive nature of the evidence, Giuliani says prosecutors ignored the case and she died suddenly before she could testify.



“Well, of course, that’s the most ridiculous, idiotic statement to make on a day in which we find out that the Bidens took a $10 million bribe from a Ukrainian Mykola Zlochevsky, which I could have told you, you know, and did tell [the DOJ] three years ago,” Giuliani told Newsmax.



“And they followed up on none of the evidence I gave them.



“They were hoping that people would disappear or die. It’s extraordinary.”



Giuliani told Cosby that the now-deceased whistleblower was willing to give up details of the offshore bank accounts at Burisma.



“It’s extraordinary,” he said.



“I gave them one witness that any investigator would jump through hoops to go to.”



Giuliani revealed that he gave the DOJ “one witness … who is a woman, who is the chief accountant at this crooked company, Burisma.



“She was the wife of the former owner who died under suspicious circumstances.



“And, she was willing to give up all of the offshore bank accounts, including the Bidens’ accounts.



“She supervised the transfer of a lot more cash to the Bidens and other crooked politicians for Burisma.”



“Are you confident that now the House Committee is going to get to the bottom of that?” Cosby asked.



“Because that is stunning.”



“The reality is that we gave it to them in January of 2020, and the Pittsburgh US attorney was very interested,” Giuliani replied.



“And then in a very strange move, Barr took it away from him, gave it to the US attorney in Delaware.



“He didn’t do a damn thing about it,” he revealed.



“And the woman was under threat of death.”



“So, we tried to put pressure on them to do something,” he explained.



“Look, suppose she was lying.



“You would find out in a minute she wouldn’t have the accounts.



“She either has the goods or she doesn’t.



“And it’s absurd not to interview her.



“She claims she had bank accounts and that the Bidens got a lot more money under the table than already.”



“We had $8 million on the table that we could prove, which they could prove tomorrow if they wanted to they could have proved it three years ago, Rita,” he added.



“They could have indicted him before he ran for president and obviated this problem.



“We could have found out if he was innocent or guilty in January of 2020.



“All the witnesses were there, and I have him on tape like Shokin.



“Shokin was willing to come and testify.”

House Oversight Chairman James Comer on Thursday said he expects to uncover $20-$30 million in illicit payments made to the Biden Crime Family.



“If this is all true about a sitting president – when he was vice president – influence peddling, accepting money from foreign nationals so that he could turn around and make changes in policy for America so he could pocket the money. If that’s true, why isn’t he impeached already?” Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo asked Comer. “And if it’s true that the FBI is doing nothing about it, why isn’t [FBI Director] Christopher Wray on his heels as well?”



Comer described the FBI as “an organization in disarray.”



“This is going to be hard to Biden to explain, this is not going to go away, and I think eventually the mainstream media is going to start asking the real questions,” Comer said.


“What number are you up to now? How much have you identified of the money he’s [Biden] taken in from foreign nationals?” Bartiromo asked.



Comer replied, “We have more bank records coming in but we’re gonna exceed $10 million this week but I think we’ll get up to $20-$30 million.”

This is textbook money laundering and influence peddling.



GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene last week emerged from the SCIF and revealed explosive information about the Biden bribery document.



The Ukraine-Biden-bribery evidence was first presented to the FBI by a trusted, highly credible, well paid informant back in 2017.



Meanwhile Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden enjoyed a highly lucrative position as a board member of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas company.



According to MTG, the bribery allegations involve Mykola Zlochevsky, the Ukrainian oligarch who hired Hunter Biden to serve on the board of Burisma Holdings.



“He [Burisma owner] paid $5 million to one Biden and he paid $5 million to another Biden and it was all a bribery to get Shokin fired and end the investigation into Burisma,” MTG said.



According to Marjorie Taylor Greene, the informant said the Burisma owner claimed to have two pieces of evidence showing proof of payment to Hunter and specifically Joe Biden.



Senator Grassley on Monday revealed the Ukrainian foreign national in the Biden-Burisma bribe scheme has 17 audio recordings of Joe and Hunter Biden he kept as an “insurance policy.”

Bidens ‘Coerced’ Ukrainian Oligarch to Pay Them $10 Million in Bribes, Credible FBI Source Alleges

Democrat President Joe Biden and his son Hunter “coerced” a wealthy Ukrainian oligarch into paying them $10 million in bribes, a credible FBI source has alleged.



The allegation is revealed in the FBI’s FD-1023 confidential human source (CHS) report, a redacted version of which was reviewed by House investigators last week.



According to a new report from the Federalist, individuals familiar with the investigation into the FBI’s handling of the FD-1023 have revealed new details about the alleged bribery scheme.



After previously denying its existence, the FBI was forced to allow House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) and his team to review the FD-1023 after Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed that he had already read the file.



On Monday, Grassley revealed a foreign national allegedly possessed 17 recordings implicating the Bidens in a pay-to-play scandal, as Slay News reported.



The foreign individual has since been identified by individuals with knowledge of the matter as Burisma Holdings founder Mykola Zlochevsky.



While 15 of the audio recordings consisted of phone calls between Zlochevsky and Hunter Biden, two were of calls the Ukrainian had with then-Vice President Joe Biden, according to the FD-1023.



Hunter Biden was hired as a board member of Burisma Holdings while his father served as Obama’s vice president.



The company paid Hunter tens of thousands of dollars per month despite his total lack of experience in the energy industry.



The Federalist has now learned the FD-1023 reported the CHS saying the Bidens “coerced” Zlochevsky to pay the bribes.



Sources familiar with the investigation also explained the context of Zlochevsky’s statements, and that context further bolsters the CHS’s reporting.



In the FD-1023 from June 30, 2020, the confidential human source summarized earlier meetings he had with Zlochevsky.



According to the CHS, in the 2015-2016 timeframe, the CHS, who was providing advice to Zlochevsky, told the Burisma owner to stay away from the Bidens.

Then, after Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential contest, the CHS asked Zlochevsky if he was upset Trump won.



Zlochevsky allegedly told the CHS he was dismayed by Trump’s victory.



He reportedly stated that he feared an investigation would reveal his payments to the Biden family.



Those payments allegedly included a $5 million payment to Hunter Biden and a $5 million payment to Joe Biden.

According to the CHS, the Burisma executive bemoaned the situation, claiming the Bidens had “coerced” him into paying the bribes.



The CHS responded that he hoped Zlochevsky had taken precautions to protect himself.



Zlochevsky then allegedly detailed the steps he had taken to avoid detection.



He stressed that he had never paid the “Big Guy” directly and gloated that it would take some 10 years to unravel the various money trails.



It was only then that Zlochevsky mentioned the audio recordings he had made of the conversations he had with Hunter and Joe Biden, according to the CHS.



The broader context of this conversation adds to the plausibility of Zlochevsky’s claims that he possessed recordings implicating the Bidens.



Grassley and Comer have already revealed that the FBI considered the CHS, who relayed Zlochevsky’s claims to the FBI, a “highly credible” source.



Further, according to individuals familiar with the investigation, the FBI admitted the CHS’s intel was unrelated to the information Rudy Giuliani had provided the Western District of Pennsylvania’s U.S. attorney’s office — the office then-Attorney General William Barr had tasked with reviewing any new information related to Ukraine.



Sources told The Federalist that investigators out of the Pittsburgh office, in addition to reviewing Giuliani’s information, searched internal FBI databases.



Investigators then came across an earlier FD-1023 related to the CHS.



That earlier FD-1023 then led to agents questioning the CHS on June 30, 2020, uncovering the details concerning Burisma’s alleged bribery of the Bidens.



What the FBI did to investigate the allegations is unknown, with sources telling The Federalist the bureau refused to either confirm or deny that the DOJ under Barr sent the FD-1023 to Delaware for further investigation.



On the contrary, the FBI allowed Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), the ranking member on the House Oversight Committee, to falsely represent to Americans that Barr and Pittsburgh U.S. Attorney Scott Brady had closed the investigation.



Raskin’s deceit, tolerated by the FBI, forced Barr to publicly correct the record.



The FBI is also refusing to provide any information on what, if any, steps it took to investigate the detailed claims contained in the FD-1023.



However, sources familiar with investigative procedures maintain there was insufficient time between the June 30, 2020, interview of the CHS and the FBI headquarters’ closing of an assessment related to the FD-1023 in August 2020 to properly probe the matter.



“They couldn’t have done much,” one source reportedly told the Federalist.



There is also no independent confirmation from Delaware indicating any investigative steps were taken regarding the FD-1023.



Agents in Delaware “could have sat on it,” according to one individual familiar with the investigation.



While the FBI’s efforts to unwind the pay-to-play scheme seem to have been nonexistent, banking records released in May by the House Oversight Committee show congressional investigators are unraveling the complex web behind the Biden family business.



Those records provide concrete evidence of a pattern of public corruption involving foreign nationals, with Joe Biden at the helm.



There are still more banking records to review, along with the many details recently discovered when the whistleblower came forward with the FD-1023.



Apparently, Zlochevsky wasn’t far from the mark when he said it would take 10 years to unravel the complex payment path that led to Joe Biden.

Hunter Biden’s Former Business Partner Devon Archer in Talks to Testify About Bidens’ Alleged $10M Ukraine ‘Bribe’

Hunter Biden’s former business partner Devon Archer is in talks to comply with the House Oversight Committee’s subpoena regarding his knowledge of the Biden family’s alleged $10 million Ukraine “bribe” and additional Biden family business transactions.



On Monday, the House Oversight Committee requested Archer testify Friday, but he is instead negotiating a later deposition, a source familiar with the situation told Breitbart News.



Archer, a Biden family business associate and Hunter’s “best friend in business,” was in legal trouble in 2022 for defrauding a Native American tribal entity and was ordered to pay a $43,954,416.75 judgment to the victims.



Prior to his arrest, Archer served in 2014 with Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma, a Ukraine-based energy company. Archer was also photographed playing golf with then-Vice President Joe Biden in Southhampton, New York, in 2014. In 2016, Archer resigned from Burisma’s board after his arrest.

Archer was by Hunter’s side for decades. They attended Yale together in the late 1990s. Archer went on to become the vice chairman of finance for John Kerry’s failed 2004 presidential campaign, where he connected with his college classmate Chris Heinz, Kerry’s stepson and another Biden family business partner. Archer was an intricate member of the Biden family business. Some of his largest deals involved Bohai Harvest, an entity controlled by Chinese state-owned interests.

A little backstory: In December 2013, Hunter Biden helped start a Chinese private equity fund called Bohai Harvest RST (BHR). The American partners held their interests in the company through a shell company called Rosemont Seneca Thornton. Senate investigators later revealed that Yelena Baturina, the billionaire ex-wife of Moscow’s longtime mayor, transferred $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton on February 14, 2014, raising concerns about Hunter Biden’s possible relationship with the Russian oligarch.



In 2019, Hunter told Archer he was a part of the Biden family and the price of power was being persecuted.



“Every great family is persecuted prosecuted in the US — you are part of a great family — not a side show not deserted by them even in your darkest moments,” he said. “That’s the way Bidens are different and you are a Biden. It’s the price of power.”

Ted Cruz Demands Joe Biden Disclose ‘Mystery Source’ Who Paid Him $10M in 2017

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) demanded President Joe Biden disclose the “mystery source” who paid him and his wife about $10 million in 2017, the year he left the vice presidency.



In the wake of Joe Biden allegedly accepting a $5 million bribe from the founder of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky — who allegedly kept 17 audio recordings of his conversations with Joe and Hunter Biden as an “insurance policy” — Cruz raised concerns about Joe and Jill Biden’s entities that raked in millions in 2017.



“You’re looking at a tax return that has $10 million in cash that came from a mystery source,” Cruz said on his podcast, Verdict with Ted Cruz.



He continued:



Now let’s look at the timing here. The whistleblower says when he was vice president, a senior executive at Burisma offered him $5 million cash personally in order to make a corrupt deal and make official decisions for Burisma. The year he leaves the vice presidency in 2017, he reported over $10 million of income in two corporations that he and his wife set up, and we know nothing, zero whatsoever about the source of that income.



Cruz said the House should demand transparency from Joe Biden about who exactly paid the entities.



“You know what the House of Representatives oughta force him to do — you know what anyone who gives a damn about integrity in government should say? ‘We need the tax returns of CelticCapri Corp and GiaCoppa Corp,'” Cruz said. “Because, you know, what if half of that $10 million is the $5 million payment for Burisma for the bribe?”



“Joe Biden better start sizing up for an orange jumpsuit. Because, as he rightly said, ‘Where’s the money?’ If that’s where the money is, then he’s guilty of a serious felony,” Cruz continued. “We have utterly no idea where that $10 million came from.”



In addition, Cruz, who authored a number of books, explained how Biden’s book deal and speaking engagements likely do not account for the $10 million in 2017:



So, let’s take Joe’s numbers. He’s claiming that Joe netted $12.2 million for a book deal. His book deal sold about 300,000 copies. Now, the $12 million, $4.2 million of that is allegedly from speaking, and I can believe that he probably got pretty good speaking fees, that that’s plausible. That means he’s claiming $8 million of income came from book royalties.



Now let’s do some math. His book had a retail price of $27 for hardcover, $18 for paperback. If you assume a reasonable mix of sales, the average price was $23. On 300,000 books sold, the gross revenue everyone makes is just under $7 million. What Joe is alleging is they paid him $8 million to generate $7 million. The book publisher lost a million dollars and got no money for printing the book. Typically, an author, if you were just receiving a royalty, would have received about 12%. A typical blended royalty, you’d get about 15 percent. For hardcover, about 7.5 percent for paperback is typical. If Joe was receiving 12 percent of $7 million, he would have yielded about $800,000. He’s claiming he got $8 million.



That math doesn’t add up.



Cruz also raised concerns about why the Biden family would open a multitude of shell companies while Joe Biden was a public official:



On the face of it, it screams that they’re trying to conceal what’s happening with those shell companies. You know, who does that? Drug dealers do that; the mafia does that; criminals do that. Now, maybe if you’re like a billionaire tycoon, you might do that. If you’re like developing, you know, projects all over the country, maybe you do that. But Joe Biden isn’t doing any of that. He was vice president of the United States. He doesn’t know anything about business. Why on earth does he need 20 shell companies if it’s not to hide and shield the income?

Mace said Joe Biden should produce unredacted bank records to provide transparency.



“If he’s serious about proving our allegations wrong, he should release his and his family’s unredacted bank records and show the American people where all this money is coming from. The FBI can’t protect him forever,” she said.

Crane told Breitbart News Joe Biden should come clean about the money in lieu of the alleged pay-for-pay scheme.



“The fact that there are credible claims signaling that a foreign national bribed the President of the United States with cash in exchange for influence over U.S. policy decisions is appalling,” he said. “The American people deserve to know who paid the Bidens and what exactly they were paid for.”

Comer Turns Up the Heat on Biden, Shares Next Steps in 'Biden Family Influence-Peddling' Probe

The agencies that make up the Deep State of the federal government have “turned a blind eye to Joe Biden,” Republican Rep. James Comer of Kentucky said.



However, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee Chairman said his committee has more digging to do as it seeks the truth behind the Biden family’s financial dealings.



“Our job in the House Oversight Committee is to follow the money, and we have more bank records coming in,” he told Fox News during an appearance on “Life, Liberty & Levin.”



“We’re going to start bringing in key figures in the Biden family influence-peddling schemes for depositions, and I think we’re on the right track, even though we’re having to fight the FBI, fight the DOJ, fight the Democrats in Congress and fight the mainstream media,” he said.



Comer’s investigation has kicked loose a 2020 FD-1023 form that indicated an FBI informant was told of a bribery scheme that included President Joe Biden, during the time he was vice president, and Hunter Biden.


Comer said the Justice Department did not investigate the allegations in the form.



“Even though they will tell you and you heard in the testimony when Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley grilled the deputy FBI director as to why they wouldn’t release the Form 1023, they said, ‘Well, we don’t want to endanger the life of our paid informant who’s one of our most trusted, highest paid, most credible FBI informants,'” Comer said.



“So if this is the case and the FBI informant’s that credible and the FBI informant tells the FBI that the vice president of the United States took a bribe from a foreign national in exchange for foreign policy and foreign aid, then why did the FBI not investigate it?” he said.



Comer said his investigation has found wire transfers that originated in Romania and China flowing to multiple Biden family members via shell companies but noted that federal agencies have taken a hands-off approach to the evidence.


He noted that the Internal Revenue Service would only look at potential tax evasion-related claims against Hunter Biden.



“They didn’t want to investigate the shell companies. They didn’t want to investigate the money laundering. And then we know the Department of Justice hasn’t done anything, so there’s a pattern here where the federal government, the deep state bureaucracies, have turned a blind eye to Joe Biden,” he said.

During a Sunday interview on “Sunday Morning Futures,” Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia repeated her call for Biden to be impeached, according to Real Clear Politics.



“I think impeachment is fully in order. I don’t know why our conference hasn’t moved there yet, because the American people are,” she said.



“And, as far as evidence, we have evidence. We have bank records, tons of them, that show the Biden family, Hunter, all kinds of family members, even grandchildren being paid millions and millions of dollars from all these foreign countries that we know they have no business to prove that they’re producing a product or a service to be making all this money,” she said.



“Joe Biden absolutely should be impeached, but I’ve got to tell you, Maria, so should Christopher Wray. This is a man that knows exactly what he’s doing, and he’s using the power of the FBI director’s position to protect and hide the crimes from the American people,” Greene also said, according to Mediaite.



During the show, Republican Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona said impeachment cannot wait forever, according to Real Clear Politics.



“And I don’t know how we can wait for another 18, 19 months, with Joe Biden in there, when we know he’s corrupt and we don’t know how compromised he is with places like China. We don’t know if we’re in Ukraine because he had some debts and obligations that he had to repay. All of these things come to bear on whether you impeach somebody,” he said.



“And I think Joe Biden has impaired our safety and our security and our prosperity, as opposed to the United States,” Biggs added.

Comer: Oversight Committee to Start Bringing in ‘Key Figures’ in Biden Family Influence Peddling Schemes

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) said Sunday the panel would start bringing in more witnesses in its investigation into the “Biden family influence-peddling schemes.”



The chairman told Fox News’ “Life, Liberty & Levin”:



We’re going to start bringing in key figures in the Biden family influence-peddling schemes for depositions, and I think we’re on the right track, even though we’re having to fight the FBI, fight the DOJ, fight the Democrats in Congress and fight the mainstream media.



Last week, Comer issued a subpoena for former Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer.

Archer is negotiating a deposition date, Breitbart News reported.



Comer vowed that he would keep fighting to get more information, and that what the committee has received is more than what they were told was possible before.



“I think we’ve done as much as we could do with the obstacles we’ve had to overcome,” he told host Mark Levin. “No one thought I would get bank records. No one thought we would get access to the Treasury, Cabinet’s suspicious activity reports, but we would not take no for an answer.”



“We kept fighting and we prevailed. When we got access to the suspicious activity reports, the mainstream media said there was nothing there,” he added.


He also pointed to the FD-1023, which memorialized a conversation between the FBI and an informant, who alleged that the CEO of Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma told him that then-Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter accepted $5 million each for helping the CEO deal with a corruption investigation, among other issues.



He noted that FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate testified last week to the Senate Judiciary Committee that the FBI did not want to release the FD-1023 and endanger the informant’s life.



Comer said:



Even though they will tell you and you heard in the testimony when Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley grilled the deputy FBI director as to why they wouldn’t release the Form 1023, they said, ‘Well, we don’t want to endanger the life of our paid informant who’s one of our most trusted, highest paid, most credible FBI informants.’



So if this is the case and the FBI informant’s that credible and the FBI informant tells the FBI that the vice president of the United States took a bribe from a foreign national in exchange for foreign policy and foreign aid, then why did the FBI not investigate it?



He also alleged that the FBI did nothing to investigate indirect wire transfers to nine Biden family members via shell companies originating from Romania and China when Biden was vice president, which the committee presented to the public last month.



“They didn’t want to investigate the shell companies. They didn’t want to investigate the money laundering. And then we know the Department of Justice hasn’t done anything, so there’s a pattern here where the federal government, the deep state bureaucracies, have turned a blind eye to Joe Biden,” Comer said.

More Voters Increasingly Believe Joe Biden Involved in Family’s Business

More voters increasingly believe Joe Biden somehow took part in the family’s foreign business deals, polling shows.



While Joe Biden on multiple occasions denied any involvement in the family’s business deals, including speaking with Hunter Biden about the deals, polling provides a window into the public’s growing belief that the Biden family business somehow involved Joe Biden.


In April 2022, 58 percent of voters told the pollster that Joe Biden played a role in his family’s business.



In September 2022, 62 percent of voters told Rasmussen that Joe Biden likely consulted and perhaps profited from Biden family business deals.



Months later, a Harvard Cap/Harris poll released in February found that 62 percent of voters believed Joe Biden “participated” in his family business deals, four points less than June’s poll.

According to a recent Harvard/HarrisX June poll, 66 percent of voters believe Joe Biden discussed business with his son, an uptick among those who say Biden played at least some role in the family’s business.







Over the course of several years, Joe Biden or his communications team denied outright and deflected questions about his involvement in the family’s business at least seven times.


“I’ve never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings. Here’s what I know — I know Trump deserves to be investigated,” he said during the 2020 presidential campaign. “You should be looking at Trump. Trump’s doing this because he knows I’ll beat him like a drum.”



“I have not taken a penny from any foreign source, ever, in my life,” he doubled down, referring to Hunter Biden’s role on the board of the Ukrainian energy company during a presidential debate. “Nothing was unethical.”



“Joe Biden has never even considered being involved in business with his family, nor in any overseas business whatsoever,” Biden’s campaign spokesman Andrew Bates said. “He has never held stock in any such business arrangements nor has any family member or any other person ever held stock for him.”


Mykola Zlochevsky, a former Ukrainian minister and founder of Burisma Holdings, allegedly paid Joe Biden a $5 million bribe and possesses two audio records as insurance to secure the pay-for-play scheme, according to Republican lawmakers.



The polls come as House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) stated over the weekend that his panel will begin brining in additional witnesses regarding its probe of what he described as the “Biden family influence-peddling schemes.”



“We’re going to start bringing in key figures in the Biden family influence-peddling schemes for depositions, and I think we’re on the right track, even though we’re having to fight the FBI, fight the DOJ, fight the Democrats in Congress and fight the mainstream media,” the chairman told Fox News’ “Life, Liberty & Levin” on Sunday evening.

Exclusive – Peter Schweizer: James Comer’s Probe Will Lead ‘Directly to Joe Biden’s Doorstep’

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer’s (R-KY) probe into the Biden family’s business will lead directly to President Joe Biden’s “doorstep” in the coming months, Breitbart News senior contributor and Government Accountability Institute (GAI) President Peter Schweizer exclusively told the Breitbart News Daily podcast.



On Tuesday, Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to two federal tax violation charges and one violation of gun laws, essentially triggering the end of the Justice Department’s probe into the president’s son, according to Schweizer. However, the Oversight Committee’s probe into the Bidens remains ongoing and capable of uncovering wrongdoing related to Joe Biden.


“I can’t go into detail, but there are ways and things that the committee is in the process of subpoenaing that are going to lead directly to Joe Biden’s doorstep,” Schweizer said. “As we’ve always said from the beginning — it’s not a Hunter Biden story. It’s a Joe Biden story. And there are some things that are in the works that I think are going to bring us a treasure trove of information to demonstrate exactly that.”



“I have reasons to know on a personal level that several, at least two, Hunter Biden cohorts — that are people that were in deep, close business partners with him — are actively cooperating with Comer’s committee,” Schweizer said. “These are people that were in the room that were partners that knew what was going on.”


Schweizer outlined a few of the angles that Comer’s probe must continue to investigate. The first angle is Hunter Biden’s attorney Kevin Morris, who met Hunter Biden in 2019 after the Hollywood lawyer donated to then-candidate Joe Biden’s presidential campaign. Reports suggest that Morris funds Hunter Biden’s legal bills. Schweizer raised concerns that Morris might accept money from a third party to pay Hunter Biden’s legal bills.



“We have to keep in mind that Kevin Morris is a novelist, but he’s an attorney. And attorneys can engage in all kinds of, you know, legal legitimate behavior, where they’re doing things, but they’re actually doing it on behalf of another party,” he said. “So when people say ‘Kevin Morris loaned him the money’ or ‘Kevin Morris is paying his bills,’ that’s true.”


“But it could also be that Kevin Morris is representing somebody who is actually the one that’s paying the bills and there’s been no clarification from Kevin Morris or anybody who’s actually doing this and why they’re doing it,” he added.



“This raises a very serious question about influence,” Schweizer continued. “Why is Kevin Morris doing it? What does Kevin Morris want out of this? Because I don’t think it’s altruism. So there needs to be further investigation about that and I think Kevin Morris needs to be asked: Are you doing this on behalf of a client? Do you have an escrow account that somebody has set up that they are funding and are you writing the checks for or is this actually your personal money?”



If he evades the question and says, ‘I’m not going to answer that question.’ I think we generally know what the answer is because it is,” he said.


The second and third angle Schweizer expects Comer to investigate is Hunter Biden’s banking transactions and business partners.



“I’ve been actually pretty encouraged by what Comer has done so far. I know a lot of people are saying, ‘Why aren’t you going quicker? Why aren’t you putting the stuff out there?’ What they’ve done is they’re doing what prosecutors generally do. They’re first gathering the material,” Schweizer said.



Under Comer’s direction, the U.S. Treasury and banks complied with Comer’s subpoenas to hand over financial records. Comer also subpoenaed Devon Archer, one of the partners, who is in talks to testify before the committee.



The House Oversight Committee announced late Monday it has subpoenaed Devon Archer, a Biden family associate, to appear for a deposition to Congress this Friday.


“Second level thing they’re doing is they’re bringing in the Hunter Biden associates guys like Devon Archer, some of them are actively cooperating with the committee. Some of them may not and you need to subpoena them and bring them in,” he said. “So, then you get the cohorts and the partners, then you go to the inner circle, the inner sanctum, which would be Hunter Biden and James Biden, et cetera.”



Lastly, Schweizer said Comer’s investigation must end with legal recommendations to prevent politicians from enriching themselves by using family members to conduct foreign business deals.


“I do think what we absolutely have to have — because I think the American people care about these issues — is require expanding disclosure laws,” he said:



So, think about Joe Biden. Joe Biden was a senator. Joe Biden was vice president. He’s now president. He has to disclose if he has $1,000 in General Electric stock. He has to disclose any campaign contribution over $200. But if members of his immediate family are involved in, you know, $1.5 billion private equity deals with a foreign government, there’s no disclosure requirement. And this is part of the problem in Washington, they’re doing what I call ‘offshoring their corruption.’ Meaning Joe Biden doesn’t take the money, but his immediate family does. And this is the way it’s done in the third world, by the way, you know, the politician is not the recipient. It’s, it’s, you know, the son or the daughter or the spouse or the brother, the Bidens have perfected that.



“So, we need to expand that — and you need to make it a felony if you fail to disclose it — that if you have an immediate family member that is doing foreign deals, they are required to disclose those in detail as part of your personal financial disclosure,” he said. “But that’s not going to pass because there’s too many people doing it.”

Whistleblower Reveals Smoking Gun Text Message That Implicates Biden: ‘I Am Sitting Here with My Father…’

An IRS whistleblower has just implicated President Joe Biden in Hunter’s schemes by revealing smoking gun text messages.



The texts are a major blow to the entire Biden family and show Hunter demanding money from a foreign national.



The whistleblower revealed that Hunter Biden sent a text message to his Chinese business associate that said:



“I am sitting here with my father and would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.



“I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.



“I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”



Whistleblowers also told Congress that the IRS recommended felony charges against Hunter Biden but the federal prosecutor handling the probe stopped them from filing charges.

The whistleblowers told the GOP:



Despite the fact that IRS officials recommended that Hunter Biden be charged with criminal activity that includes attempts to evade or defeat taxes, fraud and false statements, and willful failures to file returns, supply information, or pay taxes for over $8.3 million in income, Mr. Biden received preferential treatment in the course of the investigation, and has struck a plea deal that will likely keep him out from behind bars. In 2014, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida announced that a man was sentenced to 13 months in prison to be followed by a year of supervised release for failing to file an income tax return, the same misdemeanor tax offense that Hunter Biden was charged with.



The Department of Justice interfered in the investigation into Hunter Biden’s clear tax issues with a “Delay, Divulge, and Deny” campaign – that ultimately shielded him by allowing the statute of limitations to pass on his tax crimes.



DELAY: Recurring unjustified delays pervaded the investigation, including in authenticating the message between Hunter Biden and Chinese officials. Investigators were told by U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf that “there is no way” a search warrant for evidence would get approved because the evidence of interest would be found in the guest house of former Vice President Biden.



DIVULGE: Investigators found out that attorneys for Hunter Biden were tipped off about actions relating to the investigation in advance. For example, even as investigators had probable cause to search a Northern Virginia storage unit in which Hunter Biden had stored files, attorneys for Biden were tipped off.



DENY: U.S. Attorney of Delaware David Weiss tried to bring charges in District of Columbia around March 2022 and was denied. Weiss sought special counsel status from DOJ in the Spring of 2022 and was denied. Weiss sought to bring charges in the Central District of California in the Fall of 2022 and had that request denied in January 2023.

IRS employees worked through the chain of command to blow the whistle on this misconduct.



However, they were only to be met with hostility and retaliation, leading them to report the issue to the Ways and Means Committee.



Actions were taken to cut the IRS investigative team out of the process after they raised concerns up their chain of command.



One whistleblower was not selected for a position when he was more qualified than the candidate who was selected.


Limits and pauses have been placed on other, unrelated investigations that the whistleblowers are working on – which hamper the investigators’ ability to do their work or advance.



The whistleblowers and their entire team were removed from the investigation on May 15, 2023, after blowing the whistle to Congress.

GOP Releases Biden’s IRS Whistleblower Testimony and It’s Worse Than You Think

House Republicans have just released a whistleblower testimony regarding the allegations of corruption against Democrat President Joe Biden and his family.



A Ways and Means Committee executive meeting resulted in a vote to release to the public whistleblower testimony of two different IRS employees.



The whistleblowers worked directly on the tax evasion case of Hunter Biden.



And it is bad.



The testimony outlines misconduct and government abuse at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the investigation of Hunter Biden.



Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (MO-08) issued a statement that said: “Today, the Ways and Means Committee voted to make public the testimony of IRS employees blowing the whistle on misconduct at the IRS and the Biden Department of Justice regarding unequal enforcement of tax law, interference and government abuse in the handling of investigations into criminal activity by President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and retaliation against IRS employees blowing the whistle on this abuse.



“The American people deserve to know that when it comes to criminal enforcement, they are not on the same playing field as the wealthy and politically connected class.



“The preferential treatment Hunter Biden received would never have been granted to ordinary Americans.



“Whistleblowers describe how the Biden Justice Department intervened and overstepped in a campaign to protect the son of Joe Biden by delaying, divulging, and denying an ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden’s alleged tax crimes.



“The testimony shows tactics used by the Justice Department to delay the investigation long enough to reach the statute of limitations, evidence they divulged sensitive actions by the investigative team to Biden’s attorneys and denied requests by the U.S. Attorney to bring charges against Biden.



“IRS employees who blew the whistle on this abuse were retaliated against, despite a commitment IRS Commissioner Werfel made before the Ways and Means Committee to uphold their legal protections.



“They were removed from this investigation after they responsibly worked through the chain of command to raise these concerns.


“The Committee has acted in good faith with participation from both Democrats and Republicans, as the issues raised today ought to be a bipartisan concern.



“Hopefully we can find a path forward to continue to go where the facts lead us.



“If the federal government is not treating all taxpayers equally, or if it is changing the rules to engineer a preferred outcome, Congress has a duty to ask why and to hold agencies accountable and consider appropriate legislative action.



“The scales of justice must not be skewed in favor of the wealthy and the politically connected.”

The Committee said this is what they found:



Despite the fact that IRS officials recommended that Hunter Biden be charged with criminal activity that includes attempts to evade or defeat taxes, fraud and false statements, and willful failures to file returns, supply information, or pay taxes for over $8.3 million in income, Mr. Biden received preferential treatment in the course of the investigation, and has struck a plea deal that will likely keep him out from behind bars. In 2014, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida announced that a man was sentenced to 13 months in prison to be followed by a year of supervised release for failing to file an income tax return, the same misdemeanor tax offense that Hunter Biden was charged with.



The Department of Justice interfered in the investigation into Hunter Biden’s clear tax issues with a “Delay, Divulge, and Deny” campaign – that ultimately shielded him by allowing the statute of limitations to pass on his tax crimes.



DELAY: Recurring unjustified delays pervaded the investigation, including in authenticating the message between Hunter Biden and Chinese officials. Investigators were told by U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf that “there is no way” a search warrant for evidence would get approved because the evidence of interest would be found in the guest house of former Vice President Biden.



DIVULGE: Investigators found out that attorneys for Hunter Biden were tipped off about actions relating to the investigation in advance. For example, even as investigators had probable cause to search a Northern Virginia storage unit in which Hunter Biden had stored files, attorneys for Biden were tipped off.



DENY: U.S. Attorney of Delaware David Weiss tried to bring charges in District of Columbia around March 2022 and was denied. Weiss sought special counsel status from DOJ in the Spring of 2022 and was denied. Weiss sought to bring charges in the Central District of California in the Fall of 2022 and had that request denied in January 2023.



IRS employees worked through the chain of command to blow the whistle on this misconduct.



However, they were only to be met with hostility and retaliation, leading them to report the issue to the Ways and Means Committee.



Actions were taken to cut the IRS investigative team out of the process after they raised concerns up their chain of command.



One whistleblower was not selected for a position when he was more qualified than the candidate who was selected.



Limits and pauses have been placed on other, unrelated investigations that the whistleblowers are working on – which hamper the investigators’ ability to do their work or advance.



The whistleblowers and their entire team were removed from the investigation on May 15, 2023, after blowing the whistle to Congress.
