Hunter Biden Was Member of Hollywood Sex Club, Got Kicked Out for Being a ‘Scumbag’

Democrat President Joe Biden’s son Hunter was a member of a private Hollywood elite sex club, according to reports.



Damon Lawner, the founder of the Hollywood sex club Snctm, has been banned from the club after he publicly identified Hunter Biden as a former member.



“Snctm, as a private members club, prioritizes the safety and privacy of our esteemed members above all,” a spokeswoman for Snctm said.



“Consequently, we neither confirm nor deny the identities of our attendees.



“Furthermore, we uphold a strict code of conduct, and any infringement leads to a lifetime ban.



“Please note that Mr. Lawner’s membership has been revoked, effective immediately.”



After Hunter Biden reached a plea deal with federal prosecutors, Lawner said in an Instagram Story that the president’s son had once been a Snctm member.



However, he said Hunter was kicked out for being “a scumbag.”

“Hunter was a member at Snctm and I canceled his membership after 1 party because he’s a scumbag,” Lawner wrote in a now-deleted post.



After getting banned from the club he founded and sold for $1 million, Lawner said:



“Posting what I did on my Instagram about Hunter was me letting people know that the type of behavior that he exhibited was something that upsets me.



“I knew that the consequences could be me not being part of Snctm anymore, but I was willing to take that risk.


“I literally don’t care in the sense that I don’t need to go to Snctm parties.



“The only reason that I have attended any parties in the last, whatever, any amount of time, is friends have wanted to check it out so I brought them.



“But personally it’s not something I’m interested in anymore,” he said.

Joe Biden, Merrick Garland Implicated in IRS Whistleblower Testimony: 5 Key Questions

Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland may face tough questions after Thursday’s release of the testimony of an IRS whistleblower, which was released by the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee.



Republicans released transcripts of two whistleblowers, one of whom said he had seen evidence that Joe Biden was present when his son, Hunter, attempted to pressure a Chinese investor to send them millions of dollars. The whistleblower, IRS Criminal Supervisory Special Agent Gary A. Shapley Jr., also said that the Department of Justice had interfered in the effort to investigate Hunter Biden for tax crimes — contrary to Garland’s claims.



Though the mainstream media largely ignored the revelations, they prompt several questions that will, in some way or another, have to be answered by Garland — and perhaps Biden, too, if only on the campaign trail.



Here are five key questions:



1. Was Joe Biden in the room when Hunter Biden pressured a Chinese investor to send money? Biden has said, numerous times, that he has never discussed his family’s business interests. But Shapley said:



[W]e obtained a July 30th, 2017, WhatsApp message from Hunter Biden to Henry Zhao, where Hunter Biden wrote: “I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”



That message, together with other evidence, could have provided a basis for a search warrant of Joe Biden’s home, Shapley said — but Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf blocked efforts to obtain one, based on “optics.”



Shapley said that the Department of Justice denied other efforts to investigate the Bidens. But Joe Biden can still be asked whether he, in fact, was present — or whether his son simply lied to extort a foreign investor.



2. Did Merrick Garland block a request to appoint a special counsel in the Hunter Biden case? Merrick Garland told Congress that U.S. Attorney David Weiss in Delaware was given total freedom in pursuit of the Hunter Biden investigation, and that there was no involvement from the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. However, Shapley told Congress that Garland rejected a request from Weiss to appoint a special counsel, after the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia refused to prosecute Hunter Biden there:



From March 2022 through October 7th, 2022, I was under the impression that, based on AG Garland’s testimony before Congress and statements by U.S. Attorney Weiss and prosecutors, that they were still deciding whether to charge 2014 and 2015 tax violations.



However, I would later be told by United States Attorney Weiss that the D.C. U.S. Attorney would not allow U.S. Attorney Weiss to charge those years in his district. This resulted in United States Attorney Weiss requesting special counsel authority from Main DOJ to charge in the District of Columbia. I don’t know if he asked before or after the Attorney General’s April 26th, 2022, statement, but Weiss said his request for that authority was denied and that he was told to follow DOJ’s process.



That process meant no charges would ever be brought in the District of Columbia, where the statute of limitations on the 2014 and ’15 charges would eventually expire. The years in question included foreign income from Burisma and a scheme to evade his income taxes through a partnership with a convicted felon. There were also potential FARA issues relating to 2014 and 2015. The purposeful exclusion of the 2014 and 2015 years sanitized the most substantive criminal conduct and concealed material facts.



Garland needs to explain why he denied a request for a special counsel, if Weiss was indeed given free rein.



3. Did Merrick Garland mislead Congress about Weiss’s ability to file cases in any state? In March, Garland told the Senate that U.S. Attorney Weiss would be able to bring charges against Hunter Biden, if necessary, outside of Delaware.

But that did not happen, and Shapley testified that Weiss had been denied the ability to bring such charges in other jurisdictions, both in D.C. and in the Central District of California:



Around this time, there began to be discussions of the fact that the remaining tax years, 2016, ’17, ’18 and ’19, needed to be brought in the Central District of California. There was no explanation as to why, after being declined in D.C. for 2014 and 2015, that it took until mid-September 2022 to present the case to the Central District of California United States Attorney’s Office.



Prosecutors stated that they presented the case to the Central District of California in mid-September. That happened to correspond with the confirmation of the President Biden appointee to the United States Attorney, Martin Estrada. The case agent and I asked to participate in that presentation, but it was denied.



Garland will almost certainly be asked to explain the discrepancy between his testimony, and that of Shapley.



4. Did the Department of Justice slow-walk the Hunter Biden investigation to help Joe Biden? Shapley testified that career officials at the Department of Justice deliberately stalled the investigation of Hunter Biden’s tax violations so that they would hit the “window” before the 2020 presidential election and therefore have an excuse not to act, presumably to help Biden’s chances of defeating President Trump:



Yet, after former Vice President Joseph Biden became the presumptive Democratic nominee for President in early April 2020, career DOJ officials dragged their feet on the IRS taking these investigative steps.



By June 2020, those same career officials were already delaying overt investigative actions. This was well before the typical 60- to 90-day period when DOJ would historically stand down before an election. It was apparent that DOJ was purposely slow-walking investigative actions in this matter.



This would be another example of the DOJ being politicized under Trump — not to help him, but to hurt him.



5. Did the Department of Justice obstruct justice by tipping off the Bidens? Shapley testified that Assistant U.S. Attorney Wolf warned Hunter Biden’s attorneys about potential aspects of the inquiry. In one case, she allegedly tipped them off about a possible search of Hunter Biden’s business documents:



On December 10th, 2020, the prosecutorial team met again to discuss the next steps. One piece of information that came out of the day of action was that Hunter Biden vacated the Washington, D.C., office of Owasco. His documents all went into a storage unit in northern Virginia. The IRS prepared an affidavit in support of a search warrant for the unit, but AUSA Wolf once again objected.



My special agent in charge and I scheduled a call with United States Attorney Weiss on December 14th just to talk about that specific issue. United States Attorney Weiss agreed that if the storage unit wasn’t accessed for 30 days we could execute a search warrant on it.



No sooner had we gotten off the call then we heard AUSA Wolf had simply reached out to Hunter Biden’s defense counsel and told him about the storage unit, once again ruining our chance to get to evidence before being destroyed, manipulated, or concealed.



Wolf also allegedly stopped prosecutors from asking a witness about the infamous email, found on Hunter Biden’s laptop, that 10% of a joint venture with a Chinese government-linked company was to be held for the “big guy”:



Weiss was in and out for the rest of the meeting, but it went downhill from there. We shared with prosecutors our outline to interview Hunter Biden’s associate, Rob Walker. Among other things, we wanted to question Walker about an email that said: “Ten held by H for the big guy.” We had obvious questions like who was H, who the big guy was, and why this percentage was to be held separately with the association hidden.

But AUSA Wolf interjected and said she did not want to ask about the big guy and stated she did not want to ask questions about “dad.” When multiple people in the room spoke up and objected that we had to ask, she responded, there’s no specific criminality to that line of questioning.



Shapley also said that “a group of people very close to President Biden and Hunter Biden” were tipped off by the FBI about being interviewed by investigators, meaning that most potential witnesses could not be interviewed.

WHISTLEBLOWER: Federal Prosecutors Have Evidence Joe Biden Met with Hunter’s Chinese Energy Client CEFC

The House Ways and Means Committee on Thursday released devastating depositions detailing accounts of Biden corruption from two IRS whistleblowers.



The two IRS whistleblowers told lawmakers about the Justice Department’s effort to block search warrants and cover-up Hunter Biden’s tax crimes.



House Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith (R-MO) on Thursday detailed MULTIPLE felony charges that whistleblowers said the IRS recommended against Hunter Biden.



The IRS recommended charges against Hunter Biden that included:



Dr. Peter McCullough: Understand Spike Shedding Before It’s Too Late



Attempt to evade or defeat tax – A FELONY

Fraud or false statements – A FELONY

Willful failure to file returns, supply information or pay tax

“These tax crimes cover an estimated $2.2 million in unreported tax on global income…from Ukraine, Romania, and China, totaling $17.3 million from 2014 to 2019.”



He added, “Mr. Biden personally received $8.3 million.”



Joe Biden’s DOJ blocked two search warrants and multiple felony charges against Hunter Biden, according to an IRS whistleblower who spoke to lawmakers.



According to Just the News, Shapley told lawmakers that an Assistant US Attorney in Delaware working on Hunter’s case REJECTED a search warrant for Joe Biden’s Delaware home in 2020.



A separate search warrant for Hunter Biden’s storage locker was also blocked by Joe Biden’s henchmen.



THE WHSTLEBLOWERS ALSO CONFIRMED JOE BIDEN WAS DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN HUNTER’S OVERSEAS BUSINESS DEALS.



Shapely confirmed to prosecutors that Joe Biden met with with officials from CEFC, a Chinese energy company.



Hunter Biden took millions of dollars from CEFC, an energy company that is effectively an arm of the Chinese Communist Party.



On August 8, 2017, $5 million was wired from a CEFC-affiliated investment vehicle (Northern International) to the bank account for Hudson West III, which spent the next year transferring $4,790,375 million directly to Hunter Biden’s firm, Owasco.



Rob Walker, a Biden family associate, recounted a time where Joe Biden walked into a meeting with CEFC officials at a Four Seasons.



“Walker went on to describe an instance in which the former Vice President showed up at a CEFC meeting. Walker said: “We were at the Four Seasons and we were having lunch and he stopped in, just said hello to everybody. I don’t even think he drank water. I think Hunter Biden said, ‘I may be trying to start a company or try to do something with these guys and could you?’ And I think he was like, if I’m around and he’d show up,” Shapley told lawmakers, citing his conversation with Rob Walker.



He continued, The FBI agent asked: “So you definitely got the feeling that that was orchestrated by Hunter Biden to have like an appearance by his dad at that meeting just to kind of bolster your chances at making a deal work out?” Walker answered: “Sure.” The FBI agent continued: “Any times when he was in office, or did you hear Hunter Biden say that he was setting up a meeting with his dad with them while dad was still in office?” Walker answered: “Yes.”



The CEFC meeting at the Four Seasons referenced in the deposition may line up with an email found on Hunter Biden’s laptop detailing a September 2017 meeting with CEFC officials on the 13th floor of the Four Seasons in Ireland.

Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan Calls for Special Counsel to Investigate Business Dealings of Bidens

House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) has reached his limit and is calling for a special counsel to investigate Joe and Hunter Biden and their family’s foreign business dealings.



Jordan responded after several whistleblowers came forward with explosive information exposing significant allegations of corruption.



The whistleblowers have reportedly revealed that Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration has been blocking investigations into the allegations.



“According to an IRS whistleblower: David Weiss requested special counsel status,” Jordan said.



“Joe Biden’s Justice Department said no.



“According to an IRS whistleblower: David Weiss tried to bring charges in D.C. against Hunter Biden.



“Biden-appointed D.C. U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves wouldn’t allow it.



“According to an IRS whistleblower: David Weiss tried to bring charges in the Central District of California against Hunter Biden.



“The request was denied,” Jordan revealed.

Jordan opened Wednesday’s hearing by trying to draw a line between the Russia investigation and Trump’s indictment over mishandling classified documents at his residence and membership club, Mar-a-Lago, suggesting they were both fueled by a desire to get Trump.



“Nothing has changed and they’re never going to stop,” Jordan said.



“Seven years of attacking Trump.”



Durham was appointed by former Attorney General William Barr to review the origins of the investigation into ties between Russia and Trump’s 2016 campaign.



He concluded that the FBI acted too hastily and without sufficient justification to launch a full investigation and asserted the bureau showed more caution on allegations that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton mishandled classified information on her private email server.

Establishment media networks on Friday avoided posting stories on their homepages about the Thursday IRS whistleblower allegations of political interference by the Justice Department (DOJ) on behalf of the Biden family.



One day after bombshell allegations against the Biden family alleging corruption within President Joe Biden’s DOJ, the establishment media appeared silent on homepages.



According to recent polling, 50 percent of Americans believe the national media intend to mislead, misinform, and persuade the public, as just 35 percent say most news organizations can be relied upon.



Among the networks that refused to post a story around noon Friday about the scandal on their main front pages of their websites were the Washington Post, Politico, New York Times, CNN, and MSNBC. Most published an article about the bombshell.

News sites were not the only media outlets that ignored the news. ABC’s “World News Tonight” and “CBS Evening News” on Thursday evening also ignored the bombshell IRS whistleblower allegations.



Their decision to ignore the allegations follows a historical pattern of shielding their viewers from allegations of Biden family wrongdoing.



In October 2021, ABC, CBS, and NBC spent “0 seconds” reporting on Joe and Hunter Biden’s alleged shared bank account, the Republican National Committee’s research team found.



In June 2022, ABC News, NBC News, and CBS News aired only 298 seconds on Hunter Biden’s “Laptop from Hell” story since March 16, when the New York Times confirmed authentication of the laptop, according to Media Research Center.



In June, the network news channels ABC, CBS, and NBC spent zero time on the alleged Biden “bribery” scandal, compared to 291 minutes on the Trump indictment, according to a media watchdog report.



In addition, ABC News acknowledged in March the legacy outlet refused to review Hunter Biden’s abandoned “Laptop from Hell,” all while reporting on the infamous laptop story by printing scoops from Hunter’s legal team.

White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby walked away from the Brady Briefing Room podium Friday afternoon while being grilled by Newsmax reporter James Rosen about a 2017 Hunter Biden WhatsApp text message to his communist Chinese business associate that said Joe Biden was sitting with Hunter while he sent a message demanding payment on a deal. The message was revealed Thursday by the House Ways and Means Committee as part of a package of IRS whistleblowers’ testimony and evidence on Biden administration and Justice Department (Trump and Biden era) stonewalling of investigations into Hunter Biden.



Rosen read the message in its entirety to Kirby:



“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my directions. Kirby refused to answer Rosen’s questions about the message, but Rosen persisted, engaging in crosstalk with Kirby. Kirby then walked away from the podium.

Whistleblowers Reveal 'Just a Fraction' of Hunter Biden Wealth Including Huge $80K Diamond

Congressional testimony from whistleblowers within the Internal Revenue Service raises new questions about the Department of Justice probe into President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.



The House Ways and Means Committee released transcripts and documents surrounding the testimony of longtime IRS employees before the committee on Thursday.



Committee member Rep. Jason Smith, a Missouri Republican, summarized the body’s findings in its investigation into the investigation of the younger Biden’s tax matters.



The federal employees described a tax investigation unlike any other in their careers in government and shine insight into the lavish lifestyle practiced by the president’s son.



“The testimony we released today shows the IRS recommended charges against Hunter Biden that included attempt to evade or defeat tax, a felony, fraud or false statements, a felony, and willful failure to file returns, supply information or pay tax,” Smith said during a news conference.



“These tax crimes cover an estimated $2.2 million in unreported tax on global income streams to Mr. Biden and his associates from Ukraine, Romania and China totaling $17.3 million from 2014 to 2019,” he said.



“Mr. Biden personally received $8.3 million,” Smith said. “Whistleblowers detailed foreign payments to Mr. Biden, including $664,000 from the Chinese company State Energy HK, a large diamond worth $80,000 and a Porsche worth $142,000.



“These payments are just a fraction of the total, but they provide insight into a world of wealth and influence that no ordinary American would recognize.



“And what plea deal did Mr. Biden just receive? A slap on the wrist for these charges that have put other Americans behind bars.”


The younger Biden is set to plead guilty to a tax misdemeanor in an agreement with federal prosecutors in a deal that arranges for the diversion of federal firearms offenses and rules out more serious tax charges.



IRS Special Supervisory Agent Gary Shapley described a pattern of stonewalling from senior Department of Justice officials in the investigation — culminating in a meeting in which federal prosecutor David Weiss explained that his superiors ruled out criminal charges in October 2022, according to Politico.



Shapley sounded the alarm on interference in the investigation in his testimony.



“It soon became clear to me this case was being handled differently than any I’d seen before,” he said.

Shapley went on to describe a 2017 Hunter Biden WhatsApp message in which the younger Biden told a Chinese national that he was sitting next to his father and both men were angered over his inability to make an unspecified “commitment.”



Obstruction from prosecutors prevented the IRS from properly investigating the potential of Biden family criminal conduct, according to Shapley.

“Based on guidance provided by the prosecutors on a recurring basis to not look into anything related to President Biden, there is no way of knowing if evidence of other criminal activity existed concerning Hunter Biden or President Biden,” he said.



Another anonymous IRS whistleblower described the agency’s discovery of a diamond worth $80,000 in the younger Biden’s possession.

'No Dignity': Video of Hunter Biden After Plea Deal Shows Just How Corrupt WH Really Is

What do you have for dinner after you use your father’s influence as your get-out-of-jail-free card?



Well, according to a CBS description, after Hunter Biden got a sweetheart plea deal for his gun and tax crimes, he had a first course of marinated millet and grilled corn kernel salad with compressed watermelon and tangy avocado sauce. For his main course, Hunter had a choice of stuffed portobello mushrooms with a creamy saffron-infused risotto or sumac-roasted sea bass in a lemon-dill yogurt sauce with crisped millet cakes and summer squashes. And to finish off, dessert was a rose and cardamom-infused strawberry shortcake.



That was the menu from last night’s swanky White House dinner for Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, where Hunter was seen hobnobbing with the who’s who of the political, business and show-biz world, including designer Ralph Lauren, filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan, tennis legend Billie Jean King and leaders from Alphabet and Microsoft.

Now, normal people would probably not want to be photographed sipping on Stone Tower chardonnay “Kristi” or Domain Carneros brut rosé, flaunting their “privilege,” right after an unfairly lenient plea they got by using their dad’s political clout, but then a man who had an affair with his brother’s widow and fathered a child with a former stripper, among other things, isn’t someone who would be too concerned with public opinion.



Nothing could paint a better picture of “privilege” than partying at the White House when you should be in the Big House.



As one tweet said, “No dignity, nothing.”

Attorney General Merrick Garland was also in attendance. I guess a nice dinner was the least the Bidens could do after the attorney general the sweetheart deal he handed to their golden boy.



According to Fox News, Sen. Rick Scott of Florida has demanded that Garland provide a thorough and comprehensive explanation to the American public regarding the plea deal reached between Hunter Biden and the U.S. attorney in Delaware, which shockingly spares him from serving any prison time.

Scott pointed out the glaring inconsistencies within the justice system, citing recent cases that demonstrate a stark disparity in sentencing, such as a Virginia mother facing a prison sentence of up to 24 months for possessing controlled substances while in possession of a firearm.



He also drew attention to the case of actor Wesley Snipes, who received three one-year sentences for tax-related offenses.

“The reported plea agreement extended to President Biden’s son is a farcical example of precisely that two-tiered approach to criminal justice by the DOJ under your leadership,” Scott wrote to Garland. “What is the American public to take away from the outcome of this five-year investigation and leniency shown to Hunter Biden on both the federal tax violations and firearms offenses he committed?”



But Scott’s words will fall on deaf ears, at least on the Democrat side of the aisle.



The president’s son, it seems, is exempt, not just from federal laws, but the laws of common decency that govern the rest of the country.

Biden Spokesman Makes Shock Move After Being Hit with Hard Question About Hunter Biden

The Joe Biden administration is doing all it can to avoid telling the American people anything about Hunter Biden’s alleged crimes. On Friday, White House spokesman John Kirby literally walked away from the podium rather than answer to the American people.



Retired Rear Admiral John Kirby, who was initially Biden’s Pentagon press secretary, is the coordinator for strategic communications at the National Security Council. He often appears at White House press briefings.



But, despite the mounting evidence against Hunter Biden, Kirby proved wholly uninterested in answering questions about what the president knew and when he knew it about Hunter’s crooked business dealings.



As the White House transcript reveals, Kirby hemmed and hawed when a reporter asked his question, and soon he just walked away from the podium and turned his back on the American people.



During Friday’s White House press briefing, Newsmax Washington correspondent James Rosen asked Kirby about some of the latest evidence that has emerged that seems to prove that Joe Biden knew far more about Hunter’s crooked business dealings than he has let on.



“The House Ways and Means Committee yesterday released documents — their authenticity nowhere challenged — that included a July 2017 WhatsApp message sent by Hunter Biden to Henry Zhao, a Chinese Communist Party official,” Rosen said as a preface to his question.



He then went on to quote the WhatsApp message:



“‘I am sitting here with my father, and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge, that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.’ Unquote.”


After revealing that damning evidence, Rosen asked his probing and pertinent question.



“So, just a couple of questions about this. First, does this not undermine the President’s claim during the 2020 campaign, and the reaffirmations of that claim by his two press secretaries since then, that he never once discussed his son’s overseas business dealings with him?” Rosen asked.

Kirby immediately tried to deflect, saying, “No. And I’m not going to comment further on this.”



“Where was he on July 30th?” Rosen pushed.



“Your answer was, ‘No,’ it doesn’t undercut it,” Rosen replied. “So, I’m asking you to explain that,” he said.



But Kirby kept trying to avoid the question.



“Let me sa — let me save you some breath. If you’re going to ask about this, I am not address…” Kirby said.



“I have an abundance of breath, as you know,” Rosen quipped.



“I know you do, more than I’d like you to have,” Kirby replied. “I am not going to address this issue from this podium. I’m just not going to do it.”



“Why not? Is there a reason?” Rosen wondered, asking why this presidential spokesman was refusing to comment on something so important.



“Not going to do it,” Kirky said again. Then he just walked away from the podium.

The American people deserve answers about Hunter Biden, his father, and their thuggish business dealings with America’s enemies in China, Ukraine and other places. This isn’t some unconnected, low-life hustler, after all. This is the family of the president of the United States, allegedly using the president’s past and present positions both as vice president and president to bring millions of dollars into Hunter’s bank account and to arrange preferential treatment for many of Joe Biden’s other family members.

Senate Report: Biden Business Received $5.1M Within 10 Days of Hunter Biden’s WhatsApp Text While ‘Sitting’ Next to Dad

The 2020 Senate report on the Biden family business revealed Hunter Biden-linked bank accounts received $5.1 million in payments from a Chinese business partner, Henry Zhao, within ten days of just-revealed texts in which he demands payment using proximity to his father as a cudgel.



Henry Zhao, influential in forming a Chinese investment fund, had deep ties to Chinese intelligence, according to Breitbart News senior contributor and Government Accountability Institute president Peter Schweizer.



In 2017, Henry Zhao worked with Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC Energy — also linked to Chinese military intelligence.



A newly released screen capture from July 30, 2017 of a WhatsApp message from Hunter Biden to Henry Zhao shows Hunter Biden putting pressure on Zhao for payment using the influence of his father, Joe Biden, who was “sitting” in the room. The text message reads:



I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. Within ten days of Hunter Biden’s message, a CEFC subsidiary sent two payments totaling $5.1 million to accounts linked to Hunter, records cited in the Senate GOP investigation show:



On Aug. 4, 2017, CEFC Infrastructure Investment (US) LLC, a subsidiary of Ye Jianming’s CEFC China Energy Company that listed Gongwen Dong as its director, sent Hunter Biden’s law firm, Owasco, a payment for $100,000. This transaction was identified for potential criminal financial activity. One of the investment entities of CEFC Infrastructure Investment is reportedly Shanghai Huaxin Group, a Chinese state-owned enterprise “engaged in petroleum products.” That company is owned by CEFC Shanghai International Group Ltd., which is controlled by Shanghai Guosheng Group, another state-owned enterprise. According to reporting, CEFC Shanghai was a CEFC subsidiary linked to the aforementioned corruption allegations involving the head of the China Development Bank. These examples further illustrate the deep financial connections between Biden, Owasco, and the Chinese government.



On Aug. 8, 2017, CEFC Infrastructure Investment wired $5 million to the bank account for Hudson West III. These funds may have originated from a loan issued from the account of a company called Northern International Capital Holdings, a Hong Kong-based investment company identified at one time as a “substantial shareholder” in CEFC International Limited along with Ye. It is unclear whether Hunter Biden was half-owner of Hudson West III at that time. However, starting on Aug. 8, the same day the $5 million was received, and continuing through Sept. 25, 2018, Hudson West III sent frequent payments to Owasco, Hunter Biden’s firm. These payments, which were described as consulting fees, reached $4,790,375.25 in just over a year.



According to IRS whistleblower testimony, FBI investigators wanted to obtain the location data to confirm Joe Biden was in the room with Hunter Biden when he messaged Henry Zhao. But there is no confidence the FBI obtained that data.



Whistleblowers also alleged Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf prevented United States Attorney David Weiss from asking questions about an email on Hunter Biden’s laptop detailing a business deal with CEFC, mentioning, “Ten held by H for the big guy.” The IRS whistleblower claims Wolf stopped questioning about “the big guy” to limit where the investigation could go, despite evidence of Joe Biden’s involvement.



The ten percent “held by H for the big guy” is allegedly a reference to Joe Biden and his ten percent cut of a deal with a Chinese energy company, CEFC, as reported in 2020 by the New York Post, which controlled State Energy HK Limited, a company linked to the $1.3 million collective payments to the Biden family members.



Through the Biden family’s suspicious activity reports (SARs), House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) discovered in March that a Biden associate received a $3 million wire transfer from a Chinese energy company, CEFC. In turn, four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie, and an unidentified “Biden” — received a collective $1.3 million cut from the $3 million wire transfer.



In May, Comer discovered, over the course of several years, the Biden family business received at least $10 million from business schemes in Romania and China. In total, nine Biden family members received payments from the family foreign business ventures, including two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren,

IRS Whistleblower Fights Back: Names Additional Six Witnesses in Response to Garland’s Denial of Interference in Biden Investigations

On Friday, US Attorney General Merrick Garland denied the IRS whistleblower allegations detailing the Justice Department’s efforts to block felony recommendations against Hunter Biden.



The House Ways and Means Committee on Thursday released devastating depositions detailing accounts of Biden corruption from two IRS whistleblowers.



The two IRS whistleblowers told lawmakers about the Justice Department’s effort to block search warrants and cover up Hunter Biden’s tax crimes.



The whistleblowers also confirmed Joe Biden was directly involved in Hunter’s overseas business deals.

One of the whistleblowers, Gary Shapely, confirmed to prosecutors that Joe Biden met with officials from CEFC, a Chinese energy company.

The WhatsApp message Hunter Biden sent to Henry Zhao is as follows according to the IRS whistleblower:



“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my directions. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”



The whistleblower allegations directly contradict Merrick Garland’s statements under oath about the independence of the Justice Department.



Merrick Garland has repeatedly claimed the DOJ did not block US Attorney David Weiss from aggressively pursuing Hunter Biden.



“Mr. Weiss, who was appointed by President Trump as the US attorney in Delaware and assigned this matter during the previous administration, would be permitted to continue his investigation and to make a decision to prosecute any way in which he wanted to and in any district in which he wanted to,” Garland said during a press conference Friday.



“Mr. Weiss has since sent a letter to the House Judiciary Committee confirming that he had that authority. I don’t know how it would be possible for anybody to block him from bringing a prosecution, given that he has this authority,” Garland added.



After Garland denied the claims and accused the whistleblower of lying, the whistleblower, Gary Shapley, fought back and named six more witnesses to confirm it was Garland who’s not telling the truth.



Through his attorneys, Gary Shapley said:



“In an October 7, 2022, meeting at the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office, U.S. Attorney David Weiss told six witnesses he did not have authority to charge in other districts and had thus requested special counsel status. Those six witnesses include Baltimore FBI Special Agent in Charge Tom Sobocinski and Assistant Special Agent in Charge Ryeshia Holley, IRS Assistant Special Agent in Charge Gary Shapley and Special Agent in Charge Darrell Waldon, who also independently and contemporaneously corroborated Mr. Shapley’s account in an email, now public as Exhibit 10, following p. 148 of his testimony transcript. Mr. Shapley would have no insight into why Mr. Weiss’s would make these statements at the October 7, 2022 meeting if they were false. That Mr. Weiss made these statements is easily corroborated, and it is up to him and the Justice Department to reconcile the evidence of his October 7, 2022 statements with contrary statements by Mr. Weiss and the Attorney General to Congress.

It’s not Joe Biden’s personal phone. We know from the laptop that Hunter Biden’s business paid for a private phone line that Joe Biden used while he was Vice President.



Schweizer continued, “It was from AT&T. It was $300 a month. It was a global phone where you could access somebody anywhere around the world.”


Peter Schweizer said he shared the “phone number and account information with the people over at the House Oversight Committee.”



“My hope is that the House Oversight Committee will subpoena those records,” Peter Schweizer said.

“Bank records show the Biden family, their associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals and their companies,” Comer added. “Some of that money came from a Chinese company and went to Hunter Biden’s company…this is not how lawful businesses operate.”



“Hunter Biden and his associates courted businesses in countries that correlated DIRECTLY with Joe Biden’s work as Vice President. This is also not normal. It is not ethical,” The House Oversight Chairman said.

While Hunter Biden may be the poster child for the underbelly of debauchery and criminal activity among the children of the Washington elite, a new report in the New York Post reveals that problems with substance abuse and crime have plagued not just Hunter but multiple members of the Biden family, spanning over four generations.



According to the report, the president’s daughter, Ashley Biden, was arrested for marijuana possession while attending Tulane University in 1999, although no conviction was recorded. She also faced allegations of cocaine use at a house party a decade later, but no legal consequences followed.



Another misdemeanor arrest occurred when she obstructed a police officer and engaged in a brawl outside a Chicago bar in 2002, according to the Post, but the charges were dropped.

In 1999, Frank Biden, the brother of the president, was a passenger in a car that was involved in a tragic drunk-driving accident near Cardiff-on-Sea, California. As a result, he was held partially responsible for the death of Michael Albano, a 38-year-old man. He was ordered to pay Albano’s family almost $1 million, but as of a 2020 by the U.K. Daily Mail, had not paid up.

In October 2003, Frank Biden was accused of stealing two DVDs from a Florida Blockbuster by putting them in his pants. Records obtained by the Miami New Times indicate that he subsequently failed to appear for his court hearing. Not surprisingly, he did not face prosecution for this incident.



In August 2003, Frank Biden was arrested for drunk driving in Fort Lauderdale, resulting in a six-month probationary period, according to the New York Post. A year later, he faced another arrest for driving with a suspended license but managed to avoid jail time by undergoing a three-month rehabilitation program, the Post reported.



Caroline Biden, President Biden’s niece, has had multiple brushes with the law and, like Hunter, has consistently managed to avoid jail time.



In August 2019, she was arrested for DUI and driving without a license after crashing into a tree, according to the Post. Pill bottles were found in her car, and a subsequent blood test confirmed drug use. Her arraignment was conveniently delayed until the day after the presidential election, and she was sentenced to probation.


In 2017, she faced charges for using a stolen credit card to make purchases totaling over $110,000, according to the Post. The felony conviction was later dropped, and she pleaded guilty to petty larceny, avoiding jail time.



In 2013, she was booked for assaulting a police officer during a dispute with a roommate over unpaid rent at a New York City apartment, according to the Post. The case was dismissed after she agreed to anger management treatment.



And then, of course, there’s Hunter, who has openly acknowledged his drug addiction and has faced allegations of crack cocaine use at Archibald’s Gentlemen’s Club in Washington, D.C., not to mention tax fraud, gun crimes and accusations of influence peddling at the highest levels.



His abandoned laptop contains numerous images depicting his consumption of controlled substances, often in the company of high-priced prostitutes. Despite these revelations, there is no record of him serving any jail time for these activities.

An August report in The New Yorker titled “The Untold History Of The Biden Family” by Adam Entous — now an investigative correspondent for The New York Times — reveals that flirting with illegal activity in the Biden family extends beyond the current generations.



Entous shares anecdotes by Hunter Biden about his childhood experiences with his father.



According to Entous, as a senator, Joe Biden would occasionally take Hunter and his brother, Beau, on drives through affluent neighborhoods to explore vacant mansions by illegally entering through second-floor windows when the front doors were locked.



If they encountered real-estate agents during their escapades, Biden would effortlessly charm them into granting them an impromptu tour.



While Hunter emphasized his middle-class upbringing, Entous wrote, the Bidens actually resided in a grand 10,000-square-foot mansion, but they took measures to conserve heating costs by closing off sections of the house. This detail highlights the delicate balance between their aspirations for wealth and their conscious efforts to live within their means.



The article also explored the close relationship between Joe Biden Sr., the president’s father, and Biden. Sr.’s cousin, Bill Sheene Jr., during World War II.



A discussion with Bill Sheene III, reported by Entous, highlighted the involvement of business partner of Biden Sr., Arthur Briscoe, who, according to Entous’ report, was “mobbed up.”



The article shed light on the financial rise and subsequent collapse experienced by the Bidens, suggesting that Biden Sr.’s financial success, as well as the subsequent loss, could be attributed, at least in part, to their association with Briscoe and the shadowy world he may have been connected to.



“All children are shaped by their parents,” Entous wrote.



It is clear that Hunter and Ashley Biden’s disdain for the laws of the land did not happen in a vacuum.



The fact that Joe Biden was a sponsor of the 1994 crime bill for higher penalties for street crimes proves just how “above the law” this family considers themselves.

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley, a vocal critic of the Bidens, told the New York Post that the “fact that it took over five years to even secure a plea on a couple of small misdemeanors is a testament to a family that has leveraged Joe Biden public positions into a fortune of foreign influence peddling.”



Turley hit the nail on the head.



It’s a twisted tale of illicit dealings and disregard for the law that has unfolded over generations, steadily rising through denial and artful persuasion to the very zenith of American power.



Or as Turley told the Post: “The Biden family make the Medicis look like small-time operators.”

More Evidence Against Hunter Biden Is Coming

During a recent interview on NewsmaxTV, Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the chair of the House Oversight Committee, disclosed that he possesses further evidence concerning Hunter Biden, which will be made public soon. This revelation comes after whistleblower allegations against the Biden family broke last week.



Comer made the revelation while discussing recent denials by Attorney General Merrick Garland of the allegations made by two IRS whistleblowers, who said that the Department of Justice stymied the investigation of Hunter Biden.



Garland had claimed that Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss had full authority to investigate Hunter Biden as he saw fit. But according to testimony from whistleblower Gary Shapley, an IRS agent, Weiss said he was not the deciding official on whether charges against Hunter Biden would be filed. Shapley testified that Weiss told agents he wanted to file charges against Hunter in Washington, D.C., but “the Biden-appointed D.C. U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves would not allow him to charge in his District.”

He needs to go,” Comer told Newsmax. “There’s no way he could defend the indefensible by saying that he has treated Democrats in the same manner that he has treated Republicans, specifically the way he treated the president of the United States’ son.”



Comer went on to say that more evidence is coming.



“Let me assure the American people … we have bank records that came in this week that we’re going through that we think are going to show more wires from more countries,” he said. “Remember, we just disclosed two countries thus far, we’ve disclosed China and Romania. There are still some more Chinese wires that we have yet to present to the American people.”

Comer concluded, “We are still producing results, every day, that shows this family, the President of the United States’ family, has received millions and millions of dollars from our adversaries all over the world… and they can’t explain why… they can’t explain what they did to produce that money.”






Last month, the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability released new evidence discovered during the committee’s investigation into the Biden family’s involvement in influence peddling and shady business deals. These records exposed large sums of money received from foreign nationals that were concealed by a complex web of business entities set up by Biden family members.



On Sunday, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy suggested that the House GOP could initiate an impeachment inquiry against Attorney General Garland if Shapley’s allegations against him are confirmed.

2 IRS Agents Just Became Hunter Biden's Worst Nightmare: 'I've Never Seen That in My Career'

On Monday, The Washington Times reported that two veteran IRS agents, Gary Shapley and a man identified as “Mr. X,” have testified to Congress about their investigations into Hunter Biden’s many alleged tax-related transgressions.

On one occasion, for instance, Biden’s accountants were so skeptical of their client’s honesty that they insisted he sign a representation letter affirming the accuracy of his reported income and deductions, according to the Times.

“I’ve never seen that in my career,” Mr. X told the House Ways and Means Committee.

The scope of Biden’s deception has kept the agents busy. Shapley and Mr. X testified under oath that they have been investigating the president’s son for years.

The Times report featured excerpts from the agents’ testimony, including details about payments to prostitutes that Biden wrote off as expenses.

“Some ended up being his girlfriends. So they all kind of morphed and changed. So I want to be accurate in how I represent them. But there were a lot of females that I believe he was having sexual relationships with that I ended up interviewing,” Mr. X said.

Shapley and Mr. X testified to having interviewed 60 witnesses in all, including a sex club owner who confirmed that Biden paid him $10,000, which Biden then wrote off as a golf-club membership.

Mr. X investigated Biden’s tax returns for 2014-2019 and testified that in each case Biden should have faced charges for various tax-related crimes. In 2014 and 2018, he said, those crimes should have prompted felony charges.

The agents also had access to Biden’s now-infamous laptop, as well as the WhatsApp message made public last week, in which Biden threatened his Chinese business partners, demanded payment, and informed them that his father was in the room with him.

Dean Zerbe, Mr. X’s attorney and a former tax counsel for the leading Republican on the Senate Finance Committee, noted the unusual nature of the combined testimony.

“We never had anyone of this stature coming forward from the IRS to speak to us about problems,” Zerbe said. “That alone sets these guys apart.”

There are two crucial elements to this story.

First, the agents’ testimony amounts to one more brushstroke in a grotesque emerging portrait of the president’s son.

Biden’s dissipated lifestyle resembles classic aristocratic debauchery. He is the corrupt son of a corrupt father, meandering through a purposeless life in an endless quest to satisfy his momentary appetites.

Second, and far more important, the debauched aristocrat always lives above the law.

Biden’s legal troubles, which include both tax- and gun-related charges that have landed others in prison, resulted in a plea deal and no jail time.

While a federal judge has yet to approve the deal, the mere fact that the Justice Department struck such a deal with the president’s son should fill every American citizen with indignation.

Any honest person knows that this is a two-tiered justice system, but the tiering goes beyond Democrats vs. Republicans.

This is about a ruling class to which Biden belongs by virtue of his family connections.

Thanks to the testimony of two IRS agents, the ruling class might not be able to shield the debauched aristocrat Biden much longer.

Another Hunter Biden WhatsApp message was released by the GOP House Oversight Committee on Tuesday.



In a WhatsApp exchange dated August 3, 2017, Hunter Biden told CEFC associate Gongwen Dong: “The Biden’s are the best I know at doing exactly what the Chairman wants from this [partnership].”



The “Chairman” is Ye Jianming, a Chinese billionaire tied to a CCP-intelligence gathering agency.



Ye Jianming is presumed dead after he ‘disappeared.’

The next day one of Hunter Biden’s shell companies, OWASCO PC, received $100,000 from CEFC, a CCP affiliated energy company.

The latest Hunter Biden WhatsApp message comes just a week after an IRS whistleblower revealed Hunter was threatening a Chinese business associate to pay up or else.

“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my directions. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”



A few weeks later Hunter Biden received a $5 million wire from a Chinese firm.



On August 8, 2017, $5 million was wired from a CEFC-affiliated investment vehicle (Northern International) to the bank account for Hudson West III, which spent the next year transferring $4,790,375 million directly to Hunter Biden’s firm, Owasco.



Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) said on Monday that Congress has evidence Joe Biden was in the room with his son Hunter Biden when Hunter sent a threatening WhatsApp message on July 30, 2017 from the Biden family home in Wilmington, Delaware.

Peter Schweizer on Sunday dropped a bombshell during an appearance on Fox News with host Maria Bartiromo.



Schweizer, author of “Secret Empires,” said Joe Biden was using a secret cell phone and it was paid for by Hunter Biden’s firm.



“What is the line of communications between Hunter Biden and his business partners and Joe Biden when he’s Vice President of the United States?” Schweizer said. “It’s not the government phone. It’s not Joe Biden’s personal phone. We know from the laptop that Hunter Biden’s business paid for a private phone line that Joe Biden used while he was Vice President.



Schweizer continued, “It was from AT&T. It was $300 a month. It was a global phone where you could access somebody anywhere around the world.”


Peter Schweizer said he shared the “phone number and account information with the people over at the House Oversight Committee.”

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley on Wednesday appeared on Fox News to discuss Hunter Biden’s sweetheart deal and DOJ corruption with host Bret Baier.



Shapley told Bret Baier that Hunter Biden received around $8.3 million from China (Chinese energy firm CEFC), Ukraine, and Romania between 2014-2019.



“Based on all the financial records that we did find, they’ve been analyzed – it was around $8.3 million he [Hunter] received,” Shapley said.

Hunter Biden was told by his partner Eric Schwerin that he needed to amend his returns and he never did.”



Shapley said the statute of limitations ran out so Hunter Biden got away with not paying his taxes AND he was not charged for evasion.



This is why the corrupt prosecutors dragged out the Hunter Biden investigation for 5 years.



“So the DC US Attorney’s office declining those charges – David Weiss’s requested special counsel authority being denied and then the statute of limitations then expires in November and December of 2022 so those years are gone and there’s no way to recoup the money from that Burisma income,” Shapley said.

Shapley told Bret Baier that a public document deliberately downplayed Hunter Biden’s tax crimes and used the term “in excess of $100,000” to describe what he failed to pay for 2017 and 2018 – the real numbers are shocking.



“Is there criminal implications in what you were investigating when it comes to Hunter Biden?” Bret Baier asked Shapley.



“Absolutely and the most substantive felony charges were left off the table,” Shapley said.



“Which would have been what?” Baier asked.



“Evasion for ’14, false returns ’18 and 2019. So, as of right now in the information that’s been out there in the public, it uses the term ‘in excess of $100,000’ for 2017, separately for 2018. The true number is $580,000 of failure to pay for 2017 and $620,000 for 2018 – yet this document puts it close to $100,000,” Shapley said.

During an interview with the Fox News Channel aired on Wednesday’s broadcast of “Special Report,” IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley said it’s a “misnomer” to claim Hunter Biden paid off his taxes and that there is still outstanding tax from 2018 that will never be recovered.



Shapley stated, [relevant remarks begin around 5:30] “Well, to say he paid is a misnomer, right? Because it was an individual, [Kevin] Morris, that he met at a campaign finance event and then he immediately starts giving Hunter Biden money to pay off tax debts, to pay living expenses. The money that was given to Hunter Biden by Morris showed up on his tax returns as a loan to him. So, when you have a person that you meet at a campaign finance event, then he’s, all of a sudden, giving you millions of dollars and…it’s a loan to you, I wouldn’t necessarily say that the subject paid those taxes.”



He added, “The most substantive felony charges were left off the table. … So, as of right now, in the information that’s been out there in the public, it uses the term in excess of $100,000 for 2017, separately for 2018. The true number is $580,000 of failure to pay for 2017, 620,000 for 2018.”



Shapley further stated that the 2018 tax year figure “doesn’t even include the false business expenses that he claimed and that the prosecutors refused to charge. So, there’s still outstanding tax above that $620,000, that, because of this deal, they’ll never recoup."

Hunter Biden Asked for $10M from CCP-Linked Associate: Bidens Do What ‘Chairman Wants’

Just days after demanding to be paid by an associate of a Chinese energy company, CEFC, in a 2017 WhatsApp text with President Joe Biden “sitting” next to him, Hunter Biden asked a second CEFC business associate, Gongwen “Kevin” Dong, for $10 million in another WhatsApp text, noting the Biden family is best at “doing exactly what the chairman wants.”



The “chairman,” as Hunter Biden referenced, was CEFC’s chairman Ye Jianming, who paid Hunter a $1 million retainer fee for legal services in 2017. Hunter also received a large diamond from Ye in February 2017 worth an estimated $80,000.



The Biden family’s venture with CEFC is best known for including a stake of “10 held by H for the big guy,” according to a 2017 email from Hunter Biden’s laptop. Among those involved in the CEFC venture were James Biden, Tony Bobulinski, and Jim Bulger.



In a message dated August 3, 2017, Hunter Biden told Kevin he wanted to quit squabbling “over peanuts” and settle on a firm deal by putting “this to bed tonight … and get to work. I am tired of this Kevin. I can make $5M in salary at any law firm in America.”



“Very simple,” Hunter wrote. “10 M per annum budget to use to further the interest of the JV. This move to 5M is completely new to me and is not acceptable obviously.”



“If you think this is about money it’s not,” Hunter added. “The Bidens are the best I know at doing exactly what the chairman wants from this partnership … let’s not quibble over peanuts”:

One day later, on August 4, 2017, CEFC Infrastructure Investment paid Owasco P.C. $100,000.375. The amount was flagged as suspicious activity by a U.S. bank.



Breitbart News reported the Biden family business received a total of $5.1 million within days of Hunter Biden’s messages to CEFC through multiple accounts, including Owasco and Hudson West III LLC.



“He’s basically saying have the director call him, and he’s demanding that he doesn’t call James Biden or Tony [Bobulinski] or Jim Bulger,” an IRS whistleblower described the message between Hunter Biden and Kevin to Congress.



Hunter’s August 3, 2017, message to Kevin also included the language of a $5 million interest-free loan. “My (Bidens) expenses and determination of how BIDEN will (loan 5M) capital will be determined by Owasco in consultation with Hudson,” Hunter wrote.



According to a second IRS whistleblower, Hunter Biden received money from a Ukrainian energy company, Burisma. Instead of reporting the funds as income and paying taxes, he sent the money to a Chinese firm run by one of his associates, who then “loaned” the money to Hunter.

It appears many Biden family members accepted money from a deal with CEFC. The House Oversight Committee revealed in March that CEFC controlled State Energy HK Limited, a company linked to the $1.3 million collective payments to the Biden family members.



Through the Biden family’s suspicious activity reports (SARs), the committee also discovered a Biden associate, Rob Walker, received a $3 million wire transfer from CEFC. In turn, four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie, and an unidentified “Biden” — received a collective $1.3 million cut from the $3 million wire transfer.

Biden Bribery Investigation: Comer Demands Burisma Suspicious Activity Reports from Treasury Dept

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) sent a letter to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on Wednesday demanding Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) on the Ukraine energy firm Burisma and several individuals involved with the firm from August 2014 to the present. Comer gave a July 12 deadline. In addition to stating the committee is investigation bribery allegations against Joe Biden, Comer stated the committee has several legislative purposes to its investigation involving whether new laws need to be enacted to require disclosures by relatives of presidents and vice presidents.


The demand by Comer follows the disclosure in a FBI FD-1023 form in which a trusted confidential source informed the FBI a Burisma executive had told him that he had engaged in a bribery scheme while Joe Biden was vice president that paid $5 million each to Joe and his son Hunter Biden in exchange for favorable policy decisions and actions. The Burisma executive said he structured the payments such that it would take ten years to sort it out. The executive also said he made audio recordings of conversations he had with Joe and Hunter–two tapes with Joe and fifteen with Hunter.



Comer spoke with Sean Hannity on the Fox News Channel Wednesday night about his demand for the Burisma SARs reports and his belief they might shed light on the alleged payments to the Bidens.

An unclassified FBI-generated record from June 30, 2020 memorializes a confidential human source’s conversations with a Burisma executive who claimed then-Vice President Joe Biden solicited and received a bribe in exchange for certain actions.



“The FBI has been sitting on allegations for years that Joe Biden solicited and received a bribe while he was Vice President of the United States. We have no confidence that the FBI did anything to verify the allegations contained within this record and may have intentionally withheld it during the investigation into Hunter Biden’s tax evasion. In fact, an IRS whistleblower said that this critical evidence was withheld from tax investigators who have since revealed they had potentially corroborating evidence during the investigation. The House Oversight and Accountability Committee is continuing to pursue financial records to follow the Bidens’ money trail to help inform legislative solutions to strengthen public corruption laws. Secretary Yellen must provide financial records related to Burisma executives and entities to help further our investigation to determine whether foreign actors targeted the Bidens, President Biden is compromised, and national security is threatened,” said Chairman Comer.



According to an IRS whistleblower’s supplemental submission provided to the House Ways and Means Committee, the FD-1023 form was not shared with tax investigators. The whistleblower emphasized it would have been relevant to the investigation since they had email correspondence from May 2014 referencing a $5 million payment.



In the letter to Secretary Yellen, Chairman Comer requests all SARs in Treasury’s custody, filed by financial institutions April 2014 to present, for the following individuals and entities:



Burisma and all corporate affiliates and subsidiaries; Mykola Zlochevsky; Karina Zlochevska; Vadym Pozharskyi; Alexander Kotlarsky; Vuk Jeremic; Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development

Dear Secretary Yellen:

The Committee on Oversight and Accountability has reviewed government documents that allege President Biden, while serving as Vice President, solicited and received a bribe from a foreign source in return for certain actions. These allegations are consistent with the Committee’s ongoing investigation of the Biden family’s foreign business transactions—transactions that subpoenaed bank records have revealed allowed Biden family members and associates to profit over $10 million from foreign sources.1



The Committee is investigating the allegations it has reviewed and seeks documents in the Department of the Treasury’s (Treasury) control, including certain Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) on file with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. The Committee seeks to craft legislative solutions aimed at deficiencies it has identified in the current legal framework regarding ethics laws and disclosure of financial interests related to the immediate family members of Vice Presidents and Presidents—deficiencies that may place American national security and interests at risk. The Committee is concerned that foreign nationals have sought access and influence by engaging in lucrative business relationships with high-profile political figures’ immediate family members, including members of the Biden family.



The Committee is investigating the national security implications of a Vice President’s or President’s (and candidates for such offices) immediate family members receiving millions of dollars from foreign nationals, foreign companies, or foreign governments without any oversight. Current financial disclosure laws and regulations do not require non-dependent family members of senior elected officials to provide any information to the public. The Committee is seeking meaningful reforms to government ethics and disclosure laws that will provide necessary transparency into a Vice President’s or President’s immediate family members’ income, assets, and financial relationships.



The Committee intends to craft legislation that would strengthen reporting requirements related to certain foreign transactions involving senior elected officials’ family members and that would implement robust financial disclosure requirements that shed light on ownership of opaque corporate entities. Moreover, in order to prevent financial transactions from being structured in a way to evade oversight, the Committee is examining whether certain reporting requirements, including any new reporting requirements for senior elected officials’ family members, should extend for a period of time after a President or Vice President leaves office.



The Committee also seeks to strengthen the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering laws by analyzing whether financial institutions have the available tools and support from federal agencies to thwart illegal money laundering and foreign corruption activity. The Committee is evaluating whether SARs generated by personal and corporate bank accounts associated with a Vice President’s or President’s immediate family members should undergo a more rigorous banking compliance process, receive an expedited review by law enforcement without undue influence by political appointees, and be disclosed to Congress, under certain circumstances, given potential political corruption and risks to our national security.



The Committee aims to draft legislation that delivers more transparency to the American people, deters foreign interests from attempting to obtain influence over and access to the highest levels of the federal government by entering into business deals with presidential and vice presidential family members, discourages such family members from capitalizing on their relatives’ public service, and ensures the nation is safe from foreign adversaries.



To assist with this investigation, please provide Committee staff access no later than July 12, 2023, to all SARs in Treasury’s custody—filed by financial institutions from April 2014 to present—for the following individuals and entities:



1. Burisma and all corporate affiliates and subsidiaries thereof including, but not limited

to, Brociti Investments Limited;

2. Mykola Zlochevsky;

3. Karina Zlochevska;

4. Vadym Pozharskyi;

5. Alexander Kotlarsky;

6. Vuk Jeremic; and

7. Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development.

An “Organized Family Crime Unit”: Four Biden Decisions as President Made Because of ‘Compromise’ by Foreign Payments: Comer

In an appearance on WABC-AM radio Wednesday with co-hosts John Catsimatidis and Rita Cosby, House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) said that his committee’s investigation showed Joe Biden had made six policy decisions as a result of foreign bribery payments involving business deals arranged by son Hunter Biden. Comer said four of those decisions were made when Biden was president and that he cannot find a reason for the decisions except for bribery. Comer called the Biden family foreign business dealings “organized crime” and the Bidens themselves an “organized family crime unit.” Comer said the total amount of payments to Biden related firms could reach $40 million with the Bidens’ take at least $17 million.


Hunter, Jim and Joe Biden, an “organized family crime unit, essentially, and the business model was to profit off of Joe Biden’s influence as vice president and future influence as president of the United States,” Rep. James Comer on Cats and Cosby.



Comer said the FBI does not have the Burisma Biden bribe tapes, but says the Ukrainian oligarch who allegedly made the tapes of Joe and Hunter Biden reportedly has copies, as does his daughter.

The Kentucky Republican said that his panel has identified “six specific policy decisions” where Biden, 80, took actions that indicate he may have been “compromised,” during an appearance on John Catsimatidis’ “Cats & Cosby Show” on WABC 770 Wednesday.



Comer noted that of the six policy decisions, four of them “were made while Joe Biden was president early on — [where] we cannot come to any other conclusion as to why these decisions were made, other than the fact that this president is compromised.”



“This was organized crime. There’s no other way to define it,” Comer alleged. The Oversight Committee chairman explained that as recently as “in the last five days” his panel has obtained banking statements and suspicious activity reports that show “more bank accounts, more shell companies and more Bidens” being involved in the family’s overseas influence peddling scheme.



…Comer told Catsimatidis that he’s “confident” his investigation will prove the Biden family raked in “at least $17 million” from overseas, but that the “transactions could exceed $40 million-plus.”



Comer said the Bidens helped communist Chinese firms “gain entry” into key sectors of the U.S. economy in exchange for payments.

Business Expense: Hunter Biden Deducted Payments to High-End Prostitutes and Sex Clubs from His Taxes

A recently released report by the House Ways and Means Committee details how Hunter Biden illegally deducted payments to prostitutes and sex clubs from his annual taxes.



Hunter allegedly underreported his taxes by $500,000 or half a million dollars.



On page 103 of the report Hunter was deducting his payments to a high-end prostitute from his 2018 taxes.



He called the prostitute his “West Coast assistant.”






The New York Post reported:



Hunter Biden illegally deducted tens of thousands of dollars in payments made to a prostitute and a sex club from his taxes, according to bombshell IRS whistleblower testimony to Congress released on Thursday.



In a June 1 interview with the House Ways and Means Committee, one whistleblower, an unnamed IRS criminal investigator, detailed how Hunter went to great lengths to underreport his income and avoid paying $106,000 in taxes – including by writing off his sex escapades as business expenses.



“So some of the items that he deducted were personal no-show employees. He deducted payments that were made to who he called his West Coast assistant, but she was essentially a prostitute,” the whistleblower, who worked on the agency’s investigation into alleged tax fraud perpetrated by President Biden’s son on his 2018 return, alleged in his testimony.



Another whistleblower, IRS supervisory agent Gary Shapley, told the committee on May 26 that he found several instances of Hunter improperly expensing flights for prostitutes.
